Objective To prepare a high performance electrochemical immunosensor for detecting Brucella abortus (B. abortus). Methods Prussian blue (PB), multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and gold nanoparticles (GNPs)(PB-MWCNTs-GNPs) nanocomposites were prepared, and appropriate antibody was used to construct the immunosensor for detecting B. abortus samples. The optimal conditions were clarified by examining the key factors in sensor construction, and then the performance of the sensor was evaluated. Results The optimal construction conditions were determined as follows: the ratio of MWCNTs-PB was 1 ∶5, the drying temperature was 37 ℃, the pH value of buffer system was 7.5, and the incubation time of antibody and sample was 1 h and 30 min, respectively. B. abortus exhibited a good linear relationship, when ranging from 10 to 1×105 CFU/mL. The sensor had good anti-interference ability, repeatability, stability and high accuracy. Conclusion Our prepared PB-MWCNTs GNPs nanomaterials modified electrochemical immunosensor for detecting B. abortus is easy to prepare, has good performance, and can provide reference for the early clinical diagnosis of brucellosis.

[Objective] To solve the problem of poor manual detection accuracy of traditional grain and chaff separator and improve production efficiency. [Methods] An image detection method based on machine vision was proposed, which realized the feature recognition and separation of grain rough through multi-stage progressive fusion of different image algorithms. The acquired images were selected in the ROI region and enhanced by Retinex algorithm. The Otsu algorithm was used to segment the image, and then the median filtering wwas combined with morphology to remove the image noise. The improved Canny algorithm was used to detect edge features of binary images, and the position information of the contour of the valley rough image was extracted by combining the Hough transform. Finally, the state estimation of the position information was performed by using the Kalman filter, and the best predicted value of the separated position was obtained, while the position offset error was reduced. [Results] The average detection error of the system was 3.14 mm, a decrease of 1.82 mm compared to before filtering, and the average standard deviation of filtering error was 0.8 mm. [Conclusion] This method can effectively detect the grain rough feature information and improve the separation accuracy.

This paper presents a method to establish typical operating conditions for train traction systems by combining site-based short trip analysis with nonparametric tests, in order to overcome various obstacles, such as inadequate efficiency testing results based on rated points of train traction systems, which often fail to accurately reflect the actual energy efficiency level of systems during long-distance operation under multiple conditions, and the existing absence of typical operating conditions essential for supporting the evaluation of traction systems' energy efficiency levels and guiding the energy-saving design of products. First, short trips were categorized, screened and randomly combined. Then, the optimal short-trip combination was identified through nonparametric tests. Subsequently, the typical operating conditions were developed, taking the traction system of an electric locomotive model as a case study. Furthermore, the proposed method was verified by analyzing errors in operating characteristic parameters and assessing the similarities in velocity-force (V-F) distribution probability two-dimensional matrix. The verification results revealed a deviation between the constructed typical operating conditions and the characteristic values derived from sampled data at 4.54%, and the consistency in V-F distribution probabilities at 98.06%. These findings indicate that the method proposed in this paper accurately reflects the actual operating characteristics of train traction systems, with the established typical operating conditions closely aligning with the actual operating conditions of train traction systems, underscoring their potential for aiding in energy-saving design and energy efficiency evaluation for train traction systems.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Toll-like receptor (TLR) 2 /TLR9 agonists, Pam2CSK4 (Pam) and CpG ODN (CpG) on mice infected with Acinetobacter baumannii (Ab) in the lungs. Methods Female C57 mice (6~8 weeks old) were randomly divided into PBS, Pam, CpG and Pam+CpG groups. In 24 h after intranasal immunization with different doses of the corresponding agonists, the mice were given a lethal dose of Ab infection in the lungs, and the survival rates of the mice were observed. A sublethal dose lung infection model of Ab was then established, and the bacterial colonization in the blood, lungs, liver, kidneys and spleen was measured respectively in the mice after infection. HE staining was used to observe the pathological damages in the lungs and kidneys. The protective effect of the agonists in the immunized mice against Ab was examined at 1, 3 and 7 d after immunization to explore the protective time window. Pam+CpG was used to stimulate A549 cells and RAW264.7 cells to investigate the killing or phagocytic effects on Ab. Temperature rise measurement is crucial for evaluating the performance of motors and ensuring their safe operation. In order to more effectively, accurately, and scientifically evaluate temperature rise measurement results for traction motors, the incorporation of the measurement uncertainty concept holds practical significance. This paper proposes a method for evaluating uncertainties in temperature rise measurement of traction motors based on technical specifications outlined in JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement. The current study started with a comprehensive analysis of uncertainty sources in temperature rise measurement results of traction motors using the standard IEC 60349-2:2010 Electric traction-Rotating electrical machines for rail and road vehicles-Part 2: Electronic converter-fed alternating current motors. Subsequently, an uncertainty evaluation model was constructed, and practical examples were used to evaluate measurement uncertainties, specifically involving standard uncertainty evaluation and calculations of uncertainties in synthesis and extension. The results showed that, with a confidence probability of 95%, the motor temperature rise measurement result stood at 79.22 K, containing an extension uncertainty of 1.30 K, which quantitatively characterized the quality of the test results. The proposed method provides a technical basis for determining the confidence level of temperature rise measurement results for rolling stock traction motors, while offering guidance for evaluating uncertainties in temperature rise measurement for motor winding, especially concerning curve fitting using the least squares method.

Objective: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the chemical composition, volatile components, and biological activity of pickled bamboo shoots in the Guangxi and Guangdong regions, as well as the regional characteristics and flavor formation mechanisms of these pickled bamboo shoots. Methods: Physical and chemical experiments were used to analyze the major components in fermented bamboo shoots and their extracts. The volatile flavor components in fermented bamboo shoots were identified and analyzed using headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （HS-SPME-GC-MS）. The antioxidant activity of fermented bamboo shoot extracts was evaluated using in vitro antioxidant activity methods （ABTS free radical scavenging method, DPPH free radical scavenging method, and FRAP method）. Results: There were no significant differences in moisture, pH, total soluble sugars, fats, amino acid nitrogen, and nitrite content between the pickled bamboo shoots from Guangxi Liuzhou Tianyi Agricultural Technology Co Ltd （hereinafter referred to as GXLZTY） and those from the Shaoguan Nanxiong Agricultural Trade Market in Northern Guangdong （hereinafter referred to as GDYBNX）. However, there were significant differences between the two in terms of chloride, total acids, proteins, dietary fibers, total flavonoids, total polyphenols, and mineral element content. Analysis of volatile components indicated that the main constituents in GXLZTY fermented bamboo shoots were P-cresol, hexanoic acid, octanoic acid, 2-ethylhexanol, and sulfur dioxide, while the primary components in fermented bamboo shoots from GDYBNX were p-cresol, acetic acid, and serinol. Antioxidant activity test results showed that the GXLZTY sour bamboo shoot extracts were superior in terms of clearing ABTS free radicals, DPPH free radicals, and FRAP activity compared to the extracts from GDYBNX. Conclusion: GXLZTY fermented bamboo shoots have higher nutritional value and antioxidant activity. These research results provide a theoretical basis for the fermentation process and industrial production of fermented bamboo shoots.

Background Patients with liver cirrhosis complicated by gastroesophageal variceal and rupture hemorrhage have a certain probability of rebleeding events after endoscopic treatment, and the bleeding volume of rebleeding events is greater with higher risk, which seriously affects the survival rates of patients. Objective To investigate the independent risk factors of rebleeding events within 3 years after endoscopic treatment in cirrhotic patients with gastroesophageal variceal hemorrhage, construct a nomogram risk prediction model and validate it internally. Methods Four hundred and three patients who underwent endoscopic treatment for liver cirrhosis associated gastroesophageal varices at the Tangdu Hospital and Xijing Hospital, Air Force Medical University from 2011-2022 were retrospectively collected and divided into the rebleeding group (n=252) and control group (n=151) based on the presence of rebleeding within 3 years. The general data and auxiliary examination results of the patients between both groups were compared, and the statistically significant factors were included in the multivariate Logistic regression analysis to analyze the independent risk factors. These data were then input into the R language software to construct a nomogram risk prediction model by using a specific program package. Objective: Improve the mechanization and automation of the pretreatment process of China's freshwater fish processing industry. Methods: The catfish head cutting simulation model is constructed by the numerical analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the catfish head removal process is simulated and analyzed and the motion parameters are optimized by FEM. The blade speed and transportation speed are adjusted with the minimum cutting power consumption as the optimization goal, and the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by the prototype test. Results: When the speed of the blade is 850 r/min and the conveying speed is 14 cm/s, the cutting section of the fish head is smooth and smooth, the sensory of the section is good, and the cutting efficiency of the head can be guaranteed. Conclusion: The established simulation model of disc cutter cutting fish head can describe the motion process, but the accuracy needs to be improved.

Objective: In order to improve the mechanization and automation level of catfish head cutting. Methods: Through the study on the shape parameters and friction characteristics of catfish, the related parameters of catfish were obtained. Based on the machine vision technology to identify the assembly line fish, the end of the fish skull was defined as the fish head cutting track line, and an adaptive adjustment device was designed to adjust the position of the fish body, so that the disc cutter can avoid the skull for head removal. The GUI was designed in order to achieve visual control. Results: The system test results showed that the success rate of cutting track line discrimination of the image acquisition system reached 90%, with the average error of the adaptive adjustment system of 0.21 cm, which confirmed the reliability of the system. Conclusion: According to the preset processing efficiency, about 600 catfish can be processed per hour.

In order to study the adiabatic shear failure behavior and evolution characteristics of 30CrMnMo steel under pulse stress impact, a split Hopkinson pressure bar was used to conduct an axisymmetric cap shaped specimen for impact shear experiments. The shear failure evolution and temperature distribution in the shear zone under different incident pulse stress loads were numerically simulated using LS-DYNA dynamic finite element software. The results indicate that the adiabatic shear failure of the cap shaped specimen is related to the specific impulse of the pulse stress. For cap shaped specimen of 30CrMnMo steel, the specific impulse of pulse stress corresponding to the adiabatic shear failure is approximately constant. In numerical simulation, when the grid size is smaller than the width of the shear band, the local temperature rise of hot spot within the shear band can be effectively simulated. The evolution of adiabatic shear instability is characterized by simultaneous propagation from the corner of the shear zone to the center, and the materials inside and outside the shear zone mainly undergo two stages: uniform shear deformation and rapid expansion of instability. Leaching of uranium, thorium and rare earth from the monazite selective solution residue were studied by conventional leaching--two-stage countercurrent leaching was studied. The effects of various factors on the leaching was investigated. The results show that the leaching rates of uranium, thorium and rare earth are 98.66 %, 95.37 % and 64.23%, respectively under suitable conditions using conventional leaching method. Using the two-stage countercurrent leaching method, the leaching rates of uranium, thorium and rare earth can be increased by 0.5%~1.0%, the residual acid of the leaching solution can be reduced by more than 50%, and the solid-liquid separation performance of the slurry can be improved to a certain extent. Objective Summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment plan of 2 cases of abnormal anastomosis at the origin of the posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) complicated with aneurysm. Methods and Results Two cases of abnormal anastomosis of the PICA complicated with aneurysms all showed spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). MRI showed abnormal anastomosis of the PICA, accompanied by multiple small aneurysms at the anastomotic vessel or anastomotic site. All patients underwent occipital artery (OA)⁃PICA bypass graft and electrocoagulation of the aneurysms at the same time. Use "PICA anastomosis" as the key words to search PubMed (January 1, 2000 to June 30, 2021) 8 articles in English, 8 patients, combined with 2 cases in this article cases, a total of 10 patients with abnormal anastomosis at the origin of the PICA complicated with aneurysm. All cases occurred as spontaneous SAH; 8 cases of aneurysms occurred at the anastomosis site, one case occurred at the distal end of the PICA, and one case occurred in a branch of the original artery. Five cases underwent craniotomy, 3 cases of OA⁃PICA bypass surgery and concurrent electrocoagulation (2 cases) or clipping (one case) of the aneurysms, one case of simple aneurysm clipping, and one case of aneurysm clipping combined with cutting off anastomotic artery, and there were no clear complications after surgery; 4 cases underwent endovascular interventional treatment, 2 cases of coil embolization of aneurysms, 2 cases of Glubran glue embolization of aneurysms, of which 3 cases had postoperative complications, manifested as mild brainstem infarction (2 cases) or disturbance of consciousness (one case). Conclusions Abnormal anastomosis at the origin of the PICA complicated with aneurysm is rare, and the risk of rupture and hemorrhage is high. OA⁃PICA bypass and electrocoagulation or clipping of the aneurysm can be used as a treatment option.

Aiming at the problems of high-latency, high energy consumption, high bandwidth, and poor quality of experience (QoE) caused by emerging network media streaming business in mobile edge computing, a computing offloading algorithm based on QoE feedback configuration was proposed. Firstly, both preprocessing and priority were comprehensively considered to maximize network resource utilization. Meanwhile, different weights were assigned to the computation tasks for establishing a resource allocation relationship. Secondly, after comprehensively taking into account deadline, computing resource, power and bandwidth constraint, an QoE model was established where the optimization objective was the weighted sum of task delay, energy consumption and precision, and the method of Lagrange multipliers was utilized to solve the established model. Simulation results indicate that, compared with the deep reinforcement learning-based online offloading algorithm, the proposed algorithm can effectively optimize the resource allocation and better improve the QoE. V-shaped super-large diameter shield tunnel has been commonly adopted in cross-river projects. It is necessary to study the influence of longitudinal slope on segment floating during tunnel construction. Based on the west extension project of Jihua road in Foshan city, a numerical analysis model of shield tunneling in silty sand strata considering time-varying characteristics of grout is established. The influence of tunnel longitudinal slope on segments floating is studied. The deflection moment is applied by changing the load distribution of propulsion system, and the relationship between deflection moment and segments floating under different slopes and burial depth is analyzed. The results show that: (1) The floating of segments increases with the number of driving rings, and then tends to be stable. (2) For shallow buried tunneling, the floating of segments is the largest in the downslope section, larger in the horizontal section, and the smallest in the upslope section; for deep buried tunneling, the slope has little effect on segment floating. (3) For all longitudinal slopes, the positive deflection moment can inhibit the floating of segment, and the inhibition effect is better for deep buried tunneling. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to detect the common ground waste, an improved Faster R-CNN ground waste detection algorithm was proposed. In the backbone network, Resnet-50 was selected as the feature extraction network, and the Squeeze-and-Excitation Network was added to strengthen the extraction of useful information in different channels. The shallow information in the network was extracted pertinently to improve the detection accuracy of small targets in ground garbage. The feature pyramid network was used to strengthen the feature fusion between multiple outputs of the feature extraction network. In the part of regional proposals network, through the statistical analysis of the data such as the scale and width height ratio of the data set, an anchor generation mechanism more suitable for the ground garbage data set was proposed. In the part of detection and prediction, the RoI Align structure was used to reduce the error. At the same time, through the cascade structure, the threshold of intersection over union (IoU) was increased in two stages, so as to improved the accuracy of candidate boxes. The experimental results show that by using the proposed algorithm, the model mean average percision increases by 9.6%, and the missed detection and false detection reduce. Wound age estimation is the core content in the practice of forensic medicine. Accurate estimation of wound age is a scientific question that needs to be urgently solved by forensic scientists at home and abroad. Metabolomics techniques can effectively detect endogenous metabolites produced by internal or external stimulating factors and describe the dynamic changes of metabolites in vivo. It has the advantages of strong operability, high detection efficiency and accurate quantitative results. Machine learning algorithm has special advantages in processing high-dimensional data sets, which can effectively mine biological information and truly reflect the physiological, disease or injury state of the body. It is a new technical means for efficiently processing high-throughput big data. This paper reviews the status and advantages of metabolomic techniques combined with machine learning algorithm in the research of wound age estimation, and provides new ideas for this research. The experiment was designed to study the effect of different minerals on production performance, egg quality, reproductive performance and antioxidant capacity of broiler hens during late laying period. A total of 432 fifty-week-old healthy Hubbard parents' white feathered broiler hens with similar body weight and laying rate were stochastic divided into three groups with six replicates per group and 24 hens per replicate. Hens in group A (control group) were fed with basal diet + inorganic trace elements (copper, iron, zinc, and manganese), hens in group B were fed with based diet + inorganic trace elements + organic trace elements (hydroxymethionine chelates copper, iron, zinc, manganese mixture), and hens in group C were fed with based diet + organic trace elements. The pre-test lasted for 7 d, and the trial period lasted for 56 d. The results showed that there wasno significant difference in laying rate, average egg weight, feed to egg ratio and qualified rate of eggs among all groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in egg quality among all groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the CAT activity in eggs and serum of hens in group B and group C was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the MDA content was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The activity of GSH-Px in eggs and serum of group C was significantly higher than that of group B, and the content of MDA in eggs of group C was significantly lower than that of group B (P<0.05). The activity of T-SOD, copper and CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in serum of group B and group C were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The activity of T-SOD and Mn-SOD in eggs of group C were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The study indicates that the replacement of high doses of inorganic trace elements in traditional diets by organic trace elements in diets is able to meet the production needs of broiler breeder hens in the late stage of egg production, significantly improve the seed eligibility and antioxidant capacity of broiler breeder hens in the late stage of egg production, and complete use of organic trace elements has better effect. Based on the image detection of steel ball surface defects，the accuracy and efficiency of detection are seriously impacted by the effective area selected improperly. Firstly，the surface detection of steel ball optimal range is studied to determine the ideal arc length;secondly，in view of the sphere zone theory establishes effective area and zonal overlapping relationship model，in order to restrict detection times by reducing the overlap area; finally，the formula of effective arc covering efficiency is utilized to directly control arc length redundancy caused by the overlap area to improve the detection efficiency and laid the important theoretical basis for system development of ball diameter series detection.

Light use efficiency (LUE) is a key parameter connecting light absorption and carbon fixation and understanding the relationship between fluorescence and photosynthesis. Based on the absorbed energy dissipation pathways, LUE can be divided into light use efficiency of photosynthetic (LUEp) and light use efficiency of fluorescence (LUEf). The relationship between LUEp and LUEf of poplar and cork oak and the differences between species were explored in this study, to better understand the mechanism links between solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) and gross primary productivity (GPP) in deciduous broadleaf forests. In this study, the poplar (Populus alba x Populus gllandulosa) and cork oak (Quercus variabilis BI.) seedlings were used as the objects to measure the divergences in SIF and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) under the same soil moisture and nutrient conditions, to explore the responses of LUEp/LUEf to photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). The results showed that, (1) SIF was driven by incident PAR, SIF and PAR were significantly positively correlated. The coefficient of determination (R²) of poplar and cork oak were 0.965 and 0.973, respectively, and LUEf was higher in poplar. Pn gradually increased with increasing PAR. The light saturation point (LSP) of poplar was significantly higher than that of cork oak, which were 998.59 and 674 μmolCO2·m-2·s-1, respectively. (2) Pn first increased with the increasing SIF, and then the Pn of poplar was gradually saturated, while that of cork oak continued to slowly increase. (3) LUEp and LUEf showed significant negative linear correlation, and LUEp/LUEf decreased exponentially with increasing PAR, there was no significant difference in the change pattern and amplitude between tree species. During the daytime, with the increase of PAR, LUEf changed slightly, while LUEp decreased significantly, and the proportion of light energy allocation to carbon assimilation decreased. Therefore, Pn saturated under high light intensity, SIF and GPP showed exponential correlation in intraday scale, and the exponential relationship was consistent across tree species. Non-stationary stochastic signal was divided into piecewise stationary stochastic signal,and reflecting the sig-nal’s characteristics by autocorrelation function of the piecewise stationary stochastic signal.Generally,the autocorrela-tion function was the base of selecting signal base for signal representation.For expressing non-stationary stochastic sig-nal in a precise and effective way,based on the analysis of the natural characteristics of ARMA model and Markov proc-ess,a kind of multi-parameter estimation model of autocorrelation function for piecewise stationary stochastic process was proposed.The computational complexity was reduced,and the approximation effect was improved.Furthermore,the multi-parameter estimation model could also be adapted to the complex non-stationary stochastic signal,The computer simulation demonstrates that the approximation error was decreased significantly.

Frying is a traditional food processing method, which is widely used in home cooking and food industry. The process of frying is complicated and violent. If not properly controlled, it is easy to generate some processing hazards, thus adversely affecting the health of consumers. This paper mainly introduced the latest research progress of several typical hazardous substances in fried food, including the formation pathways, influencing factors, potential hazards and control measures of trans -fatty acids, acrylamide, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic amines, in order to provide scientific guidance for the reasonable adjustment of consumer's diet structure and the transformation and promotion of fried food industry. The cross-border railways and oil and gas pipelines along the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor are key hubs and channels supporting the regional cooperation and development. It is very important to complete scientific regionalization of ecological risk of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and put forward suggestions to guarantee smooth construction and safe cross-border traffic project. By establishing ecological risk evaluation model, we quantitatively analyzed the ecological risk of China-Mongolia- Russia Economic Corridor, and regionalized high, middle, and low risk. We put forward the ecological risk prevention and control countermeasures for China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. It shows that the ecological risk areas are distributed along the "two belts and one line". The risk of desertification is along the China-Mongolia-Russia cross-border traffic belt, the risk of permafrost is along the China-Russia cross-border traffic belt and the China-Russian crude oil pipeline. The proposed suggestions are designated to prevent and control ecological risk from the perspectives of promoting ecological civilization to realize a "two-highs and three-lows" mode; constructing of a green economic corridor, optimizing the industrial structure, actively establishing a four-tier circular economy system, and developing green circular industries; innovating technical biological engineering; establishing system and mechanism of an international cooperation and monitoring ecological risk network system along China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. We provide scientific technic support for rationally building cross-border railways and pipelines, avoiding and preventing ecological risks in China- Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. The complexity of English phrasal verbs (PVs) often creates difficulties for English learners. Thus, helping English learners to learn English PVs more effectively has become a critical issue. For English learners in Taiwan, the content of English textbooks can considerably influence their acquisition of language features. The present study aimed to identify the PVs used in senior high English textbooks in Taiwan. The textbook corpora were compiled and PVs were extracted using Sketch Engine. The PV lists were then compared with the PHaVE List proposed by Garnier and Schmitt. The major findings are described in the following text. (1) The overlap rate between the PVs in the PHaVE List and those used in the textbooks was lower than 50%. (2) Significant differences existed between the PVs used in the textbooks (all versions) and those in the PHaVE List. Approximately 80 PVs in the PHaVE List never appeared in the textbooks. (3) With reference to the Corpus of Contemporary American English, some PVs in the PHaVE List belong to the spoken register; however, the PVs in the textbooks are mainly from novels and magazines. (4) Many verbs in the PVs that only appear in the textbooks were found to be more difficult verbs on the College Entrance Examination Center's list of 7,000 English words. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Methods] The phototactic response of adult D. armandi beetles to LED lights of different wavelengths was studied in a laboratory and the relative attractiveness of different wavelengths to both male and female adults analyzed. [Results] All light wavelengths tested 365-665 nm, 1 000 lx elicited phototactic behavioral responses. Female adults were most sensitive to ultraviolet light (365-370 nm) with a 60% phototaxis rate, whereas males were most sensitive to green light (515-535 nm) with a 52.5% phototaxis rate. Neither sex was photophobic to any wavelength. The sexes differed significantly (P<0.01) in their response to red light (655-665 nm) but not to any other wavelength (P>0.05). Light intensity had a significant effect on phototaxis in the ultraviolet region (365-370 nm); both sexes were most attracted to a light intensity of 1 000 lx. [Conclusion] Males are more sensitive to light intensity, which suggests that there could be sexual differences in the photoreceptor system of adult D. armandi. A new method is proposed for mobile robot visual servoing using model-free visual targets under dynamic scenes. In the first stage, the ratio of depth information is calculated by using the geometric relationship between feature points and images. For the second stage, the relationship between various coordinate systems can be calculated via homography decompositions and coordinate transformation. Finally, an adaptive controller is adopted to drive the mobile robot to the desired pose. Both the simulation and experimental results show that when the scene changes, the mobile robot can complete the stabilization control. Allyl polyethylene glycol (APEG) as functional material reacted with maleic anhydride-β -cyclodextrin (MAH-β -CD), acrylic acid (AA) and sodium methylallyl sulfonate (SMAS) using ammonium persulfate as an initiator for the preparation of β -cycl -odextrin -modified APEG polycarboxylate superplasticizer under microwave irradiation. The results shown that β-cyclodextrin -modified APEG polycarboxylate superplasticizer had excellent dispersing property,retarding performance and reinforcement,the fluidity of cement paste could attain as high as 325 mm at the dosage of 0.5%,the differences of initial and final setting time were 202 min and 420min respeictvely. The stability analysis of the landslide under seismic loading ensures the safety of human life and infrastructure projects. The earthquake waves were modeled by sinusoidal waves based on the pseudo-dynamic method, in which the effects of the damping force was taken into consideration as well as the phase difference of the longitudinal and transverse wave propagation from toe to top of the slope. The dynamic response mechanism of the wedge-shaped slope under seismic loading was presented. The factor of safety of the wedge-shaped slope can be determined using the proposed method. It was correct and efficient to use pseudo-dynamic method to analyze the dynamic stability of the wedge slope. For the problem that the weight, size and power consumption of the payload on floating platform are limited, a time division multiple access (TDMA) with time division duplex (TDD) communication mode is presented. All the network nodes are working on a frequency using this communication mode. Only one set of sending and receiving channel is required to solve the problem of limited load on floating platform. Then, through software and hardware design, the signal sending and receiving process, frame protocol and parameter setting are achieved. Compared with the traditional frequency division multiple access (FDMA) mode, the TDMA+TDD communication mode has the advantages in size, weight and cost. The article choose the orthogonal test to design the test method which according to the factor and the level of the test to judge the good or bad of the trial in elongation at break. In order to recognize the dynamic signature on mobile terminals, a method based on the match of polar angle characteristics was applied. Firstly, a polar coordinate system was established under the centroid of signature and the centroid of the golden section. Secondly, the Cartesian coordinates which were acquired from mobile terminals were transformed to polar coordinates. Then the extreme points of polar angle characteristics were extracted and used to separate the whole signature. Finally, the integral similarity was obtained between the sample signature and template signature by calculating the similarity of all parts of these two signatures, which can be used to judge whether the sample signature and template signature were made by the same person. The experiment results show that the average false rejection rate of the method is 6. 93 % while the false acceptance rate is 11.26%, so the method can be applied to recognize the dynamic signature on mobile terminals effectively. An algorithm of RGB image encryption and compression based on the technique of generalized knights tour scrambling encryption is proposed by considering from the view of ensuring the confidential image security and transmission efficiency. In this algorithm the YCbCr layers of original image are divided into 8 X 8 blocks respectively after image pattern turned from RGB to YCbCr, then every block is transformed by DCT to build 3-dimensional chessboard, And the 3-dimensional chessboard Is encrypted by the principle of generalized knights tour, Finally the encrypted and compressed image could be gained by JPEG compression. Experimental results and analysis show that the algortthm Is low impact on image compression capability, it gets higher compression efficiency in content of some degree of safety. In this paper, a three-stage DEA model is used to evaluate China's efficiency of provincial regional tourism industry before and after eliminating the effect of the environmental factors and the random factors. The results show that; three-stage DEA model can effectively distinguish overestimation or underestimation bias on pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the traditional DEA model. The efficiency measurement and decomposition results after stripping environmental factors and statistical noise show that the regional differences of provincial tourism are small on pure technical efficiency , while they are large on scale efficiency. The low scale efficiency restricts Middle and Western region's tourism efficiency. Compared with the scale efficiency, pure technical efficiency of the regional average is much closer to the efficiency frontier; the eastern regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong are almost to or at technical efficiency frontier of China. In this paper, the regional tourism industry is divided into four types in accordance with the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, combining with the local efficiency structure characteristics. By using alternating current (AC) deposition, the reaction process of zinc ion in the compound oxide layer is investigated through tracking the current change in the process of depositing Zn on the surface of LY12 aluminum alloy s sulfate - phosphate composite oxide film (composite film) hy using oscilloscopes. The experimental results indicate that zinc mainly distributes at the bottom of composite film holes and is about 2 μ.m to the bottom when LY12 aluminum alloy composite oxide film is deposited in zinc sulfate solution for 300 s. The sediment yield is 31. 404 μg/cm2. At the initiative period of switching on power supply, the anodic and the cathodic peak currents through the oxide film change very rapidly, and the latter s value is greater than the former's. After that, they become equal. At the same time, the composite film s color changes, which indicates Zn is deposited into the composite film hole. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of spacecraft payloads testing, a CCSDS 660.0 standard compatible EGSE integrated development platform is proposed. Testing systems based on the platform were developed for the calibration of a CCD detector and the function verification of a high-speed data processing unit for a spacecraft instrument put under study. Test results show that the platform can be adapted to meet the requirements of assembly, subsystem and system level tests, the platform provides reference for the later project phases and other projects. Most mechanical vibration of machines is a random process with stochastic characteristics. The traditional wave superposition method can not solve acoustic radiation problem with random boundary condition. In this paper, the statistical wave superposition method is proposed, which combines the wave superposition method with the statistical one. By using the vibration velocity self-spectrum of the structure surface the random field is calculated. According to the simulations of the vibrating cubic box, it is proved that the method proposed in this paper can give good results of acoustic radiation caused by the random vibration in wide analytical frequencies.
