In order to solve the problem of high concentration of free ammonia(FA) inhibiting ammonia oxidizing bacteria and causing high concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater to be unable biologically treated, natural zeolite was used to alleviate the inhibitory effect of FA. Natural clinoptilolite was added to SBR for partial nitrification treatment of copper-ammonia wastewater with ammonia-nitrogen of 210 mg/L. On the 86th day of operation, the reactor achieved 98.5% of ammonia-nitrogen removal rate at load of 1.105 kg/(m3·d). In-situ biological regeneration during the reaction process ensured the continuous enhancement effect of natural zeolite, with zeolite regeneration rates of 99.0% to 106.3%. Through the analysis of extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) content and composition of sludge, it was found that the increase of influent ammonia-nitrogen led to the increase of EPS content, and protein mass fraction in EPS was increased under the stress of copper ion, which promoted the formation of sludge granulation. High throughput sequencing results showed that Nitrosomonas was the main ammonia-oxidizing functional bacterium genus, with relative abundance varied from 10.3% to 51.7%. Comamonas rapidly increased in the presence of high concentration of ammonia-nitrogen, with relative abundance increasing from 0.6% on the 22nd day to 29.9% on the 86th day. The partial nitrification was strengthened by natural zeolite to realize stable and high-efficient treatment of copper-ammonia wastewater.

Objective The aim of this study is to characterize the deep electrical structure of the Baishawo pegmatite-type deposits, explore the spatial distribution of rare metal mineralization models and ore-conferring carriers, and elucidate the relationship between the location of ore veins to provide a basis for prediction in rare metal mineral exploration. Methods Through the controlled-source audio-geomagnetic method (CSAMT) and the conjugate gradient method of inverse measurement of three exploration profiles, deep hidden rock (ore) bodies were detected. Then, by combining these results with the information from drill holes and elemental geochemical anomalies, a comprehensive analysis was carried out to reveal the distribution of the hidden dikes and the mineralization characteristics. Results The study showed that the concealed pegmatite veins are mainly located in the Lengjiaxi Group, where they are concentrated on the top of the granite body and around tectonic fissures and have burial depths ranging from 50 to 300 m. The geophysical signature of pegmatite vein mineralization is a high-resistance vein-like geologic body intruded from a deep high-resistance body into a shallow low-resistance body. Conclusion The determined distribution and burial depth of concealed pegmatite veins, identified potential concealed veins in the study area, and geophysical characteristics of the pegmatite vein mineralization provide a basis for understanding the formation mechanism of fracture zone-constrained pegmatite veins. Significance The research results provide a scientific basis for follow-up exploration of the Baishawo deposit, reveal the formation mechanism of the pegmatite veins, and provide reliable physical exploration and prediction technology and experience useful for rare metal exploration in northeast Hunan and south China.

Objective To analyze the accuracy of the new generation intraocular lens (IOL) formula and the Wang-Koch (WK) adjustment in individuals with severe myopia undergoing combined anterior-posterior surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients (100 eyes) with axial length (AL) >26 mm undergoing combined anterior and posterior segment surgery in our department from June 2015 to June 2021 were enrolled in this study. Totally 13 IOL calculation formulas, such as Barrett Universal Ⅱ (BUⅡ), Emmetropia Verifying Optical (EVO), Kane, Haigis, Hoffer Q, Holladay, and SRK/T as well as the first generation linear WK eye axis optimization formula (Haigis-WK1, SRK/T-WK1, Hoffer Q-WK1, Holladay 1-WK1) and the second generation linear WK eye axis optimization formula (SRK/T-WK2, Holladay 1-WK2), were utilized to determine IOL diopter. The mean prediction error (ME), mean absolute error (MAE), median absolute error (MedAE), and percentage of prediction error within different refractive thresholds were calculated to assess the accuracy of each formula. In order to investigate the impact of AL on accuracy of IOL calculation, the patients were categorized into group A (38 eyes, 26.00 mm < AL≤28.00 mm), group B (28 eyes, 28.00 mm < AL≤30.00 mm), and group C (34 eyes, AL >30.00 mm). Additionally, the patients were also divided into silicone oil (63 eyes) and non-silicone oil (37 eyes) groups based on preoperative intraocular filling to determine the effect of intraocular filling on IOL calculation. Results The MedAE values of the new-generation IOL formulas (BUⅡ, EVO, and Kane) were significantly lower (0.34D, 0.31D, 0.35D) than those of traditional formulas (P < 0.05). Additionally, the percentage of prediction errors within ±0.25 D, ±0.50 D, ±0.75 D, and ±1.00 D were significantly higher with the new formulas when compared to traditional ones (P < 0.05). Traditional formulas exhibited a hyperopic deviation (0.35D~0.65 D), which could be corrected using the WK eye axis adjustment. WK2 was effective in improving the accuracy of calculation in SRK/T and Holladay 1 formulas, and there was no statistical difference in the MedAE values of SRK/T-WK2 and Holladay 1-WK2 formulas with the new-generation IOL formulas. When comparing the formulas across different axial eye length groups in terms of MedAE, the new IOL formulas (BUⅡ, kane and EVO) and WK-corrected formulas (Haigis-WK1, SRK/T-WK1, SRK/T-WK2, Hoffer Q-WK1, Holladay 1-WK1, Holladay 1-WK2) showed no significant differences among the different AL groups. However, there were significant differences in the MedAE values of traditional formulas among the different AL groups (P < 0.01), with group C displaying the largest MedAE values (Haigis: 0.84D, SRK/T: 1.10D, Hoffer Q: 1.23D, Holladay 1: 1.20D). Comparing the MedAE values of different formulas in various preoperative intraocular filling groups, it was observed that the MedAE values of the new-generation IOL formulas (BUⅡ, kane and EVO), Haigis, and SRK/T formulas were significantly higher in the silicone oil-filled eye group than the non-silicone oil-filled eye group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with high myopia undergoing combined anterior and posterior segment surgery, the precision and consistency of the new-generation IOL formulas and the second-generation linear WK axis correction formula exhibit significant improvements when compared to traditional formulas.

The conventional reservoir automatic history matching method requires multiple computationally time-consuming reservoir numerical simulations. Deep learning agent models can perform alternative reservoir numerical simulation calculations with approximate accuracy and greater computational efficiency. In the reservoir automatic history matching method based on the deep learning agent model， the reservoir uncertainty parameters adjusted by the reservoir automatic history matching method are usually used as the input parameters of the deep learning agent model. Existing deep learning agent models are often single input-output neural network model architectures. They do not consider that reservoir automatic history matching methods require the adjustment of multiple reservoir uncertainty parameters. Multiple deep learning agent models need to be trained to predict water saturation field distribution and pressure field distribution in reservoirs. For solving this problem， a reservoir automatic history matching method based on a dual input-output convolutional neural network agent model was proposed to simultaneously predict the water saturation field distribution and pressure field distribution in a reservoir by using a dual input-output convolutional neural network， with the reservoir permeability field distribution and phase permeability parameters as input. The production was calculated with the help of the Peaceman equation. It was coupled to the ensemble smoother with multiple data assimilation （ES-MDA） methods to invert the reservoir permeability field distribution and phase permeability parameters to achieve a more efficient reservoir automatic history matching solution. The results of the study show that the prediction accuracy of the reservoir water saturation field distribution and pressure field distribution is above 93% at the specified time step based on the dual input-output convolutional neural network agent model. Compared with the traditional reservoir automatic history matching method， the proposed reservoir automatic history matching method based on a dual input-output convolutional neural network agent model avoids the time-consuming computation of multiple calls to the reservoir numerical simulator and improves the efficiency of the matching.

To investigate the effect of magnetic field on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X70 pipeline steel and the effect of magnetic field on the corrosion behavior of X70 steel after immersed in Kuerle soil simulation solution, the electrochemical corrosion behavior of pipeline steel under different magnetic field strengths, directions and the presence or absence of product films was analyzed by electrochemical tests, immersion tests and metallographic analysis. Results showed that as the magnetic field strength increased, the corrosion rate of X70 steel first increased and then decreased. Changing the direction of the magnetic field had no significant effect on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X70 steel. The corrosion trend of X70 pipeline steel was the same in both cases after immersed for 3 and 5 d, respectively, and the corrosion rate increased with the increase of external magnetic field. Moreover, the adsorption resistance of X70 steel with a product film on its surface was higher than that without a product film, and the X70 steel with the product film exhibited lower corrosion current density and lighter corrosion degree. However, different immersing times had little effect on the corrosion current density.

Objective To explore the genome-wide distribution of histone H3K27ac in intestinal type gastric cancer, analyze remodeling features of enhancers and regulome and construct a prediction model for prognosis. Methods H3K27ac CUT&Tag sequencing and RNA sequencing were performed in intestinal type gastric cancer tissues from 15 patients and normal gastric mucosa tissues from 18 healthy volunteers. Bioinformatics analysis was performed to identify the differences in genome distribution of H3K27ac modifications. Based on the distribution characteristics of H3K27ac, the enhancer elements were identified and the remodeling characteristics of enhancer and related regulome were explored. The prediction model for prognosis based on enhancer related target genes was constructed by univariate Cox and multivariate Cox regression analyses. Results The histone H3K27ac modification was mainly distributed in the enhancer region and displayed no significant differences in the genomic distribution patterns between normal and cancer tissues. Compared with normal gastric mucosa, the level of enhancer H3K27ac modification was higher in intestinal type gastric cancer. A total of 8 847 enhancers with increased activity in intestinal type gastric cancer were identified, accounting for 8.3% of all enhancers, which might promote malignant behaviors such as proliferation and adhesion of gastric cancer cells. A prognosis-predicting model established based on a panel of 6 genes that upregulated by the acquired enhancer in cancers, which was able to predict the overall survival of patients. Conclusion Enhancer remodeling is one of the significant epigenetic features of intestinal type gastric cancer. These enhancers may drive malignant growth and adhesion of cancer cells by upregulating the expression of MYC, E2F3 and other genes. A prognosis model based on enhancer target genes is constructed.

As a kind of exercise in Traditional medicine, Baduanjin Qigong is an aerobic exercise which is suitable for elderly patients. It can improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients and is conducive to the rehabilitation of COPD. This article summarized the effective intervention of Baduanjin Qigong exercise therapy on elderly patients with COPD in stable stage, and provided reference for modify the exercise prescription for elderly patients with CODP. BackgroundThe very small-angle neutron scattering (VSANS) spectrometer is currently being constructed at the China spallation neutron source (CSNS). The neutron detector plays a key role in meeting the detection requirements of the spectrometer.PurposeThis study aims to achieve accurate measurement of neutron diffraction in the small angle scattering mode which requires the position resolution of the neutron detector to be ≤2 mm, and the detection efficiency to be ≥60%@0.4 nm.MethodsA large-area position-sensitive neutron scintillator detector mainly composed of 6LiF/ZnS(Ag) scintillation screen, wavelength shift fiber (WLSF), and a silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) was designed and developed to achieve high efficiency and high-resolution real-time detection of thermal neutrons. The optical transmission performance of the 0.5-mm-diameter wavelength shift fiber was investigated in detail. The gain and the thermal noise characteristics of various SiPMs were examined. Finally, a 300 mm×300 mm engineering prototype of the detector was developed and tested by experiments. The detection efficiency was calculated with comparison of the incident neutron counts of the stander 3He tube whilst the detector's position resolution was tested using a boron-doped aluminum plate with a narrow slit bearing the label 'CSNS'.ResultsThe neutron beam test results show that the position resolution of the detector is 1.2 mm×1.2 mm and that the neutron detection efficiency is (61.8±0.2)%@0.4 nm.ConclusionsThe high-resolution neutron scintillator detector developed in this study satisfies the engineering design target, and meets the neutron scintillator detector meets the neutron diffraction measurement needs for the VSANS spectrometer of the CSNS.

Objective: Improve 3D printing performance and gel properties of silver carp surimi system. Methods: By optimizing 3D printing parameters, the 3D printing process is associated with material rheological properties and 3D printing performance. The effects of sodium chloride addition on rheological properties, 3D printing properties, gel strength, moisture properties and microstructure of silver carp surimi were investigated. Results: The addition of sodium chloride decreased the loss modulus of surimi in a dose-dependent manner, but significantly improved the shear recovery performance, reduced the cooking loss of surimi system and increased the water retention of surimi system. The best gel strength and the densest microstructure of silver carp were obtained when the sodium chloride content was 2.5%. Conclusion: Adding proper amount of sodium chloride can improve the 3D printing performance and gel properties of surimi products.

With the increasing proportion of people with lower limb dysfunction in the population, lower limb exoskeleton, mainly in the form of physical assisted therapy, has become a research hotspot in the field of rehabilitation. In this study, a wearable lower limb exoskeleton prototype model is proposed and its motion performance is studied. Firstly, the corresponding relation between human lower limbs and exoskeleton is established. Secondly, the standard D-H method is used to build the exoskeleton kinematics mathematical model, the forward and inverse kinematics is solved through the homogeneous transformation matrix, and the correctness of the model and the solving equation is verified. Finally, the man-machine coupling model is simulated based on the gait characteristics of human lower limbs. The goodness of curve fitting shows that the exoskeleton runs smoothly, and has good compatibility and tracking performance. The joint curve data provides the data basis for the formulation of the control strategy of the lower limb exoskeleton.

[Objective] The influence of land use changes on carbon storage were studied under the expansion of urbanization in Hainan Island to reveal the spatial-temporal evolution pattern of carbon storage and to predict future development trends in order to provide scientific evidence for optimizing the spatial layout of the national territory and for protecting ecologically sensitive areas. [Methods] Based on land use data from 1980 to 2020, this research showed the spatial-temporal changes of carbon storage for Hannan Island. The data were used with the carbon storage module of the InVEST model. The FLUS model and the InVEST model were coupled to simulate land use and carbon storage changes for Hainan Island in 2030 under three scenarios: the natural development scenario, the rapid development scenario, and the ecological protection scenario. [Results] ① The main types of land use on Hainan Island were forest land and cultivated land. From 1980 to 2020, the areas of cultivated land, grassland, forest land, and unused land decreased to varying degrees. The area of construction land and water increased over that time period, with the fastest growth rate being 83.4% for construction land. ② Carbon storage for Hainan Island was generally characterized as “higher in the middle and lower in the surrounding areas”. Carbon storage changed slightly from 1980 to 2000, with a decrease of about 0.03%. From 2000 to 2020, the urbanization process on Hainan Island accelerated, and the loss of carbon storage also increased. The average annual loss was about 372 t, and the cumulative loss of carbon storage was 7 439 t. ③ The prediction results showed that construction land will continue to expand in the future, and carbon storage on Hainan Island in 2030 will decrease under the three scenarios. Under the rapid development scenario, the land use change of construction land was the largest, and carbon storage was the most vulnerable to loss, followed by the natural development scenario. The ecological protection scenario had the smallest change. [Conclusion] Land Use Planning for Hainan Free Trade Port in the future should focus on the protecting key ecological areas such as the central mountainous areas, strengthening the nature reserves of Hainan Island, optimizing the land use pattern, and strictly controlling the transformation of forest land, cultivated land, and wetlands into construction land. The efficiency of carbon sequestration should be improved, and forest carbon sinks should be increased to achieve regional sustainable development.

Objective: To investigate the effect of calcium, magnesium and potassium salts on the properties of coix seed starch-myofibrillar protein (CSS-MP) composite gel with low sodium content. Methods: Based on the results of previous research, the effects of partial substitution of NaCl by CaCl2, MgCl2 or KCl on the gel strength, water holding capacity (WHC), rheological properties, surface hydrophobicity, sulfhydryl group content, gel microstructure and sensory evaluation of CSS-MP composite gel were investigated. Results: The texture and rheological properties of the CaCl2 substitution group were better than those of the control group (3% NaCl), and the WHC and whiteness of the KCl substitution group were not significantly different from those of the control group, but the gel strength was decreased by MgCl2 or KCl substitution. The total sulfhydryl content of the CaCl2 and MgCl2 replacement groups was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the surface hydrophobicity of the CaCl2 replacement group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups. The addition of MgCl2 promoted the formation of hydrogen bonds, enhanced the hydrophobic interaction, while CaCl2 substitution had the opposite effect. In terms of sensory properties, the substitution of 1.0% CaCl2 and 0.5% MgCl2 could attain a saltiness perception similar to 3% NaCl. However, the comprehensive sensory score showed that the substitution of the three chlorine salts caused no significant difference in sensory properties of CSS-MP composite gel. Conclusion: Calcium, magnesium and potassium salts can improve the properties of CSS-MP composite gel in different degrees. The results of this study lay a theoretical foundation for the development of low-sodium composite surimi gel products.

Objectives: To meet the requirements of high cleaning rate and low loss rate. Methods: A small negative pressure winnowing machine for walnut shell and kernel mixtures was developed. Single factor test and response surface optimization method were used to analyze the working parameters of winnowing machine based on such two separation effect indicators as cleaning rate and loss rate. Results: For 1/2 shell kernel, 1/4 shell kernel, 1/8 shell kernel and 1/16 shell kernel materials, the optimal feeding rates were 4.0， 3.5， 3.0， 2.5 kg/min, the fan frequencies were 40， 35， 30， 30 Hz, the feeding inlet heights were 400， 400， 300， 300 mm, respectively. It was seen from the separation effect of different grades of walnut shell materials that 1/2 and 1/4 shell kernel materials had the best separation effect. Conclusion: Shell and kernel separation can be effectively realized by controlling the working parameters of winnowing machine. It is difficult to separate 1/8 and 1/16 shell kernel materials for the overlapping range of suspension speed of shell and kernel materials.

SiC fiber reinforced Si3N4 composites (SiCf/Si3N4) were prepared by chemical vapor infiltration, and the mechanical properties were optimized by tailoring the BN interphase thickness. The microstructure was characterized by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the evolution of mechanical properties was revealed by the finite element analysis. The results show that with the increase of BN interphase thickness from 290 to 550 nm, the flexural strength is increased from （190±39）MPa to （317±28）MPa, the fracture toughness is increased from （7.3±1.6）MPa·m1/2 to （14.7±0.5）MPa·m1/2, and the tensile strength is increased from （89±3）MPa to （176±17）MPa. The residual stress of the fiber decreases rapidly with the increase of BN interphase thickness, and the thermal mismatch is effectively alleviated， which makes the material show better mechanical properties.

In order to reduce the amount of added sodium in myofibrillar protein (MP) gel, the effects of partial substitution of different chloride salts (CaCl2, MgCl2, and KCl) for NaCl on the gel strength, microstructure, water-holding capacity and rheological properties of MP gel were studied. The underlying mechanism of action of sodium substitutes was elucidated by using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and intrinsic fluorescence spectroscopy as well as measuring surface hydrophobicity and sulfhydryl content. The results showed that KCl was the best substitute for NaCl, followed by CaCl2, and MgCl2 was least effective in replacing NaCl. The gel strength of the KCl substitution groups (0.5% KCl + 2.5% NaCl, 1.5% KCl + 1.5% NaCl, and 1.0% KCl + 2.0% NaCl; m/m) was better than that of the control group (3% NaCl), while no significant difference in water-holding capacity was found between the two groups (P > 0.05). The gel strength of the 1.5% CaCl2 + 1.5% NaCl group decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the water-holding capacity decreased first and then increased. The gel strength significantly decreased (P < 0.05) and the water-holding capacity increased in the MgCl2 substitution groups. In terms of rheological properties, the storage modulus (G’) of the KCl substitution groups was significantly higher than that of the control group. Substitution of CaCl2 and MgCl2 increased the surface hydrophobicity of MP and decreased the sulfhydryl content. Substitution of CaCl2, MgCl2, and KCl resulted in a blue shift in intrinsic fluorescence spectra. At low substitution levels (0.5%), the microstructure of MP gel showed no significant difference from that of the control group. The above results indicate that CaCl2, MgCl2 and KCl can be used to partially substitute NaCl in surimi gel products.

Misoperation of the inter-turn protection of high voltage shunt reactors （HVSRs） frequently occurs in submarine cables for offshore wind power transmission during conventional opening and closing operations. The misoperation scenarios are analyzed， and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Firstly， the inter-turn protection principles of different manufacturers are compared， and the misoperation processes under different operation scenarios are examined. Secondly， it is concluded that the core saturation generates a zero-sequence source during closing. The decreased measured impedance due to the increased current amplitude during resonance results in protection misoperation. Thirdly， the waveforms recorded in the field operation scenario are reproduced via simulation to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. Finally， it is suggested to adopt misoperation countermeasures， such as increasing the zero-sequence inrush current harmonic blocking criteria， resonant frequency identification criteria， and opening the switch on the high-reactance side and closing it afterward during operation.

Targeted at the aged Fengxiang crude Baijiu stored in Jiuhai, a container for Chinese Baijiu, this paper adopted the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) to analyze the changes of volatile substances in the Fengxiang Baijiu. The results indicated that 85 compounds were detected by GC-MS, including 41 esters, 10 acids, 17 alcohols, and some compounds with high molecular weight. During storage, the content of esters decreased obviously, that of acids increased, and that of higher fatty acid esters such as ethyl palmitate, ethyl linoleate, elaidic acid ethyl ester, and stearic acid ethyl ester, and phenylethyl alcohol showed a linear growth. In contrast, a total of 47 compounds, dominated by 23 esters and 14 aldehydes and ketones, were identified by GC-IMS, as it was more sensitive to substances with small molecules. It was found that the content of dipropyl sulfide, isopentane, diacetyl, etc., increased with time. The principal component analysis (PCA) of the two techniques showed that there were significant differences between aged crude Baijiu. Combining the above two techniques, a change law of the volatile components in aged Fengxiang crude Baijiu was derived, the content of acids increased, that of esters declined, and that of ethyl palmitate, ethyl linoleate, elaidic acid ethyl ester, stearic acid ethyl ester, phenylethyl alcohol, benzaldehyde, dimethyl sulfide, and lactic acid grew. It was expected that the results of this paper could provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the aging system of Fengxiang Baijiu.

Biomass maleopimaric anhydride (MPA) was used as curing agent and petroleum based E-54, AG-80 and 014U mixture was used as epoxy resin to study the thermal and mechanical properties of rosin based epoxy resin matrix and its composites, in order to further evaluate the possibility of its application in advanced resin matrix composites for main load-bearing structures of aircraft and to broaden the application field of biomass epoxy resin. The results show that the cured epoxy resin has high mechanical properties and thermogravimetric temperature. The glass transition temperature of formula F2 resin is 156 ℃, the tensile strength is 82.6 MPa, the tensile modulus is 3.05 GPa, the elongation at break is 4.2%, 5% thermal decomposition temperature is about 370 ℃. The dry glass transition temperature of composite laminates prepared from F2/U3160 prepreg is 158 ℃ and the wet glass transition temperature is 123 ℃. The dry mechanical properties are equivalent to those of 3261/HT3 composites which have been applied to helicopter rotor system, and have a high retention rate of wet mechanical properties.

In order to improve spectrum efficiency and meet the service demands of massive users, a non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA)-based ultra-dense mobile edge computing (MEC) system was considered.In order to solve the serious communication interference caused by simultaneous offloading of multiple users and make efficient use of edge server resources, a joint task offloading and resource allocation scheme was proposed to minimize the system energy consumption while meeting the quality of service (QoS) of all users.Offloading decision, power control, computation resource and subchannel resource allocation were jointly considered in the proposed scheme.Simulations results show that the proposed scheme can efficiently lower system energy consumption compared to the other offloading schemes.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of iron chelation therapy on hematopoiesis in hematological malignancy patients with iron overload after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Methods The clinical data of 38 hematological malignancy patients who suffered from iron overload after allo-HSCT and were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. According to receiving iron chelation or not, they were divided into treatment group (n=21, oral administration of deferasirox) and control group (n=17, no iron chelation). The changes of hemoglobin (Hb) level, platelet (PLT) count, white blood cell (WBC) count and serum ferritin (SF) level were compared between the 2 groups, and the adverse reactions during administration were observed as well. Results At 2, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, Hb level and PLT count in the treatment group were significantly improved from baseline as compared with the control group (P < 0.05), but the WBC count showed no significant difference between the 2 groups (P > 0.05). SF levels in the treatment group was decreased from baseline at 4 and 8 weeks, significantly lower than those of the control group [-867 (-1 918~ 477) vs 436 (-408~467) μg/L, P < 0.001;-1 243 (-2 784~364) vs 541 (-674~578) μg/L, P < 0.001]. None of the patients in the treatment group developed serious gastrointestinal symptoms or severe damage to liver and kidney functions. Conclusion Iron chelation therapy can effectively improve the hematopoiesis, with satisfactory safety, in the patients suffering from iron overload after allo-HSCT.

With the joint release of “5G message white paper” on April 8, 2020, China’s three major telecom operators have reached a consensus that they will comprehensively upgrade the short message service in the 5G era and create a new business form of 5G message.On the basis of emphasizing the construction of 5G message system, the difficulty of 5G message system carrying the message services of three operators was analyzed under different co construction scope from the technical perspectives of network architecture, interface interoperability and security risk, and finally recommends the construction scheme of co-construction of MaaP, so as to meet the 5G message services development demands of three operators with less implementation cost.

The stability of surrounding rock of dynamic pressure roadway in coal mine is very important to ensure the safety of mine production.In order to effectively control the instability deformation of roadway under the influence of mining pressure, taking the dynamic pressure roadway of 2201 working face in Detong Coal Mine as the engineering background, through the analysis of the failure phenomenon of dynamic pressure roadway and the evolution law of surrounding rock stress, this paper puts forward the stability control technology of dynamic pressure roadway cooperative pressure relief surrounding rock.This technology based on two-way cumulative presplitting blasting roof cutting pressure relief and constant resistance large deformation anchor cable yield pressure support.The research shows that the periodic superposition of mining dynamic pressure makes the vertical stress concentration of roadway surrounding rock and the distribution of double-peak arch asymmetry.The deformation of roadway is parabolic, and the roadway in the area with the maximum stress concentration and displacement is prone to instability.Therefore, the dynamic pressure transmission path was effectively cut off after the two-way cumulative presplitting blasting was applied to the dynamic pressure roadway, and the peak stress difference of the roadway was reduced by 19.6 %.After that, the constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable yield pressure support was applied to unloading dynamic pressure, and the reduction rate of roadway section was reduced from 60 % to 13 %.The influence of mining dynamic pressure on the stability of roadway was significantly weakened, which proved that the application effect of the stability control technology of surrounding rock with cooperative pressure relief was good, and it could provide useful guidance for similar mines.

Graphene loaded ferric oxide (G/Fe3O4) composites were prepared by chemical modification using graphene and nano-Fe3O4 as raw materials. The composites were characterized by transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and Fourier infrared spectrometer, and G/Fe3O4 composites were added to SN 5W-30 lubricating oil, and the dispersion stability and tribological properties of composites in lubricating oil were studied by plasma spectrometer and four ball friction tester. The results show that G/Fe3O4 composite materials generated by the co-modification of oleic acid and silane coupling KH570 are better dispersed on the graphene surface than with oleic acid modification alone; precipitation stability experiments show 10 days later,iron content in the lubricating oil is decreased by 48.3% without composite added,iron content is decreased by 39% with oleic acid modified composite added, and iron content is decreased by 31.1% with oleic acid and KH570 jointly modified composite; four-ball experiments show that G/Fe3O4 composites acting as lubricating oil additives have good tribological properties, the use of oleic acid and KH570 joint modification effect is better than the use of oleic acid modification, the maximum card-free bite load PB is increased by 6.5%, the diameter of the mocha is decreased by 4.4% and the coefficient of friction is decreased by 4.8%.

In order to improve the assembly quality of the motor and reduce the total cost,it is necessary to optimize the design of the tolerances of the key components that form the air gap between the motor stator and the rotor. A multi-objective and multi-constrained mathematical model for radial tolerance optimization of a motor assembly was established with processing cost and mass loss cost as objective functions,tolerance values of key components as design variables,and assembly functions and economic processing capabilities as constraints. The model was solved based on the improved genetic algorithm,and the key component tolerances under the lowest total were obtained. Through CETOL 6σ simulation verification,the results show that the passing rate of motor assembly is increased by about 55. 7%,and the total cost is reduced by about 45. 2% with the optimized design tolerance.

Objective To quickly and automatically evaluate the risk of hazardous chemical substances in food quickly and automatically. Methods Based on the Spring MVC framework, a quantitative assessment model of food chemicals was integrated and a visualization of the assessment result was provided. Results A set of food safety risk assessment software chemical hazard based on multi-source data fusion electronic. Conclusion The e-evaluation system described in this article had enabled the process and automation of a quantitative assessment model for the risk of food chemicals. It had also enabled the quantitative assessment model for food chemicals to be widely used in the business, thereby improving the efficiency of assessment.

Objectives This study is focused on whether CFD can be used to analyze the temperature distribution in the core storage of ocean exploration vessels.Methods In the core storage of ocean exploration vessels, high-temperature storage is 4℃, low-temperature storage is -20℃ and temperature control accuracy is ±1℃. The standard k-ε turbulence model is used in this paper for CFD simulation. In the case of an empty storage ceiling, a transverse layout, a longitudinal layout and an oblique layout are separately adopted on the deployment scheme of the air cooler for high and low temperature storage. The temperature distributions of the different layout schemes are simulated to determine the optimal layout of the air cooler. Then the simulation results are compared with the experimental results.Results The result shows that when the air cooler adopts the transverse ceiling layout, the temperature deviation degree is small, and the temperature is mostly distributed in qualified areas, therefore this layout is selected. In the case of the transverse layout ceiling arrangement, the error between the simulation results and experiment results, is below 10%. This shows that the simulation results are reasonable.Conclusions CFD can accurately simulate temperature distribution in core storage, providing a strong scientific basis for the future design of core storage air coolers.

Objective To achieve a high degree of process-oriented and automated decision-making on food safety risk assessment and data fusion among various business units. Methods Establish a temporal model library covering method such as dietary exposure assessment, hazard factor assessment, and spatio-temporal clustering detection, which can automatically connect to the basic data of each link of food traceability to obtain corresponding data, and calculate the risk assessment result through the selected risk assessment model construct a risk assessment matrix. Based on extract-transform-load (ETL) technology and data analysis algorithm implemented by R language, the basic data warehouse, risk assessment model base and risk decision support system were integrated. Results The establishment of a food safety risk assessment decision-making system would effectively resolve the problems of time-consuming and labor-intensive traditional data assessment and data cleaning difficulties. Based on the electronization of the original risk assessment process, the model input, calculation, and output would be integrated, and multi-year historical monitoring would be integrated to quickly customize the risk assessment research scenarios for harmful factors in common food categories. Conclusion This platform help improve the work efficiency of relevant business personnel, and promote data exchange and collaborative sharing between business units.

Taking advantage of the EUM-25 K20 tension-torsion fatigue testing machine by CARE,the cryogenic uniaxial ratcheting tests were carried out for the S30408 specimens with and without weld,and with 0%,8%,and 12% pre-strains at110 K. It is shown that ratcheting behavior of specimens with and without weld is closely related to mean stress,amplitude stress and loading history. Because of the softening effect of a small amount of ferrite in weld metal,the initial ratcheting strain of weld specimen and ratcheting strain of weld specimen under small cyclic stress is larger than that of base metal. However,with the increase of plastic deformation,the higher content of alloying elements in weld metal has a more obvious strengthening effect,which makes the subsequent ratcheting strain of weld specimens with a certain number of cycles smaller than that of base metal under larger cyclic stress. The ratcheting strain of specimens with and without weld decreases with the increase of the pre-strain at cryogenic temperature. The accumulation of ratcheting strain can be completely restrained by pre-strain at a small cyclic stress level. S30408 is rate-dependent material at 110 K,and ratcheting strain decreases with the increase of loading rate.

Isothermal constant strain thermal compression test was carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine. Based on the experimental data, the flow behavior of Ti-22Al-24Nb-0.5Y alloy was studied. The factors affecting the flow stress of the alloy were analyzed by orthogonal test, and a constitutive model based on BP neural network was established. The results show that the main factors affecting the flow stress of the alloy successively are the strain rate, deformation temperature and strain. The flow stress of Ti-22Al-24Nb-0.5Y alloy in hot deformation is more sensitive to the strain rate and the deformation temperature. The deformation of the alloy is characterized by flow softening at low deformation temperature and high strain rate, but the deformation tends to steady flow with high deformation temperature and low strain rate. The high temperature constitutive model of alloy established by BP neural network has high accuracy. The correlation coefficient reaches 0.9949, the average relative error is 3.23%, the predictive value with the deviation within 10% data points reaches up to 98.79%, and the prediction model can be used as a constitutive relation for the finite element simulation in Ti2AlNb based alloy plastic forming process.

The isothermal compression tests of Ti-2.7Cu alloy were tested to study the hot deformation behavior in temperature range of 740-890℃ and strain rate range of 0.001-10s-1 on a Gleeble-3500 thermomechanical simulator. Constitutive model based on strain compensation was established by the Arrhenius hyperbolic sine function equation, and set up a constitutive equation for PSO-BP neural network. The results show that the flow stress is more sensitive to deformation temperature and strain rate, the flow stress is decreased with the increase of deformation temperature and decrease of strain rate; the flow stress curves present stable states in high temperature and low strain rate. For a constitutive equation based on strain compensation, the data points with the predicted error less than 15% account for 85.28% of all test data by error calculation; and for the constitutive equation based on PSO-BP neural network, the data points with the predicted error less than 15% account for 96.67% of all test data. PSO-BP neural network model has higher accuracy, it can better predict the flow stress of Ti-2.7Cu at elevated temperature.

VRAM (vacuum resin absorbable molding) process was used to prepare the epoxy resin matrix hybrid composites with ramie fiber cloth and glass fiber cloth.The storage modulus,the loss factor and the mechanical property of the composites were tested.Vibration characteristics were estimated through the resonance frequencies and free vibration decaying curve via the single cantilever beam vibration test.Meanwhile,the damping factors were obtained by calculation.Finally,the finite element simulation software was used to do some simulation analysis on the resonance frequencies and free vibration decaying experiments.The results show that the contradiction between the damping properties and the mechanical properties can be balanced by the hybrid plies of the ramie fiber cloth and the glass fiber cloth.Therefore it can realize the controllable regulation of the damping properties and the mechanical properties and give full play to the remarkable designing advantages of composites.Among them,loss factor and tensile strength of the composites with RGR lay-up are 1.4 times more than the pure glass fiber cloth composite,and 3 times more than the pure ramie fiber cloth composite,respectively.The finite element simulation curves of free vibration are basically consistent with the experiment results.It shows that virtual vibration test of laminated composite can be realized by simulation software,so as to provide convenience for material performance prediction and design.

Objective To investigate the effect of Cystatin C (Cys C) expression on the growth, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC A549 cells and its potential molecular mechanism. Methods sh-Cys C vector was constructed using short hairpin RNA (sh-RNA) to knock down Cys C expression, and transfected into human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. sh-Cys C stably expressional cell line was screened. Cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8. Cell migration was detected by wound healing test. Cell invasion was detected by Transwell assay. In addition, Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression changes of key proteins in invasion and migration. Results shRNA interfered with Cys C and significantly decreased the expression of Cys C. Compared with the control group, shRNA-mediated Cys C silencing significantly inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of A549 in vitro. In addition, the downregulation of Cys C could significantly inhibit the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP9, MMP14) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Conclusion shRNA interferes with Cys C and significantly down-regulates the expression of Cys C, which could inhibit the invasion and migration of A549 cells.

As a by-product of mining and the extensive production of industrial solid waste, tailing has many types, has a low utilization rate, and seriously affects the surrounding ecological environment. With the protection of natural resources and ecology in China, the traditional methods of obtaining clay and natural stone by mining cultivated land and preparing building materials by utilizing a high-temperature process will be avoided and eliminated gradually. In the face of the increasing demand for construction and decoration materials in the engineering construction sector in the Jing-Jin-Ji region, the use of tailing resources, which are stockpiled in large amounts in Chengde, Hebei Province, for the preparation of baking-free and decorative bricks is characterized by high usage of solid waste, low energy consumption, low environmental pollution, and considerable savings. In this study, for the simple system of molybdenum tailing-cement brick, the press molding process, microstructure, and coloring property after the addition of pigment were investigated. Results show that, for the baking-free brick, the appropriate cement-to-tailing ratio is 0.18~0.25, water-to-solid raw materials ratio for pressing is 0.10, pressing strength is 25 MPa, pressing holding time is 30 s, and brick performance is improved by the step-style pressing mode. After curing for a long time, the relative contents of Ca(OH)2, ettringite, and CaCO3 increase with the increase in the content of cement in the brick samples, whereas the content of mica decreases. If the mass content of cement reaches 25%, then the AFm phase (low sulfur calcium aluminum sulfate) will form. Large quantities of hydrated calcium silicate (C-S-H) gel, ettringite, and Ca(OH)2 can also be observed in the brick samples. The addition of red, yellow, and green pigments of iron oxide type within 9% has only a slight effect on brick strength. By contrast, the addition of blue and black pigments causes strength loss. Thus, their contents should be appropriately controlled within 6% to 9%.

The capacity issue of a denoise-and-forward(DNF) protocol was focused on based PNC system of frequency non-selective Rayleigh fading channel.First,the total sum-rate of the system was derived.With the derived sum-rate expression,two policies maximizing the system sum-rate are proposed.On this basis,a novel adaptive diversity scheme was proposed.Closed-form expressions of the system outage probability with the new proposed scheme as well as the amplify-and-forward (AF) based PNC system and the conventional direct transmission were derived over frequency-nonselective Rayleigh fading channels.Simulation experiments are conducted and the results show that the outage performance of the system can be im-proved significantly compared to the AF based PNC system and the conventional direct transmission scheme.

The roasting consolidation characteristics of chromite pellets were systematically studied in this paper. The results show that preheating time has little effect on the compressive strength of preheating chromite pellets. Under the appropriate preheating time of 10 min,increasing the preheating temperature can improve the compressive strength and oxidation rate of preheating chromite pellets linearly. The appropriate preheating temperature is 1050℃,at which the compressive strength of preheating chromite pellets can reach more than 400 N. In addition,compared with conventional iron ore pellets,a higher roasting temperature is required for chromite pellets. The compressive strength of chromite pellets increases from 1078 N to 1973 N when the roasting temperature increases from 1250℃ to 1350℃. During the preheating and roasting of chromite pellets,(Fe,Mg)(Cr,Fe,Al)2O4 is oxidized into(Fe,Mg)(Cr,Fe,Al)2O4 and(Cr,Fe,Al)2O3. The new phase(Cr,Fe,Al)2O3 is obviously generated when the temperature surpasses 1000℃.(Cr,Fe,Al)2O3 mainly distributes in the outer layer of the particles in a ring shape,while the acicular(Cr,Fe,Al)2O3 interlaces together with(Fe,Mg)(Cr,Fe,Al)2O4 in the internal part. Decreasing the Cr/Fe ratio in the raw ore concentrate or increasing the roasting temperature can facilitate the aggregation of(Cr,Fe,Al)2O3 around the outer layer of the particles,which in terms assists in the pellet consolidation and then enhances the compressive strength of chromite pellets.

The roasting properties and solidification behaviors of high-titanium pellets were studied systematically in this paper.The results show that increasing the content of TiO2 in pellets can lead to a greater difficulty in their roasting process. When the content of TiO2 increases from 10% to 21%,the proper preheating time prolongs from 12 min to more than 26 min,while the strength of roasted pellets still decrease from 2486 N to 1728 N per pellet. The reason is that high-titanium pellets contain high content of FeTiO3,which leads to a lower oxidization velocity of magnetite and a lower pre-oxidization degree. This phenonmenon is further adverse to the growth and connection of haplotypite crystals,which finally worsen the consolidation strength of pellets. By simultaneously adding Na OH and applying the wet-grinding process,the surface energy and surface activity of ore particles increase,which contribute to improving the diffusion of solid phases and generating a small amount of low-melting-point compounds. These improvements are conducive to the diffusion of recrystallization and then facilitate the growth of titanium hematite grains and the enrichment of Ti in Fe2TiO5. As a consequence,the proper preheating time shortens to 16 min and the pellet strength increases to 2141 N per pellet for pellets containling 21% of TiO2.

Unbounded,unordered and large scale datasets are increasingly common in recent years.Meanwhile,the processing requirements from data consumers are becoming more and more sophisticated,such as event time,window and latency.In order to deal with the evolved processing requirements on these unbounded,unordered and large scale datasets,the dataflow model in big data processing was introduced.On one hand,the dataflow graph of the dataflow model in big data processing was analyzed from the level of execution engine.On other hand,the dataflow programming model of the dataflow model in big data processing was analyzed from the level of unified programming.Furthermore,the different implementations of dataflow graph and dataflow programming model in multiple execution engines were analyzed,including Spark,a batch processing engine,and Flink,a stream processing engine.

The research progress and contributions about the fundamental theories and key technologies of collaborative heterogeneous underlaying cellular networks were introduced. The fundamental theories include the architecture, capacity region, connectivity problem of the collaborative heterogeneous underlaying networks, while the key technologies consist of interference management, wireless resource management, and exploration and utilization of vacant radio-frequency spectrum. The current study shows that D2D communication in collaborative heterogeneous underlaying cellular networks will become the key technology in the next-generation cellular communication systems because it can further improve the spectrum efficiency and system capacity in wireless communication networks.

Device-to-device（D2D）communication enables seamless operation of combining cellular and mobile Ad Hoc networks, which significantly improves the system spectrum efficiency and network capacity. The concept and application challenges of D2D local area network in theory and practice were introduced. The importance of cross layer resource management in solving interference avoidance of D2D communication was discussed, and an example of wireless resource management was also provided. The data results show that the performance of the proposed scheme is close to that of the exhaustive search optimal scheme, while has a relatively lower complexity. At present, D2D communication exhibits vast potential of achieving high system capacity and fully exploring wireless resources.

The outsourcing authentication model based on authenticated data structures was proposed.The formal defini-tion,data query authentication protocol and data updating authentication protocol of the model was presented.The crucial problems when the authenticated data structures are being used were analyzed.With designing the new extended coher-ence proof generation algorithm and the new extended verifying algorithm,authenticated data structures in the model very well was used.Finally the model with others through the performance analysis including the security and efficiency,the results of which show that:the model is more efficient than others as well as the consistency and correctness require-ments are also guaranteed.

Complex dynamic network data, such as social networks, protein interaction networks, and infectious disease transmission networks, are prevalent in the real world, consisting of numerous nodes and edges. Effective mining and utilization of such data for accurate prediction have become a key task. Dynamic graph neural network link prediction is an important branch of deep learning research, which aims to analyze the intrinsic laws of network evolution over time and predict potential future linkages, providing valuable information and basis for decision-making in various fields. This paper first reviews the development of dynamic graph neural networks, then introduces the modeling methods and training processes of dynamic graphs. Based on this, the paper categorizes dynamic graph neural network link prediction models into two main types according to the granularity of time: discrete dynamic graph models and continuous dynamic graph models, and provides an overview of the modeling methods used by current mainstream models in each category. In addition, it also introduces commonly used data sets, evaluation indicators and some application scenarios in dynamic graph link prediction research. In order to explore the drag reduction characteristics of different jet parameters in the bulb through pump, the bionic design was carried out for the shark gills, and the model of the bulb through the pump with a jet port at the front end of the bulb body was established, and the influence mechanism of the placement position, jet velocity and number of jet ports on the flow field of the bulb through the pump was studied by CFX. The results show that the near-wall main stream collides with the jet, and the axial momentum transmitted by the main stream to the jet weakens the axial velocity of the near-wall main stream. The radial momentum of the jet to the main stream increases the radial velocity of the near-wall mainstream, and lifts the near-wall high-velocity zone away from the bulb body, so that the near-wall medium and low velocity bands are widened, the high-velocity zone is contracted, and the wall shear stress is reduced. The calculation predicts that the drag reduction effect is up to 23.069%, the head is increased by 0.083 m, and the efficiency is increased by 1.729%, which can provide guidance for the optimal design and efficient operation of the bulb through-flow pump. In order to study the regeneration performance and mechanism of aged asphalt in high altitude regions of plateau, seven kinds of reclaimed asphalt with different regenerant contents were prepared. The properties of reclaimed asphalt were evaluated by the dynamic shear rheological test (DSR) and bending beam rheological test (BBR). The Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and atomic force microscope (AFM) were used to analyze the recycling mechanism of aged asphalt and reclaimed asphalt with different regenerant contents. The results show that with the increase of regenerant XT-3 mass fraction, the penetration and ductility of reclaimed asphalt fluctuate greatly with the increase of the content, and the penetration and ductility reach the maximum value when the XT-3 mass fraction is 7.0%. When the XT-3 mass fraction is 7.0%, the test value of the softening point is the smallest. The complex modulus first decreases and then increases, and the phase angle first increases and then decreases. The rutting factor and fatigue factor first increase and then decrease, and the creep speed first decrease and then increase. The surface roughness of reclaimed asphalt is greater than that of aged asphalt, and the infrared spectrum results show that there is no chemical reactions between the regenerant and the asphalt. Considering the road performance of reclaimed asphalt, the optimum mass fraction of regenerant is 7.0%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore expression and prognostic value of oncostatin M (OSM) in endometrial cancer and to analyze relationship between OSM expression and immune cell infiltration in endometrial cancer tissues. Methods: OSM expression in pan-cancer was analyzed by TIMER database, OSM expression in endometrial cancer and normal tissues was compared, and survival analysis for patients with different OSM expression was performed; relationship between OSM expression and immune cell infiltration was analyzed by TIMER and TISIDB, and ssGSEA algorithm was used to calculate difference in abundance of immune cell infiltration in samples with different OSM expression; GSEA software was applied to perform enrichment analysis; clinical tissue samples were collected for validation. Results: OSM expression was higher in endometrial cancer tissues than that in normal endometrial tissues (P=4.1e-28), and endometrial cancer patients with high OSM expression had prolonged recurrence-free survival (RFS) (P=0.004 8). OSM expression was positively correlated with abundance of immune cell infiltration and genetic markers of immune cells (P<0.05). OSM was mainly enriched in immune-related signaling pathways. OSM expression was higher in endometrial cancer tissues than normal and atypical hyperplastic tissues (P=0.016 9). Proportions of immune cell markers CD4, CD8, and CD68 were increased in tumor tissues with high OSM expression (all P<0.05), which were positively correlated with OSM expression. Conclusion: OSM is highly expressed in endometrial cancer tissues and correlated with prognosis; OSM expression is positively correlated with immune cell infiltration level and can be used as a biomarker for immunotherapy and prognosis. Anthropogenic hydrological regulation is profoundly altering the structure and function of wetland ecosystems. Due to the scarcity of long-term monitoring records, the responses of wetland ecosystems to anthropogenic hydrological regulation remain unclear. We reconstructed past ecohydrological changes in Dajiuhu Wetland during the last 40 years and explored the driving forces, based on multiproxy records of a 44-cm-length sediment core collected from Wuhaohu Lake of Dajiuhu Wetland in Shennongjia, Hubei. The results showed that the diatom community in Wuhaohu Lake had experienced three major stages, including the dominance of benthic diatoms between 1980 and 2008, the rapid increase in planktonic diatoms between 2008 and 2016, and the dominance of small-sized fragilarioid species after 2016. Results of redundancy analysis showed that change in diatom assemblage was significantly correlated with total organic carbon, total nitrogen and the ratios of Mn to Fe. Diatom floral changes after 2008 indicated the shift of Wuhaohu Lake from an early organic-rich peatland to a shallow lake, mainly in response to an increase in water table driven by damming. From 2016, the increases in benthic and epiphytic diatoms responded to the expansion of aquatic plants and improved light penetration after the relocation of local population. Considering the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system has a complex structure, and there are many maintenance support factors that affect its reliability and availability, an analytical model of UAV system's mean time between failures (MTBF) and operational availability considering preventive maintenance and pre-flight fault detection is constructed, basing on the assumption of equipment life distribution. A Monte Carlo simulation is used to simulate the maintenance process of the UAV and to analyse the MTBF and operational availability. Graph data is commonly used to represent complex relationships between different individuals, such as social networks, financial networks, and microservice networks. Graph neural network (GNN) is a deep learning model used for processing graph data, which can effectively capture structural and feature information in graph data. Anomaly detection refers to identifying unexpected data from a massive amount of data. Traditional anomaly detection methods usually do not consider the relationships between data when detecting graph data, while models that use GNN for anomaly detection can learn from graph structures and features, thereby improving the accuracy and robustness of anomaly detection. This paper reviews the application of GNN in anomaly detection from three aspects. Firstly, the basic framework of GNN is introduced. Secondly, the latest research progress of GNN in static graph anomaly detection, dynamic graph anomaly detection, and time series data anomaly detection is discussed separately. Named entity recognition (NER), as a core task in natural language processing, finds extensive applications in information extraction, question answering systems, machine translation, and more. Firstly, descriptions and summaries are provided for rule-based, dictionary-based, and statistical machine learning methods. Subsequently, an overview of NER models based on deep learning, including supervised, distant supervision, and Transformer-based approaches, is presented. Particularly, recent advancements in Transformer architecture and its related models in the field of natural language processing are elucidated, such as Transformer-based masked language modeling and autoregressive language modeling, including BERT, T5, and GPT. Furthermore, brief discussions are conducted on data transfer learning and model transfer learning methods applied to NER. [Objective] The Permian Luhcaoao Formation in the Jimusaer Sag has developed a continental mixed sedimentary system. Insufficient research on the sedimentary microfacies types of mixed fine-grained rocks and the distribution pattern of sweet spots has hindered the development of shale oil in this area. [Methods] Using core, outcrop, logging, and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) element logging data, analytical testing, oil testing, and production are integrated by lithofacies, sedimentary facies coupling analysis, and dynamic static combination. The sedimentary micro-environment, microfacies classification, model, and its controlling factors on deserts were studied. [Results] (1) From the core, eight types of sedimentary structures were identified: wave cross bedding, horizontal bedding, syngenetic deformation structure, pyrite, calcite strip, birds-eye structure and nodule, suture structure, biological fossil, and dolomite dissolution hole. The sub-facies are divided into semi-deep to deep lacustrine, mixed shallow lacustrine, and clastic shallow lacustrine. These are further subdivided into six microfacies: semi deep lacustrine mud, dolomitic flat, mixed beach bar, mixed shallow lacustrine mud, shallow lacustrine sand bar, and clastic shallow lacustrine mud. The sedimentary characteristics and mechanism of different microfacies are different. (2) A sedimentary microfacies model of mixed fine-grained rocks in saline lakes has been established. No.1 member of the Lucaogou Formation evolved from deep to semi-deep to shallow lacustrine from bottom to top. Typical reservoir microfacies are developed in different layers, including shallow lacustrine sand bar, mixed beach bar, and dolomitic flat. Among them, dolomitic flat has a more continuous and large-scale sheet shape, and mixed beach bar has potato shape, with highly developed and different scales. The shallow lacustrine sand bar is intermittent and scale limited; vertically, it is located in the superposition of thin reservoir microfacies and thick mudstone. The Lucaogou Formation No.2 member is dominated by shallow lacustrine facies. The reservoir microfacies are similar to No.1, but the architecture style is different. The development quantity and scale of dolomitic flat and mixed beach bars are greatly reduced, and shallow lacustrine sand bars were developed, showing large-scale scattered potato shapes and thick layer superposition vertically. The profile shows that the stacking style of microfacies changed at different positions of the plane. (3) The deposition of the target layer is a transition environment from dry and hot brackish water to salt water, with a high level of paleo-productivity. The lower desert section was deposited in an oxygen enriched environment, but the upper section was deposited in an anaerobic sub reduction to reduction environment. (4) Sedimentary microfacies control desert distribution and oilfield development strategies. The mixed beach bar microfacies is a type I sweet spot reservoir with high development degree, weak heterogeneity and the best production effect. Large scale deployment of horizontal well platform operation is adopted for development. The dolomitic flat microfacies is a type III sweet spot reservoir, with strong heterogeneity and general development effect. It is a follow-up replacement oil and gas resource. The shallow lacustrine sand bar is a type II sweet spot reservoir being, with overall dispersion, poor continuity, strong heterogeneity, and good production effect. [ Conclusions ] After the detailed study of the spatial distribution of sedimentary microfacies, the horizontal well development is deployed with reference to the parameters of the nuclear magnetic resonance curve.
