Flexible pressure and strain sensors have attracted increasing attention with the rapid development of medical and electronic interconnection.Ionic conductive hydrogels demonstrate more potential for flexible electronics sensors because of their excellent physicochemical properties such as biomimetic structures， suitable mechanical properties， and excellent biocompatibility. The classification， preparation methods， characteristics of ionic conductive hydrogels，and their applications in flexible pressure and strain sensors were reviewed. First， the sensing modes of ionic conductive hydrogels in pressure and strain sensors were introduced. Then， according to the different conductive principles， they were divided into three categories：metal ion hydrogels， ionic liquid hydrogels， and polyelectrolyte hydrogels. Their applications and research progress in pressure and strain sensors were systematically introduced from synthesis methods， performance characteristics，and improvement methods.Their potential application prospects and development trends were analyzed. The current challenges were summarized and prospects were made. It was believed that ionic conductive hydrogels still have great exploration space and application potential in intelligent flexible sensing.

Abstract [Objective] Leymus Hochst. stands as a crucial genetic resource for the genetic improvement and breeding of cereal crops. However, as allopolyploid plants, their genome origin remains unclear. This study aims to explore the genomic origin of the species in Leymus secalinus and the characteristics of interspecies genomic diversity by comparing the distribution of the repetitive sequences in the genomes of L. secalinus, L. racemosus, and Psathyrostachys juncea. [Methods] Genomic Cot-1DNA library of L. secalinus was constructed, and clones were sequenced and analyzed. The repetitive sequences were mapped to the chromosome of L. secalinus, L. racemosus, and P . juncea by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). [Results] (1) The repetitive sequences of the Cot-1 DNA of L. secalinus were classified into 4 types based on their expected genomic distribution patterns: Tandem repeats, dispersed repeats, tandem mixed dispersed repeats, and uncharacterized repeats, representing 32.4%, 45.7%, 12.4%, and 9.5%, respectively. (2) The number of the hybridization sites of the tandem repeats TaiI-family, Lt1-6, pTa-535, and pSc250 were highly varied from 7-20, 1-14, 17-26, and 0-24, respectively, across different species and accessions. (3) Ten LTR repeats hybridized the tested species chromosomes mainly by 3 patterns. Hybridizations were distributed in centromere, pericentromere, and intercalary regions in all chromosomes. Hybridizations were distributed in all the chromosomes. Hybridizations were distributed the same as the pattern 1 except some chromosomes were carrying telomeric hybridizations. Two LTR/copia sequences were detected only in L. secalinus, while the others were detected in all species and accessions tested but with polymorphisms in hybridization intensities or hybridization patterns in partial chromosomes. [Conclusion] Some of the repetitive sequences in Leymus species may have the characteristics of rapid evolution, which supports the rapid homogenization spread of scattered repetitive sequences to the entire nuclear genome during the polyploidy of Leymus species.

ObjectivePost-stroke cognitive impairment （PSCI） is a common syndrome associated with cerebral stroke，and there is a significant lack of objective cognitive assessment methods clinically for PSCI. This study aims to investigate the correlation between different electrode P300 latencies and cognitive functions in patients with PSCI，to provide experimental support for using P300 as an objective index in cognitive function assessment.MethodsThis study included 46 patients diagnosed with post-stroke cognitive impairment from May to August 2023 at the Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated with Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，along with 20 control subjects. The control group underwent the MoCA assessment. Participants in the PSCI group underwent neuropsychological tests：MoCA，Trail Making Test A （TMT-A），Trail Making Test B （TMT-B），Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test （RBMT-II），and Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure Test （ROCFT）. All patients and control subjects completed the event-related potential P300 assessment.ResultsCompared with the control group，participants in the PSCI group had significantly longer P300 latencies at nine electrodes （Fz，Cz，Pz，F3，C3，P3，F4，C4，and P4） （P < 0. 001）. ROC analysis showed that the latencies of P300-Cz and P300-Pz were strongly correlated with predicting overall cognitive function in PSCI （AUC > 0. 7）. In the analysis of specific cognitive domains，we found that P300-Pz and P300-P4 latencies were highly correlated with visuospatial/executive functions，P300-Pz latency with orientation，P300-Fz latency with attention，and latencies at Cz，Pz，and P4 with memory function （P < 0. 01）.ConclusionThe prolongation of the P300 latency in PSCI patients is correlated with cognitive dysfunction. The P300 latencies at electrodes Fz，Cz，Pz，and P4 may serve as predictive indicators for overall cognitive function，visuospatial/executive abilities，orientation，attention，and memory. These results further expand the assessment tools for cognitive functions in patients with PSCI.

Glycogen, a polysaccharide composed of glucose molecules linked by α-1,4-glycosidic and α-1,6- glycosidic bonds, is one of the primary energy storage forms in human body. Glycogen is primarily stored in the liver (as liver glycogen) and skeletal muscles (as muscle glycogen), with smaller amounts present in tissues such as myocardium, kidneys, and brain. When the body requires energy, liver glycogen can be broken down into glucose, which is then utilized by various tissues and organs. During exercise, muscle glycogen is consumed by skeletal muscles to meet the energy demands of the muscles. Beyond its crucial roles in maintaining blood glucose levels and providing energy, recent research has revealed that glycogen metabolism also regulates biological processes such as cell differentiation, signal transduction, and redox reactions. This review focuses on the latest research advancements in the regulatory mechanisms of glycogen metabolism in metabolic diseases, tumors, and immune cell responses, highlighting new regulatory modes and mechanisms.

Coal and gangue sorting methods based on heavy-medium coal selection technology, jigging technology, flotation technology, dry coal selection technology and γ-ray detection method have high investment costs, low sorting efficiency and serious environmental pollution. The accuracy of the coal gangue sorting method based on CCD cameras is not high, and the X-ray based coal gangue sorting technology can harm the health of personnel. Infrared thermal imaging technology has the advantage of being unaffected by light and dust, and will not cause harm to the human body. A coal gangue recognition method based on infrared thermal imaging has been proposed. Firstly, coal and gangue pass through the heating area under the conveyor belt, and the temperature of the center point of coal and gangue is monitred through an infrared thermal imager to obtain the temperature of the heated coal and gangue. The infrared thermal imager is used to capture the uniformly heated coal and gangue in the heating area, obtaining infrared grayscale and color images of the coal and gangue. Secondly, Gaussian filtering is used to preprocess and extract features from the infrared grayscale images and infrared color images of coal and gangue. The grayscale mean of the infrared grayscale image, the grayscale value feature corresponding to the maximum frequency, and the G-channel first-order moment and G-channel second-order moment features of the infrared color image are used as sorting features. The above four features are used as inputs for the classification model. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) is used for classification and recognition to achieve the goal of recognizing coal and gangue. The experimental results show that the coal gangue recognition method based on infrared thermal imaging has achieved an accuracy rate of over 98% for the sorting of bituminous coal, anthracite, and lignite, and has a good classification effect.

Objective Thrust faults and their associated folds are important structures of continental tectonic deformation, widely distributed at plate boundaries and within plates. The activity of these thrust faults can trigger severe seismic disasters, such as the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake in Taiwan and the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. However, research on surface ruptures and associated disasters caused by thrust faulting is relatively limited, mainly due to the complexity of their fault propagation processes. Studying thrust faults and their associated folds could enhance the capability of seismic hazard risk assessment and better predict earthquakes and potential secondary disasters. Methods This paper first introduces the meanings of fold-related faults and fold scarps and explains the impacts of surface uplift and lateral extension deformations on topography. Taking the Tian Shan active fold zone as an example, the paper focuses on analyzing the structural characteristics and landform deformation patterns of the Hejing thrust-and-fold belt in the northern margin of the Yanchi Basin and the Mingyaole anticline in the southern piedmont of the Tian Shan. It also discusses various types of structures, such as thrust faults, fold-related faults (flexural faults, flexural slip faults, and conjugate shear faults), and their effects on landforms. Based on this, the paper explores the relationship between the growth process of active folds and the formation of seismic geological disasters. Results and Conclusion It is believed that in a compressive tectonic environment, the growth of active folds and the formation of fault-related folds cause building displacement, tilting, and damage, thereby generating geological disasters. In particular, it emphasizes that the tilting of the ground on both sides and the footwall of active anticlines during the process of crustal shortening, vertical uplift, and lateral expansion poses a threat to the safe operation of major engineering structures. Simultaneously, the bending deformation caused by regional crustal shortening presents potential seismic risks and triggers geological hazards for significant linear engineering projects spanning active anticlines, warranting attention.

Objective To establish age estimation models of northern Chinese Han adults using cranial suture images obtained by CT and multiplanar reformation （MPR）, and to explore the applicability of cranial suture closure rule in age estimation of northern Chinese Han population. Methods The head CT samples of 132 northern Chinese Han adults aged 29-80 years were retrospectively collected. Volume reconstruction （VR） and MPR were performed on the skull, and 160 cranial suture tomography images were generated for each sample. Then the MPR images of cranial sutures were scored according to the closure grading criteria, and the mean closure grades of sagittal suture, coronal sutures （both left and right） and lambdoid sutures （both left and right） were calculated respectively. Finally taking the above grades as independent variables, the linear regression model and four machine learning models for age estimation （gradient boosting regression, support vector regression, decision tree regression and Bayesian ridge regression） were established for northern Chinese Han adults age estimation. The accuracy of each model was evaluated. Results Each cranial suture closure grade was positively correlated with age and the correlation of sagittal suture was the highest. All four machine learning models had higher age estimation accuracy than linear regression model. The support vector regression model had the highest accuracy among the machine learning models with a mean absolute error of 9.542 years. Conclusion The combination of skull CT-MPR and machine learning model can be used for age estimation in northern Chinese Han adults, but it is still necessary to combine with other adult age estimation indicators in forensic practice.

Objective To analyze the effect of subanesthetic dose of esketamine on perioperative hemodynamics and adverse events in patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients who underwent general anesthesia lumbar spine surgery and treatment from June 2021 to June 2023 at Nanjing Jinling Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School, were retrospectively analyzed. According to the way of anesthesia induction, they were divided into the conventional group (conventional intravenous anesthesia induction, n=35) and the esketamine group (subanesthetic dose of esketamine+conventional intravenous anesthesia induction, n=35). Hemodynamic indices ［heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP)］, and blood norepinephrine (NE) levels at each time point before induction of anesthesia (T0), in the immediate preoperative period (T1), at the end of the operation (T2), and at the time of postoperative awakening (T3), as well as the dosage of vasoactive medications (atropine and phenylephrine), and the incidence of adverse events (nausea and vomiting, postoperative agitation, respiratory depression, and bradycardia) were compared between the two groups. Results The HR levels of patients in the conventional group were significantly lower at T1 and T2 than that at T0, and significantly higher at point T3 than that at T1 and T2; at T2, the HR in the esketamine group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05), and the difference in HR levels of patients in the esketamine group at each time point was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). The MAP levels of patients in the esketamine group at T1, T2 and T3 were significantly lower than those at T0, and the MAP levels of patients in the esketamine group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group at T1 and T2, and the MAP levels of patients in the conventional group first decreased and then increased over time, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The NE levels of patients in both groups showed a decreasing trend at all time points, in which the NE levels of patients in the esketamine group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group at T1, T2 and T3 (P＜0.05). The dosage of atropine and phenylephrine remedial drugs in patients in the esketamine group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05). The incidence of bradycardia in the esketamine group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (5.71% vs 22.86%, χ2=4.200， P=0.040). Conclusion The subanesthetic dose of esketamine can stabilize the hemodynamic changes during surgery in patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia, with a good anesthetic effect, reduce the dosage of anesthetic remedial drugs, reduce the incidence of bradycardia, and with a high degree of safety.

ObjectiveTo discover the appropriate temperature and time conditions for takeout containers using the specific migration test.MethodsThe time from ordering food to food delivery and finally food consumption was acquired from consumers through field surveys. Thereafter， the duration of the testing condition was assessed using the acquired data. Real foods were used to simulate the actual use of takeout containers， and temperature changes were recorded using an automatic recorder.ResultsBased on information from the field survey， the 2 h of food contact in takeout containers was simulated. The temperature recordings revealed that the average temperature in takeout containers ranged from 71-79 ℃.ConclusionTo analyze the specific migration volume of takeout containers， a specific migration test temperature of 100 ℃ or reflux temperature （95% ethanol） can be employed for 2 h.

Objective To develop and validate a nomogram prediction model for the early diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis (ATB) based on LASSO regression. Methods A total of 403 patients with ATB admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Kunming between March 2021 and March 2023 were used as the experimental group, and 175 cases of healthy physical examiners during the same period were selected as the control group. General information and laboratory test results of patients were collected, variables were screened using LASSO regression based on R software, and multivariable logistic regression was performed. A nomogram model of ATB was established based on the results of multivariable analysis, and internal validation was performed using receiver operating curve (ROC) and calibration curves, while clinical utility analysis using clinical decision curves. Results A total of 19 potential risk factors were screened by LASSO regression, namely C-reactive protein (CRP), haptoglobin (HAP), immunoglobulin G (IgG), absolute number of CD4+ lymphocytes (CD4+), ratio of CD4+ lymphocytes to CD8+ lymphocytes (CD4+/CD8+), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-17, lymphocyte percentage (LYM%), monocyte percentage (MON%), eosinophil percentage (EOS%), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), mean red blood cell volume (MCV), platelet count (PLT), red blood cell distribution width-standard deviation (RDW-SD), neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet large cell ratio (PLCR). Multirariable analysis showed that CRP (OR=1.352, 95%CI: 1.134-1.612), IL-6 (OR=1.165, 95%CI: 1.032-1.315),IL-8 (OR=1.105, 95%CI: 1.019-1.198), IL-10 (OR=1.544, 95%CI: 1.066-2.235), EOS% (OR=1.386, 95%CI: 1.105-1.737), MCV (OR=1.154, 95%CI: 1.051-1.737), PLT (OR=1.025, 95%CI: 1.013-1.037), and MCHC (OR=0.899, 95%CI: 0.854-0.946) were the independent risk factors for ATB. According to the nomogram, the ROC was plotted and showed that AUC of ATB risk predicted by model was 0.982 (95%CI: 0.973-0.991), the calibration curve results showed that the predicting probability of ATB risk by the nomogram model was basically consistent with the actual probability, and the results of decision curve analysis showed that when the probability threshold of the nomogram model predicting the risk of ATB was more than 0.05, the net benefit value of the patients was greater than 0. Conclusion The risk of ATB increases with increasing levels of CRP, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, EOS%, MCV, PLT and decreasing levels of MCHC. The nomogram prediction model based on the above factors can be used for the early diagnosis of ATB.

In this study, the contents of total sugars, crude polysaccharides, total phenols and total flavonoids in the aqueous and ethanol extracts of pine pollen, the large molecules isolated from the aqueous extract (> 5 kDa), and the small molecules isolated from the ethanol extract (< 5 kDa) were determined, and their protective effects on ovarian injury induced by cyclophosphamide in SD rats were explored. The results showed that compared with the model group, the ethanol extract and its small molecule fraction effectively increased the ovarian index, the number of mature follicles, the ovarian antioxidant enzyme activities total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) (by 16.03%, 25.81%; 138.42%, 237.09%; 104.31%, 109.90%; and 91.62%, 120.63%, respectively), and anti-apoptotic protein expression. In addition, they inhibited atretic follicles and ovarian lipid oxidation, as evidenced by a decrease in the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) by 53.42% and 48.43%, respectively; the effect was more pronounced than that of the aqueous extract and its large molecule fraction, while the aqueous extract and its large molecule fraction could protect the ovaries by reducing the pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) activity. This study provides a theoretical basis for further investigation of the mechanism of the ovario-protective effect of pine pollen and also provides technical guidance for the development of new products based on pine pollen extracts.

ObjectiveTo study test time and temperature of specific migration tests for hot drink cup through a questionnaire and a laboratory real temperature measurement method.MethodsThe consumption habits of consumers were investigated by means of questionnaires， the estimated time of contact with food during the general actual use of the hot drink cup was obtained， and the migration time required for the specific migration quantity test of the hot drink cup was obtained. Using real food to reproduce the actual use of the hot drink cup in a simulated consumption environment， and using an automatic temperature recorder to record the temperature changes during the test， the migration temperature required for the specific migration test of the hot drink cup was obtained.ResultsAccording to the survey results of consumers’ consumption habits in a restaurant， most consumers， in the process of eating in the restaurant， had an actual contact time with a hot drink cup of 1 h. According to the temperature measurement results during the actual use of the hot drink cup， its average temperature in different conditions within 1 h was 60 ℃-66 ℃.ConclusionAccording to a questionnaire and measured temperatures， it is recommended that a specific migration test condition of 70 ℃ for 1 h is selected. This study on specified migration conditions， including duration and temperature， was conducted through investigation and measurements and can be used as a reference to relevant testing institutions and laboratories when testing dine-in hot drink cups.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iB-NHL) with monoclonal immunoglobulin (McIg). Methods The clinical and pathological data of 82 newly diagnosed iB-NHL patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from November 2013 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the results of serum immunofixation electrophoresis (SIFE), they were divided into McIg positive group (30 cases) and negative group (52 cases). The clinical characteristics, laboratory examination results and overall survival (OS) were analyzed. Results iB-NHL with McIg were more common in males, with IgM-κ being the most common, and the clinical stage was mostly stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, with marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) as the main stage. Compared with the negative group, patients in the positive group were more likely to have bone marrow infiltration, international prognostic index (IPI)≥3, decreased white blood cell count, anemia, hypoalbuminemia, elevated globulin and cystatin C (P＜0.05). Cox univariate analysis showed that IPI≥3 and McIg positivity were associated with worse OS in patients. Multivariate analysis showed that McIg positivity was an independent adverse prognostic factor for OS of patients (HR=0.074, 95%CI: 0.009-0.609, P=0.015). Follow-up ended on October 31, 2021. The median OS of the positive group was 52 months, but the median OS of the patients without McIg was not reached, and the difference of OS between two groups had statistical significance (P＜0.01). Conclusion Among the newly diagnosed patients with iB-NHL, the prognosis of patients with McIg is relatively poor, which needs to be paid more attention in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The 6G network covers the entire space, air, ground, and sea. For diversified and personalized scenarios, the 6G network needs to provide customized services, that is, on-demand services. In order to realize on-demand services in all domains and scenarios, accurate, real-time, and intelligent cognition of the characteristics of the scenarios is an important prerequisite. How to enable the network to autonomously and intelligently recognize different scenarios and services, convert them into scenario-specific network key performance indicator (KPI), and further efficiently schedule network resources is a key problem that urgently needs to be solved. This paper applies the knowledge graph to the cognitive recognition of network scenarios, forms a standardized description of 6G network scenarios, and builds a knowledge graph based on the 6G scenario ontology. At the same time, a scene cognition reasoning method based on knowledge graph embedding is proposed, which realizes the embedding learning of graph nodes and relationships and reasons about scene feature nodes, achieving high accuracy. The method proposed in this paper helps to realize the autonomous control of the service life cycle of scene awareness, cognition, and on-demand services in the 6G full-scenario network, and has important innovation and guiding significance for improving the autonomy and intelligence of the next-generation network.

The drawing force of the steel wire rope in the joint area of the conveyor belt is an important indicator to measure the bearing capacity of the joint. At present, research on the joint of steel wire rope core conveyor belt mainly focuses on the structural parameters of the joint, vulcanization process, and adhesive performance of the rubber material. It has not pointed out the influence of lap length on the load-bearing capacity of the joint. To study the influence of lap length on the load-bearing capacity of steel wire rope core conveyor belt joints, the st1250 steel wire rope core conveyor belt is taken as the research object. A joint model is established by taking a single steel wire rope part at the conveyor belt joint. The bilinear cohesive zone model is used to simulate the bonding state between the steel wire rope and rubber. The model parameters are obtained through tangential tensile shear tests and normal tensile tests. By combining the bilinear cohesive zone model with the steel wire rope rubber contact interface, a simulation analysis is conducted on the damage evolution process of a single steel wire rope detached from rubber in a joint. It is found that the joint damage evolution process can be divided into four stages: linear loading, damage initiation, damage propagation, and complete failure. Moreover, the joint damage failure curve is consistent with the traction displacement curve of the bilinear cohesive zone model. It verifies that the bilinear cohesive zone model can effectively simulate the damage failure process of steel wire rope core conveyor belt joints. Simulation is conducted on joint models with different lap lengths. It is found that as the lap length increases from 350 mm to 750 mm, the overall stiffness of the joint shows a non-linear increase, and the maximum shear stress on the joint rubber shows a decreasing trend. Therefore, it is determined that the range of lap length should be controlled within 350 mm to 750 mm. The influence of lap length on joint bearing capacity under different wire rope diameters is simulated. The results show that the drawing force of wire rope increases nonlinearly with the increase of lap length. The larger the diameter of the steel wire rope, the greater the increase in the drawing force of the joint steel wire rope with the increase of the lap length. The functional relationship between joint lap length and single wire rope drawing force under different wire rope diameters is fitted, providing a theoretical basis for the rational selection of joint lap length under different bearing capacity requirements.

Accessibility is one of the effective methods to measure whether the spatial layout of public service facilities is effective. However, traditional accessibility research often ignores urban dynamics and the issues with overall accessibility when there are multiple types of facilities. This study focused on Hefei and used dynamic data from sources such as transportation, ambulances, and stroke centers to build a dynamic stroke emergency network integrating the services of "the community, emergency medical center, ambulance, and stroke center." Baidu's map API (Application Programming Interface) was used to estimate the dynamic traffic cost at six important moments of one day. Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient were used to measure the spatial equity of overall accessibility. A systematic analysis was performed to evaluate the changes in dynamic accessibility and spatial equity at different times of a day. The results reveal the following. (1) The overall accessibility in Hefei has reached the golden "1-hour" service standard. More than 75% of the communities had a travel time of less than 30 minutes. However, excessive emergency resources are concentrated in the city center; this is ill-matched to the development and population needs. The communities with travel times more than 60 minutes were mainly distributed in the northern part of the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Area and the west side of Shushan Area. These areas are remote, with inconvenient transportation and are very far from emergency centers and stroke hospitals. (2) The accessibility of the emergency network fluctuates greatly with time, and the accessibility during the morning and evening peak periods are mainly affected by traffic flow. Compared to the peak period, the accessibility fluctuation during the off-peak period is generally smaller. However, the dynamic adjustment of ambulance resources in the day and evening shift in Hefei did not have a huge impact on the accessibility of the overall emergency network. (3) The overall accessibility of the stroke emergency network in Hefei is poorly balanced. The two times of the day with the best and worst overall spatial layout are at 8:00 and 22:00, respectively. In the study of time-sensitive accessibility to first-aid during a stroke, the results of the proposed high-precision first-aid network model and the time-varying accessibility estimation method are more accurate and reliable. Baidu map API is suitable for the computation of the origin to destination travel costs when using road networks. Therefore, to improve the precision and effectiveness of the accessibility estimation results, while studying the accessibility of first-aid for stroke in urban areas, it is necessary to consider the influence of dynamic factors such as traffic flow and the opening time of facilities and the overall accessibility of the service system which comprises multiple types of facilities.

In order to solve the problem of how to quickly and accurately obtain the location information of self-organizing networks or target objects in the narrow and closed battlefield environment, such as the enemy command center, cabins, and underground buildings, this paper proposes a positioning algorithm based on the communication module provided by individual intelligent terminal equipment, we use the support of hardware devices such as visible light sensors, and study the communication signal fingerprint of swarm intelligence perception, combined with image matching algorithm. This algorithm mainly communicates with fingerprint data to achieve preliminary positioning, combines a weighted average algorithm of fused images and attitude sensors, and uses swarm intelligence perception to supplement and update positioning data. By adjusting the image matching strategy, while maintaining accuracy, compared to a single image matching positioning algorithm, it reduces computational power requirements and improves real-time performance in battlefield environments with complex communication conditions. Compared with the standard WKNN (Weighted K-Nearest Neighbors) algorithm, it improves the stability of localization in complex environments, and the average localization error is less than 1.72 m, reducing the error by about 50%.

In the sentiment classification of text data, there are often some fuzzy data that are difficult to classify. Due to their uncertainty, these fuzzy data appear to be over fitted during model training, which affects the robustness of the model. The three-way decision theories divide the initial sample into deterministic domains and uncertain domains, and how to select appropriate features for representation in the uncertain domain where the fuzzy data is located for downstream tasks is the challenge of the three-way decision sentiment analysis models. To address this challenge, a robust sentiment analysis model (UFR-SA) based on feature representation of three-way decision uncertainty domains is proposed. Firstly, based on the three-way decision theory, the deterministic domain and the uncertain domain are divided. For fuzzy samples in the uncertain domain, heterogeneous sample point pairs are defined to construct hierarchical features. Secondly, a hierarchical feature fusion model is designed to incorporate the advantages of each granularity feature into a multi-layer perceptual network. Finally, a divide and conquer strategy is adopted for test samples in the deterministic domain and the uncertain domain. The deterministic domain data are represented by the original features, and the fuzzy data in the uncertain domain are represented by the fused robust features. Experimental results on SST-2, SST-5, and CR datasets show that UFR-SA effectively reduces the interference of fuzzy data on the model and outperforms the performance of state-of-the-art models.

Since the concept of precision medicine proposed in 2011, the treatment of solid tumors has entered era of precision medicine led by gene testing. As a rare tumor, the incidence rate of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (PanNET) is increasing gradually. In the past, clinicopathological factors such as stage and grade system were used as criteria in the diagnosis and prognostic prediction of PanNET patients, and there were few biomarkers guiding the selection of PanNET diagnosis and treatment. As the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of PanNET have been updated these years, and genomics and molecular testing are wildly used in PanNET research, can precision bring new changes to the diagnosis, treatment and prognostic prediction of PanNET? This article reviewed the current status of PanNET precision therapy through the latest literature.

A thermophilic strain of Laceyella sacchari designated as FBKL4.014 was isolated from high-temperature Moutai-flavor Daqu, and its whole genome was sequenced. The results showed that the full genomic length of L. sacchari FBKL4.014 was 3.35 Mb, with a GC content of 48.67%. The sequencing depth was 433 ×, and a total of 3 328 protein-coding genes were predicted. Strain FBKL4.014 had the potential for complete carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism, and it was further inferred that the strain may have the potential to biosynthesize tetramethylpyrazine. This study provides genetic data for understanding the mechanism for the production of flavor substances in Maotai-flavor baijiu by Thermoactinomycetaceae metabolism, and also provides a reference for further research on the discovery of unknown functional genes of this strain and its genetic modification.

Objective To explore the influence of reasonable examination contents and checkpoints on the training outcomes of continuing medical education. Methods From September 2020 to February 2021, we carried out online and offline continuing medical education training for clinicians in maternal and child health centers in 16 districts of Beijing. The effect was assessed after the training. The assessment contents were assigned following the characteristics of continuing medical education, and examination checkpoints were set up according to the teaching content and arrangement to evaluate the learning effect. Results A total of three sections of online training programs were completed with 10 courses in each section and one examination was conducted at the end of each section. A total of 48 examinations were completed in 16 district maternal and child health care hospitals. The offline training was undertaken by the maternal and child health care hospitals in 16 districts of Beijing. Four to six training courses were completed in each hospital and one offline training examination was completed at the end of the course. The average score of test after three times of online training in 16 district maternal and child health care hospitals was 88.56±4.76, 93.39±3.22 and 90.71±5.18, respectively. Offline test average score was 88.65±4.35. Most students chose ‘excellent’ and ‘good’ for offline training satisfaction. Conclusions Reasonable establishment of examination node and examination content in medical continuing education may have positive influence on training outcomes.

In order to develop a self-lubricating coating with long life and high reliability suitable for harsh working conditions, the composite coating with NiCoCrAlYTa as matrix phase, Ag as lubricant phase and Mo as the reinforcing phase were prepared by high-velocity oxy-fuel spraying（HVOF）technology. The high-low temperature cycling tribological properties of the composite coating were investigated at 25 ℃ and 800 ℃. The morphology features, chemical composition and phase structure of the worn surface were studied to reveal the interaction between different elements in the friction process and physicochemical nature of friction interface. In addition, the multi-cycles adaptive lubrication mechanism under the alternating environment of high and low temperature was explored as well. The results show that the composite coating is dense and uniform, and has better mechanical properties. The phases of the composite coating mainly contain γ-Ni, β-NiAl, γ'-Ni3Al, Ag and Mo. The β-Ag2MoO4 layer-like lubricant generated on the surface can greatly improve the friction and wear performance of the composite coating at high temperature. Under the condition of multi-cycles, the friction coefficient of subsequent cycle of the composite coating is increased compared with the first cycle, but the wear rate of the composite coating at room temperature is decreased. This is caused by the interaction between the lubricating phase of β-Ag2MoO4 and the hard phases of Al2O3 and MoO3 with the action of frictional shear force.

Gingival recessions (GRs) result in root hypersensitivity, root surface caries, and esthetic problems. Various root coverage surgeries are being developed for periodontal plastic therapy. The tunnel technique (TUN) is one of the most widely applied surgeries due to its features of being minimally invasive, practical, excellent outcomes and long-term stability; however, there are still some limitations of this technique. The history and evolution from the envelope flap to TUN, including its efficiency when compared with coronally advanced flaps with a connective tissue graft (CTG), are reviewed in this paper. The limitations of TUN are discussed in consideration of our clinical experience; for example, there is high technique sensitivity when TUN is applied in GR>5 mm because of the great difficulty in covering the grafts. The advantages of surgical access, including vertical incisions in the vestibule, “W” type and pinhole access, are discussed for different situations. Mattress sutures and sling sutures in a single tooth or multiple teeth are applied in TUN. The different types of grafts, such as CTG, platelet-rich plasma, articular dermal matrix and xenogeneic collagen matrix, are described. Mechanical, chemical and biological conditioning of the root surface are recommended during surgery. Protecting the surgical area and taking antibiotics postoperatively are also very important. Finally, the modifications when TUN is applied with other kinds of techniques are discussed, including lateral closed TUN, laterally positioned flaps, double papilla flaps and frenuloplasty. Minimally invasive, esthetic, long-term stability and simplified techniques are the development trends of TUN in the future.

The effect of Spirulina powder on the rheological properties, microstructure and gluten properties of wheat flour dough was investigated. The results showed that in terms of mixograph characteristics, the addition of Spirulina powder generally increased the water absorption rate, development time and peak curve area of dough, and increased the energy required to form dough. Adding a small amount of Spirulina powder enhanced the strength and reduced the viscosity of dough, but the kneading resistance became weaker at higher concentrations of added Spirulina powder. After adding Spirulina powder, the breaking force of dough gradually increased and the breaking distance decreased. Meanwhile, the free sulfhydryl content increased and the disulfide bond content decreased. When the amount of added Spirulina powder was more than 6%, the wet gluten content decreased significantly, and the micrograph showed that the gluten network was seriously damaged. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) showed that the proportion of high-molecular-mass glutenin decreased and the proportion of low-molecular-weight glutenin increased after adding Spirulina powder. The results of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy showed that the addition of Spirulina powder reduced the content of ordered structure and increased the content of disordered structure in gluten proteins. Therefore, it is speculated that when a small amount of Spirulina powder is added to dough, dietary fiber in Spirulina fills the gluten network in dough after absorbing water, strengthening the adhesive state of the gluten protein network and improving dough strength. However, when the amount of added Spirulina powder is higher than 6%, the cross-linking of gluten proteins is hindered, thereby weakening gluten, reducing the ordered structure content of gluten proteins, and ultimately deteriorating the rheological properties of dough.

Taq DNA polymerase is a thermostable enzyme and widely used in PCR technology. In order to improve the production of Taq DNA polymerase by recombinant Escherichia coli, in this study the enzyme yield and specific activity of the enzyme were taken as the inspection indicators. The single factors producing Taq DNA polymerase content were optimized through single factor test: fermentation temperature, pH, amount of IPTG inducer, induction time, and inoculation amount. The results showed that fermentation temperature, pH, concentration of IPTG inducer had a significant impact on the specific enzyme activity of Taq DNA polymerase produced by the genetic engineering strain, while induction culture time and inoculation amount had no significant impact on the specific enzyme activity of Taq DNA polymerase produced by the genetic engineering strain. So fermentation temperature, pH and IPTG inducer concentration were selected as three factors of response surface to optimize the fermentation process of recombinant Escherichia coli for Taq DNA polymerase production. The response surface analysis results showed and that the order of significance for the specific activity of enzymes were: IPTG inducer concentration>fermentation temperature>pH, and the optimal fermentation process parameters were: fermentation temperature 37.2 ℃, pH 7.5, IPTG inducer concentration 0.800 mmol/L. Under this condition, the specific activity of Taq DNA polymerase reached (43.822±0.878) kU/mg.

The coal gangue recognition method based on visible light images has low accuracy and slow recognition speed. The coal gangue recognition method based on high-energy ray transmission has significant radiation, resulting in limited application. The infrared thermal imaging has advantages such as strong penetration and no influence from light. But the surface temperature of coal and gangue is relatively close at room temperature, resulting in no significant difference between coal and gangue in infrared thermal images, making it difficult to achieve good recognition results. In order to solve the above problems, a coal gangue recognition method based on water heat transfer and infrared thermal imaging is proposed. The method conducts infrared thermal imaging experiments on coal and gangue under different water temperatures (18, 21, 24, 27, 30 ℃). The method distinguishes between coal and gangue based on the differences in infrared thermal images and temperature changes. The experimental results show that the infrared thermal images of coal and gangue are different at different water temperatures. When the water temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, there is a significant difference between the infrared thermal images of coal and gangue. Under the same water temperature conditions, the difference between the infrared thermal images of coal and gangue gradually increases with time. The surface temperature changes of coal and gangue both show an increasing trend with the increase of water temperature and time. But the surface temperature changes of gangue are greater than those of coal. When the water temperature is 18℃ and the time is 180 s, the difference and temperature difference between the infrared thermal images of coal and gangue reach their maximum. This indicates that low-temperature water can serve as a heat transfer medium, which is more conducive to creating a large temperature difference between coal and gangue. The accurate and rapid recognition of coal and gangue infrared thermal images can be achieved.

Objective To explore the effects of circular RNA circATP2B1 on proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells and its potential molecular mechanism. Methods From July 2018 to February 2021, 44 cases of gastric cancer tissue specimens and paracancerous tissue specimens were collected from the Department of Gastrointestinal Hepatobiliary Surgery of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University. Four gastric cancer cell lines (SGC7901, HS-746T, MGC803, BGC823) and normal gastric mucosal epithelial cells (GES-1) were selected. The expression of circATP2B1 in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines was examined by RT-PCR. The gastric cancer cells with the lowest expression of circATP2B1 were divided into control group (transfected with negative control plasmid) and experimental group (transfected with circATP2B1 over expression plasmid). MTT and Transwell experiment were used to detect the proliferation activity and invasion ability of gastric cancer cells in each group. Bioinformatics and dual luciferase reporter gene experiments were used to analyze the possible molecular mechanism of circATP2B1, and RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of circATP2B1 downstream genes. Results The expression of circATP2B1 in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues (0.92±0.08 vs. 3.62±0.23, P＜0.01). The expression of circATP2B1 in gastric cancer cell lines was significantly lower than that in GES-1 cells (P＜0.01)and HS-746T cells had the lowest expression level (P＜0.01). Compared with the control group, the proliferation activity of HS-746T cells in the experimental group was significantly reduced (P＜0.05), and the invasion ability was significantly reduced (P＜0.01). Bioinformatics and dual luciferase reporter gene experiments showed that circATP2B1 can target miR-452-5p (P＜0.01), and miR-452-5p can target protocadherin 9 (PCDH9) (P＜0.01). Compared with the control group, the expression of miR-452-5p in HS-746T cells in the experimental group decreased significantly (1.00±0.04 vs. 0.24±0.05, P＜0.01), and the expression of PCDH9 gene increased significantly(P＜0.01). Conclusions The circATP2B1 is low expressed in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines, and circATP2B1 positively regulates PCDH9 gene expression through binding miR-452-5p, thereby reducing the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells HS-746T.

ObjectiveWe conducted a two-sample Mendelian randomization （MR） study to assess the causal relationship between circulating isoleucine， leucine and valine levels and the risk of peripheral atherosclerosis.MethodsBased on the large-scale genome-wide association study （GWAS） database， single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） closely related to the circulating levels of isoleucine， leucine and valine were identified as instrumental variables （IVs）. Two-sample MR analysis applying the inverse variance weighted （IVW） method and the weighted median estimator （WME） method were performed to estimate the causal relationship between the risk of peripheral atherosclerosis and the exposure with more than three SNPs that were available as IVs. The pleiotropy was evaluated by using the MR-Egger regression and MR-PRESSO method， and the leave-one-out method was used in sensitivity analysis.ResultsFour， one and one SNPs were identified as IVs for circulating isoleucine， leucine and valine levels， respectively. For isoleucine， the IVW model demonstrated there was no evidence of heterogeneity among the IVs （P=0.715）， and there was a significant causal relationship between the increase of circulating isoleucine level and a higher risk of peripheral atherosclerosis risk. Per every 1 elevated standard deviation （SD） of circulating isoleucine level resulted in increasing 31% of peripheral atherosclerosis risk （OR=1.31， 95%CI： 1.07‒1.61）. Similarly， the OR（95%CI） was 1.33 （1.04‒1.71） in the WME model. The MR-Egger regression and MR-PRESSO analysis indicated no evidence of pleiotropy in IVs （all P>0.05）. The result of the leave-one-out sensitivity analysis was stable. The Wald ratio model displayed that the causal relationship between circulating leucine and valine levels and the risk of peripheral atherosclerosis was not statistically significant. The OR （95%CI） for leucine and valine was 1.13 （0.78‒1.63） and 1.11 （0.82‒1.50）， respectively.ConclusionThere is a significant causal relationship between the increase of circulating isoleucine level and a higher peripheral atherosclerosis risk. The causal relationships between circulating leucine and valine levels and the risk of peripheral atherosclerosis need to be further confirmed in future studies.

ObjectiveTo examine the prevalence and influencing factors of smoking in urban and rural residents in Shaoxing City for providing evidences to effective tobacco control.MethodsWith stratified multistage random sampling， we conducted a face-to-face survey among 4 063 residents aged 15‒69 years in the city. A face-to-face questionnaire survey was used to collect information on smoking among urban and rural residents.ResultsAmong the 4 063 valid respondents， the rate of current smoking was 22.69%， the current smoking rate of rural residents was 24.85% and the rate of urban residents was 20.48%. ObjectiveTo observe the effect of hot and cold Chinese medicine whirlpool bath combined with motor control training on patients with shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after stroke.MethodsA total of 40 patients with SHS after stroke in the Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital and Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training such as physical agent modalities and occupational therapy. The control group received motor control training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training, 40 minutes a time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks; the observation group received hot and cold Chinese medicine whirlpool bath on the basis of control group, 40 minutes a time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks. Guizhou has many coal seams, thin coal seams, many gangues, and rapid lithology changes. Its complex strata characteristics increase the difficulty of fracturing CBM wells. Taking coalbed methane well in Jinjia Coal Mine as an example, we research the risk of complex formation fracturing and fracturing technology, and explore the adaptability of secondary pump-stop fracturing technology under stress disturbance. Engineering practice show that the lithology of coal measures in Jinjia Coal Mine has complex changes, and the lithology can be divided into 5 combination modes; multi-coal and multi-layered coal seams adopt methods such as “avoidance, expansion, selective injection, continuous injection, and directional perforation”, which can reduce the difficulty of fracturing construction. Multi-seam combined layer fracturing and multi-layer coal seam fracturing reform adopted the secondary stop pump fracturing technology, promoted the formation stress redistribution and fracture diversion, and improved the effect of reservoir fracturing reform; two coalbed methane wells in the study area implemented a secondary pumping-off fracturing process. The fracturing construction curve, pressure changes after pumping-off, and gas production effect all show that the fracturing process has a better effect on reservoir reconstruction.

Objective Construction of mouse liver senescence model induced rapidly in vitro by 3D organoid culture. Methods Mouse hepatocytes were collected by two-step perfusion method and cultured in 3D. Organoids were preliminarily identified by morphology, qPCR and immunofluorescence. The function of hepatocyte organoid was evaluated by their uptake of LDL. The hepatocyte organoids were treated with oleic acid, and their clonal growth, senescence related secretory phenotype, LDL uptake and ROS level of liver cells were detected. The hepatocytes were further treated with N-acetylcysteine (NAC) to detect the above phenotypic and functional changes. Results A large number of active primary mouse hepatocytes were obtained by two-step perfusion method. The hepatocyte organoid with self-reproduction ability was collected by 3D culture in the matrix gel. The expression of liver marker genes in hepatocyte organoid and primary hepatocytes was shown by qPCR detection. The immunofluorescence results showed that it highly expressed ALB protein. Moreover, hepatocyte organoid had normal uptake function of LDL. After treatment with oleic acid, the growth of hepatocyte organoid was slowed down, the expression of senescence related secretory phenotype genes was up-regulated(P＜0.001), the uptake of LDL was reduced(P＜0.001), and ROS was significantly increased(P＜0.001). The above phenotypes were alleviated by NAC treatment(P＜0.01 or P＜0.001). Conclusions Oleic acid treatment can successfully construct the aging model of mouse liver in vitro. Adding NAC can clear ROS and alleviate the occurrence of aging.

Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary acrylamide exposure on the progression of type 2 diabetes in GK rats. Methods: The effects of intragastric administration of acrylamide (2 mg/(kg mb·d)) for eight weeks on blood glucose metabolism indicators in GK rats including fasting blood glucose, fasting glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity were evaluated. Meanwhile, the levels of serum biochemical indexes, oxidative stress and inflammatory factors were determined, and pathological changes of the liver, kidney, pancreas and gastrocnemius muscle were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining to examine the effect of acrylamide exposure on organ functions of GK rats. In addition, serum and urine metabolites were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), the major differential metabolites between the acrylamide exposure and control (deionized water) groups were identified and related metabolic pathways were analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, dietary acrylamide exposure further damaged the pancreas of GK rats, promoted oxidative stress and inflammatory factors, and affected islet β-cell function and the pentose phosphate metabolic pathway, aggravating blood glucose metabolism disorder, as manifested by a significant increase in fasting blood glucose levels (P < 0.05), impaired fasting glucose tolerance and decreased insulin sensitivity. In addition, the differential metabolites identified included L-tyrosine, inositol, hippuric acid, citraconic acid, phenylacetylglycine, N-acetylleucine, quinolinic acid, L-tryptophan and 5-hydroxymethyltryptamine, which were associated with the metabolic pathways of amino acids such as arginine, proline, tryptophan, phosphoinositide, phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan. These metabolites and metabolic pathways are thought to be associated with abnormal liver and neural tissue functions. Serum biochemical and pathological analysis confirmed that dietary acrylamide exposure could cause different degrees of damage to the liver, gastrocnemius muscle and nerve tissue of GK rats. Conclusion: Dietary acrylamide exposure has serious adverse effects on the health of diabetic GK rats, aggravating blood glucose metabolism disorder and affecting the function of organs and tissues.

Objective To determine the impact of postoperative rehabilitation nursing on the recovery and quality of life in deep degree Ⅱ lower limb burn patients. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted on 68 patients with deep burn admitted to our center between January 2020 and January 2023. The patients were allocated into control group (n=34, conventional postoperative nursing) and intervention group (n=34, conventional postoperative nursing combined with postoperative rehabilitation nursing). In 4 weeks after intervention, wound healing (time of wound healing and wound blood flow recovery) and incidence of postoperative complications were observed. Visual analog scale (VAS) was used to score the pain, and Anxiety Self-assessment Scale (SAS) and Depression Self-assessment Scale (SDS) were employed to assess the patients' negative emotions. Simple Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) was adopted to evaluate the lower limb motor function, and Quality of Life scale (QOL) was conducted for their quality of life. Results After 4 weeks of training, the intervention group obtained a significantly shorter time of wound healing (28.67±4.32 d, thealing=11.555, P < 0.001) and lower incidence of postoperative complications (5.88%, Chi-square=4.221, P < 0.05) when compared with the control group. The interventions obviously reduced the SAS score and SDS score of negative emotions than the baseline scores before training (P < 0.05), with the decreases more statistically significant in the intervention group (P < 0.001). After 4 weeks of training, VAS score, FMA score, and QOL scores were all significantly improved compared with those before (Z value= -6.769, -7.099, -3.026 in the control group, Z value=-7.077, -7.111, -6.108 in the intervention group, P < 0.05). The improvement of pain, lower limb motor function and quality of life were greatly higher in the intervention group than the control group (Z value=-3.116, -5.958, -4.079 after training, P < 0.05). Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation nursing can significantly promote the recovery of wound healing, reduce the postoperative complications, regulate patients' negative emotions, benefit lower limb motor function recovery earlier, and effectively improve the postoperative quality in the patients with deep Ⅱ lower limb burns.

The pancreaticoduodenectomy-related cholangiopancreatic complications include anastomotic stricture, cholangiopancreatic duct stones, cholangitis, pancreatitis, obstructive jaundice due to tumor recurrence, etc. Because of the complexity of the operation, the multiple organs involved and digestive tract reconstruction, endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography is difficult to carry out. In this article, we introduced two kinds of endoscopic interventional strategies, retrograde gastrostomy via biliary/pancreaticojejunostomy and endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided biliary drainage/ EUS-guided pancreatic drainage through digestive wall to provide some reference for clinicians.

As the most common dynamic disaster of coal rock in deep coal mining, rock burst seriously affects the safe and efficient mining of coal resources. Accurate and timely to predict the rock burst is the best way to control and prevent it. In order to study the precursory information characteristics of coal rock impact to establish an efficient and accurate dynamic prediction model. The triaxial compression test of coal bursting liability performed to get the acoustic emission characteristic parameters of coal failure process, meanwhile the monitoring values of microseismic parameters of typical impact mine face were selected and compared with the AE parameters obtained in the laboratory, then based on the similarity of them, the relationship between laboratory-scale and engineering-scale impact acoustic information representation had been built. It shows the “stepwise” increase of accumulated AE energy during coal sample compression and the “lack of earthquake” phenomenon before the occurrence of large energy seismic events have a good correlation, both of them could be used to revealed the energy breeding process of coal and rock mass. The same energy index has the same evolutionary trend for the occurrence of large energy events at different scales, and it can be used as an early warning index of rock burst risk after quantification. In addition, the static factors and stress dynamic factors affecting the occurrence of rock burst in working face are selected, and the dynamic weights are given respectively by combining the microseismic parameters obtained, which modified by using the Bayesian probability, then a static cooperative comprehensive evaluation and early warning model of rock burst is constructed. Furthermore, the model is used to evaluate and warn the danger of a mining face in Henan Province, and the results are better than those of the traditional evaluation model, which shows the engineering applicability and accuracy of the model.

The paper mainly expounds the principles， differences and selection principles of ordinary least squares and weighted least squares in univariate linear regression， and introduces the application in four aspects， including heteroscedasticity test， optimal weight function selection， regression equation test and comparison of fitting quality. The application and existing problems of the weighted least squares method at home and abroad is analyzed. Suggestions on how to promote the application research of regression technology in analytical chemistry to provide reference and inspiration for researchers are put forward.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the ameliorative effects of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit polysaccharides (RTFP) on ileal mucosal barrier dysfunction and intestinal inflammation in mice with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and the effect of RTFP on the intestinal flora. In this study, a mouse model of NAFLD was established by feeding mice with high fat diet (HFD), and was then intragastrically administered with RTFP for seven weeks. Results showed that RTFP significantly reduced the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in the ileum of NAFLD mice, and improved lipid metabolism disorders. Microscopic histopathological observations showed that RTFP could restore the structure of the ileum of NAFLD mice to normal, reduce the crypt lesion and protect the intestinal barrier. The changes in the fecal microbiota of mice in all tested groups were evaluated by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing. It was found that RTFP could regulate the diversity and composition of the intestinal flora of NAFLD mice, significantly reduce the ratio between Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes, improve the abundance of beneficial flora and reduce the abundance of pathogenic flora. These results suggest that RTFP can be used as a prebiotic to regulate the intestinal flora, improve intestinal microecology, reduce intestinal barrier dysfunction and maintain normal intestinal function in NAFLD mice.

Meteorological support is demanded during major events, sudden meteorological disasters and flood season consultation services. In traditional way, each department reports and displays the products one by one, which limits operational coordination, interaction and the benefits of real-time support. To improve the service, an integrated command platform for meteorology is built by adopting technologies such as hybrid storage, interface service and layer component release. The platform couples standardized processing of multi-source data, integrated construction of functions, layer rendering and other components loosely. It is based on the meteorological big data cloud platform of China Meteorological Administration, releasing meteorological products such as satellite, radar measurements, real-time and intelligent forecasts. A hybrid integrated application framework is developed for traditional structured data storage, geographic information spatial storage, index storage (Elasticsearch) and page cache storage (Redis), and provides efficient retrieval services. At the same time, the transmission component integrates high and low 8-bit compression and concurrent transmission technology of multiple domain name to improve efficiency. In the aspect of page interaction and visualization, based on NPM (package management tool of JavaScript language), Vue components, WebGL visualization and other front-end technologies, a component-based encapsulation and application service mode is constructed, which gives full play to the high collaboration between cloud computing and edge computing of server and client (browser), supports fast data switching and navigation between different meteorological elements at any geographic location, and provides support for unified access, dispatching and command of multi-source data in various meteorological support services. At present, the platform integrates 113 meteorological products and 1106 layer services, effectively supporting major national meteorological support services such as 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games.

Cancer patients frequently experience pain as a result of their cancer treatment. opioid-induced constipation (OIC) is a highly prevalent side effect in cancer pain sufferers that hurts their quality of life and enhances their risk of developing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders. The effective prevention and treatment of OIC have vital clinical implications. This study summarized advances in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) etiology of cancer pain OIC and recent developments in external TCM treatment, and anticipations to assist as a reference for optimizing TCM interventions, as well as the cancerous pathogenesis provided by OIC, conduct a scientific investigation of pain. The correlation between the stages of pyrazine synthesis and the microbial flora during the making of Nongxiang Daqu was analyzed, and the effect of microbial interactions on the synthesis of pyrazine during Daqu making was explored. Headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high-throughput sequencing were used for the analysis of the changes in pyrazine contents and the microbial community structure during Daqu making, respectively. Principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) were used for finding out differential microorganisms. The correlation between differential microorganisms and pyrazine metabolites was evaluated using Spearman’s correlation coefficient, and a correlation network between these pyrazine metabolism-related microorganisms and the microbial flora of Nongxiangxing Daqu was constructed. The results showed that nine pyrazine metabolites were detected during Nongxiangxing Daqu fermentation, and there were significant differences in the number and types of pyrazine metabolites between the stages of 1–5 and 7–28 days. The microbial community succession could be divided into two stages: A (1–5 days) and B (7–28 days). At stage A, the differential fungi were mainly Kodamae and Candida, and the differential bacteria were mainly Kosakonia, Pantoea and Methylophilus; at stage B, the differential fungi were mainly Thermoascus and Thermomyces, and the differential bacteria were mainly Thermoactinomyces and Saccharopolyspora. The synthesis of pyrazine metabolites during Nongxiangxing Daqu fermentation was positively correlated Cladosporium and Lichtheimia, but negatively correlated with Thermomyces and Fusarium. These pyrazine metabolism-related microorganisms were positively correlated with most other Nongxiangxing Daqu microorganisms, but showed negative correlation with only a few microorganisms, such as Thermomyces. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the mechanism of microbial synthesis of pyrazine metabolites in Nongxiangxing Daqu.

Beam profile measurement via wire scanner is a semi-invasive method, which has advantage of less beam influence compared with a profile target, and is widely used in particle accelerator all over the world. Wire scanner is adopted to be applied to Shanghai High Repetition Rate X-ray Free Electron Laser aNd Extreme Light Facility (SHINE). For this purpose, a prototype of wire scanner composed of a wire target, a set of mechanical mechanism, a beam loss monitor and a set of electronics was designed and developed. A tungsten wire with an outer diameter of 20 μm was used as the wire target, and the safety of this tungsten wire was proved by thermal simulation. The beam loss monitor in the wire scanner prototype consists of a quartz fiber that generates Cherenkov light, and a photomultiplier tube. The data acquisition module was developed based on the ADQ14AC-4C data acquisition platform from Teledyne SP Devices, which is equipped with ADC chip with nominal bit of 14 bit, effective bit of about 9 bit, and analog 3 dB bandwidth of 1.2 GHz. The principle and specific design of the prototype were introduced in this paper. The optimization scheme of installing a cavity beam position monitor (CBPM) upstream of the wire target to accurately compensate the beam center position and the beam charge was also mentioned. In order to accurately evaluate performance of the prototype, we measured the beam profile simultaneously by arranging wire scanner system and a YAG target adjacent to each other in Shanghai Soft X-ray Free Electron Laser (SXFEL). The comparison of the experimental results show that the wire scanner can be used for the online semi-invasive beam profile measurement of the 0.84 GeV electron beam with a bunch charge of 500 pC. The resolustion of the prototype wire scanner is better than 30 μm, and especially less than 10 μm in the direction of low beam jitter. When the beam position changes greatly, the measurement accuracy of the prototype wire scanner is sharply improved by the CBPM system. Furthermore, the relative charge quantity calculated by the CBPM reference cavity signal is used to compensate the beam loss signal, and the measurement result of the prototype wire scanner is slightly improved. The results of the profile target agree with those of the prototype wire scanner well which verify the function of the device applied to SXFEL. The prototype of wire scanner system has laid a good technical foundation for SHINE construction, and at the same time, wire scanner system with CBPM can be used as a supplement for beam profile measurement in SXFEL.

Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are a group of malignancies arising from neuroendocrine cells and peptidergic neurons. The high heterogeneity of NENs leads to challenges and complexities in its diagnosis and treatment. Experts from relevant disciplines were convened by the Society of Neuroendocrine neoplasm of China Anti-Cancer Association to develop this first edition of the Chinese Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of NENs (2022) based on existing evidence combined with domestic and international guidelines and consensus. In this article, we summarize the important contents of this guideline and make further discussion on some controversial issues, with the aim to provide treatment reference in clinical practice.

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnostics, and treatment of chylothorax following neck dissection for oral cancer. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with chylothorax after neck dissection for oral cancer from January 2020 to May 2021 in the Stomatological Center of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, were retrospectively analyzed in detail, and the relevant literature was reviewed. The risk factors, clinical manifestations, diagnostics, treatment, and prognosis of chylothorax were summarized. Results The 3 patients were all male patients with oral cancer aged 42-63 years. Their clinical manifestations were progressive dyspnea 2-5 days after cervical lymphadenectomy. Chest X-ray, B-ultrasound, and/or CT showed unilateral or bilateral pleural effusion, and the diagnosis was confirmed after a positive chylous test of pleural puncture fluid. There was 1 case with left chylothorax (1 case after left neck dissection) and 2 cases with bilateral chylothorax (1 case after left neck dissection, 1 case after bilateral neck dissection). Severe neck chylous leakage occurred in 2 patients; local compression did not work, and the thoracic ducts were ligated. All patients were treated with nutritional support, assisted mechanical ventilation, tube thoracostomy drainage, and other conservative treatments. The chylothorax volume of each patient was gradually reduced, and the chest drainage tube was removed 7 to 15 days later. All patients recovered successfully. The literature review results showed that when patients with oral cancer after neck dissection experienced progressive dyspnea, related auxiliary examination methods such as chest X-ray, B-ultrasound, CT, and chyle tests should be used by clinicians. When a patient is diagnosed with chylothorax, they should be treated with nutritional support, mechanical ventilation, somatostatin, thoracic puncture drainage, other conservative treatments, and even thoracotomy and ligation of the thoracic duct surgery when necessary. Conclusion Chylothorax is a relatively rare complication after neck dissection for oral cancer. It mainly occurs bilaterally or only in the ipsilateral pleural cavity on the surgical side of neck dissection. Left neck dissection is a risk factor. The clinical manifestations are mostly progressive dyspnea after neck dissection. Detailed physical examination, chest X-ray, B ultrasound, and/or CT could detect pleural effusion, and chylothorax could be diagnosed when milky white or pale yellow chylous liquid is aspirated and the chylous test is positive. Most patients can be cured with tube thoracostomy drainage, respiratory support, and other conservative treatments.

ObjectiveTo analyze the chemical structure of the interfering substance that affects the result of methamphetamine analysis in wastewater.MethodsA combination of GC-MS and liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry （LC-QTOF-MS） was used to analyze the mass spectrum characteristics of the interfering substance that affects the result of methamphetamine analysis and to infer its possible structure. Liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole-mass spectrometry （LC-TQ-MS） was used to confirm the control material.ResultsUsing LC-QTOF-MS in positive electrospray ionization （ESI+） mode, the mass-to-charge ratio （m/z） of quasi-molecular ion in the MS1 mass spectrometry of interfering substance was identical to that of methamphetamine, indicating that the interfering substance was probably an isomer of methamphetamine. The MS2 mass spectra obtained at three collision energies of 15 V, 30 V and 45 V were highly similar to methamphetamine, suggesting that the interfering substance contained methylamino and benzyl groups. Further analysis using GC-MS in electron impact （EI） ionization mode showed that the base peak in the mass spectrum of the interfering substance was at m/z 44. The interfering substance was confirmed to be N-methyl-2-phenylpropan-1-amine by compared with the standard reference.ConclusionThe chemical structure of N-methyl-2-phenylpropan-1-amine is highly similar to methamphetamine, which is easy to cause interference for the detection of trace amounts of methamphetamine in wastewater using LC-TQ-MS. Therefore, in the actual analysis, the chromatographic retention time can be used to distinguish between N-methyl-2-phenylpropan-1-amine and methamphetamine.

专色的准确预测是包装印刷领域的重要技术之一。为了得到更加准确的专色配方, 提高专色配色精度, 提出了一种结合最小二乘法和增强天牛须搜索算法的专色配方预测方法, 并利用吸光度来解决专色配方的预测问题。研究了高透光特性PET薄膜的光谱模型, 并构建了吸收光谱机理模型; 提出了增强天牛须搜索算法, 在传统天牛须搜索算法的基础上, 引入突变概率项和方向修正项, 提升算法的搜索能力和收敛速度; 利用最小二乘法优化配色色域空间, 降低基色搜索维度, 提高寻优效率。应用所提出的增强天牛须搜索算法求解各基色比例, 预测专色配方, 并与传统天牛须算法、粒子群算法和蚁群算法进行比较, 验证所提方法在专色预测方面的有效性和优越性。研究结果表明, 所提方法与现有的3种方法相比, 具有更高的精度, 原有专色和预测专色之间色差均小于3, 且90%的色差小于1, 40%的色差小于0.1, 所提方法对于提高专色油墨的配色精度具有显著效果, 可准确地预测专色配方。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a) therapy in patients with ovarian endometrioma after conservative surgery. Methods Using a retrospective cohort study analysis, 206 patients who underwent conservative surgery for ovarian endometriosis cysts at the Department of Gynecology, Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2014 to December 2018 were selected and divided into 138 cases in the observation group(postoperative combined GnRH-a use for 6 months) and 68 cases in the control group(postoperative with no drug). Recurrence between two groups and the scores of dysmenorrhea, pain during in tercouse（PDI）, and chronic pelvic pain were compared between two groups at different times in 2 years after surgery. Results In the 2 years follow-up, the observation group was superior with statistical significance in the comparison of chronic pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea scores between the two groups and time points(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in intergroup effect and time effect of sexual intercourse pain (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group in the first year after surgery(3.62% vs 11.77%, P＜0.05), while no significant difference in recurrence rate of two groups was found in the second year after surgery (P>0.05), but the 2-year cumulative recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (13.24% vs 25.00%, PConclusion GnRH-a can be a choice for postoperative pain management and recurrence prevention in endometriosis.

Mining community structure in attribute network is helpful to further analysis of network nodes, which has important practical significance. Graph convolution neural network can effectively embed the structural information of attribute network and obtain the feature representation of nodes. Based on this, the community structure with good performance can be obtained. However, most of the existing graph convolution methods use fixed low-order graph convolution, only consider the first-order or second-order neighbors of each node, don’t make full use of the node relationship and ignore the diversity of network structure. In addition, the sparsity of the original network structure can’t be overcome, which will reduce the performance of community detection. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a K-order graph convolution community detection method (KGCN) which combines attribute information and structure information. This method can effectively overcome the sparsity of the original network and use the high-order structure of nodes for community detection. Firstly, the original network is reconstructed according to the attribute information of nodes to alleviate the sparsity of the original network. Secondly, considering the high-order structure correlation, the K-order graph convolution encoder is used to encode the nodes to obtain the feature representation of the nodes. Finally, community detection is carried out using spectral clustering algorithm. Experimental results show that the KGCN method achieves better community detection results than the existing algorithms on four real datasets.

This study explored the active ingredients and mechanism of action of Crataegi Fructus in the treatment of coronary heart disease through network pharmacology and molecular docking technology. With the help of TCMSP, Gene Cards, OMIM and other databases to collect target information, the STRING database was used to construct a PPI network diagram, perform GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis on the common target, and finally molecularly dock the active ingredient with the core target to initially verify the network pharmacology results. In this study, a total of 6 Crataegi Fructus active ingredients (sitosterol, kaempferol, stigmasterol, quercetin, ent-Epicatechin, isorhamnetin) and 10 Crataegi Fructus core targets for the treatement of coronary heart disease (JUN, AKT1, TNF, MAPK1, TP53, RELA, IL6, MAPK8, MAPK14, EGFR) were screened; KEGG pathway enrichment results showed that Crataegi Fructus prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease pathway involved pathway in cancer, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, hepatitis B, MAPK signaling pathway, etc.; Molecular docking results showed that quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol all had good binding to the core target. It is speculated that these components may be the main active components for the treatment of coronary heart disease. This study revealed that Crataegi Fructus may treat coronary heart disease through multiple components (isorhamnetin, kaempferol, quercetin), acting on key targets such as MAPK8, MAPK1, RELA, and regulating multiple signaling pathways such as MAPK. It preliminarily revealed the potential mechanism of Crataegi Fructus in the treatment of coronary heart disease.

Objective To explore the teaching effect of the teaching mode changed from traditional teaching to online teaching after the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Methods Relying on the Beijing Women's Health Care Technology Improvement Project, the online and offline continuing medical education was carried out, to train the obstetrician and gynecologist working in 16 maternal and child health care hospitals in 16 administrative regions of Beijing, which was planned from September 2020 to December 2025. This study retrospectively collected the assessment results of the two teaching modes from March 2021 to December 2021 (the first year of the teaching plan), and compared the teaching effects. Results Online teaching completed three sessions of 30 live online conference courses, with about 25 000 participants, including 4757 obstetricians and gynecologists from 16 maternal and child health care hospitals in Beijing. A total of 82 on-site teaching courses were held for offline teaching, and 1771 gynecologists and obstetricians from 16 maternity and child care hospitals in Beijing participated in the study. The scores of online teaching and offline teaching were 90.88±4.88 and 88.65±4.35, respectively. Conclusions Online teaching maybe has similar teaching effects as offline teaching. Compared with offline teaching, online teaching has more advantages, such as convenience, efficiency and economy, which is worthy of promotion and application in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
