Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified rotation skin flap with similar shape in the repair of skin defects caused by trauma, bedsore and tumor resection. Methods From March 2014 to May 2019, 27 patients with skin defects caused by trauma of the head and face, bedsore, pigmented nevus and tumor resection were repaired by modified rotation skin flap with similar shape. After the pathological tissue was completely excised during the operation, the modified rotation skin flap with similar shape was designed to repair the wounds at suitable layer after sufficient free tissue was formed. Results No blood circulation disorder was found in all patients after operation. The flaps survived and the incisions healed by first intention. No obvious local deformation was found and patients were satisfied with the efficacy. Conclusion The modified rotation skin flap with similar shape has the advantages of high survival rate of skin flap, complete local physiological curvature, short length of scar, low local tension, concealed scar and good efficacy of repair. BACKGROUND: The development of a model of femoral head necrosis has been slow, and most studies have not elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of various animal models and optimal selection methods OBJECTIVE: To explore the most suitable animal modeling methods and modeling ideas, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each model, and point out the existing problems and solutions, providing basis and ideas for the subsequent research on femoral head necrosis. METHODS: A search of CNKI, PubMed, and WanFang databases was performed for relevant articles published from 2009 to 2020 using the keywords of “osteonecrosis of the femoral head, animal model, osteoarthritis, collapse of the femoral head, trauma, corticosteroid, alcohol, liquid nitrogen” in Chinese and English, respectively. Finally, 55 eligible articles were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Common causes of femoral head necrosis include alcohol, hormones, and mechanical trauma. Among them, there is no vomiting reflex center in rats, which is more commonly used in alcohol-based modeling. The mechanism of hormone-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head is still unclear, mainly including three hypotheses: fat metabolism disorder, intravascular coagulation and osteoporosis. The pathogenesis of hormone-induced modeling in animal experiments is similar to humans, and it can also reflect the pathological changes of femoral head necrosis in the advanced stage. After the trauma, the femoral head suffers subchondral fracture and local collapse caused blood circulation disorder, which causes ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. But in animal experiments, the pathogenesis of trauma in animals is different from that of humans. However, there are certain problems in various animal studies: (1) In the modeling of hormone-induced models, there is no unified standard for the selection and dosage of hormones, and the uncertainty of the site of model necrosis. (2) The freezing dog model is more popular in recent years, but it lacks mature and accurate operation methods. Citrus spp. is useful for the prevention and treatment of circulatory and gastrointestinal disorders. In Japan, some Citrus peels (eg. Citrus unshiu M. and C, aurantium L.) have been used as Kampo medicines and for maintaining healthy condition. Recently, Shonan Gold (C. flaviculpm hort ex. Tanaka cv. Shonan-gold) (SG), a hybrid of C. flaviculpus hort ex. Tanaka and C. unshiu M., was bred by Kanagawa Agricultural Research Institute. SG contains various flavonoids, so that is expected to have many physiological activities. In the present study, we focused on the effect of SG on cardiovascular disease and then investigated the vasorelaxant effect of SG peel extract using rat isolated aorta. As a result, SG peel extract showed an endothelium-dependent and -independent relaxant effect on noradrenaline-contracted aortic tissue. Among them, the endothelium-dependent effect was significantly attenuated by endothelial detachment or N-nitro-L-arginine pretreatment. In addition, the major flavonoids (flavonoid glucoside: hesperidin; narirutin, flavonoid aglycon: hesperetin; naringenin, and nobiletin) contained in SG also showed a vasorelaxant effect. A mix of these flavonoids having the same content as the SG peel extract was prepared, and its vasorelaxant effect was examined. The effect was weaker than that of the SG peel extract and the endothelium-dependent relaxation was unclear. Therefore, this extract could be considered to contain some active constituents other than the main flavonoids. Objective To observe the changes of microcirculation of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after Tanscatheter Arterial chemoembolization (TACE) through contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), and evaluate the clinical value and efficacy of the interventional therapy. Methods 28 cases (32 lesions) who received TACE therapy were observed. CEU, computer tomography (CT), and digital subtraction (DSA) results within six months after operation were compared, meanwhile, the residual / recurrent cases, the recurrence time and reasons of the 32 lesions were analyzed. Results Among the 32 lesions, 15 were completely inactivated with no residual blood supply, 17 were residual / recurrent. CEUS detected 19 positive lesions, while CT detected 14. The sensitivity and diagnosis rates of CEU were 100%, 86.67%, while CT were 82.7%, 82.24%. Conclusion CEUS which can directly observe the microcirculation of carcinoma is more sensitive than CT, so it can be used as a reliable method for the assessment of early recurrence, furthermore, it may provide the basis for subsequent sequential therapy. Objective To research the pros and cons of four different blood purification modes on hypertension of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods 80 MHD patients with high blood pressure, were randomly divided into 4 groups: Regular hemodialysis group, S-HDF group, S-HPgroup, and S-HFP group. Then we compared the systolic blood pressure (SBP), blood pressure control rate (BPCR), serum creatinine (Scr), blood ureanitrogen (BUN), parathyroidhormone (PTH), C-reactiveprotein (CRP), hemoglobin (HGB), platelet (Plt) and reduction of hypotensive drugs 3 and 6 weeks after treatment. Results SBP, PTH and CRP dropped (P <0.05) in S-HDF group, S-HP group, S-HFP group 3 and 6 weeks after treatment compared with before treatment and regular hemodialysis group, BPCR increased (P<0.05) . Scr, BUN in S-HP group and S-HFP group dropped obviously compared with before treatment, regular hemodialysis group and S-HDF group (P < 0.05), the number of reduction of hypotensive drugs 3 and 6 weeks after treatment increased compared with all experimental groups and regular hemodialysis group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Hypertension of MHD patients could be controlled and maintained effectively by S-HDF, S-HP and S-HFP, especially S-HFP, its mechanism may be related with removing the pathogenic factors of hypertension by using blood purification regularly and termly. Objective: To observe the effects of Penyanxiao clysis fluid on hemorheology in the rabbit model with microcirculation disorder. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups as follows, the control group, the model group, the low-dose treatment group (treated with clysis fluid 5.0 g/kg), the high-dose treatment group (treated with clysis fluid 10.0 g/kg) and the Chuanxiongqin group as positive control. The rabbit model was developed with the macromolecule dextran. The blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were tested using the FASCO -300 automatic monitor, HCT was detected by the Venturi method, the blood sedimentation by the Wintrobe method, and the hemorheological index was then calculated. Results: Compared with the model group, two treatment groups had the decreased blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and the whole blood reductive viscosity (P<0.01). The cell aggregation and thrombosis were reduced, and the erythrocyte deformation index and HCT improved, which suggested the therapeutical effects of Penyanxiao clysis fluid with dose -dependence on the microcirculation disorder induced by macromolecule dextran. The erythrocyte deformation index in the low-dose treatment group was better than that in the Chuanxiongqin group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Penyanxiao clysis fluid can significantly improve the microcirculation and hemorheological indexes in the rabbit model with microcirculation disorder. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
