The photooxidation of rosin and its derivatives (abietic acid and rosin pentaerythritol ester) with antioxidant BHA was carried out in a polyethylene film microreactor under 254 nm UV light in an incubator at 30 °C ・ UV spectrophotometry was used to track and monitor their photooxidation process・ The effect of antioxidant BHA on photooxidation of rosin and its derivatives was investigated・ The results showed that the addition of antioxidant BHA could effectively slow down the photooxidation rate of rosin and its products ・ The antioxidant effect of antioxidant BHA was rosin > abietic acid > rosin pentaerythritol ester. The dosage of antioxidant BHA added to rosin should be less than 5% ・ The dosage of antioxidant BHA in rosin pentaerythritol ester should be between 5% and 7% ・ The dosage of antioxidant BHA added to abietic acid should be less than 7%. Oil is prone to oxidative rancidity, and the most common way to prevent its oxidation is to add antioxidants. BHA and tea polyphenols are two common synthetic and natural antioxidants. In this paper, the values of peroxide(POV), conjugated diene(CDV), thiobarbituric acid(TBRAS), p-anisidine value(p-AV)and acid value(AV)are used as oxidation indexes. The use of BHA alone and the addition of water-soluble tea polyphenols in the form of gels to soybean oil was studied, and the effect of storage stability was accelerated by an oven at(55±1)°C. The results of the study showed that when BHA and tea polyphenols gels were used alone as antioxidants, they all had certain antioxidant properties against soybean oil. For the same level of the two antioxidants, the antioxidant effect was ranked as 450 ppm TP>450 ppm BHA, 150 ppm TP>150 ppm BHA;for the same level of the same antioxidant, the antioxidant effect was ranked as follows:150 ppm TP>450 ppm TP, 450 ppm BHA>150 ppm BHA. Xinye HF-2 well is the second horizontal shale gas exploratory well in the western Sichuan state. During its the fourth Ø152.4 slim-hole drilling process, the pump showed higher pressure and lower displacement, and the orientator could not work normally. By using the drilling fluid hydraulics simulation software and ensuring the stable specific-gravity of oil-based drilling fluid, we combined the optimization of oil-based drilling fluid performance with the replacement of drilling tools to effectively reduce the pump pressure, increase the displacement volume, and keep the orientator at normal operation. In Xinye HF-2 well, the drilling of 821 m horizontal section finished with 2.15 g/cm³ oil-based drilling fluid. The practice offers useful references to operations in similar wells.
