Firstly the affecting factors of E-learning behavior in automotive products collaborative development are analyzed. Then according to the related theory of organizational behavioral science, the individual characteristics of employees and the group characteristics of the enterprise participating in E-leaning of automotive products collaborative development are regarded as dynamic interactive process, and the state variables and action rules adapted to dynamic change simulation are established. Finally the simulation program is developed with C + + language with its effectiveness verified by examples. The results show that the program can represent the model of interaction and simulate the E-learning behavior evolution of employees involved in automotive products collaborative development in different states.
