The conventional petroleum field in Jiyang Depression has always been the main battlefield of exploration and development in Shengli Oilfield. It has experienced more than 60 years of exploration and development and entered the mature exploration stage as a whole， but it still has a relatively large scale of reserve increase every year， which is not consistent with the traditional growth trend of proven petroleum-in-place in oil and gas-bearing basins. The critical issues concerning the exploration decisions of Shengli Oilfield need to be clarified urgently， including the growth law of the conventional proven petroleum-in-place in Jiyang Depression， the strong trend of reserve increase， and the main fields for reserve increase. By analyzing the exploration process of Jiyang Depression， the geological characteristics， resource conditions， exploration investment， theory and technology， resource sequence， and other exploration elements were analyzed， revealing the exploration discovery law of conventional petroleum in Jiyang Depression. The broom-shaped model prediction method and proven rate method of resource were used to predict the growth trend of conventional proven petroleum-in-place. The scale and favorable direction of future reserve increase of conventional petroleum in Jiyang Depression were clarified by analyzing the main fields with reserve increase. The results show that the complex geological characteristics of Jiyang Depression and the relatively abundant remaining resources determine the diversity of exploration objects， the tortuosity of the exploration process， and the long-term nature of exploration history. The conventional petroleum in Jiyang Depression can still maintain a long period of stable reserve increase under conditions of ensuring a relatively stable exploration investment， continuing to innovate the exploration theory and key technologies， and maintaining a relatively reasonable resource sequence. Jiyang Depression can still produce about 2.5 × 108 t of conventional proven petroleum-in-place in the next 10 years under the current economic and technical conditions and the relative guarantee of exploration investment. It is pointed out that the Neogene river sandstone reservoir， lithologic oil and gas reservoirs in the Upper Submember of the 4th Member of the Eocene Shahejie Formation（Es4U）-the Lower 3rd Member of the Eocene Shahejie Formation（Es3L）， and other mature fields are still the ballast stones for stable reserve increase. Kongdian Formation-the deep field of the Lower Submember of the 4th Member of the Eocene Shahejie Formation（Es4L） is an essential field for large-scale reserve increase， and the pre-Paleogene buried hill is a favorable direction for the petroleum enrichment and high yield. In the future， the exploration progress in the unconventional and new energy fields should be closely tracked， and the research results of the growth law and the reserve increase trend of conventional proven petroleum-in-place in Jiyang Depression should be constantly improved and revised to make them more conform to the development trend of oilfield exploration and guide the oilfield exploration decisions.

The utilization of desulfurized gypsum (FGD) to prepare more widely used hemihydrate gypsum plays a very important role in the resource utilization of industrial by-product gypsum. It can not only avoid the large-scale exploitation of natural gypsum, but also realize the resource utilization of desulfurized gypsum. In the process of converting FGD gypsum into hemihydrate gypsum, appropriate concentration of additive and sodium chloride were used as the reaction solution, and the process was heated and stirred under normal pressure. The effects of sodium chloride concentration, additive concentration, solid-liquid ratio, rotation speed and reaction temperature on the phase conversion time and crystal size of dihydrate to hemihydrate gypsum were studied. The increase of additive and sodium chloride concentration not only sped up the phase conversion process but also had a certain inhibitory effect on the average length and average aspect ratio of hemihydrate gypsum crystals. Higher or lower rotation speed hindered the nucleation and growth of hemihydrate gypsum crystals and affected the collision frequency of Ca2+ and SO42- in the NaCl added solution, thus delaying the formation of hemihydrate gypsum. Decreasing the solid-liquid ratio and increasing the temperature had a certain promoting effect on the phase conversion process. At a lower temperature, due to the insufficient driving force of the phase conversion process, it was difficult to transform FGD gypsum into hemihydrate gypsum. The optimal process conditions for preparing hemihydrate gypsum from FGD gypsum were determined as follows: sodium chloride concentration 10%, additive concentration 10%, solid-liquid ratio 1∶5, rotating speed 300 r/min, reaction temperature 100 ℃. Under the best process conditions, the reaction could be completed in 60 min. The average length of the prepared hemihydrate gypsum crystals was as high as 127 μm, and the average aspect ratio was as high as 19. At the same time, the relationship between the activity of water molecules in the solution, the degree of supersaturation and the reaction temperature was studied, and it was determined that the phase conversion process was determined by the temperature and the degree of supersaturation.

【Objective】Deqing County, Guangdong Province is a native habitat of Morinda officinalis How., a genuine medicinal herb in China. In the study, the genetic diversity of germplasm resources of 24 varieties of Morinda officinalis How. were analyzed.【Method】A total of 24 Morinda officinalis How. resources collected from Deqing County as research objects, and principal component analysis and molecular marker methods (SRAP and CDD) were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 24 Morinda officinalis How. materials.【Result】Phenotypic analysis showed that, in the cluster map based on principal component analysis, Guanwei Town, Gaoliang Town, Fengcun Town and Gaoliang Town were clustered in four groups. In addition, 100 and 98 total bands were obtained in 18 pairs of SRAP primer combinations and 16 CDDP primers, among them, there were 50 SRAP polymorphic bands, resulting in a polymorphism ratio of 50%. The average genetic similarity coefficient (GS) was 0.87, and the GS ranged from 0.71 to 0.97. There were 80 polymorphic bands in CDDP, with a polymorphism ratio of 79.0%. The GS among germplasm resources ranged from 0.71 to 0.96, with an average (GS) of 0.86. When the coefficient was 0.82, both SRAP and CDDP molecular markers showed certain similarities among the germplasm resources of Gaoliang Town, Guanxu Town and Fengcun Town.【Conclusion】Combined with the clustering results of phenotypic and molecular marker, the genetic relationship is closest between Gaoliang Town and Guanwei Town as well as Gaoliang Town and Fengcun Town. The results of SRAP and CDDP molecular marker methods have certain differences in the genetic diversity of Morinda officinalis How., and the combined analysis can better reflect the genetic diversity of Morinda officinalis How. and the phylogenetic relationship of Morinda officinalis How. resources.

To understand whether there was a drug residue in the rose flower cake, and whether there was a risk of chronic dietary intake. In this paper, the residues of four avermectins in rose flower cake were detected, the residual levels of drug residues were analyzed, and the risk of chronic dietary intake was evaluated. The four drugs were avermectin, doramectin, acetylamineavermectin and ivermectin. A total of 43 rose flower cake samples were collected, and the optimized QuEChERS method was used to pre-treat the samples. The residue levels of the four compounds were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and their chronic dietary intake risk assessment and risk rank were performed. Results show that the four kinds of abamectin drugs line of correlation coefficient were greater than 0.99, the detection limit of the range of 0.1~0.7 µg/kg, recovery range of 94.97%~102.09%. Only avermectin was detected in the 4 target compounds, the detection rate was 79%, and residual range of 1.89~4.58 µg/kg. The food safety index analysis (IFS) of the four drugs was 1.3×10−3 for avermectin, 1.0×10−4 for doramectin, 1.7×10−6 for acetylavermectin, and 1.2×10−5 for ivermectin. Risk assessment on four kinds of target compounds, and to the risk of ordering, total four drugs were less than 50. This indicated that the residual level of avermectins in rose flower cakes was not high at present, and the risk was low. It was suggested that it should be included in the registration list of pesticides and the corresponding limit standards should be established.

[Objective] The particle size characteristics and sedimentary environment of dune sediments in the southwest margin of Qaidam Basin were analyzed in order to provide basic data to support sand control and safe operation of the Golmud-Korla Railway. [Methods] We used the particle-size analysis method to determine the particle-size characteristics and sedimentary environment of dunes in the piedmont of the Southwestern Qaidam Basin. [Results] The dunes in the Southwestern Qaidam sand area were mainly composed of fine sand, followed by medium sand. The mean particle-size was between -0.14 Φ and 3.49 Φ, with an average of 2.02 Φ. The sorting parameters varied from 0.32 to 1.59 (with average of 0.66). The skewness distribution was nearly symmetric. The kurtosis was dominated by moderate kurtosis. The natural frequency distribution curves were uni-modal and bi-modal. The cumulative frequency curves were one-stage, two-stage, and three-stage. Mean particle-size and sorting showed a linear correlation relationship, i.e., as mean grain-size became finer, sorting gradually became better. Mean particle-size and kurtosis were negatively correlated when the peak kurtosis value was less than 0.9. In contrast, when the peak kurtosis value was greater than 0.9, mean particle-size and kurtosis were positively correlated. [Conclusion] The northwestern part of the Southwestern Qaidam Basin is an aeolian environment dominated by aeolian sands. The southeastern part of the area is dominated by lacustrine and alluvial-fluvial environments, and the dune sands are affected by the interaction of wind and water.

The effects of deacidification, decolorization and deodorization at different temperatures on the content of squalene, sterols and volatile organic compounds in pressed camellia oil were investigated. The results showed that the content of squalene in crude camellia oil was 127.46 mg/kg, and after deacidification decolorization, and deodorization at 150 oC, content of squalene was decreased to 105.82, 89.52 and 79.79 mg/kg, respectively. Meanwhile, content of squalene was decreased with the increase of deodorization temperature (150~240 ℃). When the deodorization temperature was increased to 210 ℃, content of squalene was decreased by 53.70%. Subsequently, content of squalene was not change significantly after deodorization temperature was elevated to 240 ℃. The content of total sterols in crude camellia oil was 3074.24 mg/kg. After deacidification, content of total sterols was decreased (14.2%), but it was increased after decolorization (13.2%). With the increasing of refining degree, δ-7-oat sterol was disappeared, and β-sitosterol was formed. In addition, the content of δ-5,23-soybean sterol was substantially changed. Deodorization process and the increasing of deodorization temperature evidently reduced the types of volatile organic compounds in camellia oil, and the quantity and relative percentage content of acids, alcohols and esters were greatly decreased.

In order to solve the problem that the classical PID control algorithm can not adapt to the nonlinear controlled system,the robustness is weak and the anti-interference ability is poor,a control method was designed based on classical PID control and auto disturbance rejection technology. This control method provides real-time observation and compensation for uncertainties and external disturbances in aircraft attitude calculation.Finally, the digital simulation model of the classic cascade PID controller and the auto disturbance rejection PID controller is built in Simulink, and then the simulation results show that the response time of the auto disturbance rejection controller is 30% faster than the traditional cascade PID controller，the state error is 15% lower than the traditional cascade PID controller, and the overshoot is reduced by 20%. It is concluded that the quadrotor control method of PID combined auto disturbance rejection technology can be well adapted to the quadrotor aircraft nonlinear system, which can achieve the effect of suppressing external interference and compensating system control error.

In order to solve the problem such as weak calculation performance and complex sensor data interaction of the missile-borne computer in the existing guided weapons, and to improve its computing power and hardware integration, a new design of the general missile-borne computer based on the SoC FPGA is proposed. The experiment results show that the new missile-borne computer has a significant improvement of hardware integration, meanwhile, the time-consuming experiments on three platforms(ARM，DSP and SoC FPGA) have also been done. The experiment results show that compared to the traditional serial calculation method, the operation time of the new type parallel acceleration program is 4 ms, which decreases by an order of magnitude and obtains better acceleration effect. The proposed new type of general missile-borne computer has a high integration and rich interface, and the program calculation can meet the real-time and precision requirements of modern weapon guidance.

The C-IoT core network architecture,function and characteristics were analyzed.According to the classification of network element characteristics,the network deployment principle was determined.Based on technical characteristics of NB and eMTC,the access network elements (MME and SGW) deployment plan were analyzed,4 kinds of deployment plans were compared.In addition,the implementation of C-IoT data service,short message service and voice service was analyzed.Through the comparison and analysis of multiple schemes,for MME and SGW,it is recommended to upgrade and reform existing network equipment and build a new NFV equipment in some special provinces.

Objective To investigate the relationship between perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) exposure and serum reproductive hormone levels in male workers. Methods In May 2020, 248 male workers from a fluoride-produced plant in Jiangsu were studied. The questionnaire survey was done, and serum PFOS and reproductive hormone levels were measured. One-way analysis of variance and multiple linear regression model were used to analyze the association between serum PFOS levels and reproductive hormone levels. Results Among these male workers, the serum PFOS level was (12.41 ± 5.96) ng/mL, while the serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels were (3.66 ± 1.29) nmol/L, (0.27 ± 0.11) nmol/L, (4.59 ± 0.74) IU/L, and (4.25 ± 0.33) IU/L, respectively. There were significant differences in testosterone and estradiol levels among the three serum PFOS concentration groups divided by tertiles (P < 0.05), but no significant differences in luteinizing hormone and follicle -stimulating hormone levels (P > 0.05). In addition, no significant differences were found between reproductive hormone levels among workers of different ages, body mass index, smoking, and drinking status (P > 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum PFOS was negatively correlated with T (b = -0.047, 95%CI: -0.074- -0.020, P < 0.05) and E2 (b = -0.004, 95%CI: -0.007 - -0.002, P < 0.05), and no correlation with luteinizing hormone or follicle-stimulating hormone (P > 0.05). Network function virtualization (NFV) is an obvious change in communication technology,especially for the core network.Firstly,the two level changes between the most obvious and the most far-reaching about element and network construction methods were illustrated and analyzed.In addition,the core network planning generally included the capacity planning and network planning,was closely related to both the NFV cloud,with the decoupling of hardware and software of network element,would change the planning method.Based on this,the effect of NFV on core network element and its planning method in many aspects were illustrated.

It is a huge market space for narrowband-ineternet of things (NB-IoT),and NB-IoT is the focus of future development direction.The global telecommunications operators have begun to distributed actively.In order to better determine the network deployment of the construction program and resource allocation,from the business scene of NB-IoT,the NB-IoT service characteristics were analyzed,and the NB-IoT core network business model parameters and networking solutions were given,which was of great significance to the follow-up NB-IoT core network resource allocation and planning scheme.

By integrating the analyses of core samples, thin sections, homogenization temperature measurement of inclusions, stable isotopic compositions of carbon & oxygen, trace element composition, and conventional physical properties, this research identifies the evidence of Lower Paleozoic hydrothermal fluid activity in the western Dongying sag of Bohai Bay Basin, quantitatively evaluates the hydrothermal dissolution strength in various carbonate reservoirs, and analyzes the longitudinal distribution of effective fractures in reservoirs. The markers of hydrothermal dissolution in the study area include the typical hydrothermal mineral combinations such as fluorite-anhydrite-authigenic quartz combination, the homogenization temperature of inclusions in fracture fillings related to hydrothermal fluid of up to 150 °C−210 °C, and the high FeO, high SiO2, high MnO and low Na2O features of carbonate in hydrothermal fluid karst area. Dissolution of hydrothermal fluid can produce not only new fluorite mineral, but also many pores, micropores, small fractures and micro-fractures, which significantly improve the quality of carbonate reservoirs. During the process of hydrothermal fluid dissolution, calcite precipitated and filled structural fractures as the hydrothermal fluid dissolved host rock. As the hydrothermal fluid went up along faults, its velocity and temperature dropped gradually, the intensity of dissolution and calcite filling differ significantly in different formations of the Lower Paleozoic, for example, the Fengshan and Yeli-Liangjiashan Formations have low fracture filling degree and highly developed dissolved fractures and pores, whereas the Majiagou Formation has high fracture filling degree and poorly developed dissolved fractures and pores. At present,the mobile data traffic is growing rapidly,Based on the evolution trend of mobile communication network to 5G and NFV/SDN technology,the evolution direction of core network future architecture was presented.The demand for the core network of the service development and technical evolution,the core network status and future evolution direction of core network architecture were introduced.The result has guiding significance for the future development of the core network and network construction.

In response to the new challenges brought by mobile internet, mobile core network needs to introduce enhanced technology. Based on the research on enhanced technology, the core network solution for mobile internet was proposed, called EGGSN. Then the architecture and technical scheme of EGGSN was introduced. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of EGGSN networking were analyzed.
