This article presents a comprehensive organic chemistry experiment in which salicylaldehyde, phenylboronic acid, and aromatic amines are employed as the substrates. The selective synthesis of diarylmethyl aniline and triarylmethane could be achieved through the control of substituents. The structure of the product is characterized by ¹H NMR and 13C NMR. This experiment combines theoretical knowledge to inspire students to think about mechanisms, helps them broaden their knowledge horizons, and establishes the concept of "green chemistry" and environmental awareness. In order to enrich the flavor variety of fish sausage, the effects of different additions of durian, egg white and TG enzyme on the color, texture, gel strength and sensory scores offish sausage were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test using minced goldfish as the main raw material, and on the basis of the investigations, the effects of different sterilization temperatures on the flavor offish sausage were investigated. The results show that the durian flavor is prominent, the color is bright, and the durian is elastic when the addition of durian is 7%, TG enzyme is 0.4%, and egg white is 1%. Aroma components, nitrogen oxides, aromatic amines, short-chain alkanes, methyl groups, alcohols and other substances, which form odor profiles offish sausage at different sterilization temperatures were determined by electronic nose. A total of 26 volatile substances, including esters, aldehydes and aromatics, were identified in fish sausage at different sterilization temperatures. When the sterilization temperature is 90 t, the content of benzaldehyde in fish sausage can be significantly reduced,and the content of lipid substances can be enriched to reduce the taste offish sausage. Heterocyclic amines are a kind of harmful substance produced by a series of complex reactions in meat prod-ucts at high temperature. The generation of such harmful substances mainly depends on the heating temperature, heating time, heating method and the kind of meat. When heterocyclic amines are taken into the body and activated by cytochrome P450 enzymes, they are transformed into genotoxic metabolites by sulfotransferase and acetyl transferase. The main bioactive compounds contained in natural spices, such as phenols, amino acids, sugars and alkaloids, determine the final function of natural spices. Adding some natural spices into meat products can not only improve the final flavor of meat products, but also reduce the content of heterocyclic amines in meat products. In this paper, the inhibitory effects of Luzhou-flavor natural spices (Chinese cassia, clove, sweet basil, tarragon, coriander, star anise, nutmeg), spicy natural spices (chilli, black pepper, prickly ash, lemongras, black mustard, ginger, garlic, onion, greater galan ga, welsh onion) and light-flavor natural spices (turmeric, rosemary, kaempferia, tsaoko, pomegranate seeds, cumin, licorice) on heterocyclic amines were introduced, the effective compounds in natural spices that have inhibitory effects on heterocyclic amines were elaborated, and the inhibitory mechanisms of these natural spices on heterocyclic amines were explained. With commericially available braised squab as research object, UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS was established. Eleven polar heterocyclic aromatic amines in braised squab were detected by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS. The results showed that the method had good linearity and high mass accuracy. The mass accuracy of 11 heterocyclic aromatic amines was <3x10-6. The determination coefficients were greater than 0. 997 2. The limit of detection was 0. 03~0. 60 μg / kg, and the limit of quantification was 0. 10 ~ 2. 00 μg / kg. This method had stable recovery and certain accuracy. The recovery of 11 heterocyclic aromatic amines at 3 spiked concentrations ranged from 83. 40% to 114. 80%, and the precision ranged from 1. 40% to 7. 20%. In order to improve the detection efficiency of harmful substances in the textile production process, this paper applies the compression sensing method to the detection process of harmful substances. The observation matrix is used as the sample mixing scheme, and the detection times that are far less than that of the samples to be tested are obtained through the mixed detection. After the mixed detection is completed, the content of harmful substances in the original samples is reconstructed from the mixed detection values according to the corresponding reconstruction algorithm, and then the number and detection rate of unqualified samples are obtained. Finally, the influence of the mixed detection matrices generated by different parameters on the reconstruction effect is explored by simulation experiments, and it is verified by the real detection project of detecting harmful substances bisphenol A, aromatic amines and formaldehyde in fiber textiles. The verification results show that the mixed sample detection scheme based on compression perception proposed in this paper can not only ensure the accuracy of the detection, but also can reduce the detection cost and improve the detection efficiency. Presently the consumption of oil and natural gas has increased sharply, while the development of conventional oil and gas is reducing, this makes the development of unconventional oil and gas, such as oil and gas from deep wells, offshore wells and shale gas wells more and more imminent. In the development of unconventional oil and gas, the sealing integrity of cement sheath may probably be damaged, leading to oil and gas channeling in the annulus which imposes great hindrances and risks to oil and gas production and causes great economic losses. Epoxy based workover fluid can be used to replace cement slurry in workover job to solve the problem of inability of cement slurries to penetrate micro pores. Epoxy based workover fluids have many compositions and poor adaptability. To simultaneously satisfy the needs of workover operation in different formations with different temperatures, facilitate the transportation, storage and deployment of field operation, and improve the economy of workover and promote the industrialization process, a workover fluid was developed with liquid aromatic amine (LAA) as the main curing agent. The performance of the workover fluid was evaluated, the thickening performance and the kinetics of the workover fluid, and the compressive strength and micromorphology of the set product were characterized. The results show that the LAA system has initial consistency of less than 30 Bc, thickening time that is adjustable between 2 h and 5 h, compressive strength that is greater than 20 MPa at various temperatures, and it is able to satisfy the needs of workover operation at temperatures between 30 ℃ and 90 ℃. A method of ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system, in which optimum extraction conditions were achieved by both single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), was established to detect Harman and Norharmane in vinegar. The experimental results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: [C6MIM]Br-K2HPO4 were used as the ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system, the amount of [C6MIM]Br was 200 μL, the amount of K2HPO4 was 0.5 g, pH value was 10, and the ultrasound time was 3 min. Under the appropriate optimal conditions, both the linear equations of Harman and Norharmane were 10.0~400.0 μg/ mL, and both the correlation coefficients R² were 0.999 5. The limits of detection (LODs) of Harman and Norharmane were 0.50 μg/mL and 0.45 μg/mL, respectively. All the precision experiment, repeatability experiment, and recovery experiment showed that the method had better accuracy and precision. 【Objective】The analysis of the floral fragrance and phenotypic traits of C. praecox could provide reference for the further development and utilization of C. praecox in field of medicine, variety identification and metabolism research.【Method】The aromatic components and their contents in eight genotypes of C. praecox were detected by headspace solid phase micro extraction(HS-SPME) and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS) methods.【Result】A total of 56 aromatic components were identified from the eight varieties of C. praecox, including in Ocimene, Benzyl alcohol, Benzyl acetate, Eugenol etc., terpenes, esters and alcohols were mainly components of C. praecox, eight genotypes of C. praecox could be divided into four groups, HLT015 and HLT016 were gathered for group I, XL002 and XL003 were gathered for group Ⅱ, HLT012, HLT017 and HLT040 were gathered for group Ⅲ, XL014 was group Ⅳ.【Conclusion】C. praecox in blossoming had unique fragrance among different varieties, which were not only related to the type of Ocimene, but also influenced by the content ratio of terpenes, esters, alcohols and other aromatic components. In order to investigate the antifungal activities and the inhibitory mechanism of cantharidin derivatives against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, the inhibitory effects of five halogenated aromatic amines(BY, BY-1, BY-2, BY-3 and BY-4) on the mycelial growth and the sclerotia formation of S. sclerotiorum were determined. The relative control efficacy against Sclerotinia rot on detached leaves of rapeseed and the antifungal mechanism of cantharidin derivatives were analyzed by measuring the mycelial morphology, the mycelial relative conductivity, the malondialdehyde content, the reduction of sugar content and soluble protein content, the activity of chitinase and the content of oxalic acid in the hypha treated with cantharidin derivatives. The results showed that five cantharidin derivatives significantly inhibited the mycelial growth of S. sclerotiorum, and the EC50 values of BY, BY-1, BY-2, BY-3 and BY-4 were 37.6, 8.78, 6.45, 12.2 and 50.4 μg/mL, respectively. The inhibitory effect of the derivative BY-2 on sclerotia formation was the strongest. And the inhibition rate was 86.52% at the concentration of 12.5 μg/mL. The treatment of the detached rapeseed leaves with the derivative BY-2 (100 μg/mL) afforded 97.71% relative control efficacy. These results indicated that the introduction of a chlorine atom at the C-3′ site of benzene ring could significantly improve the inhibitory activity of cantharidin against S. sclerotiorum. After the hypha was treated with cantharidin derivatives, the surface of mycelia turned rough, or dehydrated and shriveled, or deformed and expanded. The cell membrane permeability was increased, and the reducing sugar content and soluble protein content were decreased. Furthermore, the chitinase activity was also increased, and oxalic acid content was significantly decreased. Above all, the results showed that the cantharidin derivatives could effectively prevent and cure Sclerotinia stem rot, and provided theoretical basis for the development of biological fungicide. Aromatic amines are a class of compounds bearing amino groups on their benzene rings; these compounds are important raw materials for the industrial production of rubber chemicals, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, photosensitive chemicals, and agricultural chemicals. Research has revealed that some aromatic amines teratogenetic, carcinogenic, and mutagenic properties. Given the high toxicity and potential harm caused by aromatic amines, monitoring their levels in water sources is critical. Aromatic amines are among the 14 strategic environmental pollutants blacklisted in China, and assessing their exposure levels is essential for protecting human health and the environment. At present, the standard method for detecting aromatic amines in water is liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (LLE-GC-MS). However, this method has the disadvantages of large sample size requirement, complex operation, long analysis time, and high reagent consumption. In this study, instead of traditional LLE technology, cloud point extraction (CPE) technology was used in combination with GC-MS to establish an efficient, sensitive, and environment-friendly method for the detection of nine aromatic amines, namely, 2-chloramine, 3-chloramine, 4-chloramine, 2-nitroaniline, 3-nitroaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 1-naphthylamine, 2-naphthylamine, and 4-aminobenzene, in water. Triton X-114 was used as the extraction agent. The main experimental parameters were optimized using a single-factor optimization method. The aromatic amines in various water samples were quantitatively analyzed using GC-MS. The nine aromatic amines were separated on a DB-35 MS capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm). The mass spectrometer was operated in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode, and quantitative analysis was performed using the internal standard method. The results demonstrated that all nine aromatic amines could be completely separated within 16 min and had good linearities within accurate mass concentration ranges, with correlation coefficients ( R ) greater than 0.998. The limits of detection (LODs) and quantification (LOQs) of these aromatic amines in water were 0.12-0.48 and 0.40-1.60 μg/L, respectively. The accuracy and precision of the method were assessed via the determination of aromatic amines in surface water of drinking water sources, offshore seawater, wastewater of the typical printing and dyeing industry at levels of 2.0 and 10.0 μg/L. The recoveries of the aromatic amines in surface water of drinking water sources were 81.1%-109.8%, with intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.7%-5.2% ( 2 ) greater than 0.998. The limits of detection (LODs) and quantification (LOQs) of these aromatic amines in water were 0.12-0.48 and 0.40-1.60 μg/L, respectively. A method of isotope dilution-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (ID-GC/MS) was developed for analysis of 10 kinds of neutral trace aromatic components (benzaldehyde, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, furfuryl acetate, methyl benzoate, isophorone, 2,4-dimethyl-acetophenone, 2-undecanone, geranyl acetone, β-ionone and benzyl benzoate) from cigarette smoke. 10 isotope markers (D5-benzaldehyde, 13C3-6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, D3-furfuryl acetate, D5-methyl benzoate, D8-isophorone, D3-2,4-dimethyl acetophenone, 13C3-2-undecanone, 13C3-geranyl acetone, D4-β-ionone, D5-benzyl benzoate) corresponding to neutral aromatic components were added to Cambridge filter for collecting particles of cigarette smoke，and the aromatic components were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction method. The acidic and basic components in the extract were removed by washing with 5% hydrochloric acid and 5% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (concentrations of volume percent), respectively, and the neutral components extract were obtained. The neutral aromatic components were analyzed by GC/MS under optimized conditions. The molecular ions and characteristic fragment ions with isotope atoms of isotope markers were selected as qualitative ions in qualitative identification in order to identify the corresponding target components. The qualitative identification of the target components in extract was assisted by the labeling effect of isotopes because of the addition of isotope markers, and the neutral aromatic components were identified reliably by comparing with characteristic fragments of isotope markers and retention time of reference standards in complex system. Many separation methods such as solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and preparative HPLC were omitted from the samples pretreatment process and the sample consumption was rather reduced. Two quantitative ions with higher signal-to-noise ratio and less interference were selected for each compound in quantitative analysis. The target neutral components in extract were analyzed by GC/MS using quantitative ions in SIM mode, and the results showed that the separation of target compounds from interfering components was completely and the accurate quantitative analysis could be carried out. The contents of 10 neutral components were simultaneous determined by internal standard curve method using corresponding isotopes as internal standard. The analysis results showed that the correlation coefficients are greater than 0.999 0, the limits of detection (LODs) are 0.34-4.59 μg/kg, and the limits of quantity (LOQs) are 1.14-15.30 μg/kg. The average recovery is in the range of 83.3%-106.6%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) are in the range of 0.15%-8.69%. Porous organic polymer(POP)has attracted great interests due to its excellent pore tunability and diverse synthetic methods,and has been widely used in the fields of gas storage,carbon capture,separation,catalysis,sensing,energy storage and conversion.However,most of the POPs are prepared from expensive monomers and noble metal catalysts which usually require complicated workup thus rise the cost and reduce the synthetic efficiency.It is necessary to explore some novel precious-metal-free and workup-easy polymerization reactions to obtain POP efficiently.In this work,the monomer 1,2-bis(3,4-dichloromaleimidyl)-hexane was firstly synthesized from the reaction of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane and dichloromaleic anhydride. The POP was further synthesized through nucleophilic substitution polymerization between 1,2-bis(3,4-dichloromaleimidyl)-hexane and 1,3,5-tris-(4-aminophenyl)with acetic acid as solvent.Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)indicates the formation of C—N bonds between dichloromale imide and aromatic amine units.Nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm shows that the prepared POP has a high surface area(404 m2/g)and a wide range of pore size distribution from 1 nm to 6 nm(containing micropore and mesopore).In addition,Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)shows that the prepared POP has a regular rod structure(diameter,1—5μm). The thermogravimetric analysis(TG)reveales that the POP has excellent thermal stability(degration temperature is up to 400°C).As a novel catalyst-free and workup-easy C—N coupling reaction,the developed nucleophilic substitution polymerization between dichloromale imide and aromatic amine works well to synthesize maleic amide-based POP efficiently,and it is an eco-friendly C—N crossing strategy which can provide people another choice to obtain the targeted POP free of catalysts efficiently. In order to determine the residual aromatic compounds in electromagnetic shielding textiles, the followed pretreatment parameters should be clear and optimized: the pressure of rotary vacuum evaporator, water-bath vibration shake and the pH value of buffer solution. It is found that, when the pressure of rotary vacuum evaporator is 300 mbar, highest recovery of the aromatic amines and experiment efficiency will be gained. The investigation also points out that with waterbath vibration shaking and the pH value of buffer solution between 5.5 and 6.1 , relatively ideal detection results can be got. 4-aminoazobenzene is included in the list of aromatic amines banned for use in textiles in GB 18401/2010, a compulsory standard newly released in China. This article explained the campaign for testing the proficiency of determining 4-aminoazobeneze in textiles, which were participated by 30 laboratories. It analyzed the reasons that cause some labs failed to pass the test and put forward some suggestions on improving 4-aminoazobenzene determination techniques. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
