Energy constraint of cluster heads is an important issue in hierarchical wireless sensor networks. This paper proposed an admission control scheme based on a non-cooperative game model to solve the problem. By defining a pricing factor in the utility function of cluster head, both the power level and the number of cluster head can be optimized, while achieved the Nash equilibrium of the node power. In order to achieve the equilibrium and validate the decision making process of cluster head transmitting power, the simulation results are verified by the process when assuming the cluster heads as players. According to the existing problems of the limited system capacity and low resource utilization in heterogeneous network, compared to the traditional admission control, this paper proposed the model of admission control based on the theory of Markov decision. It defined quintuple way to describe the modeling process,and derived objective evaluation function and by solving with QoS constraints equations numerical analysis. Simulation results show that the model can meet the network dynamic realtime, solve the problem about optimal admission control under circumstances of the limited system capacity, which reduced the probability of call blocking for various types of service, to improve the quality of service of different users experiential and maximize the network system revenue. Based on the R-LWE difficult problem and generalized compression knapsack problem hash function, this paper constructed a lattice-based authenticated encryption scheme. The new scheme made use of R-LWE difficult problem in the encryption and decryption, and had the good characteristic that the encryption and decryption speed was quick, the expansion ratio of the ciphertext was low.
