Patients with end-stage liver disease after liver transplantation constantly suffer from malnutrition due to primary diseases and transplantation-related factors. Malnutrition will worsen clinical condition of the patients, increase the incidence of complication, length of hospital stay and medical expense after transplantation, and lower the survival rate. Sufficient nutritional support at all stages of liver transplantation is of significance. Accurate assessment of nutritional status and timely intervention are prerequisites for perioperative nutritional treatment in liver transplantation. In this article, the latest nutritional risk screening indexes and evaluation tools, nutritional support methods and other perioperative nutritional intervention measures for liver transplantation were reviewed, aiming to deepen the understanding and cognition of perioperative nutritional therapy for liver transplantation and provide reference for improving nutritional status and clinical prognosis of liver transplant recipients. This paper summarized the nutrition support and nursing management for a patient with unstageable pressure injuries. Based on the assessment of wound condition, pain and nutrition, appropriate nutrition support combined with nursing interventions such as debridement and wound dressing change, Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing, pain management, in order to improve the wound healing. Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent catheterization on the nutritional status of patients with dysphagia based on NRS2002 nutritional assessment. Methods A total of 100 patients with dysphagia were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method. Patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group: control group and observation group. The control group was treated with nasal feeding and routine indwelling method, while the observation group was treated with intermittent catheterization method based on NRS2002 nutritional assessment. The changes of swallowing function and nutritional indexes were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. The incidence of poor prognosis event in the two groups was analyzed. Objective To study the application effect of nutritional risk screening in nutritional assessment of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). method selection 176 elderly CKD patients admitted to this hospital were screened for nutritional risk, and their body mass index (BMI), albumin (ALB), and prealbumin were determined. (PA), hemoglobin (Hb), creatinine (SCr) and other index levels, correlation analysis was performed. Results The prevalence of malnutrition in patients with CKD stage III, IV and V The incidence rate was significantly different from that of stage II patients (P<0.05). Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) score and BMI, Hb, ALB, PA and SCr were correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nutritional risk screening in the nutritional assessment of elderly patients with CKD has a significant effect. Helps to improve the diagnosis of malnutrition risk.
