本研究以國內族群關係發展及新住民學生文化認同困境為脈絡,首先將檢視國內推動多元文化教育與教師專業發展之現況及問題,進而針對OECD公布《關鍵能力的定義與選擇》、《2030年教育和技能的未來:OECD 2030學習羅盤》以及相關報告等文件,探究有關學習者能動性及人際連結之協同能動性之意涵,據以指出「與他人建立良好關係」、「能與他人合作」、「管理和解決衝突」之「文化際能力」意涵,同時也說明能以「尊重、開放、好奇心」等態度與異質性群體互動之全 球素養的重要性。最後,本研究分別從理念建構、課程發展、教師專業、學生學習等不同面向,提出「新多元文化教育」之初步構想,希望能找出回應臺灣族群多元與社會異質化變遷之合宜作法。 This research takes the development of domestic ethnic relations and the cultural identity plights of new immigrant students as the context. Firstly, the author examines the current status and problems of promoting multicultural education and teacher professional development in Taiwan. Secondly, based on the OCED official documents, “The Definition and Selection of Key Competencies/DeSeCo,” “Future of Education and Skills 2030: OECD Learning Compass 2030” and other reports, this research analyzes the implications of learners’ agency and co-agency of interpersonal relationship and then points out the development of intercultural competencies, such as “building a good relationship with others,” “cooperating with others,” “managing and resolving conflicts” and the cultivating of students’ global competence that can interact with heterogeneous groups with “respect, openness, and curiosity.” Finally, this research proposes a preliminary construction of “new multicultural education” from different aspects such as the core idea formation, curriculum development, teacher professional development, and student learning, hoping to find appropriate ways to respond to Taiwan’s ethnic diversity and social change of heterogeneity.

Immunotherapy, represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors, may lead to immune-related adverse events (irAEs) while demonstrating favorable efficacy in patients with malignant tumors. Many domestic and international guidelines or consensus have been established to assist clinicians in effectively managing the majority of irAEs. However, further exploration about irAEs is required regarding the definition and determination, temporal patterns, individual variances, utilization of hormones and immunosuppressants, correlation between irAEs and therapeutic outcomes, immune reactivation, and special populations. The identification and management of severe, refractory, and multiple irAEs necessitate additional solutions. - Abstract
As a complex load-bearing system, high-speed tracked vehicles not only need to have certain protective capabilities, but also need to be able to withstand the effects of various excitation sources. With the emergence of lightweight design requirements for vehicle bodies, research on the design of such high-speed tracked vehicles is gradually deepening. The modal analysis of vehicles is related to the reliability design of the vehicle bodies. However, current research on the modal characteristics of lightweight high-speed tracked vehicles is mainly based on experimental methods, which cannot conduct extensive research on the dynamic response of vehicle bodies under different application conditions. Modal calculation and analysis were conducted on the vehicle body model of a lightweight high-speed tracked vehicle based on the finite element method, and the model was modified combined the experimental modal test results. And, the suggestions were made for optimizing the design of the vehicle body. The modified vehicle body model and modal characteristics were contributed scholars to analyze the rationality of relevant vehicle structural design, thereby avoiding resonance during vehicle movement. Moreover, the research results are expected to be applied to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the vehicles under different working conditions, and provide reference and guidance for the design and modification of the lightweight highspeed tracked vehicles. Aiming at the demand for accurate damage assessment of building targets, a new damage assessment method based on finite element simulation results recognition is proposed. The structural dynamic finite element analysis software SAP-2000 is used for numerical simulation and analysis of target damage, and the pre-assessment of target damage before attack is realized by numerical simulation images feature recognition and quantization combined with the target functional and physical damage level discrimination criteria. - Abstract
Mountain flash floods are one of the most dangerous natural disasters globally, characterized by strong suddenness, rapid development, great destructive power, and difficult short-term prediction. Traditional mountain flood prediction and early warning methods mainly rely on hydro-hydraulic mountain flood process simulation based on physical mechanisms. However, this method is computationally complex, time-consuming, and difficult to meet the short-term prediction needs of mountain floods. Taking Renli Village, Lin'an, Zhejiang as an example, based on 8 378 rainfall time series generated from hydro-hydraulic physical simulation and the corresponding mountain flood inundation spatiotemporal sequence dataset, a deep neural network model was constructed using convolutional gated recurrent units (convGRU) as the core to build a spatiotemporal sequence prediction agent model for mountain flash floods. This model can rapidly predict the spatiotemporal evolution process of mountain flood inundation in the next 6 hours by inputting the past 24 hours of rainfall observation time series and the next 6 hours of rainfall forecast time series. The agent model can reliably predict the hourly mountain flood inundation range, the maximum inundation depth, and inundation position in the next 6 hours in the test set, with a mean coefficient of determination of 0.96, and the prediction speed is on average 15 625 times faster than physical simulation. This indicates that the agent model can capture the complex mapping relationship from rainfall to mountain flash floods in physical simulation, achieve rapid prediction of mountain flash floods in the target area, and provide a strong model foundation for mountain flash flood early warning and emergency response decision-making. 目的 观察高原旅居史对急进高原人群适应能力的影响。方法 选择2023年11月—2024年1月急进高 原地区(3 900 m)的青年士兵2 337人,按照高原旅居史次数分为无高原旅居史组(A组,425人)、2 ~ 3次高原旅居史 组(B组,1 534人)、4次及以上高原旅居史组(C组,378人)。三组乘坐汽车由驻地出发上升至海拔3 900 m地区,用 时9 h,中途休整约1 h。分别于三组进入高原前(第0天)及急进高原后第1、7、14天进行急性高原病(AMS)评分,检 测血氧饱和度、心率、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(Hct)、体质量、体脂率,于急进高原第14天进行 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果 A组急进高原第1、7天AMS评分高于B、C组(P 均<0. 01)。A、B、C 组急进高原第14天AMS发生率依次降低(P 均<0. 01)。A、B、C组急进高原第1、7天血氧饱和度低于第0天,第1、7、 14天心率高于第0天,第7、14天RBC、HGB、Hct高于第0天(P 均<0. 05);急进高原第1、7天,B、C组血氧饱和度高于 A组,第1天C组血氧饱和度高于B组(P 均<0. 05);急进高原第7、14天A、B、C组的RBC、HGB、Hct依次增高(P 均 <0. 05)。三组急进高原后体质量和体脂率变化差异均无统计学意义(P 均>0. 05)。急进高原第14天A、B、C组PSQI 总分依次降低,其中日间功能、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠质量项目得分也依次降低(P 均<0. 05)。结论 多次高原旅居史者较无高原旅居史者急进高原后AMS及睡眠障碍发生率降低,有高原旅居史人群对高原的适应能 力更强。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

本文先以二十一世紀新一波素養導向課程改革為脈絡,說明新數位科技發展 及其在跨域學習所帶來的進一步改變,進而以Prensky「數位原生世代」之分析基 礎,探究不同世代差異以及AI時代來臨之後「新數位原生世代」的變化。此外,筆者也將討論《2030年教育和技能的未來:OECD 2030年學習羅盤》提及的「未來導向能力」,透過當前新興數位化發展所造成的問題,藉由「能力取向」之觀點,提出以學習者能動性為核心的新興數位世代學習圖像。 This study takes the new wave of competencies-oriented curriculum reforms in the 21st century as context, explains the new digital technology development and its further changes on interdisciplinary learning, and explores generations’ differences based on the analysis of Prensky’s “digital native generation” to figure out “new digital naive generation” after the AI era. In addition, the author also discusses the seven futureoriented competencies of “Future of Education and Skills 2030: OECD Learning Compass 2030,” and inquiries problems of current emerging digital development vias the “capabilities approach” to format an agency-based new digital native generation learning image.

目的分析学龄期(6~12岁)儿童功能性便秘发生的影响因素,为防治学龄期儿童功能性便秘提供参 考。方法纳入1300例西宁市学龄期儿童,采用自制学龄期儿童功能性便秘调查问卷表分析功能性便秘发生情 况,采用单因素及多因素 Logistic回归分析法分析西宁市学龄期儿童功能性便秘发生的影响因素。结果1253例 学龄期儿童中功能性便秘者132例,学龄期儿童FC患病率10.5%(132/1253)。功能性便秘儿童与健康儿童在家族 便秘史、居住面积、过敏、孩子出生时分娩方式、母乳喂养持续时间、是否规律食用早餐、每日饮水量、蔬菜水果食摄 入占比、吃饭方式、挑食、是否喜食辛辣刺激性食物及进食粗粮频率、每周的运动时间、是否接受过如厕训练、每天排 便习惯的养成、每天睡眠时间、性格特点等指标间比较,P均<0.05。家族便秘史、母乳喂养持续时间、每日饮水量、 挑食、过敏、是否喜食辛辣刺激性食物摄入、孩子每周运动量、是否接受过如厕训练、是否养成每天排便习惯、进食粗 粮频率是学龄期儿童功能性便秘发生的影响因素(OR分别为1.804、0.755、1.393、0.651、0.719、0.569、0.906、 1. 138、1.813、1.868、1.758、0.668、0.498、0.559、0.971、0.715、0.625,P均<0.05)。结论学龄期儿童功能性便秘 的发生率较高。学龄期儿童发生功能性便秘发生的影响因素包括家族便秘史、母乳喂养持续时间及挑食等。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

42. 基于 YOLO v5l-Im 的排水管道缺陷 检测方法及效果分析.

- Abstract
An enhanced method for the detection of defective drainage pipes based on the YOLO v5l-Im algorithm was proposed. This method aims to address the low accuracy, high false detection, and leakage rate of the YOLO v5l (You Only Look Once version 5 large) algorithm for the detection of defective images of drainage pipes with small targets, few samples, and complex backgrounds. There are three enhancements. Initially, the Focal-EIoU (focal embedding intersection over union) loss function is suggested, which significantly enhances the detection model's performance. Secondly, the shallow feature map in the backbone network is fused into BiFPN (bidirectional feature pyramid network) to increase the prediction layer for small targets, improving the detection effect of the detection model on small target defects and lowering the likelihood of defect misdetection and omission. Lastly, YOLO v5l introduces CA (coordinate attention) mechanism to lessen the interference of redundant background information and enhance the model's sensitivity to the image's region of interest. The value of mAP (mean average precision) showes improvements of 2. 0, 2. 9, and 5. 9 percentage points, respectively, among the three improvements. The test findings indicate that the YOLO v5l-Im model suggested in this work obtains a mAP value of 92. 1%, which is 6. 5 percentage points higher than the 85. 5% of the original model after fusing the three effective modifications. It is evident that the enhancements significantly increase the YOLO v5l's capacity to identify flaws in drainage pipes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

46. 早期运动干预对脑缺血大鼠脑神经髓鞘的影响及机制研究.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and potential mechanism of early exercise intervention on cerebral myelin in cerebral ischemia rats. Methods A total of 18 SD rats were randomly divided into the sham group, the middle cerebral artery occlusion resting group (MCAO-SED) and the middle cerebral artery occlusion exercise group (MCAO-EX), with 6 rats in each group. Except the sham group, the middle cerebral artery occlusion model was prepared by modified Longa line embolization method in other groups. After modeling, rats in the MCAO-EX group were placed on a treadmill for exercise intervention for 28 days. Neurological function was assessed by modified neural function deficit score (mNSS). Infarct volume was detected by MRI scanning (T2), myelin basic protein (MBP) expression was detected by immunofluorescence. Myelin sheath structure was detected by transmission electron microscopy. Western blot assay was used to detect endoplasmic reticulum stress-related protein expression. Apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining. Results After 28 days of intervention, compared with the MCAO-SED group, the nerve function recovered well in the MCAO-EX group, infarct volume decreased, myelin integrity increased, MBP fluorescence intensity expression increased and MBP expression level increased. The expression levels of ATF6, p-IRE1, p-PERK and cleaved caspase 3 were significantly decreased, and apoptosis was reduced. Conclusion Early exercise can inhibit endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced apoptosis, promote cerebral myelin repair, reduce infarct size and improve nerve function. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Dermatopathology training is a crucial aspect of the education and training of residents in dermatology and venereology, while interpretation of pathological sections is essential for this training・ We employ the general pattern teaching method to enhance teaching quality, focusing on initial observation of sections with the naked eye and low-power lens to deduce biopsy sites and diagnose diseases based on image outline and color contrast. Diseases which can be diagnosed by general pattern analysis can be categorized into six groups: changes in the epidermis, mass-like hyperplasia and band-like changes in the dermis, changes in the fet layer, unique shape, and vascular proliferation. Some of these major categories can be further divided into subgroups・ There are a total 18 common pathological patterns, including 53 prevalent skin diseases, 26 of which are required to be mastered according to the training guideline・ The general pattern teaching method in combination w让h informative content and an engaging approach can effectively stimulate residentsf enthusiasm for learning skin pathology and enhance their educational experience, leading to the improvement of outcome of dermatopathology training programs for residents in dermatology and venereology. - Abstract
The urban flood management program and the scale construction of drainage facilities are closely related to the urban rainstorm intensity and the flood level of the outer river, so it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the joint probability distribution of rainstorm intensity and the flood level of the outer river. Taking Wuhan City as an example, the Copula function is used to establish the joint distribution of hourly-scale urban rainstorm intensity and outer-river flood level, and the performance of different Copula models is evaluated by using the Max-Likelihood estimator, the model selection criterion, the RMSE and the NSE goodness-of-fit. The Local optimization(LO)and Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)methods are used to analyze the uncertainty of Copula models. The results are as follows. There is an obvious positive correlation between the heavy rainfall intensity and the flood level of the outer river, and the correlation between the 1-h maximum continuous precipitation and the maximum daily water level is the highest, and the optimal joint distribution function is the Gumbel Copula function. The uncertainty analysis of model shows that the optimal parameters of the MCMC simulation basically match with the theoretical parameter values, which is obviously superior to the local optimization algorithm. The results of the model uncertainty are consistent with that of the evaluation of the goodness-of-fit, which further verifies the validity of the parameters of the joint distribution function. Under the same frequency, the univariate values are lower than the values of heavy rainfall intensity and outer flood river level corresponding to the two-variable joint frequency, and higher than those corresponding to the two-variable co-occurring frequency. The two-variable co-occurring reproduction period is higher than that of the single-variable design reproduction period, and the joint reproduction period is lower than that of the single-variable design reproduction period. The combined risk rate of both storm intensity and flood level at the same frequency is much lower than the frequency value in the univariate case, and the risk rate of drainage above 50 a is greater than that of the design storm return period, but the maximum risk rate does not exceed the joint risk rate. 49. g-C3N4/MXene@Ag多功能膜制备及其水净化性能研究.

- Abstract
The g-C3N4/MXene@Ag (CNMA) separation membrane was constructed by vacuum-assisted self-assembly. It is shown that the introduction of Ag nanoparticles can optimize the surface wettability and transport channels of the membranes. The separation flux (for 1,2-dichloroethane/water emulsions) of the composite membrane is up to (6 812.7±106) L/(m2·h·bar) with a maximum separation efficiency of 99.7%. Notably, the CNMA separation membrane has remarkable anti-fouling performance and maintains stable separation properties after 10 consecutive uses. In addition, MXene@Ag can enhance the energy band structure, improve the photoelectric properties, provide positive spatial separation of electrons - holes (e--h+) and achieve efficient removal of organic pollutants (dyes, antibiotics). The efficiency of the membrane in degrading methylene blue dye is 98%. The CNMA functional separation membrane is suitable for water environment remediation under organic pollutant scenarios.
