深圳卓越.皇岗世纪中心项目二号塔楼建筑物主体高度238m,核心筒部分及屋顶钢架高度升至260m,核心筒高宽比为17.3,属超B级高层建筑。针对本工程的具体特点,文章着重论述了结构设计的策略。对结构荷载取值和地震作用取值、自振特性、风和地震作用下的计算结果等内容进行了介绍,对于结构设计中的几个特殊问题和动力弹塑性分析等方面进行较为深入的探讨。通过对计算结果的分析比较,结构设计成功解决了结构超限问题。本文的有关方法和结论可为相关工程提供参考。

在大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS中,为混凝土材料定义了一种材料模型:塑性损伤模型。它可以模拟混凝土材料的拉裂和压碎等力学现象,而且使用也较为方便。在本文中,作者结合自己的研究工作,介绍了塑性损伤模型在钢管混凝土柱、型钢-钢管混凝土柱和钢管混凝土叠合柱静力性能分析中的应用,详细讨论了混凝土塑性损伤模型中有关参数的设置方法。计算结果表明,在准确合理建模和设置参数的前提下,可以利用ABAQUS中的塑性损伤模型准确地模拟钢-混凝土组合构件的静力性能,从而减小实验工作量,节约开支。本文的有关论述和方法可为同类研究提供参考。

为提高混凝土异形柱的承载力,本文提出一种新型实腹式钢骨混凝土异形柱。为了解这种新型钢骨混凝土异形柱的受力性能及破坏机理,本文通过对3根十字形钢骨混凝土异形柱和1根钢筋混凝土异形柱的轴心受压的试验研究,分析了钢骨混凝土异形柱和普通混凝土异形柱在轴心压力作用下的破坏形态以及试验过程中各种材料的受力状态。试验结果表明在轴心荷载的作用下,从弹性阶段到开裂荷载直至极限荷载,型钢与混凝土能保持协同工作,这种新型构件中各种材料的力学性能均能得到充分发挥,钢骨的存在改善了构件的延性。本文提出的新型实腹式钢骨混凝土异形柱受力性能良好,可以应用于工程。

In order to explore the frost resistance and durability of recycled aggregate concrete, through uniaxial compression test and computer tomography scanning test, the strength characteristics and Damage law of microstructure. The results show that: with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of recycled aggregate concrete gradually decrease, and the rate of decline is slow at first and then fast; the cracks of recycled aggregate concrete gradually expand during the freeze-thaw cycle, CT scan The porosity in the image showed an exponential upward trend with the increase of the number of cycles, indicating that the degree of damage to the microstructure continued to increase; the elastic modulus and porosity showed a negative linear relationship, indicating that it was reasonable and feasible to use CT images to predict the strength and damage of recycled aggregate concrete ; Through microscopic morphology analysis, it is found that the freeze-thaw cycle reduces the compactness between aggregates, which is the root cause of the weakening of the strength and performance of recycled aggregate concrete. In order to improve the working performance of fly ash concrete pavement, it is modified with nano-silica. Test specimens with nano-silica mass fractions of 0, 0.01%, 0.02% and 0.03% were tested to obtain the mechanical properties, freeze-thaw resistance, dry shrinkage and wear resistance of concrete materials. The results show that the concrete modified by nano-silica has excellent properties such as high strength, high frost resistance, high wear resistance, low dry shrinkage, and low permeability; nano-silica particles can reduce the porosity of concrete and form The barrier prevents cracks from expanding, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the pore structure of cement-based composites. Considering performance improvement and economic cost comprehensively, it is advisable to use the material with a mass fraction of fly ash of 15% and a mass fraction of nano-silicon oxide of 0.02% as the proportion of pavement concrete. 目的 观察肥胖产妇分娩过程中采用硬脊膜穿破硬膜外阻滞镇痛的效果。方法 100例肥胖孕妇，随机 分为硬膜外分娩镇痛组（EP组）和硬脊膜穿破硬膜外分娩镇痛组（DPE组）各50例。EP组患者分娩过程中采用硬膜 外腔穿刺置入硬膜外导管注入0.1%罗哌卡因+0.5µg/mL舒芬太尼镇痛；DPE组硬膜外腔穿刺后用腰麻针穿破硬 脊膜至蛛网膜下腔，观察到脑脊液流出后再置入硬膜外导管0.1%罗哌卡因+0.5µg/mL舒芬太尼镇痛。观察并记 录两组娩镇痛前 (T0)、分娩镇痛10min (T1)、分娩镇痛30min (T2)、分娩镇痛2h (T3)、宫口开全 (T4) 时两组视觉模拟 （VAS）评分，记录两组各产程时间、镇痛泵按压次数、镇痛药用量、新生儿出生1分钟Apgar评分、新生儿出生5分钟 Apgar评分、新生儿脐动脉血气分析中pH及PaO2值；记录两组产妇产后出血量>500mL、血流动力学剧烈波动、恶心 呕吐、胎心异常、头痛等不良反应发生情况。结果 与EP组比较，DPE组T1 、 T3、 T4时VAS疼痛评分降低（P<0.05）。 与EP组相比，DPE组镇痛泵按压次数、镇痛药用量少（P均<0.05）。结论 肥胖产妇分娩过程中采用硬脊膜穿破硬 膜外阻滞镇痛效果较好，不良反应较轻。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To compare the improvement in quality of life after radio frequency ablation for paroxysmal and long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods: 142 patients with paroxysmal AF and 61 patients with long-standing persistent AF who received radiofrequency ablation were enrolled between May 2011 and August 2016. Quality of life was evaluated using the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) at baseline and 12 months after the ablation. Results: Age and the percentages of hypertension and chronical heart failure were higher in patients with long-standing persistent AF than those with paroxysmal AF. At 12 months after the ablation, the mental (MCS) and physical component summary (PCS) scores were significantly increased in both groups compared with the scores at baseline (P<0.0 1). The improvements in MCS and PCS were higher in patients without recurrent AF than those with recurrent AF (P<0.01) Conclusions: The improvement in quality of life after radio frequency ablation is superior in patients with long-standing persistent AF than in paroxysmal AF, and AF recurrence impairs quality of life. The mechanical performance of five L-shaped steel reinforced was tested and analyzed with ANSYS finite element software. The stress distribution of various materials and the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens were obtained. It was found that the test results were well consistent with those of the numerical simulation. It is concluded that that ANSYS finite element numerical simulation technology can be used to further analyze the mechanical performance of the steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns. Aluminum electrolysis workshop is a complex industrial environment, and has the characteristics of vibration, dust and strong magnetism. An anodic current collector of aluminum electrolytic cell was designed based on noise model aiming at the complexity of aluminum electrolysis production process and the difficulty of measurement. Firstly, the total noise model of the whole measurement circuit is established based on the noise model of discrete components. Secondly, on the basis of realizing the low-noise signal conditioning circuit, the anode lead current collector based on STM32F103 is designed. It consists of signal conditioning circuit, A/D sampling module, temperature acquisition module, 485 communication module, data storage and power supply module. Finally, laboratory and industrial field experiments are carried out.
