【目的】研制一种新型的高强度钙云母牙科切削陶瓷材料。【方法】筛选材料配方, 通过玻璃熔制、晶化热处理, 得到玻璃陶瓷, 用X 射线衍射分析玻璃陶瓷的晶相成分, 并用三点抗弯法测量材料的强度。【结果】得到了含钙云母的新型切 削陶瓷, 其三点抗弯强度最高达到(210.2±14.7)MPa 。【结论】通过改变金云母玻璃陶瓷内部的晶体结构可以得到新型具有 较高强度的牙科切削陶瓷。

BACKGROUND: For early knee osteoarthritis in which total knee arthroplasty fails to achieve satisfactory results, high tibial osteotomy that has been found to promote regeneration of damaged cartilage and alleviate symptoms in patients is considered a classic knee-preserving procedure. OBJECTIVE: To review and discuss the effectiveness, mechanism, and application prospects of high tibial osteotomy in stimulating cartilage regeneration in knee osteoarthritis and to provide a theoretical basis for the use of high tibial osteotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. METHODS: A computerized search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI and WanFang databases for relevant literature published from 2013 to 2023. The search terms used were “knee osteoarthritis, high tibial osteotomy, limb alignment, chondrocytes, biomechanics, intra-articular” in both English and Chinese. Finally, 75 articles were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: High tibial osteotomy correcting the lower limb alignment has been found to be effective in alleviating symptoms and potentially delaying or preventing the need for total knee arthroplasty. This is an important aspect of orthopedic step-down treatment in knee osteoarthritis. Maintaining a normal mechanical microenvironment is crucial for the proper functioning and maintenance of chondrocyte phenotype. Abnormal mechanical signals can be converted into intracellular chemical signals through mechanosensors like primary cilia, integrins, cytoskeleton and nucleoskeleton, resulting in disruptions to the balance of matrix metabolism and regulation of inflammatory responses. Chondrocytes after abnormal stress action still have the potential to revert to a normal phenotype under appropriate stress; correction of the mechanical microenvironment by high tibial osteotomy leads to spontaneous cartilage repair and remission of synovial inflammation. The combination of high tibial osteotomy and cartilage regeneration strategy holds promising prospects for patients with early knee osteoarthritis who are not candidates for total knee arthroplasty. Objective To explore the establishment of a subclinical hypothyroidism（SCH） rat model during pregnancy using total thyroidectomy and L-T4 subcutaneous injection method and evaluate the stability of the model.Methods A total of 26 female SD rats weighing 180-200 g were randomly divided into the control group（n=10） and the model group（n=16）.The control group was treated with total thyroidectomy, while the model group was treated with total thyroidectomy and postoperative subcutaneous injection of L-T4 1.0 μg/（100 g·d）.The levels of TSH,TT4 and body weight were observed at three time points: one month after operation, after total thyroidectomy+L-T410 d after operation and 13 d after pregnancy.Results One month after operation, the serum TSH level of the rats in the model group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.After total thyroidectomy +L-T410 d, the serum TSH level of the rates in the model group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.At the 13th day of pregnancy, the serum TSH level of the rates in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P＜0.01）.The serum TT4 level in the model group was lower than that in the control group one month after operation, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.There was no statistically significant difference in serum TT4 levels of the rats in two groups after total thyroidectomy+L-T410 d（P＞0.05）.At the 13th day of pregnancy, there was no statistically significant difference in TT4 levels between the two groups（P＞0.05）.There was no significant difference in preoperative weight between the two groups（P＞0.05）.The weight of the model group was significantly lower than that of the control group after non-pregnancy surgery and drug administration, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.At 13th day of pregnancy, the weight of model group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.There was no significant difference in the average number of offspring between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The method of subcutaneous injection of L-T4 can successfully establish a SCH rat model during pregnancy, with good stability.  [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The gold occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics are critical to any gold ore,and the information generated from such an investigation can be used for assisting in process development, plant design, and improvement of gold recovery. Here, the recently Automated Process Mineralogy Analyzing System(BPMA) with version 2. 0 BPMA software, as an Automated mineralogy ( AM) tool, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometers ( EDS) were applied to indicate the gold occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics of a low-grade(Au 1. 1 g/t)and fine-grained gold ore in a typical altered rock type ore deposit located within the Jiaodong Peninsula. The results show that the metal sulfide is mainly pyrite, and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz, followed by sericite and K-feldspar. The main gold minerals in the ore are electrum, with average grade of 596. 2 %o. The size of gold minerals is fine, and the grain size of most gold minerals is less than 10 microns. There are many kinds of gold-carrying minerals, most of which border with metal sulfides such as pyrite, galena, arsenopyrite, sphalerite and chalcopyrite. The occurrence state of gold minerals in the ore are inclusion gold (mainly locked in sulphide), fissure gold and intergranular gold, the content of which accounts for 40. 18%,39.75% and 7. 48%, respectively. The enrichment of sulfide, mainly pyrite, by flotation and regrinding of rougher concentrate is beneficial to improve the recovery of gold. The BPMA-SEM-EDS in situ analysis was an automated, quantitative and visual method having universal significance, which can help to quickly, efficiently and accurately investigate the gold occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics of low-grade and fine-grained gold minerals. The ore properties ol a pegmatite-type lithium polymetallic deposit in Henan are complex and the beneliciation perlormance are not ideal. In this paper, advanced technical means such as AMCIS and LA-ICP-MS has been utilized to study on process mineralogy ol the ore. It was found that the occurrence state ol lithium was extremely complex, in addition to the occurrence ol lithium in spodumene, a considerable part ol lithium was also distributed in muscovite, cookeite, amblygonite and elbaite, while the lithium content ol spodumene was also low, which was the main factor allecting the lithium beneliciation perlormance. At the same time, through the mineralogical investigation of the lithium concentrate and tailings, it was found that lithium concentrate contains a certain amount of felsic minerals, while spodumene lost to tailings mainly exists in the lorm of monomer, part of which are coarse. Aiming at the outbreak of COVID-19 (corona virus disease 2019)， considering multi-isolation measures， a non-linear infectious disease model was established to study the trend of COVID-19. Comparing the data in China of the COVID-19 with the results of simulation experiments， the isolation measures are important for the prevention and control of COVID-19. The results showed that if the isolation measures were implemented one week later， the number of infected persons in the entire epidemic would increase almost 7 times. In addition， the measure for newly confirmed clinical cases in Hubei Province is analyzed by simulation experiments. The results showed that the measure effectively solved the problem of previously missed cases and can greatly speed up the extinction of the epidemic. Toward the suspended thin-walled cylindrical shell with bolted connections， both beam-shell hybrid and full-solid finite element models were established by using ANSYS software. With the established models， the influence from boundary conditions and bolt preloads at the flange-/hoisting- structure to the system dynamic characteristics was analyzed， and corresponding numerical results were compared with experimental results. The results indicated that the finite element model established can accurately simulate the contact pressure and its distribution at the bolted interface. On the premise of guaranteeing computational accuracy， the beam-shell hybrid model was more efficient than the full-solid model. The bolt preloads at the flange had a significant effect on the fifth to eighth natural frequencies of the system， while that at the hoisting structure had a great effect on the first three natural frequencies of the system.
