目的：对乳腺癌患者应用乳腺癌全腺体切除术后即刻乳房重建的作用. 方法：使用抽签法将80例乳腺 癌患者分为两组进行实验, 实验时间从2020年1月开始, 到2023年1月结束, 均确诊为乳腺癌, 共两组：对照组和观 察组, 每组40例, 对照组为乳腺切除术治疗及延迟乳房重建治疗方式, 观察组为乳腺癌全腺体切除术后即刻乳房重 建治疗. 对比指标涉及治疗效果、并发症发生率. 结果：对比两组患者的治疗效果, 观察组治疗有效率较高(P < 0.05); 两组并发症发生率调查, 结果显示, 通过乳腺癌全腺体切除术后即刻乳房重建治疗后, 观察组发生率更低 (P < 0.05). 结论：对乳腺癌患者采用乳腺癌全腺体切除术后即刻乳房重建能够提高病人的治疗效果, 能够改善其 临床症状, 值得推广. Three identical H-type microbial fuel cell reactors were used to study the removal of organic pollutant and electricity generation performance by microbial fuel cells (MFC) under different sludge concentrations. The results showed that when the average sludge concentration (MLSS) of anode chamber is 2530 mg • L-1,5183 mg • L-1 and 10 200 mg • L-1, MFC can remove organics well. The increase of sludge concentration is beneficial to the formation of anode biofilm and the start-up of the system. However,it is not that the higher the sludge concentration,the greater the MFC's ability to remove organic pollutant and generate electricity. With the increase of sludge concentration,the removal of organic matter increases first and then decreases,while the internal resistance of the system decreases first and then increases,leading to the decrease of output voltage and power density. At the anode sludge concentration for an average of 5183 mg • L-1,effect of MFC on removal of organic pollutant,the highest reached 85%,the output voltage of 0. 78 V,the apparent resistance is low, 344.4 f2,power density of 421. 9 mW • m-3,charge and discharge performance is better. It indicates that, the suitable activated sludge concentration is favorable for the removal of organics and electricity generation of MFC. A customer churn prediction model based on BP neural network(BPNN)has achieved well enough results. However， it has relatively weak global search ability and is very sensitive to the initial network weights. A prediction algorithm based on improved genetic algorithm(IGA)and BPNN(IGA-BP)is proposed by analyzing users’communication behavior， where the weights and thresholds of BPNN are initialized with IGA， thus improving the accuracy of the prediction model. The improved algorithm adopts a self-adapting probability of crossover and mutation， which enhances the global optimum search ability of GA. 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、前白蛋白(PA)对新生儿细菌感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法选择细菌感染性疾病新生儿36例(感染组)、非细菌感染性疾病新生儿71例(对照组),比较两组血清PCT、PA水平。采用Spearman相关分析法分析细菌感染性疾病新生儿血清PCT、PA水平与血清CRP水平及WBC、中性粒细胞计数的关系。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估血清PCT、PA单独或联合检测对新生儿细菌感染性疾病的诊断价值。结果感染组血清PCT水平明显高于对照组,血清PA水平明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示,细菌感染性疾病新生儿血清PCT水平与血清CRP水平及中性粒细胞计数均呈正相关关系(r分别为0.338、0.362,P均<0.05),与血清PA水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.300,P <0.05),与WBC计数无明显相关性(r=0.237,P> 0.05);血清PA水平与血清CRP水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.190,P <0.05),与WBC、中性粒细胞计数无明显相关性(r=-0.171、-0.025,P均> 0.05)。血清PCT、PA联合检测诊断新生儿细菌感染性疾病的敏感性及特异性分别为83.3%、82. 95%,均高于二者单独检测。结论细菌感染性疾病新生儿血清PCT水平升高、血清PA水平降低,二者联合检测有助于诊断新生儿细菌感染性疾病。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Inverse agonist is a new type of drug acting on receptors. Its research has experienced several stages, including discovery of ethyl β-carboline 3-carboxylate, activity study, proposal of the concept, two-state model, and constitutive activity theory in succession. Most G protein-coupled receptors possess constitutive activity, i.e. a proportion of receptors are in active state and can produce effects without any agonist. Inverse agonist has an affinity to receptors, but no intrinsic activity, so it cannot activate receptors. However, it can antagonize the constitutive activity of receptors, and produce an opposite effect on the corresponding agonist. Both agonist and inverse agonist can produce their effect alone with different mechanisms. Agonist activates its receptors, but inverse agonist antagonizes them. Both inverse agonist and antagonist can antagonize receptors. However, inverse agonist and antagonist antagonize the constitutive activity of receptor and the agonist's effects, respectively. Inverse agonists can be used to treat diseases with enhanced constitutive activity, up-regulate and sensitize receptors with constitutive activity. Moreover, endogenous inverse agonists can maintain a specific physiological function. The study on inverse agonist has a theoretical significance in perfecting receptor theory as well as a clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of diseases with enhanced constitutive activity. 目的 观察食管鱗状细胞癌（以下简称食管鳞癌）组织中磷酸化表皮生长因子受体（P-EGFR) 的表达变 化，并探讨其意义。方法 100 例食管鳞癌患者，手术治疗中均留取癌组织（观察组）和癌旁正常组织（对照组）， 采用免疫组化 SP 法检测两组组织中磷酸化 EGFR( P-EGFR),分析 P-EGFR 的表达与食管鳞癌临床病理参数及患 者预后的关系。结果观察组癌组织中 P-EGFR 的表达髙于对照组(P <0.05)。P-EGFR 的表达与食管鳞癌患者 肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期等临床病理参数无关 (P均 > 0.05)。P-EGFR 低表达者总生存期、无病生存 期均长于 P-EGFR 高表达者(P 均 <0.05)。多元 Cox 回归分析结果表明 P-EGFR 髙表达是影响食管鳞癌生存时间 的独立危险因素。结论食管鳞癌组织中 P-EGFR 高表达。P-EGFR 高表达是影响食管鱗癌生存时间的独立危险 因素,P-EGFR 可能是一个预测食管鳞癌患者预后的独立因素。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的：分析育龄期妇女宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测（ TCT ）结果，观察育龄期妇女宫颈病变发生情况及分布特点。方法收集7857例育龄期妇女的宫颈TCT检查结果并按Bethesda系统分类进行诊断，正常细胞及良性细胞改变（如炎症）判定为细胞学阴性，其余判定为细胞学阳性。观察并分析宫颈病变的分布特点。结果7857例受检者细胞学阴性（正常和炎症性改变）7706例（98．08％）；细胞学阳性151例（1．92％），包括不典型鳞状上皮细胞（ASCUS）109例（1．39％）、低度鳞状上皮内病变（LSIL）25例、高度鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）15例、不典型腺细胞（AGC）2例。所有细胞学阳性的受试者中，以＞30～40岁者为主（68．8％）。7857例中，TCT测得非上皮成分296例（3．8％），其中念珠菌感染64例、细菌感染171例、人乳头瘤病毒感染31例、阴道毛滴虫感染30例。结论　育龄期妇女宫颈TCT细胞学阳性结果以ASCUS居多，以＞30～40岁年龄段所占比例较高；TCT测得的非上皮成分中，以细菌感染为主。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this study，the indirect-ELISA method was established based on the structural proteins VP0 and VP1 of porcine Kobuvirus （PKV）. The genes of structural proteins VP0 and VP1 of PKV were synthesized and ligated into the prokaryotic expression vector pET-32a， and then transferred into competent cells BL21. The expressions of two proteins were induced by IPTG and then were purified by Ni column. The two indirect ELISA assays were established while recombinant protein pET-32a-VP0 and pET-32a-VP as coating antigen through a checkerboard titration method for repeatability，sensitivity，specificity for experiments，and clinical testing. The results showed that the optimal coating conditions of recombinant protein pET-32a-VP0 and pET-32a-VP1 antigen were 2.0 mg/mL and 2.5 mg/mL at 37℃ for 1 h，respectively. The optimal conditions for the blocking solution were 5% skimmed milk，37℃，2 h ；the optimal incubation conditions for the serum were 1∶200， 37℃，1 h ；the optimal incubation conditions for the secondary antibody were 1∶20 000 and 1∶15 000，37℃，1 h ；optimal colour development time was 10 min. The critical values of the two indirect-ELISA assays were 0.306 and 0.277 respectively. The results of experiment indicated that the indirect-ELISA methods were successfully established，which are accurate and efficient for detecting serum specific antibody of PKV. The methods are characterized as good reproducibility，sensitivity，specificity and stability. It is very helpful for future clinical diagnosis and the development of antibody detection kits of PKV.
