Adding the templet molecule of Matrine in post cross-linking reaction, a novel molecular imprinting hypercrosslinked polymeric(MIP) adsorbent was successfully prepared and modified by phenol group, and the non-imprinting hypercrosslinked polymeric(NIP) adsorbent was also prepared. The physics performance and the surface morphology were determined. The static equilibrium adsorptions of Matrine and Cytisine and the adsorption selectivity of Matrine onto MIP resin in aqueous solution were investigated. The adsorption behaviors of Matrine and Cytisine onto MIP resin were compared with those onto NIP resin. The results show that compared with NIP resin, the specific surface area is decreased, while the pore size and the pore volume are increased with more regular pore structure. The selective coefficients of Matrine onto MIP resin are high with the maximum value of 15.67, which illuminates that MIP resin has high recognition ability to Matrine. The static equilibrium adsorption isotherms can well fit Langmuir and Freundlich equations, and the fitting results show that MIP resin has much higher adsorption ability to Matrine than NIP resin. The free-surface structure is expected to not only have excellent architectural expression power, but also guarantee the mechanical rationality. In this research, the static test was performed on a typical Gaussian curvature free-surface obtained through the method developed in the paper named the NURBS-GM method for computational morphogenesis of free-form structure. Results show that higher bending stress appears in the transition area of the positive-negative Gaussian curvature, as well as the neighboring region of the support. However, the structure mainly resists the load in the form of membrane stress. The distribution of the membrane stress changes along with the increasing load. And the significant change happens in the positive-negative Gaussian curvature transition area. The top surface crack appears in the positive-negative Gaussian curvature transition area first and develops towards the support. Cracks on the bottom surface are jointed to form complete lines and extended to the support. During the whole loading process, cracks appear- a little later while its quantity is large. At last, local strength damage happens in the neighboring area of the loading point. The load-displacement curve has a large slope in the elastic stage and a long plastic development stage. FE simulation was performed for the test model using the software ABAQUS. Results of the FE simulation were compared with the test data. And it is found that they agree well. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
