Efficient analysis and utilization of coal mine safety big data is of great significance for improving the safety management level and production efficiency of coal mines. At present, there are some problems in coal mine safety big data governance, such as unclear data features and governance methods. In order to solve the above problems, this paper emphatically analyzes the features of coal mine safety big data. It is concluded that coal mine safety big data has 5V features, namely, large data volume (Volume), multiple data varieties (Variety), fast processing velocity (Velocity), low value density (Value), veracity (Veracity), and also has the features of inconsistent structural degree. This paper introduces the main data governance methods and models that can be applied to coal mine safety management. The methods are divided into five categories: single variable method, multivariate statistical analysis method, intelligent pattern recognition method, system dynamics model and comprehensive integration model. From the perspective of the subject and object, this paper puts forward a big data governance method system for coal mine safety. It is believed that the selection of data governance methods must be consistent with the data governance goals of the subject and object of intelligent mines. Selection of subject-based governance methods: the specific content of data governance is determined according to the needs, levels, tasks and security management objectives of data subjects. Selection of object-based governance methods: the specific content of data governance is determined according to the timeliness of object objects, throughput requirements and security management objectives. Finally, it is concluded that the determination of coal mine safety big data governance method needs to meet the common and individual needs according to the different scopes and objects under the unified goal and standard.

The mine 5G is the foundation of intelligent mine construction. In order to meet the diversified application requirements of intelligent mine, it is necessary to promote the realization of mine 5G-advanced communication evolution system through 5G-advanced communication evolution technology. The current status of mine 5G technology research and system deployment is reviewed. The mine 5G has preliminarily realized audio and video call, HD video analysis, equipment remote control and other applications. However, there are some problems such as single terminal form, heavy uplink load, separate construction of 5G-advanced communication system and positioning system, etc. This paper analyzes the applicability of 5G-advanced communication evolution technology of 3GPP Release 17 in mine 5G-advanced communication. It is pointed out that RedCap lightweight terminal technology, NR direct connection communication technology and NR positioning technology will become the key technologies of mine 5G communication evolution. The key technologies of mine 5G-advanced communication evolution are studied. RedCap lightweight terminal technology can meet the research and development requirements of low-power consumption and low-cost multimode terminals of mine wireless sensors, single-channel wireless transmission mine video monitoring equipment, intelligent miner lamps and intelligent wearable devices. NR direct connection communication technology is applied to mine automatic driving vehicle-mounted terminal, roadway side equipment and emergency communication relay equipment. It can meet the requirements of low delay and high reliable transmission of mine automatic driving and emergency communication. NR positioning technology is applied to mine communication and positioning integration to meet the technical requirements of mine communication and positioning system fusion. This paper puts forward the architecture of mine 5G-advanced communication evolution system. The study provides the direction for building 5G fully connected mine, supporting multi-link wireless access and realizing the integration of communication and perception.

As one of the most important factors in the production process of open-pit mine, the intelligence of transportation is an important research content of the whole intelligence technology of mine. This paper introduces the composition and classification of the transportation system in open-pit mine. It is clarified that the intelligent transportation system in open-pit mine takes the efficient transportation of coal and rock in open-pit mine as the application scenario and the intelligent transportation equipment as the core carrier. The digital technologies such as the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and mobile Internet are integrated with the operating principles and technological requirements of the open-pit mine transportation system. The autonomous collaborative and efficient operation system of equipment, environment and materials in the transportation system is established. And the real-time, accurate and efficient transportation integrated management system that plays a role in a wide range is further established. The components of the intelligent transportation system in open-pit mine mainly include infrastructure, transportation tools and computing technology. It is pointed out that the difference between the traditional transportation system and the intelligent transportation system in open-pit mine lies in that the intelligent transportation system takes improving the safety and efficiency of field production operation as the goal. The service object is changed from the original production management personnel to the production operating personnel. The research and application status of intelligent transportation system in open-pit mine in China are summarized from five aspects, including intelligent infrastructure, intelligent equipment, intelligent management and control, intelligent maintenance and intelligent design. The key technologies of the truck transportation system and the belt conveyor transportation system in the open-pit mine to realize the intelligence are analyzed in this paper. The key technologies of intelligent truck transportation include environment perception technology for complex road conditions in mines, line control transformation technology for unmanned driving truck, multi-objective intelligent scheduling technology, and intelligent collaboration technology for manned-unmanned mixed equipment group. The key technologies of intelligent belt conveyor transportation include autonomous traverse technology of belt conveyor in working face, transportation technology of self-moving large-angle belt conveyor, operation control technology of belt conveyor, on-line status detection technology of belt conveyor, intelligent inspection technology of belt conveyor, unmanned maintenance technology of belt conveyor, intelligent management and control platform of belt conveyor transportation system. It is pointed out that the development trend of intelligent transportation in open-pit mine is continuous, unmanned, low-carbon, efficient coordination and intrinsic safety.

The comprehensive control of coal mine disasters is a key problem to be solved in the process of intelligent mine construction. It is an inevitable requirement for the construction of intelligent mines to realize the normalization control of coal mine disasters with the help of digital twin technology. Based on the connotation and essence of the digital twin, this paper analyzes the recognition rule of the digital twin and puts forward the application mode of digital twin technology in coal mine disaster research combining with data interactive process of mine disaster digital twin. Real-time monitoring is carried out by coal mine underground disaster monitoring sensor. The monitoring data is uploaded to the cloud through the edge communication module and cloud communication module. The digital twin numerical simulation software is deployed in the cloud. The monitoring data uploaded by the sensor is used as the initial condition parameter, boundary condition parameter and effect verification parameter. The best optimization parameters and solutions are sought through real-time simulation analysis and continuous trial and error. When the technical means are mature in the twin world, they can be used to analyze, judge and make decisions on the best parameters and solutions for virtual entities. The decision instructions can be sent to underground actuators to control the action of disaster prevention equipment. This paper discusses the practical application of digital twin enabling disaster predictive management and control from three aspects: disaster monitoring scheme optimization, disaster rehearsal and precise planning of disaster avoidance route, and post-disaster rescue scheme formulation and accident investigation. Based on the 'cloud-pipe-edge-end' architecture of the industrial Internet, the digital twin service system for coal mine disasters is constructed. The key technologies of digital twin for mine disasters are analyzed. The technologies include intelligent sensing and execution equipment for coal mine disasters, simulation software for coal mine disasters and common support technologies. It is expected to provide reference for the construction of digital twin-enabling intelligent mines.

China's intelligent mine construction is still in the early stage of development, which is seriously constrained by data trust problems such as low credibility of mine data, lack of trust mechanism in the data sharing process and the risk of data security and privacy leakage.To this end, this paper proposes an intelligent mine data trust model by drawing on the holistic approach to national security.Specifically, this study 1) offered a working definition of this model and proposed its underlying conceptions; 2) designed its technical architecture and analyzed the core technologies involved; 3) proposed the implementation strategies of the intelligent mine data trust model based on blockchain technology.This may lay the foundation for blockchain technology to empower intelligent mines and comprehensively enhance its efficiency and productivity, thus promoting the high-quality development of the coal industry.

At present, there are more researches on the concept and development plan of intelligent mines, and less researches on the intelligent construction results and key technologies. Based on the 5-layer technical structure of intelligent mine construction, taking the intelligent construction of Daliuta Coal Mine as an example, the paper discusses the intelligent construction and effectiveness in terms of fully mechanized mining, excavation, transportation, power supply, water supply and drainage systems. A total of about 100 fixed mine positions are canceled, and more than 200 operators are reduced. The construction helps to reduce the labor costs by 40 million yuan/a, save the industrial water and electricity consumption by 30%, improve the equipment utilization by 5%, and increase the total workforce efficiency by 10%. It is pointed out that the key points of intelligent mine construction are broadening the network channel, unifying the interfaces of various subsystems, ensuring the associated equipment safe and reliable, and hiring professional personnel teams. This paper summarizes the current difficulties in the intelligent mine construction and discusses the key technologies to be tackled. The technologies include automatic coal cutting, personnel detection of mobile equipment, wireless sensing, centralized refueling, intelligent security inspection at the mine entrance and unmanned driving.

In this paper, it is pointed out that there are several main problems in the construction of intelligent open-pit mines in China at this stage, such as independent systems, mainly relying on manual control, passive implementation of disaster monitoring and lack of intelligent analysis. Moreover, this paper explores the connotation of intelligent open-pit mines and defines the intelligent open-pit mines as a large intelligent driven system consisting of Internet of everything and platform integration. The underlying platform of intelligent open-pit mines based on industrial Internet of things cloud operating system is proposed. Real-time data is obtained by advanced programmable remote utility server via Modbus/OPC/PPI/MPI and other industrial protocols. Off-line data can be entered manually according to the needs of field work. These data can be connected to the existing ERP or manufacturing execution system of open pit mining enterprises to realize the seamless connection of external data. Based on the industrial Internet of Things cloud operating system MixIOT as the platform, raster database, offline database, statistical database, report database, etc. are established according to different data sources to realize routing, exchange and storage of all kinds of data in open pit mines. At the same time, industrial data analysis service system is used to analyze the operation of open-pit mine production equipment. The three key technologies of the underlying platform of intelligent open-pit mines are data acquisition technology, data analysis service technology and application display technology.

Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional channel estimation algorithms in the harsh environment of underground coal mines, this paper proposes an improved Super Resolution Convdutional Network (SRCNN) for channel estimation. In the improved SRCNN model, the estimated value at the pilot frequency is used as input, and the improved SRCNN model replaces the interpolation process in the traditional channel estimation algorithm to reduce the complexity, and the attention mechanism ECA module is added to improve the learning of channel features to achieve more accurate channel estimation for the underground coal mine environment. Simulation results show that the channel estimation algorithm of the improved SRCNN model outperforms the traditional channel estimation algorithm and improves the estimation accuracy by one order of magnitude compared with the channel estimation of the SRCNN model.

Intelligent mines are the continuation of the development of digital mines and integrated automation systems. Compared to digital mines and integrated automation systems, intelligent mines have higher requirements for basic platforms. The basic platforms of intelligent mine are divided into two parts: network platform and data platform. The network platform is divided into backbone network and access network. The backbone network has gone through the development process of industrial bus network, 100 Mbit/s industrial Ethernet, 1000 Mbit/s industrial Ethernet, and 10 Gbit/s industrial Ethernet. This study analyzes the development process, advantages, disadvantages, and applicability of the backbone network from industrial bus to 10 Gbit/s industrial Ethernet. It is pointed out that industrial bus network and 100 Mbit/s industrial Ethernet are not suitable as intelligent mine backbone networks. The 1000 Mbit/s and 10 Gbit/s industrial Ethernet are currently the preferred backbone networks for intelligent mines. By analyzing the construction requirements of intelligent mine access networks, it is pointed out that the access networks of intelligent mines should have blind spot free access and underlying computing capabilities. Currently, wireless access networks are still difficult to possess these capabilities. Leakage communication system belongs to semi wireless mode, the application situation is limited, and the speed is not high. 5G is mainly a wireless transmission network with relatively flexible rate adaptability. It is suitable to be a pure access transmission network. Due to its lack of ad hoc network and underlying computing capabilities, it is limited in blind spot free monitoring applications. WSN has a certain degree of self-sufficient network and underlying computing capabilities. But its speed is relatively low. Especially when used in underground mines with multiple hops, the speed rate significantly decreases, and the power consumption increases, thereby reducing computing capabilities and self-organizing network capabilities. Therefore, new access network devices that meet the needs of intelligent mines need to be developed. The data platform approach based on discrete servers and simple virtual servers can no longer meet the requirements of intelligent mines for data platforms. This paper analyzes the architecture and key technologies of the data platform's hyperconverged service platform, the characteristics of hyperconverged services, and its adaptability to the construction of intelligent mines. It is pointed out that hyperconverged servers are the development direction of intelligent mine data platforms.

The existing mine moving target positioning system has the problems of serious attenuation of underground wireless signal transmission, large non-line-of-sight error, complex underground electromagnetic environment, wide sensing range of dynamic and static targets, strong linkage of multi-system information fusion, etc. At present, the research on mine moving target precise positioning technology and optimization method does not comprehensively analyze the characteristics and technical requirements of the moving target accurate positioning service. It lacks a comprehensive comparison between the mainstream and emerging positioning technologies. In order to solve the above problems, the advantages and disadvantages of the common signal transmission technology and the positioning and ranging method applied in the mine moving target precise positioning system are analyzed. The radio positioning technology is pointed out to be a more suitable and feasible mine moving target precise positioning technology. This paper analyzes the research status and existing problems of the optimization method of the mine moving target precise positioning in China from four aspects: signal anti-collision technology, error elimination method, positioning result optimization method and fusion positioning technology. ① The comprehensiveness of the signal anti-collision algorithm still needs to be improved. ② The efficiency of ranging error control means needs to be improved. ③ The application of the fusion positioning method in the production site is not yet mature. ④ The auxiliary role of the system in emergency rescue is not fully played. In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology, the development trend of the mine moving target precise positioning technology is proposed: ① It is suggested to study the signal collision mechanism and post-conflict recovery mechanism in dynamic environment, and design a comprehensive signal anti-collision scheme. ② It is suggested to research precise, efficient and economical ranging error control scheme to save communication costs. ③ It is suggested to study dynamic positioning scheme design with deep integration of multiple positioning methods to improve the reliability, flexibility and applicability of the system. ④ It is suggested to study the multi-system linkage scheme and the emergency communication and positioning recovery mechanism in extreme cases, and give full play to the role of the system in emergency rescue.

As the key equipment of the coal transportation system, the intelligence of the belt conveyor is crucial to the safe and efficient transportation of coal mines. And it is of great significance to improve the safety level of coal mines and ensure a stable supply of coal. Driven by the new technological revolution, the field of belt conveyor intelligence is in the stage of accelerated development. Key intelligent technologies such as information system platforms, intelligent control, measurement and sensing have made continuous progress, showing a trend of multi-point breakthroughs and all-around development. However, the relevant technologies are mostly applied experimentally in coal mining enterprises and have not been widely promoted. This paper reviews the research and development trend of key technologies for intelligent belt conveyors in recent years and summarizes the problems encountered in engineering applications. First, the authors give an overview of the development of belt conveyor intellectualization, focusing on the technical characteristics of belt conveyors with different carrying types and the technical requirements for intelligent development. Then, the key technical problems that need to be solved for idler belt conveyor intelligence are pointed out. The current research status of four key directions, such as energy saving technology of belt conveyors, coal flow sensing technology, health status monitoring technology, and safety assurance technology, is introduced. The article analyzes the application of computer vision, big data analysis, intelligent control, and decision-making technologies in engineering, and discusses the existing problems and future development trends. Finally, the development suggestions for belt conveyors are proposed from the perspective of intelligent monitoring and control research, combined with the analysis of related technology research results at home and abroad. The future research directions of intelligent key technologies such as non-contact coal flow intelligent sensing of belt conveyors, transparent conveying based on multi-source information fusion, frequency conversion and energy-saving control, and virtual reality are discussed.

There are many types of coal mine automatic monitoring systems, and the technical routes are not unified. The system software is relatively independent, and the data is lack of correlation. At present, field data fusion and linkage control are mostly realized by the underground fusion substation or the ground fusion platform. It is difficult to realize the unified integration and linkage control of the whole mine from the bottom perception to the ground fusion. Based on the requirements of multi-system fusion of coal mine safety monitoring system and intelligent construction of coal mine, the key problems to be solved in multi monitoring information fusion of mine are analyzed. The problems include integrated acquisition and fusion of monitoring data of personnel, machine and environment, efficient and consistent sharing of safety monitoring and control data, low code and rapid secondary development of automatic monitoring system, and integrated supervision of whole life cycle of mine equipment objects. The scheme of multi monitoring information fusion and linkage for intelligent mine is proposed. The overall framework including underground data fusion and linkage control and ground multi monitoring information fusion is constructed. This paper introduces the implementation scheme of underground data fusion and linkage control based on edge fusion substation, and expounds on the key technologies of ground multi monitoring information fusion from three aspects, which include unified technology system, unified technology architecture and data processing mechanism, and deep information fusion based on the mine object information model. Therefore, an open integrated management and control platform of multi monitoring information is developed. Based on the coal industry communication driving protocol set embedded in the scheme and the basic supporting technologies such as coal mine monitoring, control, position service, 2D and 3D GIS, and workflow engine, the following platforms can be rapidly developed: the independent software platforms for automatic monitoring system of environmental safety monitoring, mobile target positioning and coal flow transportation control, the integrated safety production monitoring and control platform and integrated management and control platform of intelligent mine. The scheme forms industry-level real-time industrial configuration software.

Integrated localization and wireless communication(ILWC) is a new information technology based on hardware resources and software information sharing to realize the coordination of location and communication functions. This paper briefly introduces the research progress of wireless communication technology and localization technology, and reveals that ILWC technology is the inevitable result of the bearer services expansion of wireless communication system. This study summarizes the definition and connotation of ILWC technology in different research. The core idea of ILWC is defined as 'hardware integration and software sharing'. The research progress of ILWC technology is summarized according to the two stages of equipment reuse and deep fusion. Combined with the particularity of the scene of the coal mine, the concept of ILWC in the coal mine is put forward. Based on the sharing of time, space, spectrum, computing and other resources, the technology is the fusion technology of communication function and localization function with an automatic scene perception and dynamic and adaptive resource allocation mechanism. The adaptability of underground ILWC in roadway, central substation, underground parking lot, coal working face and other scenes is discussed. It is pointed out that the challenges faced by underground ILWC are the complexity of underground wireless channel, unbalanced deployment of base stations and precise recognition of complex underground scene.

The mine wireless communication system has the advantages of wide communication coverage, convenient connection, good mobility, easy to establish, simple setup and maintenance, etc. It plays an irreplaceable role in in the construction of mine intelligence. The whole mine wireless communication system mainly include WiFi(IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ac), 3G, 4G, 5G and WiFi6(IEEE 802.11ax) system. 3G system is gradually replaced. 4G and WiFi system are gradually reduced. 5G and WiFi6 system are at the initial stage, and will gradually become the mainstream. The 4G, 5G and WiFi/WiFi6 systems are analyzed from the aspects of technical points, main functions and applications. And the advantages and disadvantages of each system are pointed out in this paper. ① The main disadvantage of the mine 4G wireless communication system is that the bandwidth and real-time indicators cannot meet the needs of application scenarios such as high-definition intelligent video and remote control. ② The problems of 5G in practical use are listed as following points. In the case of multiple systems and multiple antennas, there is a security problem of wireless transmission signals. 5G base stations are mainly explosion-proof and intrinsically safe types, which are large in quality and volume. There are problems of inconvenient to use and limited in use. 5G terminal ecology is lacked. The communication modules are expensive and power consumption is high. It does not have the conditions for large-scale industrial applications. There are few practical application cases, and the application scenarios need to be further explored. ③ WiFi6 wireless communication system has high latency, relatively low mobility and reliability. The mobile phone terminal is not mature enough, which affects the quality of voice calls. Based on the above analysis, it is pointed out that the demand of intelligent mine for wireless communication system is the demand of large bandwidth, low latency, high reliability, multi-access, multi-system, multi-interface, and position information. Finally, this study points out the development trend of mine wireless communication system. The trend includes system fusion (wireless communication and wired communication fusion, wireless communication internal fusion, wireless communication system and other system fusion). It also includes communication and positioning integration, equipment intrinsic safety, terminal module low power consumption and protocol interface standardization.

In order to solve the problems of various types, complex system and low resource sharing rate of software and hardware equipment, difficult network upgrading and transformation, and the incapability to meet the requirements of vertical services due to limited uplink and downlink transmission bandwidth and long total service delay, this paper proposes to introduce multi-access edge computing(MEC) technology into mine network to provide support for the realization of intelligent mine. For the intelligent mine service types of video monitoring, delay sensitive and connection, the application mode of MEC is discussed, and the characteristics of MEC supporting multiple protocols and equipment access are analyzed. It is pointed out that MEC is the only choice to provide integrated management and control based on the existing underground multiple protocols and equipment, and is the best solution to provide undifferentiated high-quality end-to-end service for users. The intelligent mine network computing tree model based on business requirements is established, and its evolution is divided into three stages, namely Pre-5G, 5G and Beyond-5G(6G). The main characteristics and symbolic technologies of each stage are analyzed, as well as the business characteristics such as load balance, business mobility, data security, scalability and integration characteristics. It is pointed out that each characteristic is the worst in the first stage and the best in the third stage. However, there is still a gap to achieve the goal of truly universal hardware devices and fully standardized interfaces. Combined with the computing tree model, the intelligent mine network MEC deployment model is proposed. It is pointed out that the model is based on a three-level flat structure with depth of 2, which can give full play to the edge computing capability of nodes at all levels, and dynamically select task unloading strategy while taking into account the load balance of nodes, so as to complete efficient task coordination. Moreover, the functions of nodes can be selected and flexibly deployed according to the actual situation on the ground or underground, which is suitable for all stages of intelligent mine construction.

The 5G application scenarios such as remote control, high-definition video, unmanned mine car and unmanned aerial vehicle in intelligent mine put forward new requirements for the uplink rate of wireless network. However, the current 5G network uplink rate is insufficient, which leads to the limitation of intelligent mine business. And the existing 5G network uplink rate enhancement algorithm has limited range to improve the uplink rate. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes an uplink rate enhancement algorithm for 5G network in intelligent mine. By using supplementary upload technology, the spectrum resource aggregation is realized by overlaying Sub-3 GHz low band on the high band of C-Band, and the uplink rate of the network is improved by frequency domain resource allocation and time domain resource scheduling. In the middle-near point area, when the base station performs uplink data scheduling, the user equipment uses the 3.5 GHz frequency band to send uplink data in the uplink time slot of the C-Band frequency band, and uses the 1.8/2.1 GHz frequency band to send uplink data in the downlink time slot of the C-Band frequency band. In the far point area, the 3.5 GHz frequency band uplink is limited, and the user equipment only uses the 1.8/2.1 GHz frequency band to send uplink data. The test results show that the algorithm improves the mine near-point area, middle-point area and far-point area uplink rate by 17%, 41% and 213% respectively, and the average network uplink rate is significantly improved.

Time synchronization is the basis and prerequisite for precise information perception in intelligent mines. Many characteristics of underground space in coal mines, such as narrow and long terrain and uneven surface of the roadway, can cause large cumulative effect of synchronization error and poor reliability of signal transmission, which brings great challenges to the research of time synchronization technology among wireless nodes. Two basic time synchronization methods, hierarchical time synchronization and distributed time synchronization method, are introduced in this paper. The special requirements of time synchronization methods for underground coal mine IoTs are analyzed. In addition to the convergence and synchronization precision, the energy efficiency, the topology robustness and the scalability of the synchronization algorithm need to be considered as well. The method should have less communication volume, longer synchronization period and certain topology robustness. Moreover, the method should be able to reduce the cumulative effect of synchronization error caused by large network diameter, and adapt to impact of network scale changes. The current research status of time synchronization of underground coal mine IoTs perception layer is analyzed, and it is concluded that the current research results mainly focus on network structure, synchronization precision and synchronization energy consumption. The research direction of time synchronization technology for underground coal mine IOTs perception layer is prospected, and it is pointed out that the focuses of future research is to design a time synchronization method with certain robustness to topology and time delay in the context of the particularity of underground communication environment and space environment in coal mine: ① It is suggested to improve the robustness of time synchronization method to topology from the perspective of topology dynamic maintenance. ② It is advised to improve the convergence speed of consistent time synchronization method from the perspective of communication topology virtual construction. ③ It is proposed to improve the robustness of time synchronization method to transmission delay from the perspective of timestamp processing and matrix completion.

The paper introduced related concepts, development overview and application of artificial intelligence technology in development of coal industry, and pointed out that at present, application of artificial intelligence technology in mine is only a combination of point and shallow degree, and deep fusion between artificial intelligence technology and a certain production or management system of mine is not realized. The development process of intelligent mine was summarized. Intelligent mine is considered as a deep fusion of artificial intelligence technology, big data technology, Internet of things technology and physical mine, it combined intelligent communication, intelligent control and intelligent computing technology to realize calculation and processing of digital mine, and construct digital twin mine, uses intelligent interactive evolution of digital twin mine and physical mine to achieve coal mine safety, high efficiency, green production control. A three-layer structure of intelligent mine which integrates artificial intelligence technology with mine was constructed, including equipment layer, intelligent layer and application layer. The application layer is at the highest level of the intelligent mine, in which the digital twin mine sub-layer is equivalent to 'digital brain' to realize intelligent control of the highest level of the mine. The agent in the intelligent layer requires the subsystem not only to use artificial intelligence technology to process the data generated by the subsystem, but also to integrate intelligent computing, intelligent communication and intelligent control in the architecture. The development trend of intelligent mine construction was prospected: intelligent mine need to strengthen in-depth study of the artificial intelligence technology and the mine fusion, existing fault detection and diagnosis based on artificial intelligence and advanced intervention technology are applied to robot system, inspection robot integrated intelligent computing, intelligent communication, intelligent control will be one of the earliest underground intelligent agent; it is necessary to further strengthen the research on the modeling technology of complex giant system in the intelligent mine. Only by establishing the complex giant system model of the mine, the collaborative interaction between mining activities and the environment can be realized, and the accurate control of coal mining activities can be realized. The lack of complex giant system model will be an urgent problem to be solved in intelligent mine construction in the future.

To solve the problem of the error of frequency measurement algorithm with time-varying frequency in mine power supply system, an improved software zero-crossing algorithm is proposed.The relationship among the phase angle, the time and the frequency of the voltage of the system is established.The relation formula between the real-time frequency and the period of zero-crossing point is derived when rate of frequency variation is not zero according to the relationship between two adjacent with the direction of the zero-crossing phase difference of 2π.The exact calculation formula of the period is obtained by using the Newton three interpolation polynomial, the Newton iteration method and the Qin Jiushao algorithm.Hence, the frequency and rate of frequency variation can be obtained.A variety of situations , including signals without harmonics, signals with harmonics and random noise, as well as the frequency rapid decline process in system failure, are simulated using MATLAB, The simulation results show that the algorithm of this paper can accurately measure the real-time frequency of the system and rate of frequency variation in above situations, and this method is superior to conventional zero-crossing algorithm in measurement accuracy, instantaneity and computation.This algorithm is suitable for application of protection, control and monitoring devices and automation equipment in mine intelligent power supply system.

The paper pointed out that building ontology model of heading face was an important step towards the construction of intelligent decision-making system based on deep analysis of production model of the heading face, obtained relationship between the staff, devices and environment of underground heading face by analyzing factors of mine production safety, and built safety production ontology model of the heading face. Hazardous workplace was taken as an example to simply verify the validity of construction method of the ontology model of heading face.

According to present status of coal mine informatization construction in China，the paper analyzed existing problems in coal enterprises informatization construction, such as lack of top-level planning, lagging of standards of coal mine informatization construction, lack of intelligent software effectively using coal mine big data and so on, and provided relevant countermeasures, so as to improve level of coal mine enterprise informatization construction, and realize march from digital mine and intelligent mine to smart mine.
