Based on the needs of university laboratory management, the construction of experimental education platform and the needs of young students’ self development, Zhejiang Gongshang University has created a new laboratory management professional student organization — " laboratory home". This paper introduces the background significance, organization system mode and actual effect of the " laboratory home", and systematically summarizes the practical experience, and objectively analyzes some practical problems. The results show that it is of both practical and theoretical significance to build a college laboratory management professional student organization, and to build a practical platform for young students to participate in the laboratory management. The laboratory management professional student organization, such as "experimenter" , can not only provide service for young students to grow up, but also strengthen the management of laboratory and improve the level of laboratory management.
