Libraries serve as the second platform of higher education. This paper analyses the “ service learning” educational mode of the Calligraphy Connections Project of the City University of Hong Kong, wherein students are guided to learn about the ancient books in the library through the art of calligraphy. The project goals, methods, processes and outcomes of this service learning are detailed in this paper, in an effort to shed some light on the promotion of historical book resources and cultural educational activities in university libraries. Using the data mining technology to analyze the network learning behavior data can dig out its hidden behavior characteristics, and provide personalized learning resource services for learners . Aiming at the problem that the model applicability of the existing data mining algorithms gene rally was not very high when analyzing of network learning behavior data, this paper proposed a learning resource recommendation algorithm based on behavior sequence analysis. Firstly, this pap er proposed the definition of behavior sequence and its related concepts. Secondly, it proposed the calculation method of behavior sequence similarity. Then, it proposed the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on behavioral sequence similarity to calculate the similarity between learners and to generate the learning resource recommendation list for the learner to be recommended. And then it gave the recommendation algorithm based on learning style, and integrated learners ' learning style characteristics into the recommendation process. Finally, it presented the learning resource recommendation algorithm based on behavior sequence analysis. The proposed algorithm does not limit the pattern of behavior sequence, and has a high applicability, it can be used for further study of the network learning behavior data and provide personalized learning service for learners. Based on the needs of university laboratory management, the construction of experimental education platform and the needs of young students’ self development, Zhejiang Gongshang University has created a new laboratory management professional student organization — " laboratory home". This paper introduces the background significance, organization system mode and actual effect of the " laboratory home", and systematically summarizes the practical experience, and objectively analyzes some practical problems. The results show that it is of both practical and theoretical significance to build a college laboratory management professional student organization, and to build a practical platform for young students to participate in the laboratory management. The laboratory management professional student organization, such as "experimenter" , can not only provide service for young students to grow up, but also strengthen the management of laboratory and improve the level of laboratory management. Since the initiation of the "reform and opening-up policy", China's preschool education policy and administration system have experienced a dramatic change from the enterprise/community based service system to the current social-oriented service system. This change has led to shortage of pre-school services and hence resulted in numerous problems of the pre-school education in China, such as insufficient supplies, low quality of services, and low coverage rate among vulnerable groups. It fails to meet the soaring social demands and expectations for preschool education, which has then become a social issue. This paper analyzes the Status of preschool education services, and reveals that establishing a national public preschool service system, to be based on the wide recognition of its positive external effects and the government responsibility, is essential to the achievement of the related goals set up by the National Middle/Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), and is also consistent with the evolution pattern of the Chinese public service system. Furthermore, this paper provides policy recommendations on government input and action priorities, and makes statistical predictions on preschool service coverage trend, and discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed government interventions.
