Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can quantify characteristic values of tissues, serving as an important tool for scientific and clinical research. Magnetic resonance T1ρ relaxation time reflects the low-frequency motional processes between water and macromolecules. At high fields of 3 T and above, T1ρ is greatly affected by the chemical exchange between water and exchangeable protons, and T1ρ dispersion measured with varying spin-lock fields can be utilized to analyze and quantify the proton exchange process. However, it is time-consuming to obtain T1ρ-weighted images with different spin-lock fields, which limits its application. To solve this problem, a fast T1ρ dispersion imaging method based on multiple relaxation signal compensation strategy is proposed in this work, which compensates the T1ρ-weighted images at different locking frequencies to the same signal strength level, and combines the low-rank plus sparse model in the reconstruction. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves good reconstruction results even when the acceleration factor is up to 7.

BackgroundThe community is the main place for people's daily activities. A livable environment will improve the subjective well-being of residents. ObjectiveTo understand the current status of subjective well-being of residents in Pudong, Shanghai, and explore the impact of community environmental factors on residents' subjective well-being. MethodsUsing quota sampling, 6000 permanent residents from 12 sub-districts or towns in Pudong, Shanghai were selected to participate in an questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included three parts: participants' basic information, community environmental factors (neighborhood aesthetics, fitness environment, public service and security, natural environment), and subjective well-being. Using a multiple regression model, the influence of community environmental factors on the subjective well-being of residents was analyzed. ResultsA total of 5887 questionnaires were recovered, and the valid recovery rate was 98.1%. The subjective well-being score of the survey respondents was (7.03±1.61) points. There was no statistical difference in the subjective well-being score of study subjects of different gender and marital status groups; while those with different ages, education levels, occupations, and self-evaluated economic status showed statistical differences in their subjective well-being score (P

Aiming at the problems of weak extensibility and difficulty in meeting personalized requirements in traditional trust evaluation models of cloud manufacturing service,a trust evaluation model of cloud manufacturing service for personalized needs is proposed.Firstly,a multi-level and multi-granularity trust evaluation framework of cloud manufacturing service is designed.Then,based on the framework,a trust evaluation method of cloud manufacturing services based on cloud model is proposed.In this method,the cloud model theory is used to characterize different types of evaluation indexes uniformly,and also used to describe the personalized needs.The standard deviations are used to calculate the weight coefficients of different evaluation indexes.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified through a case analysis and a comparative experiment of time overhead,respectively.Compared with traditional methods,the experimental results show that within a reasonable amount of time,according to the personalized requirements of users,the proposed model could make more accurate trust evaluations for different cloud manufacturing service providers,and then help users choose the cloud manufacturing service with the higher satisfaction.

Objective To explore the risk factors of pain in de novo Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. Methods A total of 129 de novo PD patients collected from The Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from October 2018 to September 2021 were included. According to the Item ⁃17 of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Ⅱ (UPDRSⅡ⁃17th), patients were classified as PD patients without pain (UPDRSⅡ⁃17th was 0, n = 88) and PD patients with pain (UPDRSⅡ⁃17th ≥ 2, n = 41）. Mini⁃ Mental State Examination (MMSE) and corrected Montreal Cognitive Assessment (corrected MoCA) were used to assess cognitive function. Meanwhile, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale ⁃24 Items (HAMD ⁃24) was used to assess the depression status and the UPDRSⅢ was used to assess the motor function. The modified version of Hoehn ⁃Yahr staging was used to assess disease severity. The related risk factors of pain in PD patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate forward Logistic regression. Results The in of pain in PD patients was 31.78% (41/129). Compared with PD without pain group, PD with pain group had lower scores in MMSE (Z = ﹣2.389, P = 0.017) and corrected MoCA (Z = ﹣2.166, P = 0.030), but higher scores in HAMD-24 (Z = ﹣4.024, P = 0.000), UPDRS Ⅲ (Z = ﹣3.639, P = 0.000）and Hoehn-Yahr staging grading (Z = ﹣2.232, P = 0.026). Further analysis of the differences between 2 groups in 7 domains of HAMD-24 showed PD with pain group had higher scores of the anxiety/somatization (Z = ﹣3.707, P = 0.000), mental disorder (Z = ﹣2.519, P = 0.012), retardation symptom (Z = ﹣2.048, P = 0.041), sleep disturbances (Z = ﹣3.484, P = 0.000) and despair symptom (Z = ﹣3.069, P = 0.002) than PD without pain group. Logistic regression analysis showed long duration (OR = 1.354, 95%CI: 1.013-1.809; P = 0.041), high HAMD-24 score (OR = 1.095, 95%CI: 1.033-1.162; P = 0.002) and high UPDRS Ⅲ score (OR = 1.040, 95%CI: 1.001- 1.082; P = 0.046) were risk factors of pain in PD patients. Conclusions Pain in PD has a high incidence in de novo PD patients. Long duration, a depressed state and severe motor symptoms are main risk factors for the development of pain in PD patients.

BackgroundLong working hours (LWH) and shift work are harmful to the physical and mental health of occupational groups.ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of LWH and shift work of migrant workers in Shanghai, and to analyze the influence of the above two factors on sleep of the population.MethodsFrom July to September 2018, a cross-sectional survey using questionnaires was conducted among 3215 in-service employees at seven workplaces with more than 300 employees in six selected districts of Shanghai using multi-stage random sampling method. A total of 2976 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid response rate of 92.6%. The questionnaires included general demographic characteristics, personal health behavior, work-related factors, weekly working hours, shift work, and sleep. Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the relationships of LWH and shift work with sleep, and an interaction item was included to evaluate potential interaction between LWH and shift work.ResultThe average age of the subjects was (30.98±9.49) years old, the male to female ratio was 1∶1.20, and 2382 workers were reported without local residency (80.0%). Among the migrant workers, the average weekly working hours was (57.23±13.14) h, the proportions of LWH (weekly working hours>40 h), extra LWH (weekly working hours>55 h), and shift work were 80.6% (1919/2382), 60.3% (1436/2382), and 25.4% (600/2366), respectively, all above were significantly higher than those of local workers. The prevalence rates of insomnia and lack of sleep among the migrant workers were 46.3% (1091/2356) and 25.4% (597/2354), respectively. The results of logistic regression model showed that after adjusting demographic characteristics such as gender, age, education level, and monthly income, as well as occupation and personal health behavior, compared with working hours ≤40 h per week, working 55-60 h per week was a risk factor for insomnia of migrant workers (OR=1.33, 95%CI: 1.02-1.72), while working >60 h per week was a risk factor for both insomnia (OR=1.37, 95%CI: 1.05-1.78) and insufficient sleep (OR=1.73, 95%CI: 1.28-2.35) of migrant workers. Shift work was only associated with insomnia (OR=1.37, 95%CI: 1.11-1.69). Meanwhile, working hours>60 h per week and shift work had an interaction effect on insomnia of migrant workers (OR=2.35, 95%CI: 1.20-4.60).ConclusionLWH and shift work are prominent among migrant workers, and there is an interaction between LWH and shift work with insomnia.

This paper summarized the effect observation of acupoint massage on meridians and related nursing measures for a patient with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type after stroke. The basic nursing and psychological care were carried out to ensure the patient safety and improve the quality of life during the treatment. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the acupoint massage therapy is considered as an safe and effective intervention in relief of insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency type after stroke. Lung cancer is the most common malignant disease and the leading cause of cancer death in China. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for over 80% of all lung cancers, and the probability of NSCLC gene mutations is high, with a wide variety of types. With the development of next-generation sequencing (NGS) detection technology, more and more patients with rare fusion gene mutations are detected. Neuregulin 1 (NRG1) gene is a rare oncogenic driver that can lead to activation of human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (Her3/ErbB3) mediated pathway, resulting in tumor formation. In this article, we reported a case of mixed NSCLC with CRISPLD2-NRG1 fusion detected by RNA-based NGS, who responsed to Afatinib well after 1 month of treatment, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed shrinkage of intracranial lesions. Meanwhile, we also compiled previously reported NSCLC patients with NRG1 rare gene fusion mutation, in order to provide effective references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Based on the "air-land-water" integrated model system and multi-level collaborative architecture of the basin, this paper proposes a technological system for a non-point source pollution forecasting and warning platform for the Pengxi River basin, and a non-point source pollution forecasting and warning platform for the Pengxi River basin has been established. By automatically collectting and processsing meteorological data, and invoking the meteorological model, land model, hydrodynamic model, and water quality model driven by the control center, the platform can make hourly simulated forecasts of land surface runoff and the flow of pollutants such as TN, TP and NH3-N for the next 3 to 15 days, and warn about the risk of pollutant fluxes, providing technical support for the intelligent basin management and comprehensive control of non-point source pollution. Objective The 3D motion capture system was used to measure the upper limb bradykinesia in Parkinson's disease (PD) to make up for the lack of artificial measurement. Methods Ninteen patients with PD (PD group) and 10 healthy subjects (control group) were recruited from June to December 2019 in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. All the subjects completed the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating ScaleⅢ (UPDRS⁃Ⅲ) evaluation in the room equipped with 3D motion capture system. The thumb and index finger of the subjects were fixed with reflective markers to collect motion information. In this study, only the action of finger tapping was evaluated digitally, and five parameters were extracted from the evaluation results: 1) average maximum amplitude of finger taps (amp). 2) Average finger tapping interval (intval). 3) Average zero⁃crossing occurrences of acceleration (zc). 4) Average of the forward maximum velocity (v1). 5) Average of the negative maximum velocity (v2). Using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) to evaluate the value of intval, zc and their combination indexes in the diagnosis of upper limb bradykinesia in PD. Results In PD group, UPDRS⁃Ⅲ score was 33.79±13.14, bradykinesia score was 13.61±5.26, upper limb bradykinesia score was 6.61±2.65, finger tapping score was 1.68±0.78. Intval (P=0.001) and zc (P=0.004) in PD group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The ROC curves of intval and zc for upper limb bradykinesia showed that the AUC of them were 0.858 (95%CI: 0.743-0.973, P=0.000) and 0.799 (95%CI: 0.642-0.955, P=0.008); the sensitivity was 0.737, 0.921, and the specificity was 0.900 and 0.600, respectively. After the combination ofintvaland zc,the AUC was 0.858(95%CI:0.752-0.964, P=0.001),the sensitivity and specificity were 0.711and0.100,respectively. Conclusions The digital evaluation of upper limb bradykinesia in PD can be realized by using 3D motion capture system, which makes up for the deficiency of manual evaluation to a certain extent. The extracted parameters intval and zc have high sensitivity and specificity, which are expected to be used as characteristic indicators for early screening of PD. The adaptive wing has enormous potential for application. It is an inevitable trend of future aircraft design and has received extensive attention. This paper focuses on the adaptive compliant leading edge, the adaptive compliant trailing edge and the morphing thickness wing, in which the principles of morphing are discussed in detail. Skins, actuation and research method are summarized. At the same time, the future trend is presented. And the key technology that adaptive wing needs to be solved urgently is put forward, including flexible skin design, adaptive actuation design, collaborative controller design and distributed sensor net, which can provide some technical reference for the design and implementation of adaptive wing structure.

Aim To systematically evaluate the effect of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOAC) on liver function. Methods The PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Wanfang, CNKI and VIP databases were searched to collect randomized controlled trials (RCT) related to non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulant treatment published openly before June 30, 2023. Data were extracted according to the inclusion criteria. The quality of the included studies was evaluated. Meta-analysis was performed on the related data using R language. Results A total of 22 RCT studies were included, with 64 063 patients receiving non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulant treatment. Compared with the control group, non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants did not increase the risk of abnormal liver function (alanine transaminase (ALT)>3 ULN) (RR=0. 72, 95%CI: 0. 61 ~0. 84, I² =59%, P<0. 01), or the risk of severe liver injury (ALT> 3 ULN combined with total bilirubin (TBIL)>2 ULN) (RR=0. 98, 95% CI: 0. 80 ~ 1. 19, I² =0%, P =0. 01). When used for preventing deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic surgery, compared with the control group, non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants reduced the risk of abnormal liver function (RR=0. 69, 95%CI: 0. 61 ~0. 79, I² =0%, P<0. 01). Conclusions Non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants have high liver safety. The occurrence of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulant-associated liver injury may be dose-dependent. Currently, clubroot disease has become one of the main diseases of rapeseed in the Yangtze River basin, which seriously affects the development of rapeseed industry. To use molecular marker assisted selection technology to rapidly transfer parents with resistance to root nodules and high compatibility, 18NS (carrying with Pb-Ba8.1 and CRb locus) was used as the donor parent for transferring resistant genes into the pol CMS restorer line 37R. Combined with molecular marker-assisted selection, comprehensive selection of field phenotypic traits, quality analysis, combining ability determination, and resistance identification, a new parent 37RR with double resistance of brassica rapeseed to clubroot disease was developed. Through molecular marker-assisted selection, 8 lines carrying PbBa8.1 + CRb locus were screened in BC3F3 generation. The results of field resistance identification of clubroot disease demonstrated that 8 lines showed immune resistance in Nanchong and Guangyuan. Combining ability of 8 lines was 20S200-2 > 20S199-8 > 20S200-11 > 20S205-3 > 20S200-8 > 20S199-1 > 20S199-7 > 20S205-1 from high to low. The line 20S200-2 was finally identified and designated "37RR" in 2021. Its hybrid 1937R participated in the winter rape variety test in Southwest China, exhibited increased production at 8 points out of 9 test sites, with an average yield of 3204.00 kg•hm-2 per unit area. Objective To explore the effect of cueing strategies on balance function and gait in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods A total of 40 PD patients were randomly divided into control group (N = 20) and observation group (N = 20). The patients in control group received routine drug treatment and rehabilitation therapy according to the disease. The patients in observation group received rhythmic recurring cues and one - off cues on the basis of routine treatment. All patients were given rehabilitation therapy for 4 weeks (30 minutes, 5 times a week). Berg Balance Scale (BBS), 10-Meter Walk Test (10MWT), Timed Up and Go Test (TUGT) and Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (FOGQ) were used to evaluate balance function and gait of patients before and after 4 - week training. 10MWT was used to calculate step length and velocity. Results After 4-week training, BBS score (P = 0.000), step length (P = 0.000) and velocity (P = 0.000) of 10MWT were significantly increased, while TUGT time (P = 0.000) and FOGQ score (P = 0.000) were significantly reduced in both groups. Compared with control group, step length (P = 0.048) and velocity (P = 0.025) of 10MWT were significantly increased, while TUGT time (P =0.023) and FOGQ score (P = 0.034) had a significant decrease in observation group. Conclusions Both routine rehabilitation therapy and cueing strategies can improve the balance function and gait of PD patients, but cueing strategies had better effect on gait than routine rehabilitation therapy. Sweetpotato is a heliophile crop. However, it is usually shaded in the lower position in the interplanting cultivation mode. During the middle and late field growing period, it often faces rainy weather with little illumination, which affects the dry matter accumulation in tuberous roots. Thus, analyzing the metabolic response pathways of sweetpotato under shade stress will provide the theoretical basis for the varieties' genetic improvement of shade tolerance. In this study, the sweetpotato variety Zhenghong 23 was exposed to shade stress with 50% light transmittance for 15 days. Results showed that chlorophyll b and the total chlorophyll contents of Zhenghong 23 under shade stress were significantly increased compared with those under natural light. The maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), the potential activity (Fv/Fo), and the comprehensive index of photosynthetic performance (PIABS) of the chlorophyll photosystem PSII decreased significantly under shade stress. The net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency decreased significantly, while SOD and POD enzyme activities increased significantly. In addition, shade stress increased significantly the vine length and specific leaf area of Zhenghong 23, but reduced significantly the fresh weight of roots. Transcriptome and metabolome analysis of leaf tissues under shade stress and natural light conditions showed that the DEGs and DMs were mainly enriched in phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, sugar metabolism, sphinolipid metabolism, and arginine biosynthesis pathways. Most of the up-regulated DEGs enriched in the phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathway were POD enzyme family genes, indicating that the shade stress triggered the ROS scavenging system in sweetpotato. Meanwhile, shade stress reduced sugar metabolism level of sweetpotato, decreased the soluble sugar content of leaves, inhibited both the synthesis and degradation of starch, and blocked the expansion of tuberous roots. In addition, the sphinolipid and arginine metabolism pathways may better adapt sweetptoato plants to shade stress through improving the stability of biomembranes and increase the synthetic substrates of polyamine anti-stress factors. Objective To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive intervention of the oral health education for children aged 6 to 12 years.Methods The oral health knowledge questionnaire was used to evaluatethe children′s awareness about oral health and the correct rate of tooth-brushing before and after 12-month comprehensive intervention. Two organizational forms about pit and fissure sealant were adopted. In city school, students were brought by their parents to the hospital to do pit and fissure sealant, while in rural school, hospital medical team went to schools to do pit and fissure sealant for the students. Compare the sealants retention rate in 12-month follow-up between two forms. Objective To investigate the effects of swallowing training combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation on dysphagia after ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 68 patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke were divided into control group (N = 34, receiving swallowing training and feeding strategies) and combined treatment group (N = 34, receiving swallowing training, feeding strategies and low-frequency electrical stimulation). Video Fluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS) and Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) were used to evaluate the swallowing function of patients in 2 groups before and after 15 d of treatment. Results According to Oxfordshire Community Stroke Project (OCSP) classification, 34 patients in control group were classified into 12 cases with total anterior circulation infarct (TACI), 8 cases with partial anterior circulation infarct (PACI), 10 cases with posterior circulation infarct (POCI) and 4 cases with lacunar infarct (LACI); 34 patients in combined treatment group were classified into 10 cases with TACI, 7 cases with PACI, 11 cases with POCI and 6 cases with LACI. Compared with before treatment, the VFSS score increased (P = 0.003, 0.000), while SSA score decreased (P = 0.003, 0.000) in both groups. Compared with control group, the VFSS score increased (P = 0.004), while SSA score decreased (P = 0.020) in combined treatment group. Conclusions Swallowing training combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation can significantly improve the swallowing capacity of patients with acute ischemic stroke, and the effect is better than mere swallowing training. In recent years, the mortality rates after severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) have decreased because of advances in emergency medicine. Despite these positive achievements, the disability due to TBI has not appreciably reduced. TBI results in impairment of neurological and cognitive functions leading to activity restriction of patients. The current focus is to rehabilitate them so that they can regain their premorbid functional status as much as possible. Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rat models with peripheral neuropathy and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Eighteen male Sprague⁃Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into model group (N = 6), hydrogen-treated group (N = 6) and normal control group (N = 6). After fasting for 12 h, experimental diabetic rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ (65 mg/kg of single dose), while normal control group only received a same dose of citrate buffer. Diabetes was confirmed with a fasting plasma glucose more than 16.67 mmol/L 48 h after STZ injection. After diabetic models were established successively, hydrogen-rich saline (5 ml/kg) was administered by intraperitoneal injection in hydrogen-treated group daily in 7th and 8th week after diabetes induction. Corresponding model and normal control groups received a same dose of normal saline. Changes of sciatic function and pain behavior in rats of different groups were measured to investigate the effect of hydrogen-rich saline. Proinflammatory cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), and nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) p65 expression were then determined to clarify the possible mechanism of hydrogen-mediated protection. Results 1) Compared with normal control group, body weight in model group decreased significantly, while plasma glucose levels increased significantly (P = 0.000, for all) 8 weeks after STZ induction. Hydrogen did not show any effects on body weight and plasma glucose levels of treated rat models in comparison with model group (P = 0.256, 0.821). 2) Compared with normal control group, motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), heat pain threshold (HPT) and mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) decreased significantly in model group (P = 0.000, for all), but increased significantly in hydrogen-treated group when compared with model group in the 8th week (P = 0.000, for all). 3) Hydrogen also reduced the positively expressed cells of NF-κB p65 (P = 0.000) as well as levels of TNF-α and IL-6 (P = 0.000, for all). Conclusion Inflammation may participate and exaggerate painful diabetic neuropathy. Besides, hydrogen has the protective potential of ameliorating neuroinflammation and peripheral nerve injury by suppressing NF-κB pathway and its downstream inflammatory cytokines.

Background and objective Soft agar assay was usually used in colony formation observation of cells, while it was also be empolyed in detecting bionomics of inferior creature. In this article the feasibility of soft agar assay in detecting mammalian cell phenotype is investigated. Methods Three different characteristic cells(L cell NIH3T3?higher metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma cell line Anip973?higher invasive potential human lung adenocarcinoma cell line L18) were seed into soft agar. The morphology of cells was obserned in the first day, the fifth day and the fourteenth day,respectively. Results In the fifth day, morphology of the three kinds cells appeared difference and in the fourteenth day the difference became more notable. NIH3T3 cell clones were ellipse and moderate size, their boundary were distinct; Anip973 cell clones were surrounded with plenty of migratory cells, which was consistent with higher metastatic characteristics of the cells. L18 cell clones showed lots of branchs and extended toward environment. Conclusion Soft agar assay is a good method in evaluating and observed biological property of mammalian cells according to their phenotypes.

In order to solve the actual problem of weaker wheat seedlings before overwintering due to the delayed sowing date in the winter wheat area of northern China, a late sowing experiment was carried out at the Beijing Experimental Base of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2019 to 2021. Three sowing dates were set: sowing at the appropriate time on October 5th (S0), appropriate late sowing on October 15 (S1), and too late sowing on October 25 (S2). To study the effects of film mulching and supplemental application of nitrogen fertilizer on the population quality, individual traits and stems and tillers growth of late-sown wheat before winter, the late sowing S1 and S2 were treated with film mulching and nitrogen fertilizer regulating measures. The results showed that late sowing was not conducive to the formation of wheat population and individual quality before winter, and the growth of stems and tillers. Late sowing and mulching to increase temperature can increase the total number of stems and tillers in the population before winter. Compared with the treatment without mulching, mulching can increase the growth rate and relative growth rate of wheat before winter under the conditions of appropriate late sowing and too late sowing. The total number of stems and tillers in the population increased by 42.9% and 148.4%, respectively. The leaf age of the plant before winter increased, and the number of individual tillers increased on average by 1.6 and 2.0, respectively. Film mulching to increase the temperature prolonged the vegetative growth process of the first tiller to the third tiller on main stem, promoted cell growth, increased the soluble sugar content in the stems and leaves, tillering node, roots, and the ratio of IAA/ZR in leaves, and increased the total number of stems and tillers in population before winter. Evaluation of the seedling situation of each treatment for late sowing showed that under the condition of suitable sowing time, it was beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of two different tillering ability cultivars before winter. Among them, Zhongmai 8 had better seedling situation under the condition of late sowing + film mulching, while Hangmai 501 also had better seedling situation under the condition of proper late sowing, proper late sowing + supplementary nitrogen fertilizer, proper late sowing + film mulching, and too late sowing + film mulching. Meanwhile, there were differences in the responses of two different tillering ability wheat cultivars to the temperature increase under the condition of late sowing + film mulching. It was more beneficial for Zhongmai 8 to improve the overall population quality before winter under the conditions of suitable sowing or late sowing + film mulching, while under the conditions of the appropriate sowing, appropriate late sowing and too late sowing + film mulching, it was beneficial to improve the quality of late sowing seedlings for Hangmai 501. Supplementary application of nitrogen fertilizer had no significant regulatory effects on population quality, individual traits and stems, and tillers growth of late-sown wheat before winter. In summary, under the condition of late sowing, film mulching can effectively improve the overall quality of wheat populations and individuals before winter, and further promote the growth of stems and tillers. To analyze the clinical data of 3 children with growth retardation, including height, chromosome karyotype, and the levels of growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1 and gonadal development. All the 3 cases of children were found to be slow in growth rate, no special face, and normal level of insulin-like growth factor-1; the 3 cases all underwent growth hormone provocation test, of which 1 case was partial growth hormone deficiency and 2 cases were idiopathic short; 3 cases of chromosomal karyotypes were 47, XXX, in line with the diagnosis of super-female syndrome. Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSDs) with or without autoantibodies other than aquaporin 4 (AQP4) - IgG. Methods A total of 90 NMOSDs patients were included from September 2014 to June 2017. First symptoms, first diagnosis, monophasic or polyphasic course of disease, comorbidities, Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score, treatment regimen and annualized relapse rate (ARR) were recorded. Laboratory tests for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) white blood cell count and protein quantification, as well as serum autoimmune - related antibodies, including anti - nuclear antibody (ANA), A type and B type Sjögren's syndrome antibody (SSA and SSB), thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and thyroglobulin (TG) antibodies, anti-double stranded DNA antibody (dsDNA), perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (pANCA), anti-endothelial cell antibody (AECA), Ro-52 antibody, Jo-1 antibody, anti-cardiolipin antibody (ACA), anti-mitochondria antibody M2 subtype (AMA-M2), human leukocyte antigen-B27 (HLA-B27), and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody were examined. Brain and whole spine MRI were performed to observe the lesion site, distribution and length of spinal cord lesions. Results Among the 90 patients, 34 (37.78%) were accompanied by autoimmune-related antibodies (positive group), including 19 (55.88%) ANA positive cases, 13 (38.24%) SSA positive cases, 12 (35.29%) TPO antibody positive cases, and 10 (29.41%) TG antibody positive cases. The remaining 56 patients (62.22%) were not accompanied by autoimmune-related antibodies (negative group). In both groups, optic neuritis [52.94% (18/34) vs. 58.93% (33/56)], brain symptoms [26.47% (9/34) vs. 17.86% (10/56)] and myelitis [14.71% (5/34) vs. 21.43% (12/56)] were the main initial symptoms (Fisher exact probability: P = 0.504). There were no significant differences in the first diagnosis (χ² = 1.634, P = 0.201), monophasic or polyphasic course (Fisher exact probability: P = 1.000), comorbidities (χ² = 1.275, P = 0.302), EDSS score at the peak of the first onset (Z = - 0.747, P = 0.455) and at the inclusion (Z = - 0.379, P = 0.705), treatment plan (χ² = 0.662, P = 0.416) and ARR (Z = - 0.370, P = 0.711). There was no statistically significant difference in CSF white blood cell count (Z = - 1.163, P = 0.245) and protein quantification (Z = - 0.340, P = 0.734). MRI showed that 68 cases (75.56% ) had intracranial lesions [28 cases (82.35%) in the positive group and 40 cases (71.43%) in the negative group], mainly located in the parietal lobe, frontal lobe and lateral ventricle. There were 62 cases (68.89%) with spinal lesions [21 cases (61.76%) in the positive group and 41 cases (73.21%) in the negative group], which were mainly cervical and thoracic myeloid lesions and medium - length segment lesion. There were no statistically significant differences in intracranial lesions (χ² = 1.367, P = 0.242), spinal cord lesions (χ² = 1.294, P = 0.255) or lesion length (Z = - 0.647, P = 0.517) between 2 groups. Conclusions There were no significant differences between NMOSDs patients with and without other autoimmune-related antibodies in terms of initial symptoms, CSF white blood cell count and protein quantification, MRI lesion distribution characteristics, etc. The value of autoimmune - related antibodies in clinical characteristics of NMOSDs patients remains to be further explored. Flavonoid -3-O- glucosyltransferase (3GT) is the key enzyme in anthocyanins biosynthesis, which transforms unstable anthocyanidins into stable anthocyanins. The function of Flavonoid -3-O- glucosyltransferase in bamboo is unclear, although many flavonoid -3-O- glucosyltransferases from other plant had been reported, so far. Indosasa his pida McClure cv. Rain bow is of few bamboo species which can produce anthocyanins in clum. Therefore, I. hispida McClure cv. Rain bow is very important material to reveal the function of Flavonoid -3-O- glucosyltransferase in bamboo and the mechanism of anthocyanins biosynthesis in bamboo. Therefore, it is first step to clone 3GT gene from I. hispida McClure cv. Rain bow. First,gene special primers of 3GT were obtained based on the homology analysis of reported flavonoid -3-O- glucosyltransferase, and the RNA was extracted from yound red clum which produce anthocyanins part in I. hispida McClure cv. Rain bow by Trizol method. And then gene fragment of I. hispida McClure cv. Rainbow was cloned with special primers of 3GT. According to the obtained fragment sequence, the primers were designed, which were used in rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). Next, the 3′ end and 5′ end sequence of 3GT were obtained by RACE, the full length gene of Ih3GT was assembled by ATG software. Finally, the full length gene of Ih 3GT was cloned from I. hispida McClure cv. Rainbow by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). ORF analysis program was used to confirm open reading frame, MEGA software was used to construct phylogenetic tree, the DNAman software was used in Homology analysis, and semi RT-PCR was applied in gene expression profile. The results showed that the cDNA sequence of Ih 3GT consisted of 1 425 bp open reading frame (ORF) which encodes 474 amino acid, Ih3GT and 3GT from Poaceae were grouped in same dade, the deduced protein of 3GT from I. hispida McClure cv. Rain bow shared 69 % identities with 3GT of Oryza sativa and shared 67% identities with 3GT of Brachypodium distachyon. Homology analysis showed that deduced Ih3GT protein had a glycosyltransferase signature domain PSPG-box. Expression profiling with semi RT-PCR analysis revealed that Ih3GT was expressed in young red culm and was not expressed in old culm, old leaf, young leaf and shoot. This im- plied that the expression of Ih3GT from I. hispida McClure cv. Rain bow showed obvious tissue specificity. This study will provide useful information to reveal mechanism of anthocyanins biosynthesis in I. hispida McClure cv. Rainbow in future. Ih3GT gene can be transformed into Eschera coli , and heterologous expression obtain Ih3GT protein and detect the enzyme activity of Ih3GT, and it can also be transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa , the function of Ih3GT will be confirmed by heterologous expression. In order to avoid beam splitter ( BS ) eavesdropping problem during quantum key distribution between a ground station and a satellite in a low earth orbit, the single-photon sources with Poisson distribution are analyzed, the theoretical model of quantum bit rate is established and the expression of eavesdropping ratio in BS eavesdropping is given. The BS eavesdropping is analyzed for quantum key distribution between a ground station and a satellite in a low earth orbit. The results show that mean photon number per pulse can be optimized and that eavesdropping ratio is on the order of 10-4 , and by error detection and privacy amplification, the information gained by an eavesdropper can be reduced to less than 1 bit. This means that it is feasible to implement quantum key distribution between a ground station and a satellite in a low earth orbit. Objective To investigate the potential association between vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) polymorphisms and risk of glioma in Chinese population. Methods In this study, blood samples and clinical materials were collected from 504 patients with glioma and 527 gender- and age-matched controls, and epidemiological questionnaire surveys were conducted on them. DNA was extracted from collected blood samples and VEGFR2 rs2071559 genotyping was performed with MassARRAY Sequenom single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) time - of - flight mass spectra chip system. HaploView 4.1 was used to test Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) and SPSS 17.0 was used for single locus analysis. Results The results of SNP genotyping showed that the genotyping ratio of VEGFR2 rs2071559 was 99.70%. HWE suggested that the genotype frequency of the controls was in balance (P = 0.451) and was representative of the population. The analysis of allele frequency showed that C allele of VEGFR2 rs2071559 was risk allele of glioma. It could increase the risk of glioma (OR = 1.424, 95%CI: 1.186-1.710; P = 0.000). The analysis of genotype suggested that individuals with VEGFR2 rs2071559 CT or CC genotype showed increased risk of glioma (adjusted OR = 1.407, 95% CI: 1.071-1.847, P = 0.014; adjusted OR = 1.947, 95%CI: 1.294-2.928, P = 0.001). Conclusions This study indicated that CT and CC genotypes or C allele of VEGFR2 rs2071559 were associated with increased risk of glioma in Chinese population. In this study, 151 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups based on different operation methods. One was combined treatment group including 68 patients, who accepted combined minimally invasive operation (transfrontal trepanation and drainage combined with transtemporal evacuation of hematoma) on the ultra - early stage of onset. Another was control group including 83 patients, who were treated by craniotomy evacuation of hematoma and decompressive craniectomy. Compared with control group, the short-term and long-term efficacy of combined treatment was not significantly different (P > 0.05, for all). However, the combined treatment group performed significantly much better than the control group on several aspects. Patients in combined treatment group had shorter revival time and lower incidence rate of electrolyte disturbance and hypoproteinemia, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The experiment was made on the rules of surface potential of coal or rock during friction process. The mechanism producing surface potential of coal or rock friction was discussed initially. The results show that surface potential can be produced during coal or rock friction process, and it has a better corresponding relationship with load. The coal or rock friction process can be divided into two stages: static friction stage and kinetic friction stage. The surface potential signal in kinetic friction stage was stronger than that in static friction stage. During rock friction process, the polarity of surface potential signal was basically bidirectional mutation, and the polarity of surface potential on both sides of friction surface had obvious symmetry. While the polarity of surface potential signal was basically unidirectional mutation in coal friction process, and the polarity of surface potential on both sides of friction surface was not in significant symmetry. The changes of surface potential during coal or rock friction process can be explained by mechanism of electricity produced by friction, thermionic emission and field electron emission. Objective To study the RHD genotyping of primary screening RhD negative population in Beijing, and analyze the serological characteristics of different genotypes and the distribution of Rh phenotypes. Methods From August 2022 to January 2024, 204 RhD negative samples in our hospital were initially screened by microplate or microcolumn agglutination method. RhD antigen phenotype was identified by saline tube method, and RhD negative confirmation test was performed by microcolumn gel-indirect antiglobulin technology.RHD genotyping was performed by polymerasing chain reaction-sequence specific primmer (PCR-SSP) method and sequencing technology, and the phenotypic frequency and gene frequency were calculated. Results The distribution of Rh serologic phenotypes in 204 RhD negative samples were 112 cases of ccee (54.90%) > 73 cases of Ccee (35.78%) > 9 cases of CCee (4.41%) > 6 cases of ccEe (2.94%) > 4 cases of CcEe (1.96%). A total of 7 RHD genotypes were detected in this study, including 129 cases of RHD* 01N.01 (63.24%), 44 cases of RHD* 01EL.01 (21.57%), 26 cases of RHD* 01N.03 (12.75%), 2 cases of RHD* 01N.16 (0.98%), 1 case of RHD* 06.03.01 (0.49%), 1 case of weak RHD* 15 (0.49%) and 1 case of RHD* 13.01/RHD* 01N.01 (0.49%). The frequency and phenotype distribution of Rh blood group antigen gene were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). Conclusion The RHD gene is polymorphic in the primary screening RhD negative population in Beijing, and the most common RhD negative genotype is RHD* 01N.01, and the RHD variant is RHD* 01EL.01.This study may provide data to support the clinical implementation of genotype-matched blood transfusions.

Abstract [Objective] The study aims to investigate the effects of different light exposure durations and intensities on the sugar, acid, and flavonoid contents of Cerasus humilis fruits, and to provide a reference for further exploration of the molecular mechanisms underlying the influence of light exposure on fruit quality. [Methods] The C. humilis varieties ‘Nongda 6’ and ‘Nongda 7’ were used as experimental materials. Fruit bags with three different light transmission rates (30%, 55%, and 100%) were applied during fruit enlargement period and color conversion period, respectively, and measured the fruit mass and titratable acid, soluble solid, and flavonoid content. [Results] (1) The single fruit mass and soluble solid content of both varieties were lower during fruit enlargement period than during color conversion period, and both were decreased gradually with increasing light-blocking rate of fruit bags. (2) The titratable acid content of ‘Nongda 6’ was significantly reduced under bagging treatment, and the higher the light-blocking rate of the fruit bag and the longer the bagging time, the more pronounced the reduction in acidity. In contrast, the titratable acid content of ‘Nongda 7’ was less affected. (3) The flavonoid content of bagged ‘Nongda 6’ was higher than the control, increasing first and then decreasing with the increase in lightblocking rate of the fruit bag, and the content during fruit enlargement period was higher than that during color conversion period. The flavonoid content of bagged ‘Nongda 7’ was significantly higher than the control only at a 30% light-blocking rate, and the content during fruit enlargement period was significantly lower than during color conversion period. [Conclusion] Bagging can effectively improve the sugar, acid, and flavonoid content of C. humilis fruits. Furthermore, bagging during fruit enlargement period is suitable for ‘Nongda 6’, while bagging during color conversion period is more effective for ‘Nongda 7’. Both varieties show the best overall improvement in sugar, acid, and flavonoid content with a 55% light-blocking rate of the fruit bag.

In order to meet the power source requirements of C-band linear accelerators for industrial applications, a C-band high power klystron operating at a frequency of 5 712 MHz was developed. For this klystron, the development objective of the output power is no less than 3.5 MW and the efficiency is no less than 35%. During the entire design process, the output power was optimized to over 4 MW and the power efficiency over 40% to compensate for the disadvantage effects caused by manufacturing and testing errors in the development processes. Firstly, the electron optics system with a Pierce gun and a combination of five forward and one reverse focusing coils was designed. The Pierce gun with a perveance of 2 μP was adopted and the beam voltage and current were chosen as 120 kV and 83.3 A. By iteratively calculating the structure of the electron gun with EGUN code and optimizing the magnetic field between the electron gun and the beam-wave interaction section, the final electron beam pass rate reaches 100% and the fluctuation of the beam envelop is only 4.8%. Secondly, the efficiency optimization and PIC simulation of the beam-wave interaction section were carried out using the one dimensional AJDISK code, 1.5 dimensional KlyC code and three dimensional CST code. The scheme of six resonant cavities was ultimately determined and the basic cavity parameters were optimized based on the principles of stagger tuning. The simulation results of different codes all indicate that the efficiency can reach above 46.5%, and the output power can all reach above 4.650 MW. And the influence of frequency errors and output external quality factor on efficiency was also analyzed to guide the manufacturing process. After that, the mechanical structure of cavities was designed and all cavities were manufactured with oxygen free copper. The cold test and tuning of all cavities were carried out and the frequency error is mostly within the range of ±5 MHz, which basically does not affect the output power. Finally, the electron gun, the beam-wave interaction section and the collector were welded together. And the high power test was conducted immediately after the first high power C-band klystron protype was completed. When the electron gun operates at the voltage of 115 kV and current of 79.6 A, the klystron peak output power reaches 3.52 MW, the gain reaches 45.5 dB and the efficiency reaches about 38.5%. The high power test results show that this C-band high power klystron achieves the expected development goals.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of preoperative therapeutic plasma exchange(TPE) in preventing acute rejection after ABO incompatible kidney transplantation(ABOi-KT). Methods Nine patients with ABOi-KT who were admitted to the renal transplant department of our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. They received a total of 28 TPEs before kidney transplantation, and the treatment plan was summarized as follows: The proportion of the substitute fluid, as well as the frequency and volume of TPE were determined based on the patient′s ABO blood group system antibody titer, gender, height, weight, hematocrit and other indicators upon admission. The patient′s relevant laboratory indicators, including hemoglobin, platelets, leukocytes, coagulation function, total protein, albumin, globulin, A/G, creatinine and urea nitrogen upon admission and after TPE were monitored and statistically analyzed. After transplantation, changes in renal function indicators such as ABO blood group system antibody titers, creatinine and urinary excretion were observed, and clinical symptoms of acute rejection, such as swelling, pain and edema in the transplanted kidney area were observed. Results Nine ABOi-KT patients had an average of about 3 TPEs before transplantation surgery, with an average total volume of approximately 2 500 mL to 3 500 mL per TPE, or approximately about 1.01 to 1.16 plasma volume (PV). After multiple TPEs, pre-transplantation antibody titers decreased by an average of 3 times compared to before TPE. Objective To explore the prognostic impact and clinical application value of therapeutic plasma exchange(TPE) intervention timing and liver injury periodization in patients with exertional heat stroke(EHS). Methods Data of 127 EHS patients from the First Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from January 2011 to December 2023 were collected, then divided into the death group and the survival group based on therapeutic outcomes and into 5 stages according to the dynamic changes of ALT, AST, TBIL and DBIL. According to propensity score matching analysis, 11 patients in the survival group and 12 patients in the death group were included in the statistical analysis, and 20 of them were treated with TPE. The changes in indicators and clinical outcomes before and after TPE were observed, in order to evaluate the impact of intervention timing on prognosis. Results Among the 23 patients, 14 had no liver injury or could progress to the repair phase, resulting in 3 deaths(with the mortality rate of 21.43%), while 9 patients failed to progress to the repair phase, resulting in 9 deaths(with the mortality rate of 100%), with significant differences(P
