Background Most of the existing studies on the influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis incidence are based on temporal or spatial regression models, and the results are limited. Objective To explore the temporal and spatial heterogeneity of pulmonary tuberculosis in China, and to analyze the temporal and spatial correlations between the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis and meteorological and air quality factors, offering a scientific reference for the development of measures containing tuberculosis. Methods Monthly statistical data of pulmonary tuberculosis in China from 2016 to 2018 were collected. After being tested with multicollinearity and spatial-autocorrelation between incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis and meteorological and air quality factors, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis was used as the dependent variable, and meteorological and air quality factors as independent variables to construct OLS, GWR and GTWR models, respectively. Then the goodness of the three models was evaluated, and the optimal model was selected to describe the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Kernel density plot and spatio-temporal graph were used to describe the spatio-temporal specificity of the fitting coefficients of each variable. Results The overall incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in China during 2016-2018 decreased annually, with clustered spatial distribution. The GTWR model had higher R2 value and lower AICc value compared to other two models, indicating that it had better performance in explaining the influence of meteorological and air quality factors on the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. The kernel density plot of each variable showed that the increase of wind speed was associated with decreased pulmonary tuberculosis incidence in most cities. But the increase of humidity and air pollutant concentration was associated with increased incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, and the strength of association varied across cities. Conclusion Meteorological and air quality factors may significantly influence the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, and the influence had spatio-temporal specificity. So prevention methods for pulmonary tuberculosis should be developed according to region-specific factors influencing the disease.

As deep space exploration activities increase worldwide, the exploration environment becomes increasingly complex and the exploration tasks become increasingly difficult. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to research on deep space security issues. In this study, we first clarify the basic connotation of deep space security, briefly describe the significance and key issues of deep space security research, and summarize the research status and future development of four key deep space security issues: space radiation threat, planetary protection, space heritage protection, and space legislation. The study indicates that space radiation has the characteristics of multiple threat sources and high radiation intensity and should be researched from the perspectives of physical, biomedical, and chemical protection. Planetary protection mainly faces the challenges of pollution and impact of deep space spacecraft, and research should be conducted from the perspectives of deep space microbial detection and disinfection technologies as well as policy formulation. Space heritage protection is controversial in terms of evaluation and protection measures owing to political, cultural, and legal differences among countries, and it should be researched from the perspectives of international cooperation, deep space spacecraft, and reduction of human impact. Due to the complex international relations among countries, it is difficult for the effectiveness of current laws and regulations to become the consensus of the international community; therefore, research should be conducted from the aspects of international legislative organizations, domestic research institutions, and the improvement of domestic legal systems.

Objective To investigate the application and influence factors of revisional surgery after breast reconstruction in breast cancer patients in China. Methods It is a cross-section national study by distributing questionnaires to 110 hospitals with more than 200 annual breast cancer surgeries each. The questionnaire included questions concerning the application, operative programme, influence factors and complications of revisional surgery including nipple reconstruction, fat grafting and symmetric surgery. Results A total of 96 (87.3%) in 110 hospitals had breast reconstruction and 87 (79.1%) hospitals with revisonal surgery. There was nipple reconstruction in 55 (50.0%) hospitals, fat grafting in 41 (37.3%) hospitals and symmetric surgery in 64 (58.2%) hospitals. Two types of revisonal surgery were performed in 31 (28.2%) hospitals and three types in 21 (19.1%) hospitals. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the geological conditions, economic, and environmental impact of various factors, combined with abundant collection of shale gas basic information and reference on the previous research achievements, a detailed analysis of the geological factors on shale gas accumulation and production was done to set up a corresponding shale gas core area selection model. According to the index selection principle to establish the evaluation index system for the shale gas development optimization, and every index data were quantitatively standardized. The weights of evaluation indexes were determined by means of expert evaluation combined with hierarchical analysis method. Finally, authors took some specific favorable shale gas development areas for example in China, by using fuzzy optimization method to evaluate the favorable area, according to analysis of the results to select core areas for shale gas experimental development. Objective: Ultrasound diagnosis and treatment is easy to perform and takes little time. It is widely used in clinical practice thanks to its non-invasive, real-time, and dynamic characteristics. In the process of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment, the probe may come into contact with the skin, the mucous membranes, and even the sterile parts of the body. However, it is difficult to achieve effective real-time disinfection of the probes after use and the probes are often reused, leading to the possibility of the probes carrying multiple pathogenic bacteria. At present, the processing methods for probes at home and abroad mainly include probe cleaning, probe disinfection, and physical isolation (using probe covers or sheaths). Yet, each approach has its limitations and cannot completely prevent probe contamination and infections caused by ultrasound diagnosis and treatment. For example, when condoms are used as the probe sheath, the rate of condom breakage is relatively high. The cutting and fixing of cling film or freezer bags involves complicated procedures and is difficult to perform. Disposable plastic gloves are prone to falling off and causing contamination and are hence not in compliance with the principles of sterility. Furthermore, the imaging effect of disposable plastic gloves is poor. Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore new materials to make probe covers that can not only wrap tightly around the ultrasound probe, but also help achieve effective protection and rapid reuse. Based on the concept of physical barriers, we developed in this study a heat sealing system for the rapid reuse of ultrasound probes. The system uses a heat sealing device to shrink the protective film so that it wraps tightly against the surface of the ultrasound probe, allowing for the rapid reuse of the probe while reducing the risk of nosocomial infections. The purpose of this study is to design a heat sealing system for the rapid reuse of ultrasound probes and to verify its application effect on the rapid reuse of ultrasound probes., Methods: 1) The heat sealing system for the rapid reuse of ultrasound probes was designed and tested by integrating medical and engineering methods. The system included a protective film (a multilayer co-extruded polyolefin thermal shrinkable film) and a heat sealing device, which included heating wire components, a blower, a photoelectric switch, temperature sensors, a control and drive circuit board, etc. According to the principle of thermal shrinkage, the ultrasound probe equipped with thermal shrinkable film was rapidly heated and the film would wrap closely around the ultrasound probe placed on the top of the heat sealing machine. The ultrasound probe was ready for use after the thermal shrinkage process finished. Temperature sensors were installed on the surface of the probe to test the thermal insulation performance of the system. The operation procedures of the system are as follows: placing the ultrasound probe covered with the protective film in a certain space above the protective air vent, which is detected by the photoelectric switch; the heating device heats the thermal shrinkable film with a constant flow of hot air at a set temperature value. Then, the probe is rotated so that the thermal shrinkable film will quickly wrap around the ultrasound probe. After the heat shrinking is completed, the probe can be used directly. 2) Using the convenience sampling method, 90 patients from the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were included as the research subjects. All patients were going to undergo arterial puncture under ultrasound guidance. The subjects were divided into 3 groups, with 30 patients in each group. Three measures commonly applied in clinical practice were used to process the probes in the three groups and water-soluble fluorescent labeling was applied around the puncture site before use. In the experimental group, the probes were processed with the heat sealing system. The standard operating procedures of the heat sealing system for rapid reuse of ultrasonic probes were performed to cover the ultrasonic probe and form a physical barrier to prevent probe contamination. There were two control groups. In control group 1, disinfection wipes containing double-chain quaternary ammonium salt were used to repeatedly wipe the surface of the probe for 10-15 times, and then the probe was ready for use once it dried up. In the control group 2, a disposable protective sheath was used to cover the front end of the probe and the handle end of the sheath was tied up with threads. Comparison of the water-soluble fluorescent labeling on the surface of the probe (which reflected the colony residues on the surface of the probe) before and after use and the reuse time (i.e., the lapse of time from the end of the first use to the beginning of the second use) were made between the experimental group and the two control groups., Results: 1) The temperature inside the ultrasound probe was below 40 ℃ and the heat sealing system for rapid reuse did not affect the performance of the ultrasound probe. 2) The reuse time in the heat sealing system group, as represented by (median [P 25 , P 75 ]), was (8.00 [7.00, 10.00]) s, which was significantly lower than those of the disinfection wipe group at (95.50 [8.00, 214.00]) s and the protective sleeve group at (25.00 [8.00, 51.00]) s, with the differences being statistically significant ( P <0.05). No fluorescence residue was found on the probe in either the heat sealing system group or the protective sheath group after use. The fluorescence residue in the heat sealing system group was significantly lower than that in the disinfection wipes group, showing statistically significant differences ( χ 2 =45.882, P <0.05)., Conclusion: The thermal shrinkable film designed and developed in this study can be cut and trimmed according to the size of the equipment. When the film is heated, it shrinks and wraps tightly around the equipment, forming a sturdy protective layer. With the heat sealing system for rapid reuse of ultrasonic probes, we have realized the semi-automatic connection between the thermal shrinkable film and the heating device, reducing the amount of time-consuming and complicated manual operation. Furthermore, the average reuse time is shortened and the system is easy to use, which contributes to improvements in the reuse and operation efficiency of ultrasound probes. The heat sealing system reduces colony residues on the surface of the probe and forms an effective physical barrier on the probe. No probes were damaged in the study. Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of a benzoquinone ansamycin antibiotic, geldanamycin (GA), against HER2 /neu tyrosine kinase-overexpressing human breast cancer cell line SKBr3., Methods: To evaluate the antitumor activity of GA, the degradation of HER2 /neu tyrosine kinase in GA-treated SKBr3 cells was analyzed by Western blotting, their proliferation assessed using MTT assay, and the cell cycle distribution identified by flow cytometry. RT-PCR and Real-time PCR were employed to detect cyclin D1 mRNA expression and cell culture inserts model was used to evaluate the motility of the cells., Results: GA induced a dose- and time-dependent degradation of HER2 /neu tyrosine kinase and cell proliferation inhibition. GA treatment obviously decreased the survival rates of the cancer cells, leading also to a dose-dependent G(1) arrest. The antitumor effects of GA proved to be relevant with declined transcription of cyclin D1. The GA-treated cells also exhibited reduced motility., Conclusion: GA can efficiently destabilize HER2 /neu tyrosine kinase and inhibit the proliferation and motility of human breast cancer cell line SKBr3 overexpressing HER2 /neu tyrosine kinase.

Objective: To construct protein fingerprints in serum and to early diagnose chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN) using surface enhanced laser ionization/desorption-time of flight-mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS)., Methods: Serum protein spectra were detected by SELDI-TOF-MS and weak cation exchange (CM10), which were from long-term survival patients with well-functioning kidney allograft (LS) (n = 24) and CAN (n = 15), and then biomarkers were screened through the analysis of database with Biomarker Wizard and Biomarker Pattern softwares., Results: 78 protein peaks of interest were generated in each sample, 18 protein spectra statistically show difference between LS and CAN (P < 0.05), 6 of which (m/z 2476.0, 3078.7, 3190.5, 4076.5, 4506.0, 6178.4) statistically show significant difference (P < 0.01), a single biomarker (m/z 3078.7) differentiated LTS and CAN (P = 0.0001), it was upregulated in the former and downregulated in the latter, its diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 87.5% and 81.8% respectively. Its cost-effective value is 0.307., Conclusion: Establishment of protein fingerprint signature in serum by SELDI-TOF-MS is clinically predictive of CAN.

This article gives a brief introduction to the content of aphasic discourse analysis, the theoretical frameworks applied, and critical findings . It also points out the problem that faces the study, the variety of study methods that arises, and the future trend. The structuralists tend to focus on the micro aspects of the discourse while the functionalists on its general structure and the meaning. The study in the future shall address the connection of these two levels.

Analytical high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) was used for the systematic optimization of the two-phase solvent system to separate eleutheroside E from crude extract of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosus. Eleutheroside E was obtained by preparative HSCCC with two-phase solvent system composed of chloroform-methanol-isopropanol-water (5:6:1:4 in volume ratio). The mobile phase is the lower phase and operated at a flow-rate of 2.0 mL/min, while the apparatus rotated at 800 r/min. High performance liquid chromatographic analysis of eleutheroside E revealed that its purity was over 98%. HSCCC is a useful method for the separation of natural products.
