The effects of Mooney viscosity of raw rubbers (Mv) of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586 on the properties of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586, such as Mooney viscosity of rubber compounds (Mb), modulus at 300% 25 min (M25), modulus at 300% 35 min (M35), modulus at 300% 50 min (M50), tensile strength (Ts) and elongation at break (Eb) of vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of Mv, Mb, M25, M35, M50, Ts and Eb of SBR 1500 and SBR1586 all increased linearly. When Mv increased by 1 unit, Mb, M25, M35, M50, Ts and Eb of SBR 1500 increased by 1.17, 0.11 MPa, 0.27 MPa, 0.56 MPa, 0.16 MPa and 2.8% respectively, and Mb, M25, M35, M50, Ts and Eb of SBR 1586 increased by 1.00, 0.08 MPa, 0.10 MPa, 0.57 MPa, 0.20 MPa and 3.8%. When the increase ranges of Mv of SBR 1500 and SBR 1586 were the same, the growth rates of Mb, M25 and M35 of SBR 1500 were higher than those of SBR 1586, and the growth rate of M50 of SBR 1500 was equal to that of SBR 1586, while Ts and Eb of of SBR 1500 were lower than those of SBR 1586.

Cheddar cheese,rennet casein,camellia seed oil were used as the main raw materials,emulsified salt,skimmed milk powder,etc.as auxiliary materials to develop spread processed cheese.A single factor method was used to add different amounts of camellia seed oil to prepare the spread processed cheese.The storage modulus (G′) and loss modulus (G″) of spread processed cheese under different oscillation frequencies were studied,The difference of the critical point temperature (melting temperature) of viscoelastic change of processed cheese with different amount of camellia seed oil was observed.The results showed that G'and G'' of the spread processed cheese decreased with the increase of camellia seed oil,and the temperature at which the products reached the critical point of viscoelastic change also decreased.The sample with the added amount of camellia seed oil below 50% was more stable.

In this paper novel measuring methods for profile deviation are proposed based on machine vision. After the tangent point of the basic circle and the normal line of the tooth profile through a sampled point are obtained， angles of vectors determining by the tangent point and the discrete points of the corresponding theoretical involute are obtained. Then the intersection point between the normal line of the tooth profile through a sampled point and the theoretical involute is obtained by using the operations of "comparison" and "XOR". Finally profile deviations are measured in the normal direction of the profile involute， which makes the tested results be consistent with its definitions. In the experiment， the obtained profile deviation is 6.944 3 μm， which demonstrates the proposed method of profile deviations test based on machine vision can meets the need of precision in engineering practice.

The circular arc tooth trace（CATT） cylindrical gear is a new type of gear transmission,which can solve the problem existing in the traditional gears. The dynamic characteristics of the CATT gears are studied with different tool radius and modulus based on the finite element method to reveal its influence on its dynamic characteristics. The accurate 3D model of the CATT gear is established in the UG,and it is imported into the Workbench for the modal analysis of this new type of gear. The simulation results show that,in the case of other parameters are the same,the natural frequency of each order is gradually reducing,the influence of the tool radius on its dynamic characteristics is not significant.

From tooth profile wear and the demand of match manufacturing,a set of field mapping method is proposed,which does not depend drawings,while by virtue of toothed parameter with accumulated manufacturing experience that included addendum circle,tooth root circle,helix angle,variable coefficient measuring,modulus and pressure angle determining. At the same time,two examples of the successful application for measuring are cited. It concludes that modulus of wear gear can be accurately calculated based on the mean value of length difference for cross- tooth normal line,pressure angle can be determined based on the theory of alveolar bottom size,and the addendum helix angle can be estimated by the auxiliary template,thus the helix angle of helical gear is deduced. According to tooth root diameter,modulus,tooth number and helix angle,the modification coefficient is calculated finally. The mapping method can be used to guide the repair and pairing manufacture.
