Objective To explore the effectiveness of intraovarian injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) in the treatment of patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR), aiming to provide new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for the treatment. Methods A total of 22 patients with DOR who underwent autologous PRP ovarian injection at the Reproductive Medical and Genetic Center of Qinzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected. Among them, 12 patients underwent assisted reproductive technology for pregnancy. The patient′s anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), antral follicle count (AFC), basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), basal luteinizing hormone (LH) and basal estradiol (E2) levels were observed. Results The levels of AMH, AFC, basal FSH, basal LH and basal E2 in 22 patients improved after treatment compared with those before treatment. Of the 12 patients who received assisted reproduction, 2 had IVF cycle canceled due to poor ovarian reaction. Ten patients obtained embryos, of which 5 obtained high-quality embryos. Conclusion Intraovarian injection of autologous PRP can effectively improve ovarian reserve function in patients with DOR.

The geothermal resource has some advantages in energy-saving and emission-reduction. They include enormous reserves, high energy utilization efficiency, and low-cost operation and have played an important role in achieving the targets of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as the only renewable-clean energy on the planet that is not affected by weather and seasons. A systematical analysis of the developing courses and new progress of foreign countries’ middle-deep high-temperature geothermal resources was carried out to analyze the occurrence characteristics and development status of high-temperature geothermal resources. Furthermore, in comparison to the development of high-temperature geothermal resources in China, several suggestions which may provide a reference for the utilization of middle-deep geothermal resources in China are put forward for the actual demands. Conventional hydrothermal geothermal resources in China generally have mature power technology and significant potential. However, in comparison to the total resources, geothermal resources in China have a low development degree and significant development potential. Significantly, a variety of rare mineral resources are associated with geothermal fluids in China, but some issues exist in the development of the associated mineral resources in high-temperature geothermal fluids, such as unclear trace element distribution and development potential, resulting in a low level of resource development. Consequently, based on the potential evaluation of the associated mineral resources, comprehensive utilization of the associated mineral resources in deep geothermal fluids should be strengthened. High-temperature heat harm has become a significant problem as engineering construction in the high-temperature geothermal area has advanced, and the mining depth of mineral resources has gradually increased. The high-temperature heat harm not only has a serious impact on the health of workers but also impedes the construction process and raises costs. However, the resource attribute of high-temperature heat harm, on the other hand, has received little attention. Hence, there is relatively little research on the “resource utilization of heat energy” in deep mines and engineering construction, resulting in the waste of geothermal resources. Based on the potential evaluation of “heat harm resources,” more attention should be paid to the utilization of “heat harm resources” in engineering construction and “ore-thermal co-mining” in deep mines, as well as actively developing high-temperature heat harm resource utilization technology. In general, more attention should be paid to the development of China’s middle-depth geothermal resources. The development of an enhanced geothermal system based on conventional hydrothermal geothermal resources could be more effective. Furthermore, geothermal resource utilization should not be limited to geothermal fluid; associated mineral resources and high-temperature heat-harm resources have enormous resource potential as well.

Objective To analysis the modeling characteristics of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) animal models, and provide the reference for the standardization of DOR animal models. Methods The research articles on DOR animal models were retrieved. Microsoft Excel 2010 software was used to summarize the experimental animal species, modeling methods, modeling cycles, high-frequency detection indexes and types of positive drugs documented in the literature, and the data results were evaluated and analyzed by NoteExpress software. Results A total of 93 research articles on DOR that met the criteria were enrolled. And it was found that, SD rat was the most frequently used animal type (68 times, 73.12%), followed by C57BL/6 mouse (13 times, 13.98%), while the tripterygium wilfordii treatment was the most frequently used modeling method (38 times, 40.86%), followed by the cyclophosphamide treatment (28 times, 30.11%) for DOR animal models. The high frequency detection indicators were vaginal exfoliation cytology detection (93 times, 23.97%) and HE staining to observe histopathological changes (72 times, 18.56%). Among these 64 research articles containing positive control drugs, the most frequently used western drug was estrogen (50 times,62.50%) and Chinese Traditional medicine was Kuntai capsules (2 times, 2.50%). Conclusions SD rats are mostly used to induce modeling in animal experiments on DOR through tripterygium wilfordii and cyclophosphamide, which can effectively improve the experimental efficiency. It is recommended to integrate the results of ovarian histopathology and serum biochemical indexes for model assessment.

Objectives: To compare the pregnancy outcomes of luteal phase and follicular phase progestin-primed ovarian stimulation protocol with clomiphene citrate supplementation (LPPOS+CC and FPPOS+CC) in young women with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR)., Methods: A total of 483 women aged ≤35 years with DOR, who underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)/embryo transfer (ET) with controlled ovarian stimulation using LPPOS+CC ( n =257) or FPPOS+CC ( n =226) protocols during June 2018 and December 2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, were included in this retrospective study. The baseline characteristics, superovulation results, laboratory related indicators between the two groups, and the pregnancy outcomes of women who achieved at least one high-quality cleavage-stage embryo or good-morphology blastocyst were compared between the two groups., Results: No statistically significant differences were identified between the groups with respect to age, duration of infertility, proportion of secondary infertility, previous failed cycles, body mass index, anti-Müllerian hormone, antral follicle count, basal luteinizing hormone level, basal progesterone level, number of oocytes retrieved, oocyte maturation rate, high-quality cleavage-stage embryo cycle rate, the percentage of women with profound pituitary suppression, live birth rate and preterm birth rate (all P >0.05). The LH levels on the day of trigger [4.0 (2.7, 5.3) vs. 5.1 (3.2, 7.2) IU/L], the percentage of women with LH levels of >10 IU/L on the trigger day (3.13% vs. 10.67%), and the two pronucleus (2PN) rate of ICSI oocytes (72.16% vs. 79.56%) were significantly lower in the LPPOS+CC group than those in the FPPOS+CC group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). The duration of stimulation [11 (9, 12) vs. 9 (8, 11) d], the consumption of total gonadotropin [2213 (1650, 2700) vs. 2000 (1575, 2325) IU], the progesterone levels on the day of trigger [1.3 (0.8, 2.9) vs. 0.9 (0.6, 1.2) ng/mL], the clinical pregnancy rate [61.88% vs. 46.84%], and implantation rate [42.20% vs . 31.07%] in the LPPOS+CC group were significantly higher than those in the FPPOS+CC group (all P <0.01)., Conclusions: Compared to FPPOS+CC, the LPPOS+CC protocol appears to have better pregnancy outcomes for young women with DOR undergoing IVF/ICSI-ET.

Objectives: To assess the value of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-Ⅱ (PIVKA-Ⅱ) and glypican-3 (GPC-3) in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)., Methods: Studies of AFP, PIVKA-Ⅱ, GPC-3 or in combination for the diagnosis of HCC since 2002 were searched in PubMed, Web of Science and Embase databases. The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the quality of the included articles was evaluated by QUADAS checklist, and relevant data were extracted by Meta DiSc, Review Manager 5.4 and Stata 15.1. The diagnostic values of AFP, PIVKA-Ⅱ and GPC-3 alone or in combination for HCC were assessed with receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve., Results: A total of 32 articles were included in the study. Meta-analysis showed that when a single marker was used to diagnose HCC, the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of PIVKA-Ⅱ was the highest (0.88, 95% CI : 0.85-0.91), followed by GPC-3 and AFP. The AUC of combination of serum markers was higher than that of a single marker, and the AUC of PIVKA-Ⅱ combined with GPC-3 was the highest (0.90, 95% CI : 0.87-0.92). When a single marker was used for diagnosis, the sensitivity of PIVKA-Ⅱ and GPC-3 were relatively high (0.75 and 0.76), while the specificity of PIVKA-Ⅱ (0.88) and AFP (0.87) were higher than that of GPC-3 (0.81). The sensitivity of the combination of serum markers was higher than that of a single marker, while the specificity was not significantly improved. When a single marker is used to diagnose HCC, the diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) of PIVKA-Ⅱ was the highest (22, 95% CI : 13-36), followed by GPC-3 and AFP. The DOR of the combination of two markers in the diagnosis of HCC was higher than that of a single marker, and the DOR of AFP combined with GPC-3 was the highest (25, 95% CI : 9-67). The DOR of the combination of the three markers was significantly reduced to 10 (95% CI : 7-45)., Conclusions: When a single marker is used, PIVKA-Ⅱ has a higher diagnostic value for HCC. The combination of two markers can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity, and AFP combined with PIVKA-Ⅱ is recommended for the diagnosis of HCC. The combination of all three markers failed to further improve the diagnostic value.

Objective To systematically assess the diagnostic efficacy of circRNA in detecting CRC. Methods Eligible studies were obtained by searching the databases, such as PubMed, EMBASE, CNKI, etc. in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Study quality and bias were judged by QUADAS-2 tool. The overall effect size, including pooled diagnostic parameters, was combined based on STATA 12.0 software. The causes of heterogeneity were investigated by conducting the subgroup, sensitivity and meta-regression analyses. Results We included 17 eligible studies which contained 1873 CRC cases and 1573 paired controls. For CRC detection, circRNA expression harbored a pooled sensitivity, specificity and AUC of 0.79 (95%CI: 0.76-0.81), 0.69 (95%CI: 0.64-0.73) and 0.81, respectively. Subgroup analysis showed that serum-derived circRNA testing (AUC=0.89, DOR=16.79) harbored higher diagnostic efficacy than plasma (AUC=0.79, DOR=7.08) and tissue (AUC=0.76, DOR=6.87); oncogenic circRNAs achieved higher diagnostic capacity in detecting CRC than the anti-cancer circRNAs (AUC: 0.81 vs. 0.76; DOR: 8.54 vs. 6.21); however, circRNA testing quantified based on GAPDH showed comparable diagnostic capacity with the overall pooled effect. Conclusion Abnormally-expressed circRNAs have relatively high diagnostic efficacy in diagnosing CRC and may be rated as auxiliary biomarkers for CRC detection.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of EGFR-TKI plus bevacizumab as maintenance therapy with EGFR-TKI alone for EGFR-mutated advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 192 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma admitted in our hospital from 2013 to 2019 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Thirty of them received combination therapy (EGFR-TKI plus bevacizumab as maintenance therapy), and the other 162 monotherapy (continuous treatment with EGFR-TKI until disease progression). Then 29 pairs of patients were matched by propensity score matching at a ratio of 1∶1. Overall progression-free survival (PFS1), PFS after reaching stable disease (PFS2), duration of response (DoR), objective response rate (ORR), tumor size changes and safety profiles were compared between the 2 groups. Results The combination group had significantly longer median PFS1 (17.3 vs 11.5 months, HR=0.401, P=0.001) and PFS2 (6.0 vs 3.9 months, HR=0.527, P=0.023), and also statistically longer median DoR (12.2 vs 8.6 months, HR=0.503, P=0.037) when compared with the monotherapy group.The ORR was 79.3% and 72.4%, respectively, with no statistical difference but the reduction in target tumor lesion size was greater in the combination group. No treatment-associated death occurred in both groups. Common advance events were skin and mucous damage (55% vs 62%), hepatic function damage (55% vs 45%), renal function damage (17% vs 7%) and hypertension (10% vs 0). The rate of grade 3 or worse adverse events were 14% versus 7% in the 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion EGFR-TKI plus bevacizumab is superior to EGFR-TKI monotherapy with more effective maintenance therapy and tolerable toxicity.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of pelvic lateral lymph node metastasis in rectal cancer. Methods EMbase, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, CNKI and WanFang Data databases were searched up to March 2019 to collect relevant studies about MRI diagnosis of pelvic lateral lymph nodes in rectal cancer. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data and assessed the risk of bias, used the Stata 15 software for statistical analysis and calculated the combined sensitivity (SEN pooled), specificity (SPE pooled) and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR). A summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve was plotted and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Results A total of 11 studies involving 1059 patients were included. The pooled Sen, Spe, +LR, -LR and DOR were 0.77 (95% CI:0.38-0.88), 0.77 (95% CI:0.69-0.83), 3.3 (95% CI:2.4-4.5), 0.3 (95% CI:0.23-0.41) and 11 (95% CI:6-18), respectively. The AUC of SROC was 0.83(95% CI:0.80-0.86). Conclusion Taken the short diameter of lymph nodes as the diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity and specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of lateral lymph node metastasis of rectal cancer are moderate; but in the absence of better imaging screening, MRI is still the recommended means.

Background: To investigate the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT)-guided aspiration biopsy combined with rapid field evaluation for pulmonary lesions. Methods: The PubMed and EMBASE databases were searched systematically for studies related to the diagnosis of lung lesions by CT-guided puncture biopsy combined with a rapid on-site indexed through October 2022. The updated Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS-2) tool was applied as the main method to assess the risk of bias and applicability of the studies. Meta-analysis software was used to perform heterogeneity tests on the data. Based on the heterogeneity results, the appropriate effect model was selected to calculate the overall sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR), and to plot the summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve, forest plot, and funnel plot. The results of the analysis of six studies (n=951) using a random-effects model showed pooled sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic odds ratio with 95% confidence intervals of 94%, 95%, and 159.05, respectively, with an SROC AUC of 0.98. Further analysis of the four studies that established control groups showed that the sampling adequacy and diagnostic accuracy in the ROSE group were 12% and 13% higher than those in the non-ROSE group. In conclusion, CT-guided puncture biopsy combined with rapid on-site evaluation is a practical and feasible method for diagnosing pulmonary lesions and can be used as an important clinical diagnostic method.

目的 以数字减影血管造影（digital subtraction a ngiography，DSA）为金标准，利用Meta分析方法评价 并间接比较增强磁共振血管成像（contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography，CE-MRA）与三维 时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像（three dimensional time of flight magnetic resonance angiography，3D-TOF MRA）诊断椎基底动脉狭窄的价值。 方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、CBM、万方Data中关于 CE-MRA、3D-TOF MRA诊断椎基底动脉狭窄的相关文献，检索日期截止至2017年5月。2名研究者按照 纳入排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料，使用QUADAS 2工具对所获文献进行质量评价。使用Stata 12.1软件分别合并分析CE-MRA、3D-TOF MRA对椎基底动脉狭窄的敏感度（sensitivity，Sen合并）、特异 度（specificity，Spe合并）、阳性似然比（positive likelihood ratio，+LR）、阴性似然比（negative likelihood ratio，-LR）、诊断比值比（diagnostic odds ratio，DOR）并绘制受试者工作特征曲线（summary receiver operating characteristic curve，SROC）计算曲线下面积（area under curve，AUC），利用相对比值间接比 较二者诊断价值。 结果 纳入检索所获1418条记录中的10项研究，共13组数据。Meta分析结果显示，对于狭窄程度＞ 50%的椎基底动脉，CE-MRA与3D-TOF MRA的Sen合并、Spe合并、+LR、-LR、DOR、AUC值分别为0.89[95% 可信区间（confidence interval，CI）0.75～0.95]、0.98（95%CI 0.91～0.99）、36.1（95%CI 10.3～126.2）、 0.12（95%CI 0.05～0.27）、307（95%CI 102～922）、0.97（95%CI 0.96～0.98）与0.94（95%CI 0.86～0.98）、0.93（95%CI 0.87～0.97）、14.4（95%CI 7.1～29.1）、0.06（95%CI 0.03～0.15）、226 （95%CI 57～902）、0.98（95%CI 0.96～0.99）。CE-MRA与3D-TOF MRA间接比较结果RDOR为1.36 （95%CI 0.23～7.94）。 结论 在诊断椎基底动脉狭窄方面，CE-MRA相较于3D-TOF MRA具有更高的诊断准确性。 Abstract: Objective Taking digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as the golden standard, the diagnostic value of contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (CE-MRA) and three dimensional time of flight magnetic resonance angiography (3D-TOF MRA) were indirectly compared by Metaanalysis on vertebrobasilar artery stenosis. Methods PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, CBM and WanFang Data databases were searched for studies about CE-MRA and 3D-TOF MRA in the diagnosis of fracture of vertebrobasilar artery stenosis from inception to MAY, 2017. Background: Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and cellular-mesenchymal to epithelial transition factor (c-Met) are widely expressed on cancer cells. There is a synergistic effect of EGFR and HGF/c-Met pathways on proliferation, downstream activation of signal transduction and an additive effect. Studies show that combination of both signaling pathways could potentially be targeted in a synergistic fashion. Amivantamab, a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting EGFR and c-Met, yielded robust and durable responses in a variety of clinicals trials. However, few researches have reported its efficacy in Chinese non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and tolerance of Amivantamab in NSCLC patients with EGFR/MET gene abnormalities at Peking University Cancer Hospital., Methods: The study enrolled NSCLC patients who received Amivantamab in our hospital between August 2020 and December 2021, and analyzed the response, survival, and treatment-related adverse events., Results: Fifteen patients were enrolled in this research, and six of them received Amivantamab treatment and the other nine patients received Amivantamab plus Lazertinib treatment. The rates of partial response (PR), stable disease (SD), and progressive disease (PD) were 46.7% (7/15), 46.7% (7/15) and 6.7% (1/15), respectively. The overall response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) were 28.6% (2/7) and 100.0% (7/7) in seven patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion, respectively. The ORR and DCR were 40.0% (2/5) and 100.0% (5/5) in five post-osimertinib EGFR-mutant patients, respectively. After a median follow-up of 8.7 months, the median progression-free survival and overall survival were not reached. The most common treatment-related adverse events were rash (86.7%), paronychia (80.0%), and infusion-related reactions (60.0%), and most of them were graded as 1 to 2. Grade 3 to 4 adverse events included rash (33.3%), alanine aminotransferase elevation (13.3%), gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase elevation (13.3%), peripheral edema (6.7%), thromboembolism (6.7%), interstitial lung disease (6.7%), and thrombocytopenia (6.7%)., Conclusions: Amivantamab was effective in Chinese NSCLC patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion and post-Osimertinib EGFR-mutant patients, similar to the results of clinical trials conducted in western countries. Amivantamab was well tolerated and emphases should be put on adverse events such as rash, paronychia, and infusion-related reactions.

The commercialization of herbicide resistant oilseed rape is a revolutionary breakthrough in rape weeding technology. However, the high affinity between rapeseed and its relative weeds offers an effective way for the herbicide resistant genes (HRGs) to immigrate into weedy relatives' genomes, which made the potential ecological risks associated with the commercialization of HRGs in rapeseed into continuous concerning. In this paper, the types of current commercial herbicide resistant rapeseed and their resistance mechanisms were listed, and the possible mechanisms of HRG flow from rapeseed were summarized from two aspects: first, the genetic and non-genetic factors affecting the transfer of HRGs between rapeseed and its relatives were analyzed; the second is to analyze the possibility of the persistence of resistance genes in relatives' genome by the fitness comparison. Further, the risk differences between HRGs locating on different sub-genomes in rapeseed were compared, and the comprehensive control technology of resistant weeds was summarized. Combined with the cultivation situation of rapeseed in China, the suggestions for the safe commercial application of herbicide resistant rapeseed in the future and the urgent problems in the field of ecological risk of herbicide resistant rapeseed were put forward. For high efficient of rapeseed production by planting late-sowing cultivars in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, material screening and mechanism of cold tolerance were carried out using 6 approved hybrid varieties and 6 temperature treatments were set. Seed germination characteristics and physiological indicators were studied under low temperature. RNA-seq technology was used for exploring germination differences under low temperature. Results showed that germination rate decreased under low temperature. Varieties Yueyou 1301 and Yuey-ou 1510 showed obvious advantages with respect to late sowing at low temperatures (<10 °C). SOD activity were consistent with low temperature germination phenotype. Thus we identified 920 differentially-expressed genes (DGEs) that were involved in low temperature germination between Yueyou 1301 and Fengyou 737. Of these, 21 DEGs were related to abscisic acid pathway and starch-sucrose metabolism pathway. In summary, Yueyou 1301 had strong low temperature germination ability. The difference in seed germination ability at low temperature might be caused by hormone signal transduction, activation of reactive oxygen species scavenging systems, and carbohydrate metabolism homeostasis, which might explain the strong cold tolerance of Yueyou 1301. Objective·To comprehensively evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) to biliary tract cancer (BTC), and provide a basis for better clinical application.Methods·Clinical studies on the diagnostic value of cfDNA to BTC were collected by searching eight databases from inception to April 2023. The studies were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then data was extracted. The threshold effects were assessed with Spearman′s rank correlation analysis, and heterogeneity among the included studies was analyzed by using Cochran′s Q test and I2 test. A bivariate mixed-effects model was fitted, and statistics such as overall sensitivity, specificity, and area under the curve (AUC) were calculated to determine the diagnostic performance. The subgroup analyses were carried out based on the study type, sample size, detection method, sample source, and diagnostic reference standard.Results·A total of 28 diagnosis tests were included, all of which were evaluated as medium-high quality by using Diagnostic Accuracy Studies Tool Version 2 (QUADAS-2). The presence of threshold effects was found by using the Spearman rank correlation analysis. The pooled sensitivity was 0.80 (95%CI 0.67‒0.88), and specificity was 0.96 (95%CI 0.92‒0.98), positive likelihood ratio (PLR) was 22.7 (95%CI 9.4‒55.2), negative likelihood ratio (NLR) was 0.21 (95%CI 0.12‒0.36), and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) was 108 (95%CI 31‒374), respectively. The AUC of the summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve was 0.96 (95%CI 0.94‒0.98), demonstrating the high accuracy of cfDNA in the diagnosis of BTC. The results of subgroup analyses suggested that the accuracy and sensitivity of choosing different testing methods and sample sources varied.Conclusion·The detection of cfDNA has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing BTC, and is suitable for the patients suspected to be malignant after screening with imaging tests and conventional tumor markers. However, the standardization and uniformity of detection methods and sample sources still need to be further standardized by conducting clinical studies on a wider population.

Background The difference of diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice computed tomography angiography (CTA) with 3D digital subtraction angiography (3D - DSA) in the detection of intracranial aneurysms is not clear yet. This study compares the diagnostic value of 64-slice CTA with 3D-DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms via a Meta-analysis. Methods In this study, 64-slice, 64-row, CT, angiography, intracranial aneurysms, cerebral aneurysms, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc. were used as key words, and searched in the electronic databases including Embase, MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang Data, assisted by manual searching, in order to retrieve articles both in English and Chinese that reported on comparisons of 64-slice CTA and 3D-DSA in the evaluation of suspected intracranial aneurysms. Meta-disc Version 1.4 was used for the Meta-analysis, and Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS) was applied to assess the quality of these research studies. Results Four clinical trials were selected. According to the Meta-analysis, the pooled sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic odds ratios (DOR) and summary receiver operating characteristics (SROC) area under curve (AUC) was 97% (95% CI: 0.950-0.980), 91% (95% CI: 0.860-0.950), 269.640 (95% CI: 137.250-529.720) and 0.993 respectively. Conclusion On the basis of Meta-analysis, 64-slice CTA has a high level of sensitivity and specificity for diagnoses of intracranial aneurysms and it can be used as an important examination tool in the diagnoses of intracranial aneurysms. Because the sample size of selected studies is small, it is necessary to perform well-designed and larger sample studies to further assess the diagnostic value of intracranial aneurysms by 64-slice CTA. Pandemic lockdowns both accelerated digital trends and further blurred already unstable boundaries between public and private. The development of an evolving "new normal" invites a broader examination of the intersection of digital public space and public art in the context of personal digital devices. This paper provides a foundation for analysis by outlining related areas of practice, highlighting resonances between digital art and public art, and scrutinizing the public nature of spaces accessible via digital devices. As digital spaces become ever more entwined with personal daily life--at home and through devices worn and carried--inquiry into the ways that these devices shift notions of public space and public art becomes increasingly timely. Artists are at the forefront of such considerations, experimenting with digital commons and "many-to-many" formats, crafting hybrid experiences, and exploring modes of embodiment in technological landscapes.
