Plants of the lycophyte genus Phlegmariurus contain the chemical compound Huperzine A, the effective medicinal component treating Alzheimer’s disease, thus with huge economic value. To protect the natural resources, plants of the whole genus are listed as the National Key Protected Wild plants in China. In this paper, we revised the taxonomy of Phlegmariurus distributed in China based on morphological, ecological, and geographical evidence. We recognized 21 species from China, and organized them into four sections. Sect. Fargesiani X. C. Zhang ＆ R. H. Jiang is newly established, and the other three sections were revised based on previous studies, i.e., Sect. Hamiltoniani C. Y. Yang, emend. X. C. Zhang ＆ R. H. Jiang; Sect. Phlegmariurus; and Sect. Squarrosurus（Herter） X. C. Zhang ＆ R. H. Jiang, comb. ＆ stat. nov. We reduced the following taxon names to synonymies of various species of Phlegmariurus: Huperzia medogensis, Phlegmariurus austrosinicus, P. changii, P. nylamensis, P. cancellatus var. minor, P. qiongzhongensis, and P. shangsiensis. According to the clinical treatment evidence of spinal cord injury (SCI) published in recent years, the Chinese Association of Neuroresto rato logy (Preparatory) had revised and updated the "Clinical therapeutic guideline for neurorestoration in spinal cord injury (Chinese version 2016)", and released the "Clinical guidelines for neurorestorative in spinal cord injury (2021 China version)" in March 2021. "2021 China version" provided comprehensive management strategies for SCI, which contains evaluation and diagnosis, pre-hospital first aid, treatment principle, rehabilitation training, and complication management. Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a global public health concern with high mortality and poor functional outcomes. In recent years, some breakthroughs were made in researches on pathophysiology, neuroprotection, prevention and treatment, prognosis and risk of rehemorrhage of ICH. Some research achievements from Chinese scholars have gained attention and recognition around the world. In this paper, advances in ICH research on pathophysiology, neuroprotection, prevention and treatment, prognosis and risk of rehemorrhage will be overviewed based on high-quality overseas papers from Chinese scholars published in recent 5 years. A taxonomic study of the genus Anemone (Ranunculaceae) of China has been conducted. Eighty-six species are recognized and classified into ten Section. Of them, five section, Rivularidium, Anemonanthea, Himalayicae, Brachycladus and Pleurocarpus, are groups with medium-evolutionary level, and the another five sections, Omalocarpus, Stolonifera, Begoniifolia, Anemonidium and Anemone, are groups with high-evolutionary level. In these ten Sections, Sect. Himalayicae is closely related to Sect. Omalocarpus, Sect. Brachycladus is closely related to Sect. Stolonifera, and the relationships among the other six sections are not yet clear now. A key to sections, Series, species and infraspecific taxa, and literature citations and geographic distributions for all taxa are presented. Records of important specimens studied for each species and illustrations for most species are provided. Two section (Sect. Brachycladus and Pleurocarpus), four series (Ser. Hofengeses and Ser. Jiachaenes under Sect. Stolonifera and Ser.Xingyienses and Ser. Orthcarpae under Sect. Pleurocarpus), thirteen species (A. jiulongensis, A.baizhishanica, A.stenosepala, A.daofuenis, A.ludingensis, A. bomiensis, A. galonglashanica, A.trifoliolata, A. zheduoshanica, A.baoxingensis, A. gonggaensis, A. fugongensis and A.discoideogyna), one subspecies (A. obtusiloba ssp. dolichopoda), and four varieties (A. zheduoshanica var.atropurpurea, A.prattii var. sparsipilifera, A.fugongensis var. linearis Bruhl is elevated to specific rank; A. fulingensis is relagated to a variety under A. Pratti; due to that A. rupestris Hook. f. & Thmos. is an illegitimate later homonym, its specific epithet 'rupestris' is changed as 'neorupestris' in this paper; A.barbulata, long relegated to a variety under A.rivularis, is restored to its previous specific rank; and the reduction of A. demissa var. yunnanensis Franch. to var. demissa, and the reduction of A.oligocarpa Pei to A. delavayi Franch, by H. According to the research progress in recent years, "Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018" has greatly revised and supplemented the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is the most common hereditary muscular disease. This paper introduced the research status, problems, and solutions of DMD in China, and latest progress of treatment of DMD on the international. What's more, we set up the DMD medical map: training DMD experts in the hospital which was close to the address of DMD patients, in order to facilitate the DMD patients for treatment and guidance at different stages. The results of antiplatelet treatment in patients with high - risk non - disabling cerebrovascular events, standardized secondary prevention of ischemic stroke, epidemiological survey of asymptomatic ischemic stroke in community population, cross-sectional survey on traditional Chinese medicine for treating ischemic stroke, the impact of blood glucose on prognosis of acute ischemic stroke, ischemic stroke combined with chronic kidney disease and cerebral microbleeds, biomarkers of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic academia and stroke - like episodes (MELAS) and encephalatrophy, perioperative management of blood pressure in intracerebral hemorrhage, vascular structural abnormality - related intracerebral hemorrhage score (VSARICHS), and epidemiological survey of cerebrovascular disease in China have been published in many important journals. Cerebrovascular disease leads to serious disease burden because of its high morbidity, disability and mortality. In recent years, its prevalence, incidence and mortality showed a downward trend in most high-income countries but in low and middle income countries have been increasing. Glioma shows diffuse infiltrative growth in the brain parenchyma. Even following the principle of "maximum safe resection", the residual tumor cells are resistant to adjuvant chemoradiotherapy and continue to invase and migrate in the brain tissue. This is the main reason for the recurrence of glioma and the dissemination in the central nervous system (CNS). As a result, understanding the mode of glioma invasion and migration can provide a new method for the treatment of glioma. Stroke has become the leading common cause of disability and the second most common cause of death in China. Endovascular treatment emerged in recent years as a promising treatment method with a higher recanalization rate and better functional outcome in patients with acute ischemic stroke caused by large vessel occlusion.
