Computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation (CACR), as a good substitute or supplement for traditional cognitive rehabilitation, has been applied to the rehabilitation of post - stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) due to its repeatability, interest and colorful training content. However, there are still some objective limitations of CACR. This paper reviews the application of CACR in PSCI rehabilitation based on some clinical randomized controlled trials, discusses its effects on cognitive dysfunction, emotional disorders, activities of daily living disorders, and provides evidence for its promotion and application. Recently, both the paper "Advances in progressive supranuclear palsy: new diagnostic criteria, biomarkers, and therapeutic approaches" in Lancet Neurol and "Clinical diagnosis of progressive supranuclear palsy: the movement disorder society criteria" in Mov Disord attracted much attention. In this review, we will discuss the contents in these two papers, including disease progression, features of clinical phenotype, update in diagnostic criteria, biomarkers, and therapeutic status and prospect of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), to guide the clinical practice. Intestinal stem cells are regulated by the intestinal nervous system, and both of them are closely related to intestinal inflammation. Relevant studies have shown the existence of intestinal nerve dysfunction in intestinal inflammation. By summarizing the relationship among intestinal stem cells, intestinal nervous system and intestinal inflammation, this paper discusses that intestinal nervous system injury related to intestinal inflammation may be the basis for persistent alteration of intestinal function, while enteric neurons provide feasible targets for improving intestinal nerve dysfunction in inflammatory bowel diseases, so as to apply various types of stem cells to the improvement of intestinal nerve dysfunction in intestinal inflammation.

Pain is a distressing experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage with sensory, emotional, cognitive and social components. Chronic pain is a common disease which can be divided into nociceptive pain, neuropathic pain and mixed pain according to pathophysiological mechanism. The treatment of chronic pain, at present, mainly includes minimally invasive interventional surgery and non-surgical treatment. Because pain medicine is a multi-disciplinary intersection of disciplines, the treatments of chronic pain remain multi-model ways. According to the pathogenesis of pain classification, different treatments of pain should be selected in targeted treatment program. This paper summarizes present status of chronic pain treatment. Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is the first liver disease which has proved responsive to glucocorticoids, and the standard therapeutic; method is hormone combined with azathioprine. Given that some patients fail to reach the standard of immunosuppressive therapy, and the long - term use of immunosuppressive therapy has many adverse effects, it is necessary to reasonably use anti - inflammatory and liver - protecting drugs to minimize the dose of immunosuppressants, control liver inflammation, reduce the damage of liver cells, and delay the progression of the disease. This paper reviews the advances in the application of anti - inflammatory and liver - protecting drugs in the treatment of AIH, in order to help clinicians make rational decisions. Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common complication of liver cirrhosis and mainly manifests as a rapidly elevated serum creatinine level, a reduced glomerular filtration rate, and oliguria or anuria. Type 1 hepatorenal syndrome ( HRS - 1 ) is a special type of AKI, and patients with untreated HRS - 1 have an extremely high risk of death. Early diagnosis and treatment are of great importance. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a gastrointestinal disorder with no structural damage and biochemical abnormality, and its pathogenic mechanism is still unclear. Variety of drugs, psychotherapy, diet regulation and other methods have been used by modern medicine to relieve symptoms, but the effect is not satisfactory. In recent years, TCM treatment of IBS has attracted widespread attention, especially for constipation type and diarrhea type. Among the many experiments, most of the traditional Chinese medicine experiments aimed at the 5-HT signaling pathway have achieved good results. Therefore, this paper summarizes the main mechanisms and results of traditional Chinese medicine based on 5-HT in the treatment of IBS, in order to provide a reference for subsequent research.

Opioid-induced constipation (OIC) is one of the common adverse reactions of opioids, which may affect the quality of life and follow-up treatment compliance of patients. With the rise of number of cancer patients worldwide and the increase in the use of opioids in chronic non-cancerous pain, the number of OIC patients will increase accordingly. Therefore, how to achieve effective analgesia and balance the occurrence of analgesia and OIC is one of the clinical problems that need to be resolved urgently. At present, the main therapeutic drugs for OIC mainly include oral laxatives and peripheral μ-opioid receptor antagonists, secretagogues, traditional Chinese medicines, etc. This paper mainly analyzed the drug therapy of OIC, in order to provide a reference for the effective clinical prevention and treatment of OIC.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are derived from the mesoderm, and exhibit multipotential differentiation. MSC can alleviate liver fibrosis and improve liver function through paracrine cytokines and cell-cell interactions, but their therapeutic mechanism remains unknown. MSC are derived from various tissues, such as bone marrow, umbilical cord tissue, umbilical cord blood, peripheral blood, and adipose tissue. However, there are different advances in MSC with various sources in experimental studies and clinical treatment of liver fibrosis. This paper summarizes the possible therapeutic mechanisms of MSC in alleviating liver fibrosis, as well as the advances in experimental studies and clinical application of MSC with various sources. A high proportion of the causes of liver failure remain unknown. This paper reviews the progress in the epidemiology, etiology, treatment, and prognosis of liver failure of unknown etiology. The possible causes of liver failure of unknown etiology may include occult hepatitis B virus infection, herpesvirus infection, transfusion-transmitted virus infection, hepatitis G virus infection, human parvovirus Bl9 infection, autoimmune and hepatitis. Aciclovir can be considered in the empirical treatment for patients with liver failure of unknown etiology. The mortality in patients with liver failure of unknown etiology is high. Epithelial cellular adhesion molecule (EpCAM) is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed in epithelial tissues and most epithelial - derived malignant tumors. EpCAM is associated with cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation, as well as tumor development and progression. In recent years, EpCAM has been identified as a stem cell marker of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) is one of the common manifestations in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC). It is the decisive factor leading to severe complications and causes extremely poor prognosis. With the development of molecular biology and imaging techniques, both single and combined therapy modalities, including surgical resection, embolization and chemotherapy, radiation therapy, a variety of ablation therapies, and molecular targeted therapy, have achieved substantial progress. However, there are no guidelines for reasonable and effective treatments. Oral cancer is a common cancer of head and neck. Regional recurrence and metastasis are the main course of the poor prognosis. But the exact molecular mechanism is still unknown. Studies have showed that microRNA plays an important role in the tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis of oral cancer.
