Background and objective Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and the heaviest disease burden in China. In recent years, lung cancer has shown a high incidence trend, seriously affecting the health of the population. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of lung cancer incidence in 2019 and the trend of incidence rate from 2010-2019 in the tumor registration area of Gansu province, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of lung cancer prevention and control strategies in Gansu province. Methods By analyzing the cases of lung cancer incidence in the tumor registration area of Gansu province in 2019, we calculated the incidence rate, medium incidence rate, world incidence rate and other related indexes; we used Joinpoint to calculate the annual percentage change (APC) for trend analysis. Results In 2019, a total of 3757 new cases of lung cancer were reported in Gansu province, accounting for 14.96% of all new malignant tumors. The incidence rate, medium incidence rate and world incidence rate and world rate of lung cancer were 40.52/105, 25.78/105, 25.86/105; and the cumulative rate of 0-74 years old, and the truncation rate of 35-64 years old were 3.23%, 40.03/105, respectively. The incidence of lung cancer rises with age, and is high in the age group of 40 years and above, and the incidence peaks in the male and female populations in the group of 75 years and above, and the group of 80 years and above, respectively. The crude incidence rate of lung cancer in the tumor registration area of Gansu province from 2010-2019 showed an overall increasing trend, and the rate of increase was relatively fast, with an APC 5.39% (P<0.05); Separately, according to gender, urban and rural areas, the incidence of lung cancer in all populations showed an increasing trend, and the APC of male, female, urban and rural populations were 4.98%, 6.39%, 6.26%, and 4.64%, respectively (all P<0.05). According to the trend analysis of lung cancer incidence rate by age group, only lung cancer incidence in the age group of 65 years and above increased at an annual average rate of 4.15% (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate of lung cancer in the tumor registration area of Gansu province from 2010 to 2019 shows a rising trend year by year, and there are differences in the incidence of lung cancer in people of different genders, regions and age groups, so comprehensive prevention and control work should be carried out for the key populations of lung cancer incidence. (1) Background--There are obvious signs of population outflow in Northeast China in recent years. The aging of forestry workers will bring severe challenges to the protection of natural forest resources and ecological construction in forest areas. This will inevitably lead to profound changes in the economic and social structure and function of forest areas and the practice of ecological construction in forest areas. (2) Methods--On the basis of sorting out the development process of population flow in the key stateowned forest areas, according to the data of the people's livelihood monitoring project of the key state-owned forest areas from 2012 to 2021, this paper discusses the trend characteristics of the aging of forestry workers in the key state-owned forest areas and analyzes its potential impact. (3) Results--First, the aging risk of forestry workers was higher. The age distribution of forestry workers was concentrated in the age range of 40-60 years old, and the proportion of young workers was relatively stable, which is difficult to provide sustained and strong support for the economic growth and industrial transformation of state-owned forest areas. Second, the aged forestry workers and their families had multiple livelihood difficulties. First of all, the family medical burden of the aged forestry workers was greater. The ratio of direct medical expenditure to total income showed an overall upward trend, and this ratio rose to 9??7% in 2020, and some indirect medical costs such as transportation costs, escort costs and opportunity costs also brought a certain burden to the families of the aged forestry workers. Secondly, the housing risk of forestry workers' families still existed. There were still a considerable number of forestry workers living in the forest farms in the mountains, and the transportation was inconvenient. The housing conditions had not been thoroughly repaired and improved for many years. Finally, the property income of forestry workers' families was insufficient. In the total income composition of forestry workers' families, the wage income accounted for more than 80% and the increase was limited, and the property income always accounted for less than 5%. (4) Conclusions and Discussions--The aging of forestry workers in key state-owned forest areas has some potential impacts. First, the aging weakens the driving role of labor force factors on the development of a series of understory industries, and is not conducive to the industrial transformation under multiple operations and the development of various successive industries. Second, the aging is not conducive to the protection of ecological resources under the requirements of high quality, and makes it difficult to guarantee the quality of ecological resource protection in forest areas in the future. Third, the aging the decline in household income and the increase in medical expenditure caused by the aging of forestry workers will further affect the resilience of families' livelihoods of the forestry workers, making their ability to cope with various kinds of economic and social risks continue to decline, and the vulnerability risk of household poverty will increase. Based on the above analysis, the following policy recommendations are put forward: First, implement a diversified industrial development mechanism. Improve the ability of long-term development of forest industry by scientifically planning the succession industry system of state-owned forest areas and introducing the capital operation and market operation mechanism. Second, implement a modern technical support mechanism. In forestry development and ecological protection, increase capital investment, improve the application level of high-tech, and reduce the work intensity of forestry workers. Third, implement a professional staff training mechanism. Improve the management process of talent training, introduction and use, actively explore the introduction mechanism of forestry talents, and guide migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses or employment. Fourth, implement a sustainable social security mechanism. Improve the social welfare security system, give full play to the multiple advantages of mutual assistance for the elderly, and establish a comprehensive, multi-level and sustainable social security mechanism for the forest workers. Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly, of which cognitive impairment is the most common non -motor symptom (NMS) affecting the life quality of patients. Cognitive impairment is associated with many factors, and white matter hyperintensity (WMH) is an important pathological change of cognitive impairment in PD. In this paper, we will explain the relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment in PD by the perspective of neuronal pathway, white matter volume change and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), to provide a new direction for the early diagnosis of PD. Cross-age face recognition has become a hot topic in the field of face recognition because of its wide application in real life. In order to improve the accuracy of cross-age face recognition, this paper proposed an identity preserving disentangled representation learning（IPDRL） network based on generative adversarial network. The network consisted of encoder, generator and discriminator. The encoder disentangled any age change in the feature, and encoded the identity information of the image at the same time, and extracted features that were only conducive to identity identification, so that it realized the disentanglement of identity feature and age feature. The generator generated the corresponding identified preserving age image according to the input age features, and the discriminator realized the class distribution prediction of age and identity through adversarial learning and multi-task learning. The combination of disentangled representation learning, adversary learning and multi-task learning can preserve the identity information of face image well, which improves the accuracy of cross-age face recognition. Objective To investigate the risk factors of anti - N - methyl - D - aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis with acute symptomatic seizure (ASS), and establish a Nomogram model based on clinical indicators. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 84 patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis who were diagnosed in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University from May 2012 to October 2020. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to determine the risk factors of anti - NMDAR encephalitis with ASS, and a Nomogram model was constructed. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curve of the model were plotted, and Hosmer - Lemeshow goodness of fit test was performed. Results In all 84 patients, 63 cases (75%) presented with ASS, and 35 cases (41.67%) had ASS as the initial symptom. Logistic regression analysis showed male (OR = 7.680, 95%CI: 1.811-32.562; P = 0.006), psychosis and abnormal behavior (OR = 6.486, 95%CI: 1.818-23.141; P = 0.004), anti-NMDAR antibody titer in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) ≥ 1:32 (OR = 9.322, 95%CI: 2.132-40.766; P = 0.003) were the risk factors of anti-NMDAR encephalitis with ASS, older age was the protective factor (OR = 0.942, 95%CI: 0.903-0.983; P = 0.006). A Nomogram model was established based on the 4 risk factors, and the area under curve (AUC) of ROC was 0.862 (95%CI: 0.776-0.949, P = 0.000). Calibration curve showed a good agreement between the predicted probability and the actual probability of ASS occurrence, and Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed there was no statistical difference (χ² = 4.318, P = 0.827). Conclusions Male, young age, psychosis and abnormal behavior, and anti-NMDAR antibody titer in CSF ≥ 1:32 are more likely to have ASS in patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis. This Nomogram model constructed based on the above 4 indicators may accurately and conveniently predict ASS and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Study age variation of circumference values and its difference of urban and rural adults of Yunnan Han, measure the circumferences values of Yunnan with 709 adults (356 males,353 females) including the 13 circumference values of head, neck, chest, inspiratory chest circumfirence values, expiratory chest circumference values, and the circumference values of waist, abdomen, hip, thigh, calf, biceps, fore-arm, Maximum biceps, the paper gives an analysis of the changes of circumference value with age, and then with cluster analysis draws a comparison of the circumference values between Yunnan han nan nationality, around circumference values of U-test and other 18 nationalities in China. The results show that: (1) The neck, trunk circumference values have significantly linearly increase with the age increasing. Urban males, urban females and rural females upper limbs circumference values also grows along with the age and apparent linear increase. (2) Between the age groups of circumference values differences of males mainly in 20~29 year group compared with other age groups, circumference values of urban females among different age groups of main performance in 20~29, 30~39 year group and other age groups; Circumference values of the rural females have difference in most age groups.
