The underground hub of Xinghuo Station of M3 Line of Beijing Metro is an integral part of the underground comprehensive hub of Xinghuo Station of high-speed railway, and it is constructed by open-excavation method. Due to the different requirements of the main structure function inside the foundation pit of the hub, the foundation pit adopts the three-level layout. One side of the foundation pit is adjacent to the existing high-speed railway Xinghuo station, and the other side is adjacent to the urban road, the foundation pit is affected by four layers of groundwater. In order to solve the difficulties encountered in the design of the multi-stage foundation pit support structure of the underground hub of the Xinghuo Station on the metro line M3, this paper carries out the research of the foundation pit composite support structure system. Firstly, the spatial layout characteristics, surrounding environment and groundwater occurrence characteristics of the hub foundation pit are analyzed, and the problems of the conventional support structure system are discussed. Based on the concept of graded support and graded water stop, the combined foundation pit support structure system is developed. The paper presents in detail the layout, structural parameters and step sequence of multi-stage foundation pit excavation and support structure system at all stages, then establishes the three-dimensional numerical calculation model of multi-stage foundation pit excavation and support, analyzes the pit bottom uplift and the deformation of the retaining structure, and finally discusses the deformation characteristics of the combined retaining structure of the foundation pit based on the measured results of the deformation of the retaining structure at all stages. The results of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring show that the uplift of pit bottom and the deformation of supporting structure meet the requirements of control values. The deformation joint is a weak link in roof waterproofing, especially for the shallow-buried basement roof planting or landscaping buildings with flexible waterproofing method. The deformation joints of roof have not become a mature and effective practice. Therefore, a deformation joint structure with high waterproofing reliability and landscape continuity is urgently needed. By taking Beijing Metro Universal Studio Station as an objective for research and implementation, this paper analyzes the applicability and limitations of different deformation joint structures. On the basis of research conclusions, the deformation joint structure is optimized and an interlocking deformation joint structure suitable for planting roof is formed, The structure, provided with multiple waterproof and drainage measures, is highly reliable, and it solves the problems of high maintenance difficulty and poor landscape effect in the conventional practice, and can be widely used in roof engineering. With the increasing pressure of urban transportation, the great increase of speed and density of metro vehicles and the higher requirements for tracks have led to frequent occurrence of rail corrugation. The generation of corrugation directly affects the smoothness and comfort of vehicles and even endangers driving safety. The current rail grinding standards cannot scientifically guide the grinding operations of Beijing metro. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate corresponding grinding standards for the specific conditions of Beijing metro. In this paper, a continuous corrugation measuring device is used to test rail surface irregularity on the curve section and analyze the data before and after rail grinding. It is found that there is serious 63 mm short wave irregularity. Subsequently. based on the corrugation index and the fatigue life SN curve of the bogie frame, the rail corrugation indexes are divided into four levels and corresponding grinding suggestions are provided according to the vibration acceleration value of the axle box when the test vehicle passes through the rail corrugation section. The research concludes that rail grinding is required when the rail corrugation index is greater than 10 dB, and its qualification can be justified when the rail roughness of different wavelengths is less than the corresponding limit after grinding. The construction of metropolitan area gives urban rail transit a new historical mission, and the construction of regional express line is the development direction of urban rail transit in the future. The demand of vehicle operation and maintenance of regional express line is different from that of subway and intercity railway, and the relevant standards and specifications of regional express line construction are lack of practical engineering verification. Based on the analysis of the general situation of Daxing Airport Line Project, the main technical parameters of key vehicle equipment, the status of routine maintenance and repair of vehicles, and the collected data of wheel-set from online detection equipment, this paper optimizes the vehicle maintenance standards of Daxing Airport Line, presents vehicle maintenance and maintenance standards, which takes train technical inspection, monthly inspection as routine maintenance and scheduled repair, and un-wheeling repair (A, B) and overhaul as regular overhaul, and analyzes the economic benefits under the new vehicle maintenance standards, with reference to the requirements of vehicle suppliers, the technical level of domestic vehicle components and the industry's experiences in maintenance. The implementation of the new standards can effectively control the construction scale of vehicle base, reduce the cost of vehicle operation and maintenance, and improve vehicle utilization rate, thus providing a theoretical basis for the construction of regional express vehicle base of urban rail transit and the network resource sharing in the future. The paper starts from the analysis of the growing gap between traditional Chinese bibliography and modern academic development, and it will probe into the original intention of the distribution of Chinese catalogue cards of National Library of Peiping, namely the underlying motivation for Yuan Tung-Li's modern catalogue idea. Next, it depicts National Library of Peiping's early attempts, its active participation in the American academic circles as well as the compilation and distribution of Chinese catalogue cards with the support of the Rockefeller Foundation. Based on the data of 606 questionnaires collected in 23 neighborhoods in Beijing in 2008, this paper analyzes the degree, motivation and implications of homeowners' political participation. First, urban homeowners tend to participate in the rights movements. Second, gender, occupation and the level of income have significant influence on homeowners' participation in these movements. Third, as an important part of Chinese middle class, Beijing homeowners tend to support the incumbent regime and to be in favor of the status quo. Most of them are in favor of the social order and economic growth. Since the early 1990s, urban neighborhoods have seen a rapid growth of protests by homeowners for their "rights." This paper tries to study the origin and development of the rights movements from the perspectives of political process and mobilization structure. Based on field work in several homeowners committees in Beijing, the author argues that the rapid changes of the social structure, mobilization structure and general discourse on the movements contribute to the increase of homeowners' rights movements.
