The paper presents a multi-objective optimization model and its solution algorithm for optimal signal phase sequence at pedestrian two-stage crossing intersections with mixed traffic flow characteristics. The signal sequence optimization objectives are the minimum total signal loss time, the minimum average motor vehicle delay, the minimum average non-motor vehicle delay and the minimum average pedestrian delay. A case study is given and the optimal signal phase sequence considering the comprehensive traffic benefits is obtained by using proposed model. Comparing with original phase sequence schemes, the total loss time, average motor vehicle delay, and average pedestrian delay are reduced by 1.86%,1.43% and 10.43%,respectively. In order to analyze and solve the jitter issue found in the motion process of a new type six-axis robot, eliminate the influence of the robot terminal jitter and improve the accuracy of the robot, this paper proposed a new testing scheme for the jitter analysis of the six-axis robot moving along a path by using the real working condition, excitation-body-receiver vibration transfer model, and experimental testing methods. By combining the vibration test, uniaxial work vibration test and natural frequency test of the robot body, the scheme can effectively analyze the impact of the robot trajectory on the terminal jitter phenomenon. Mann-Kendall test (M-K method) is an effective tool for extracting the trend of a changed sequence, and it is also an important teaching content in the course of applied climatology practice. Because the calculation process of M-K test method is complex, this paper introduces the application of Matlab software to achieve the automatic calculation of statistics in M-K method, and achieves interface operation and automatic mapping based on Matlab/GUI. The design improves the efficiency of processing data and teaching. To satisfy the application requirements of high-speed optical wireless transmission in collegial high-speed data transmission teaching experiment, a high-speed optical wireless transmission instrument is developed, and its performance is evaluated in this paper. The instrument consists of a dielectric conversion module with an IP175GHR chip and an optical module of CS6721, which is a three-in-one intelligent chip, as the main control chip. It has the advantages of small size, low cost and high reliability. Based on the above hardware, an extinction ratio algorithm suitable for the whole temperature range is also proposed. It can maintain the stability of light power in the environment of rather long distance transmission and large temperature transition. Finally, three client software programs are designed according to the characteristics of microcontroller unit (MCU). The test results show that the high-speed optical wireless transmission instrument has stable and fast data transmission ability, and it can quickly establish transmission link in most scenarios. This paper aims to develop a motion control system for wind tunnel experiment, a full mechanical and electrical scheme is proposed to implement the pitch, heave and roll motions of ship models, the hardware system is assembled, and the software system is developed as a shareware to control the system and monitor its real-time motion. In the system, the pitch and heave motions are obtained through eccentric wheel mechanisms, the roll motion is controlled through a servo motor by the software, the software ' s monitoring component employs three sensors to monitor the motions, and use an extra triggering signal to synchronize the motions and measured data of flow. In college campus network experimental teaching system, cloud platform experiment has become main content for big data analysis. So, by using HDFS struck, building a stable, practical experiment platform to meet the experiment course system becomes a new topic of the experimental study of campus network in colleges and universities. In this paper, we use open source cloud computing platform Hadoop as the basic platform for big data analysis experiment. The basic experimental platform is used for data processing optimization. HDFS provides the underlying application support for distributed computing storage, and realizes communication between NameNode and DataNode. The user file is stored into the node through the data block, so that the read and write requests of the client can be processed timely, and the data block can be created, deleted, replicated and mapped with a unified schedule of NameNode. This paper combed the problems existing in engineering training in universities and studied the commonness and characteristics of new engineering, maker education and engineering training under the background of new engineering. Experimental modal analysis is an indispensable part of the structural dynamics course. The traditional modal testing system is expensive. The air flow with sand produced in deep water gas wells has a high flow rate, causing the erosion of screen to be more serious, which is easy to cause sand control failure, affect production and aggravating the cost of workover. In order to accurately monitor the erosion of sand control screens in deep water gas wells, it is more practical and valuable to use the short-time, low-cost simulation experiment to research. In this paper, the overall geometric model of the screen and the geometric model of the pore are constructed, and they can be modified in stages to match the change of pore size during the erosion process. The multi -angle screen erosion model of discrete particles is established and the gas-solid coupling flow model is introduced. The sub-relaxation iteration is used to iteratively calculate the two-phase flow field distribution and the erosion rate of the screen, and a simulation method of screen erosion is formed by applying the XX well for erosion analysis. The simulation experiment of sand control screen erosion proposed in this paper provides a research method and theoretical basis for the optimization of sand control screen and the calculation of erosion rate in deep water gas wells, which is of great significance for ensuring the safe and efficient development of marine oil and gas resources. The present terrestrial heat flow in Qiongdongnan Basin shows a certain distribution law of heat flow in space. The basement of the low-heat flow region in the eastern part of the basin is rigid, while the basement of the high-heat flow region in the basin is toughness. In this paper, considering the influence of basement lithology ( rigidity and toughness ) on the development of fault assemblage in Qiongdongnan Basin, two sets of numerical simulations are carried out. The simulation results show that the overlying strata of the rigid basement is a listric half-graben structure, with asymmetrical one-side step-like graben. One side of the fault depression is a gentle slope, and the boundary of the other side is a normal fault with a large slope. However, the depressions and bulges of the toughness basement are spaced, and secondary faults is often found in the depressions, with a large number of faults and a small fault interval for a single fault. The secondary and tertiary faults in the depressions are also affected by the stiffness and toughness of the basement. In the depressions of the upper part of the rigid basement, there are mainly positive dip faults with the same tendency as the extensional stress, while in the upper part of the toughness basement, there are several groups of faults with the opposite tendency. The determination of the equipment parameters of the shore-based power supply system depends on the short-circuit current of the system. In this paper, the low-pressure ship is taken as an example. According to the ship industry standard and national standard, the initial parameters of the system equipment are determined. The system short-circuit current is respectively calculated and compared by the standard value method and the equivalent voltage source method. Then the Power System Computer Aided Design ( PSCAD) software is used to build the system model, and the simulation analysis is carried out to verify the correctness of the calculation results. In order to meet the demand of high-level talents in oil and gas storage and operation industry for offshore oil and gas development, the paper designed and constructed a six-degree-of-freedom motion test platform to simulate the hull motion of FLNG (LNG Floating Production Storage and of Floating Unit ). During the teaching process, students have guided to carry out innovation experiments and the changes of performance and process parameters of offshore oil and gas installations, and different sloshing conditions have been compared. The results show that the platform sloshing experiment deepens the students' understanding of offshore oil and gas storage and transportation knowledge, improves the ability of scientific: research innovation and solving practical problems, realizes the effective integration and virtuous circle of laboratory resources, and achieves well scientific: research and teaching results. After distributed photovoltaic generation is connected to distribution network, the flow distribution is changed from its normal operation. The original mode is decreasing gradually, and voltage becomes lower, resulting in voltage deviation exceeding the standard and other issues. This limits the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation. Firstly, the paper combines the operation conditions with the topological structure of the distribution network, under the condition of ignoring reactive power and line reactance, to propose a simplified analysis model of voltage drop. Then, from the theoretical point of view, it points out that the position of photovoltaic grid-connected point and access capacity are the main factors affecting the voltage of distribution network. Last, the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments, and the conclusions drawn from the experiment are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The results show that the larger the PV access capacity and the farther the access location are, the greater the line voltage increases. This paper studies anhydrous and hydrated polymorphs of dapoxetine hydrochloride by spectral analysis. Dapoxetine hydrochloride anhydrous crystals were prepared by recrystallization. The anhydrous and hydrated crystals were characterized by thermal analysis (TGA), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Furthermore, the two kinds of crystals of dapoxetine hydrochloride were characterized by Fourier transform infra red (FT-IR) and confocal laser Raman spectroscopy (Raman) at room temperature. The molecular vibration modes of the two crystals were assigned according to the experimental data. Besides, the anhydrous and hydrated crystals of dapoxetine hydrochloride were tested by Raman at variable temperature. The anhydrous and hydrated polymorphs of dapoxetine hydrochloride can be identified by spectroscopy. Medical simulation provides reliable clinical program verification and experience accumulation for medical staff. The simulation of outer tissue materials in simulation plays an important role in the simulation of clinical trials, medical scientific research and teaching demonstration. Therefore, a kind of outer material formula of heart simulation model is studied in this paper. According to the different requirements of the region, the corresponding experimental optimization scheme is adopted. The materials of outer surface layer were optimized and investigated by orthogonal test, four factors, liquid silica gel, curing agent, amount of dye and curing time, were selected for index analysis and verification. The best proportions of the outer materials in the heart simulation model were obtained. Among them, the weight ratio of curing time is the most obvious, the weight of curing agent dosage is the second, and the weight of liquid silica gel and dye dosage is the least. The optimal propo1tion of liquid silica gel is 100 mL, the curing agent is 2 mL, the dye is 17 mL and the curing time is 2 h. Due to the support of orthogonal experiment data, each condition was investigated as a single factor variable. The optimum conditions are drying time 2 h, curing agent dosage 2. 5 mL, and liquid silica gel amount 100 mL. This paper presents a method for testing the dynamic parameters of the contact system. The method is based on the single-degree-of-freedom forced non-resonance method, the vibration test system is used for harmonic excitation, the acceleration sensor is used to collect the excitation signal and the response signal, and the correlation analysis method is used to process the signal, so that the equivalent contact stiffness of the two objects can be obtained, as well a s the equivalent contact damping coefficient. In order to illustrate the application of this method in the analysis of actual mechanical system dynamics, two application cases are given. They are to test dynamic parameters of the 0-ring rubber flexible support system and the "spindle-package-roller" system.
