Mobile Library symbolizes a new direction of digitalized library, it combines the system of mobile communication network and digital library, and use the end mobile to extend and develop the traditional library. This paper aims at the emerging field of mobile library, sums up the development of China' s mobile library by reviewing previous studies and analyzing the implementation of existing mobile library. The paper finds that slow transmission of information, information insecurity, data redundancy, non-conformant of document j reading software and ignorance of staff-retraining in mobile library are the major problems of mobile library in China. This paper comes up with suggestions that focus on the vigorous development of 3G technology, WAP mode, unified format, personnel training to develop mobile library development. Finaaly, the paper proposes the organic integration of mobile library, traditional library and digital library, and points out that the integration is of important significance for the future development of library in China to provide more diversified and new high-level service for more users. Cultivating of innovation and research ability of undergraduate is one of the important indicators for the state to ensure the quality of undergraduate majors in chemistry and chemical engineering. In this paper, we took the preparation of carbon fibers-based composites as a training example, the undergraduates of chemistry and chemical engineering at Yanbian University were selected as research objects based on the extracurricular research and innovation laboratory and the research and innovation team, and the training of scientific research and innovation ability was carried out. The experiment design includes the design route, preparation, structural characterization and adsorption capacity properties study. The results indicate that this training project can stimulate students' independent learning interest, expand their academic vision, cultivate their innovative thinking mode, strengthen their ability of independent analysis and problem solving, and so improves their creative and practical ability. Structural design contest spreads in the college students of civil engineering all over the world, and becomes one of the parts in the theory teaching and experiment practicing. Thus, it is necessary to develop the teaching model in civil engineering. The integration model is explored in this paper based on one of the major courses, "Mechanics of Materials", and on the tenth National Structure Design Contest for College Students. The weakness of the traditional teaching model is improved. The advantage of the proposed integration model is explored and practiced . The creativity, the cooperation, and the construction abilities of the college student are enhanced. The students are more interested and more subjective initiative in this integration model. With the development of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), the positioning technology using satellite has developed towards the direction of diversification instead of using single GPS satellite.
