Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a persistent neurological disorder, its main pathological changes are age spots and neurofibrillary tangles, there is no treatment to prevent its progression currently. Autophagy is an intracellular degradation pathway that maintains cellular homeostasis by removing large insoluble proteins. With the deepening of related studies, it is found that the dysfunction of autophagy is related to the pathological process of AD. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can regulate autophagy and play a protective role in AD, but the specific mechanism is not fully understood. Perioperative neurocognitive disorders（PND) is a complication of the central nervous system after surgical anesthesia, which can threaten the life quality of patients.However, its etiology and mechanism are still unclear. Propofol is the most widely used intravenous anesthetic in clinical anesthesia at present.
