To realize the parallel computing of large-scale reservoir numerical simulation, a new computing platform is established through the high-speed InfiniBand network to connect the CPU nodes of many clusters, and a parallel reservoir numerical simulation software system is installed. This paper put forward different methods of CPU partition load balance optimization, and studied GPU and CPU parallel acceleration technology to improve the timeliness of large-scale complex reservoir numerical simulation. Taking an oilfield as an example, the multi-component and ten million grid model parallel numerical simulation test was carried out, keeping the load balance rate of each CPU partition higher than 90%, and the calculation time reduced by 25%. And as the number of CPU cores increases, the increase of acceleration ratio decreases. The parallel speed of CPU and GPU can be increased by 3. 96-6. 81 times compared with the parallel speed of single CPU. The more CPU cores, the more data exchange capacity of each partition, and the more calculation load GPU bears. The microchannel method can be used to enhance the heat transfer for vitrification preservation. But at ultra-high cooling rates, the channel structure can be affected by the thermal stress caused by the uneven temperature distribution, resulting in the fracture of the structure. To study the variation of thermal stress, a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was established to simulate the two-phase flow in microchannel and its related heat transfer process by using ANSYS Workbench as simulation calculation platform. The whole process of fluid-solid coupling heat transfer in the cooling process was solved, the transient temperature field and transient stress field of the cooling process were obtained at the same time. The maximum thermal stress in the channel structure under different cooling conditions were calculated by simulation to evaluate the reliability of the microchannel structure. Isolation reinforcement has been widely used in Multilayer Masonry Structure to improve the seismic performance. A four-layer masonry structure in the schoolhouses' first-floor isolation reinforcement underneath was studied in this paper. Three types of models were developed, including the original structure, first-floor isolation reinforcement underneath and basic isolation reinforcement, The numerical simulation was performed with SAP2000. The structure was evaluated through modal analysis and dynamic time-history analysis. The result demonstrated that the structures seismic performance has been improved distinctly under the earthquake action after isolation reinforcement. Isolated bearing was posed reasonably. In addition, was compared with basic isolation, arrangement of the isolated bearing under the first floor will not only gain excellent performance of seismic isolation, but it is also convenient to implement efficiently and frugally in the practical application. To research the influence of propagation mode and ratio of main and secondary crack lengths on the intersecting cracks, modeling was established based on the peridynamics (PD) theory. The long range force is introduced into the constitutive equation, and the accuracy of the calculation is improved by interface correction and volume correction Based on this model, the numerical simulation of two-dimensional plate crack growth with intersecting cracks was carried out, and the structural crack growth of T-shaped cracks was simulated. The different effects of length ratio of main crack and secondary crack on crack growth under tensile conditions are analyzed. Nondimensional stress intensity factors were calculated and compared with the analytical solutions. Peridynamics theoretical method can well simulate the structural crack growth of T-shaped cracks. The effect of various structural parameters on the average velocity of the ionic wind pump in the single-needle-ring ionic wind model were studied by numerical simulation combined with orthogonal experimental design, and the optimal structural parameters were obtained. Subsequently, through the array design, the single-needle-ring ion wind was expanded into a large-section ionic wind device. The experimental tests show that the maximum velocity of the developed ionic wind device is 2.55 m/s with the outlet flow rate 1 560.6 L/min and the total power 17.55 W. The pile foundation in slope has to bear the vertical load transfer of the upper structure. It is also subjected to the thrust of the post-landfall slope. Through the indoor model test, the model piles were placed in the middle of slopes with slope angle 15, 30 and 45 degrees, respectively. The effects of different slope angles on the horizontal bearing capacity and bending moment of single pile were evaluated. The 15°, 30° and 45° slope models were all developed by ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate the bearing behavior of the single pile under the complicated load. The results showed that with the increase of slope angle, the earth pressure behind the piles were increased, which increased the horizontal thrust of the piles, It increased the horizontal displacement and bending moment of the pile. The different loading sequence has an effect on the horizontal load characteristics. The horizontal bearing capacity of a single pile can be improved by applying vertical load in advance. In order to study the effects of different factors on rock fragmentation efficiency in mixed rock strata under certain confining pressure, numerical simulation was conducted to study the efficiency of the rock fragmentation by double cutters by PFC3D. 3D models of rock fragmentation of two cutters were developed by PFC3D. The research results indicated that the influence of bedding parameters on specific energy can be neglected. Meanwhile, it is appropriate to replace the specific energy of mixed rock strata with the weighting value between specific energy of different kinds of rock and their cutting length. While the specific energy increases with the increasing of the confining pressure, specific energy decreases with the increasing of penetration under the same confining pressure and spacing. In addition, optimum rate of spacing and penetration can be impacted by confining pressure, but the influence of ratio of cutting length of different kinds of rock can be neglected. A numerical model was developed on the diffusion, migration and concentration distribution of exhausts and particles in atmospheric wind field at Antarctica. The characteristics of diffusion, migration and concentration distribution of exhausts and particles generated by fuel engine was studied using computational fluid dynamics combined with particle dynamics and DSMC (direct simulation Monte Carlo) method. The results show that the mass concentration of NO2 and exhaust temperature decrease rapidly near the exhaust pipe, while the exhaust diffusion decrease slowly away from the exhaust pipe. The collision and cohesion reduces the concentration of the particles in atmospheric wind field, with the reduction of the influence region by the diffusion of particles in the atmospheric environment It increases the mass concentration of particles in each location by the increase of mass flow rate and initial size of the particles and the decrease of the atmospheric wind velocity. To study the deformation disturbance of shield construction on adjacent buildings, the interaction model of tunnel-soil-foundation-building was established by using RIGIDLINK connection of Adina software in the background of shield engineering of Dalian metro tunnel. The formation loss and stress redistribution around the tunnel caused by tunnel excavation were simulated, and then the displacement and internal force variation law of the building structure under the interaction system were obtained. To better study on the effect of refined cycle production time on oilfield development using numerical simulation method and using Gudao oilfield as the research object, 7 kinds of schemes of different steam cycle production time were firstly designed for qualitative analysis, on this basis, 12 schemes were then designed to do quantitative and precise research for the best effect of periodic production time. The results show the simulation reservoir of exploitation effect will be better with the decrease of the production cycle time. A total of 10 huff and puff cycles were designed for the simulation blocks. When the steam huff and puff period, the production time lapse rate was 2~4, the periodic decline rate was 7%, the 5~7 cycle lapse rate was 11%, and the apse rate was 3% after the 7 cycle, the development effect was the best. The numerical simulation results of actual blocks in Gudao Oilfield show that the optimal production time of steam huff and puff cycle is 1.56 X 104 m³ higher than that of the same production cycle with the same production time, and the recovery level is increased by 0.43%.
