To study the stability of open-air slope with fault under seepage, this paper uses FLAC3D numerical simulation technology to establish a mechanical model of the sliding body under fault action, and deduce the expression of the stability coefficient of the longitudinal slope, to simulate the stability of the slope with fault under seepage action. The results show that the sensitivity analysis is carried out on four influencing factors such as elastic modulus of rock mass strength, cohesion, internal friction Angle, and tensile strength of rock mass. By analyzing the displacement, stress, strain and safety factor of slope under different working conditions of these four factors, the sensitivity analysis curve of each parameter is obtained. It can be seen from the sensitivity analysis curve that the cohesion of rock mass has the greatest influence on the slope stability, and the elastic modulus has the least influence on the slope stability. The main influencing factors of slope stability are different at different excavation stages. In the early stage of excavation, the main factor affecting slope stability is fault, which gradually changes to seepage in the later stage. In order to explore the affluence of empty hole on the propagation of biasing cracks, an empty hole blasting damage model is established by comb mg ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite dement software. The equation of stress distribution n the rock mass near the empty hole is deduced theoretically, and the Influence of empty whole effect on the fracture mechanism and crack propagation is analyzed. The results show that the free surface effect of empty hole will cause the sudden Increase of impact pressure and the change of seismic velocity near the empty hole, which leads to the phenomenon of "falling" of rock at the blasting surface. The shock velocity at the back surface of the empty hole is significantly smaller than that at the front surface, which indicates that the empty hole has a good effect of pressure relief and shock reduction. By comparing the analytical solution of the impact pressure and the radius of the fracture zone with the numerical calculation results it is found that the error rate of the impact pressure is 11.81%, and the error of the rams of the fracture zone is only 9.49%, which proves the accuracy of the simulation results in this paper. Rainfall is one of the main factors leading to slope instability. In this paper, taking the slope of a phosphate mine dump in central Yunnan as an example, the influence of continuous rainfall on the stability of the 6s dump slope is studied. Based on the theory of saturated unsaturated soil seepage, the dynamic change, deformation failure, and stability of saturated unsaturated seepage field under continuous heavy rainfall are simulated and calculated by using the indoor unsaturated soil static triaxial test combined with GeoStudio finite element method. The results show that the greater the matrix suction in the initial stage of rainfall, the higher the safety factor of the slope. However, after 12 hours of rainfall, the safety factor is basically not affected by the matrix suction and is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results. The overall stability of the slope is good, which is consistent with the actual situation of the dump. When rainwater infiltrates continuously, the plastic deformation area of multi level bench dump is mainly concentrated at the foot of the slope. The simulation results are generally reliable, which can provide reference for the safety production of multi step dumps in continuous heavy rainfall areas and mine dumps in central Yunnan. In order to realize the recovery and utilization of tailings resources and ensure the safety of tailings ponds during the process of mining. This paper takes the Mapiyi Tailings Pond as the engineering background. Based on the survey and indoor soil test data, the finite element model was established by using the numerical simulation software Midas GTS/NX, and the three dimensional static stress field numerical analysis was carried out for its mining process through FLAC3D. The results show that the maximum principal stress and the minimum principal stress are both negative and the maximum shear stress is positive during the mining process, which indicates that the stress is mainly affected by the compressive stress of the dead weight and the pressure and maximum shear stress corresponding to the minimum and maximum principal stresses decrease as the mining height decreases. The overall displacement of the reservoir area changes with the decrease in the height of the filling dam, but considering the actual construction of the reservoir area mining can be ignored. The tailings pond is in equilibrium during the mining process. When the mining reaches the initial dam crest, the mountain displacement at the side of the tailings pond increases, which means that the monitoring and protection of the mountain around the mining of the tailings pond should be strengthened. According to different types of open-pit mine slope, its failure mode and calculation method of slope stability are different. This paper aims to check the slope stability by analyzing the geological occurrence conditions of 8 typical regional sections of an iron mine and selecting appropriate calculation methods respectively based on the limit equilibrium theory. SLOPK/W module using GeoStudio software is used in this paper to calculate the safety factor of slope under three loads: dead weight+groundwater, dead weight+groundwater-h blasting vibration power, dead weight+groundwater+seismic force. Combined with the characteristics of slope, the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the four methods, including Swedish strip division method, Bishop method, accurate Janbu method and Morgenstern-Price method, are compared. It can provide more reference for the same industry to choose the appropriate calculation method for slope stability analysis. Blasting smoke and dust are major pollution sources that are difficult to treat in open pit mining. Affected by harmful effects such as blasting flying stones and shock waves, it is difficult to directly test the initial concentration and properties of blasting smoke and dust mushroom clouds. As a result, the treatment technology for blasting smoke and dust is lacking, and the scheme design and key parameters are difficult to accurately determine. In this paper, according to the characteristics of instantaneous generation, high-speed and strong diffusion of mushroom smoke in open pit mine blasting, a dust generation model for the deep hole blasting in open pit mine is established. Specifically, the initial characteristics of blasting smoke generation and expansion in the process of rock breaking, throwing, and accumulation are studied by numerical simulation technology, and high-speed photographic tests are carried out on the blasting smoke. The actual blasting smoke and dust cloud diffusion result obtained by the test are compared with the numerical simulation result, and the two are highly consistent. A technical plan for environmental protection at the source in the early stage of the generation and diffusion of blasting smoke and dust has been determined. The explosion water mist field generation technology matching the deep hole blasting has been developed, which provides technical support for the source control of blasting smoke and dust in an open-pit mine. It breaks through the technical problem that the blasting smoke and dust generated in open-pit blasting are difficult to be synchronously controlled on the spot, and achieved a remarkable effect of reducing the dust concentration by more than 40% in the explosion water mist dust reduction test of open pit blasting in Baiyun iron mine. A large number of goaves are left in an iron mine that adopts the method of stage open stoping with subsequent filling mining. To grasp the stability of the goaves, prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, and ensure the safe recovery of resources. this paper provides a method combining surface deformation monitoring and numerical simulation calculation to analyze the stability of goaves. The results show that surface monitoring and numerical simulation are used to evaluate and analyze the integrity of the stope surrounding rock and the stability of the backfill from indirect and direct perspectives. The combination of the two technical means can be more fully and comprehensively demonstrated. And analyze the safety and stability of the goaves. Geological disasters such as landslides, debris flows, and dangerous rock collapses are likely to occur during the mining of deep open-pit mines. To ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the open pit, it is necessary to study on the slope stability of deep open-pit mines. Use 3DMine to build a 3D model of a deep open-pit mine, and then import it into FLAC3D to calculate the stress and strain values of the open-pit mine slope in 8 zones. From the analysis of vertical displacement, the maximum (small)principal stress distribution, and shear strain, it is concluded that there is almost no vertical displacement, and the overall stability of the open-air slope is strong; Strengthen monitoring, introduction of slope intelligent monitoring system in actual engineering, in which a three-dimensional visual slope model is formed by using radar scanning and GNSS online data integration technology to monitor the slope spatial displacement change data in real-time. The actual monitoring results show that the weak surface of the slope is displaced after mining, which is consistent with the numerical simulation results. The innovation of the paper lies in the use of finite element numerical simulation software to establish a three-dimensional open-pit mine overall model for slope stability research. Combined with the three-dimensional intelligent management and control system in actual engineering to monitor tall and large slopes, it can effectively prevent the geological problems encountered in open-pit mining. In response to the problem that none-tight contact of filling body and the roof in the underground mined-out area causing roof damage and surface subsidence, this paper uses physical similar simulation and numerical simulation to study the damage deformation law in the roof in the underground mined-out area in terms of damage form and stress, at the same time, the internal displacement of the roof in underground mined-out area is monitored, which reduces the deviation of the influence of single factor and improves the reasonableness of the stability evaluation of the roof of the mined-out area. Through the physical experiment, it is found that under vertical loading, with the increase of load, cracks first appear in the central area of the roof, and gradually develop to the sidewall, until the model is completely destroyed. Through the numerical simulation experiment, it is found that there is a tensile stress concentration area in the central region, which is the most vulnerable to damage. The monitoring results show that with the increase of load, the displacement of the around roof is smaller than that of the central area, the closer to the roof centre, the smaller the displacement difference of the roof. The physical experiment, numerical simulation experiment and monitoring results are compared, and the three are in good agreement. In order to study the heat transfer characteristics of the arc staring process in industrial silicon, vasa establishing a magneto-hydrodynamic (Magneto-hydrodynamic, MHD) model of heat-flow-electromagnetic coupling in the electric arc furnace, simulated the arc discharge, the gas flow and the furnace temperature of the arc starting process, and the impact of the different current on the arc starting process are explored using COMSOL Multiphysics 5. 4 software. The results show that: under the influence of the large current applied between the two electrodes in the furnace, arc discharge occurs in a short time. In the feasibility study stage of underground mine construction project, the engineering analogy method is commonly used to determine the rock movement angle. However, some reconstruction and expansion projects were restricted by the conditions: some protected objects on the surface may most likely fall into the range of rock movement determined according to the engineering analogy method. In this paper, a method of safety evaluation by numerical simulation was provided to evaluate the rationality of the selection of rock movement angle, and it was applied in a case study.
