Objectives：In mid- to late- April 2024, an extreme heavy rainfall event occurred in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, inducing a large number of landslides in Jiangwan Town, Shaoguan. People lost connection with the outside world for nearly 36 hours, which aroused widespread social concern. Rapidly and accurately identifying the basic characteristics of landslides, development and distribution patterns and formation conditions is crucial for disaster emergency decision-making and risk elimination and disposal. Methods: Using the post-disaster optical remote sensing images and combining with deep learning model, the rainfall-induced landslides in Jiangwan Town, Shaoguan, were quickly and automatically identified. Results:After manually calibration, a total of 1 192 landslides were deciphered, with a total area of about 3.14 km². The scale of the landslides was dominated by small and medium-sized landslides, which were mainly distributed as an aggregated belt along the river in the northeast-southwest direction, with a significant characteristic of concentrated occurrence. Spatial statistical analysis showed that the landslides were mainly distributed on concave slopes with slopes of 10°-30° in the range of 200-300 m elevation. Further quantitative analysis of the geomorphic controlling factors of landslides using the random forest model and SHAP theory reveals that different topographic and geomorphic factors have different degrees of nonlinear effects on landslide formation, and that multiple factors such as elevation, slope, and catchment conditions are coupled to jointly control the formation of landslides. Conclusions: This paper highlights the great advantage of deep learning-based intelligent identification and analysis technology in the emergency investigation and formation conditions analysis of landslide disasters, which can provide important technical support for the rapid assessment of disaster losses and risk identification. [Objective] The aims of this study are to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of land ecological security in the Yellow River Basin, to clarify its deductive law, and to help accelerate the construction and development of ecological civilization in the Yellow River Basin. [Methods] Based on the statistical data from 2012 to 2021, 58 cities in the Yellow River Basin were selected as the research unit. system of evaluation index was established, integrated entropy weight TOPSIS method and Moran index were used to explore the temporal and spatial evolution law, and grey prediction GM(1.1) model was used to explore future trend. [Results] (1) In terms of time, the whole level of land ecological security was not high in Yellow River Basin, but showed a trend of good development year by year, and experienced an improvement from sensitive level' to good level'. (2) From the spatial distribution point of view, the land ecological security presented the characteristics of large cohabitation and small aggregation' which always showed a step-shaped distribution pattern of 'the highest level in downstream was, the medium level in the middle reaches, and the lowest level in upper reaches'. (3) The land ecological security of the Yellow River Basin had obvious positive correlation in space and significant agglomeration characteristics, Locally, the high safety values (H-H) were clustered in Shandong and Henan, the low safety value are clustered in Qinghai, Gansu and Shaanxi of the middle and upper reaches. (4) From 2022 to 2025, the land ecological security level will maintain a steady rise, and the land ecological security level will remain at 'good level'. [Conclusion] The level of land ecological security in the Yellow River Basin continues to improve, but the overall level is not high, and land ecosystem governance and joint protection in the areas along the basin should be continually promoted. Objective To screen the risk factors related to primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN) based on radiomics. Methods A total of 48 patients with PTN admitted to Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected. The mean arterial pressure (MAP) of the patients was measured, and the neurovascular compression model was constructed by head MRI examination. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to screen for risk factors associated with PTN, and the predictive efficacy was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve according to the risk factors. Results Among 48 patients, 42 patients (87.50%) had unilateral lesions and 6 patients (12.50%) had bilateral lesions. The MAP was 56.89-120.44 mm Hg, with an average of (94.32 ± 11.34) mm Hg. The neurovascular compression model of 54 cases was divided into the affected side (n = 40) and the healthy side (n = 14) according to whether the disease occurred. The neurovascular compression area (Z = -2.823, P = 0.005) and neurovascular pressure (Z = -0.365, P = 0.006) on the affected side were greater than those on the healthy side. Logistic regression analyses showed that high neurovascular pressure (OR = 1.001, 95%CI: 1.0003-1.0022; P = 0.011) was a risk factor for PTN. ROC showed the area under the curve (AUC) of neurovascular compression area for predicting PTN was 0.747 (95%CI: 0.605-0.890, P = 0.006), the sensitivity was 42.50%, the specificity was 100%, and the cut-off value was 25.34 mm². The AUC of neurovascular pressure was 0.755 (95%CI: 0.616-0.895, P = 0.005), the sensitivity was 67.50%, the specificity was 78.60%, and the cut-off value was 1672.99 mm Hg⋅mm². In order to understand the basic soil properties of cultivated land in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, this study collected 88 soil samples in the autumn of 2021. After preparation and laboratory testing, five attribute values of soil organic matter (SOM), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), total potassium (TK), and pH were obtained. Based on the ordinary Kriging interpolation function in the statistical analysis module of ArcGIS software, the spatial distribution characteristics of soil attributes were obtained. The results showed that the SOM, TN, TP, and TK in Taicang City were 25.26, 1.48, 1.45 and 10.53 g/kg, respectively. In terms of spatial distribution, SOM and TN have certain similarities, showing an overall trend of "high in the west and low in the east"; TP and TK are "high in the north and low in the south" and "high in the east and low in the west", respectively. Background and objective Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a rare subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), which is featured by low incidence, high malignancy rate, robust aggressive behavior and inferior prognosis. To date, there is no standardized treatment. The aim of this study is to better understand and accumulate more clinical experience of the disease by summarizing the clinicopathological features, diagnosis methods, therapeutic regimen and prognostic factors of PSC. Methods A total of 39 patients with PSC who diagnosed and received treatment in Beijing Chest Hospital from December 2013 to December 2023 were retrospectively recruited, and information including demographic characteristics, clinicopathological features, tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage, diagnosis method and therapeutic regimen were carefully collected. Meanwhile, follow-up was conducted. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the prognostic factors of the disease. Results The PSC patients in this study ranged in age from 45 to 76 years old, including 35 males and 4 females. There were no specific clinical manifestations of PSC at initial diagnosis. Among the 39 patients, 20 underwent surgical resection and 19 received palliative chemoradiation or symptomatic supportive treatment. The 1-year and 5-year survival rates were 61.90% and 35.20% respectively. Univariate analysis indicated that family history of carcinoma, primary tumor site, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, whether or not received surgical resection, surgical method, treatment regimens, tumor tissue programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression ≥1% and mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET) pathway abnormalities were correlated with the overall survival (OS) of patients (P<0.05). In the subsequent multivariate analysis, lymph node metastasis emerged as the only independent prognosticator in predicting inferior OS (P=0.037). Conclusion PSC is rarely seen in clinical practice and commonly occurs in elder men with smoking history. Tumor tissue PD-L1 expression ≥1% and MET abnormalities may predict inferior prognosis of PSC and lymph node metastasis was determined as the independent prognosticator of PSC. Surgical resection along with adjuvant medical treatment is the cornerstone for early and locally advanced patients, and the clinical utility of molecular targeting therapy and immunotherapy in PSC needs to be further investigated. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region faces the dual challenges of reducing CO2 emissions and controlling the PM2.5 concentration. The study of the synergistic control effect of CO2 and PM2.5 and the evolutionary characteristics of the regulatory factors in this region is of great significance for its high-quality economic development and environmental improvement. Based on population raster data, nighttime light data and statistical yearbook data from 2005 to 2020, the coordinate system of co-control effects and the geographically and temporally weighted regression model are used to explore the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of the synergistic control effect and the mechanism of regulatory factors in the region. The results show that the areas in the region with the synergistic control effect of CO2 emissions and PM2.5 concentration shows an upward-downward-upward trend, which reaches the highest in 2019, accounting for the highest proportion of 68.15%. Cities with developed tertiary industries, abundant clean energy or reasonable industrial layout are more likely to realize the synergistic control effect of CO2 emissions and PM2.5 concentration. Overall, industrial structure, R&D expenditures, level of external openness and amount of precipitation are the main factors that synergistically control CO2 emissions and PM2.5 concentration in the region. Objective: To screen the key genes affecting the prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer (GC) patients and to analyze the value of the key gene microfibrillar-associated protein 2 (MFAP2) in suggesting the prognosis and the sensitivity of immunotherapy of GC patients. Methods: The expression profile data and clinical information of gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues were downloaded from the TCGA database. Genes significantly associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer were screened by weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and univariate Cox regression analysis. Multiple patient cohorts were used to assess the prognostic value of the key gene MFAP2 and analyze its efficacy and clinicopathological correlation. Multiple online databases and algorithms were used to analyze the correlation between MFAP2 and the tumor immune microenvironment. Immunophenotyping score (IPS) combined with immunotherapy patient cohort was used to analyze the value of MFAP2 in predicting the responsiveness of immunotherapy. Differential expression of MFAP2 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues was verified with multiple datasets. Results: The blue module showed the highest correlation with survival outcomes of GC patients (R=0.17, P<0.001). Further intersections were taken with prognosis-related genes, and a total of 20 key genes were screened. High expression of the key gene MFAP2 suggested poor prognosis and pathological progression of GC (HR>1, P<0.05). MFAP2 was closely associated with cancer-associated fibroblasts, and GC patients with high expression of MFAP2 were more insensitive to immunotherapy. The high expression of MFAP2 mRNA in GC was verified by multiple datasets (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: High expression of MFAP2 is a predictive factor for poor prognosis and response to immunotherapy in GC patients. Objective: To explore the effects of homologous recombination repair (HRR) gene mutations on the immunotherapy efficacy and the prognosis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Methods: Clinical data of 124 patients with advanced NSCLC who received PD-1 inhibitor treatment between March 2018 and April 2023 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected. The patients were divided into the mutant group (n=57 cases) and the wild group (n=67 cases) according to the presence or absence of HRR gene mutations. The differences in clinical characteristics and immunotherapy efficacy between the two groups were analyzed by Chi-square test or Fisher's exact test. Kaplan-Meier method was used to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) of the two groups, and univariate and multivariate Cox regression were employed to analyze the factors affecting PFS. Results: The proportions of squamous cell carcinoma and tumor mutation burden (TMB) ≥10 mut/Mb were significantly higher in the HRR gene mutant group than in the wild group (54.4% vs 32.8%, 61.4% vs 29.9%, all P<0.05). The objective response rate (ORR) was 17.5% and 10.4% (P=0.252), and the disease control rate (DCR) was 86.0% and 73.1% (P=0.080) for patients in the HRR gene mutant group and the wild group, respectively. There was a significant difference in PFS of the HRR gene mutant group and the wild group (6.8 months vs 3.9 months, P<0.001). Multivariate analysis showed that HRR gene mutations (HR=0.550, 95%CI [0.352, 0.860], P=0.009) and the number of immunotherapy lines (HR=0.468, 95%CI[0.312, 0.702], P<0.001) were significantly correlated with PFS. Conclusion: The immunotherapy efficacy of the HRR gene mutant group is better than that of the wild group. Objective To explore the correlation between functional connectivity (FC) in the brains of Parkinson's disease (PD) patients with depression and the improvement rate of depression after subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation (STN-DBS). Methods This study included 38 PD patients (25 with depression and 13 without depression) who underwent STN -DBS at The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from September 2019 to April 2020. All participants underwent resting-state fMRI. The severity of depression was assessed using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17 Items (HAMD-17) before and 2 years after the surgery, and the improvement rate of depression was calculated. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between FC and the improvement rate of depression in PD patients with depression. Results There were 34 different FC between PD patients with and without depression compared to control group (P = 0.000, for all). Among patients with PD, those with depression showed 4 distinct FC compared to those without depression, including left precuneus-right supplementary motor area (t = 6.028, P = 0.000), right insula-right lateral orbital gyrus (t = 5.525, P = 0.000), left paracentral lobule-left precuneus (t = 5.545, P = 0.000), and right paracentral lobule - left precuneus (t = 5.578, P = 0.000). Spearman rank correlation analysis revealed a negative correlation between the zFC values of right precuneus-right insula (rs = - 0.544, P = 0.009) and left temporal pole-left insula (rs = - 0.765, P = 0.010) and the improvement rate of depression in PD patients with depression. Conclusions The FC of right precuneus-right insula and left temporal pole-left insula in PD patients with depression is negatively associated with the improvement rate of depression. By testing and analyzing the electrical characteristic data of signal equipment, it is possible to grasp the trend of equipment operation status and detect abnormal performance of signal equipment in advance. The electrical characteristic parameter indicators of signal equipment are related to their working modes. When the signal equipment operates in diff erent working modes, the magnitude of its operating voltage, current, and other values will change with changes in the working mode. In the case of multi-mode mixed-sampling statistics, it is difficult to quickly distinguish between normal and abnormal changes in data. Taking signal equipment such as tracks and switches as examples, this study explores new ideas for statistical analysis of operating trends of signal equipment in multi-state mode through working mode recognition, data sampling, and statistical analysis of electrical characteristics trends in diff erent modes. Objective To examine the levels of systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) and serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP), and to explore the predictive value of SIRI, Lp-PLA2 and their combination for delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP). Methods Total 265 patients with ACOP diagnosed and treated in Harrison International Peace Hospital of Hebei Medical University, The Second People's Hospital of Hengshui and The No.4 People's Hospital of Hengshui from March 2020 to March 2023 were included. SIRI and serum Lp-PLA2 levels were measured. According to the occurrence of DEACMP, they were divided into DEACMP group (n = 32) and non -DEACMP group (n = 233), while according to the degree of poisoning, they were divided into mild poisoning group (n = 20), moderate poisoning group (n = 107) and severe poisoning group (n = 138). Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to screen the risk factors of DEACMP in patients with ACOP, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive efficacy of SIRI, Lp - PLA2 and their combination for DEACMP. Results The levels of SIRI (t = 13.068, P = 0.000) and serum Lp-PLA2 (t = 8.208, P = 0.000) in DEACMP group were higher than those in non-DEACMP group, and their levels gradually increased with the severity of poisoning, the levels of SIRI (t = 8.764, P = 0.000; t = 4.586, P = 0.000) and Lp-PLA2 (t = 3.726, P = 0.000; t = 2.038, P = 0.044) in the severe poisoning group and moderate poisoning group were higher than those in the mild poisoning group, and the levels of SIRI and serum Lp-PLA2 in the severe poisoning group were also higher than those in the moderate poisoning group (t = 10.294, P = 0.000; t = 2.700, P = 0.007). Logistic regression analysis showed the severe poisoning (OR = 11.695, 95%CI: 4.893-39.994; P = 0.000), SIRI increased (OR = 1.600, 95%CI: 1.033-2.476; P = 0.001) and Lp-PLA2 increased (OR = 11.302, 95%CI: 1.486-38.933; P = 0.000) were risk factors of DEACMP in patients with ACOP. ROC curve showed that area under the curve (AUC) predicted by Lp-PLA2, SIRI and their combination were 0.82 (95%CI: 0.754-0.894, P = 0.000), 0.82 (95%CI: 0.739-0.895, P = 0.000) and 0.87 (95%CI: 0.805-0.934, P = 0.000), sensitivity were 0.66, 0.72 and 0.84, specificity were 0.85, 0.88 and 0.90, respectively. The prediction efficiency of Lp-PLA2 combined with SIRI was better than that of Lp- PLA2 (t = 2.198, P = 0.027) or SIRI (t = 2.268, P = 0.023) alone. Conclusions DEACMP is easy to occur when SIRI and serum Lp-PLA2 were high in patients with ACOP. The combined detection of Lp-PLA2 and SIRI can be used for early screening of DEACMP. Objective To screen factors influencing the neurological prognosis following lumboperitoneal shunt (LPS) in patients with hydrocephalus. Methods Total 136 patients who underwent LPS in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2014 to January 2020. The short-term neurological prognosis post-surgery were evaluated by modified Rankin Scale (mRS) at discharge. Univariate and multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analyses were conducted to screen factors affecting neurological prognosis. Results Of the 136 patients, 65 were categorized into the good prognosis group (mRS score ≤ 3), and 71 into the poor prognosis group (mRS score > 3). Logistic regression analysis indicated that an admission Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 9-12 (OR = 7.800, 95%CI: 7.205-8.443; P = 0.000) and 3-8 (OR = 6.299, 95%CI: 5.744-6.907; P = 0.006), as well as etiologies including traumatic brain injury (OR = 27.681, 95%CI: 24.270-31.572; P = 0.000), cerebral hemorrhage (OR = 13.017, 95%CI: 11.473-14.769; P = 0.005), subarachnoid hemorrhage (OR = 17.682, 95%CI: 15.683-19.935; P = 0.001), and other causes (OR = 5.851, 95%CI: 5.166-6.628; P = 0.050) were risk factors for poor short-term neurological prognosis in patients with hydrocephalus undergoing LPS. Conclusions The neurological prognosis after LPS in patients with hydrocephalus is influenced by multiple factors. Objective To screen the risk factors of hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after traumatic brain injury (TBI), and construct a Bayesian network model based on the risk factors. Methods A total of 77 patients with cerebral hernia after TBI who underwent decompressive craniotomy in Nanjing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from March 2020 to January 2022 were included. They were divided into hydrocephalus group (n = 25) and non - hydrocephalus group (n = 52) according to whether hydrocephalus was complicated after surgery. The risk factors of hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after TBI were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses. The Bayesian network model was constructed based on the risk factors, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curve were drawn and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test was conducted. Results In hydrocephalus group, the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score at admission (t = 2.178, P = 0.032), the ratio of cerebrospinal fluid replacement after lumbar puncture (χ² = 8.675, P = 0.003), and the level of β2 -microglobulin after operation (t = 11.146, P = 0.000) were lower than those in non-hydrocephalus group, while subarachnoid hemorrhage (χ² = 5.901, P = 0.015), bilateral operation (χ² = 6.441, P = 0.011), the ratio of dural unstitched during operation (χ² = 9.759, P = 0.002), postoperative intraventricular hemorrhage (χ² = 8.938, P = 0.003), postoperative midline displacement > 10 mm (χ² = 7.589, P = 0.006), and intracranial infection (χ² = 4.519, P = 0.034), as well as postoperative coma time (t = 2.709, P = 0.008) were higher than those in non-hydrocephalus group. Logistic regression analysis showed that subarachnoid hemorrhage (OR = 1.885, 95%CI: 1.432-2.240; P = 0.012), dural unstitched during operation (OR = 1.468, 95%CI: 1.215-1.930; P = 0.006), long postoperative coma time (OR = 1.574, 95%CI: 1.358-1.926; P = 0.007), postoperative intraventricular hemorrhage (OR = 1.550, 95%CI: 1.254-1.768; P = 0.010), the level of β2- microglobulin increased after operation (OR = 1.622, 95%CI: 1.165-1.840; P = 0.004) were risk factors for hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after TBI. Based on these 5 factors, the Bayesian network model was constructed, and the area under ROC curve was 0.886 (95%CI: 0.823-0.925, P = 0.000). The calibration curve showed that there was a good consistency between the predicted probability and the actual probability, while the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test showed no significant difference (χ² = 8.760, P = 0.232), which indicated that the model had good discrimination, calibration and accuracy. Conclusions Subarachnoid hemorrhage, dural unstitched during operation, long postoperative coma time, postoperative intra ventricular hemorrhage, and elevated β2 - microglobulin level are the risk factors for hydrocephalus after decompressive craniectomy in patients with cerebral hernia after TBI. The operation of cascade reservoirs has significantly altered the spatiotemporal features of downstream floods, while the current flood regional composition methods do not quantitatively consider the most unfavorable or worst situation for hydraulic structure design and flood control. In this paper, we proposed the most unfavorable regional composition ( MURC) method that is based on the hazard risk theory and derived by flood volume from uncontrolled downstream sub- basin and corresponding allocation probability. The case study in the Yalong River cascade reservoirs indicates that: the flood volume allocated into uncontrolled sub- basin by MURC method is always greater than the equal frequency regional composition method and the most likely regional composition method; the design flood peak, 3- day and 7- day flood volumes of the estuary section estimated by MURC method are 16 700 m³ / s, 4. 16 billion, and 8. 51 billion m³, respectively, which are all larger than the values estimated by other regional composition methods. Theoretical derivation and statistical experiment analysis further prove that the MURC method can rationally allocate flood volume and balance the downstream flood control risk, which is worth for further study and practical application. Background and objective With further understanding and research into non-small cell lung cancer with tumours ≤2 cm in maximum diameter, segmental lung resection is able to achieve the same long-term prognosis as lobectomy. However, there are few studies on the prognostic effect of wedge resection on small volume invasive lung adenocarcinoma with an invasion depth of 0.5 to 1.0 cm. Therefore, this study focuses on the clinical efficacy and prognosis of wedge resection in patients with small-volume invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 208 patients who underwent surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University from February 2016 to December 2017 was made, and the postoperative pathological results confirmed small volume invasive lung adenocarcinoma. According to their surgical methods, they were divided into lobectomy group (n=115), segmentectomy group (n=48) and wedge resection group (n=45). Kaplan-Meier survival curve estimation and Cox proportional risk regression model were used to explore the influence of different surgical methods on the prognosis of patients with small volume invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Results The wedge resection group had better perioperative outcomes compared with the segmentectomy group and lobectomy group, with statistically significant differences in intraoperative bleeding (P=0.036), postoperative drainage (P<0.001), operative time (P=0.018), postoperative time with tubes (P=0.001), and postoperative complication rate (P=0.006). There were no significant differences when comparing the three groups in terms of survival rate (lobectomy group vs segmentectomy group, P=0.303; lobectomy group vs wedge resection group, P=0.742; and segmentectomy group vs wedge resection group, P=0.278) and recurrence-free survival rate (lobectomy group vs segmentectomy group, P=0.495; lobectomy group vs wedge resection group, P=0.362; segmentectomy group vs wedge resection group, P=0.775). Univariate and multivariate survival analyses showed that consolidation tumor ratio (CTR) was the prognostic factor of overall survival and revurrence-free survival for patients with small-volume invasive lung adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). Conclusion Wedge resection in patients with small volume invasive lung adenocarcinoma can achieve long-term outcomes similar to segmentectomy and lobectomy. Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of PD-1 antibody versus high-dose interferon in the adjuvant treatment of stage IIB-IIID melanoma patients after surgery. Methods: Clinical data of patients with stage IIB-IIID cutaneous and acral melanoma admitted into Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, the affiliated hospital of Nanjing University Medical School between September 2013 and September 2022 were retrospectively collected. All patients received high-dose interferon (HDI) or PD-1 antibody as adjuvant therapy after surgery. Univariate survival analysis was performed and survival curves were plotted by the Kaplan-Meier method; Log-Rank method was used to analyze and assess whether the differences in RFS, DMFS, and OS between the groups were statistically significant, and prognostic factors were evaluated by univariate and multivariate Cox regression. Results: A total of 91 patients were enrolled in this study with a median follow-up of 31.0 months. The median RFS was 29.2 and 32.3 months in the HDI group and the PD-1 antibody group, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (HR=0.90, 95%CI [0.50, 1.64]; P=0.736). The median DMFS and the median OS in the HDI group were 36.0 and 109.2 months respectively, and neither was reached in the PD-1 antibody group (both P>0.05). The most common site of first distant metastasis in both groups was the lung, and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of distant metastasis at any site (P>0.05). By univariate Cox analysis, compared with PD-1, antibody HDI reduced the risk of distant metastasis in patients with BRAFV600E/K mutations (HR=10.03, 95% CI [1.10, 91.35]; P=0.041). Subgroup analyses showed that in patients with cutaneous and acral melanoma, the difference in RFS between the HDI group and the PD-1 antibody group was not statistically significant (both P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the HDI group and the PD-1 antibody group was 83.3% and 79.1%, respectively, most of which were grade 1 or 2. No deaths related to adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: In this study, there was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy and safety between PD-1 antibody and HDI adjuvant therapy for malignant melanoma patients. Patients with BRAFV600E/K mutations may benefit more from HDI. Objective To explore the factors influencing the severity of acute phase and short-term prognosis of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis, and search for potential indicators for assessing disease severity and predicting prognosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis admitted to West China Hospital, Sichuan University from January 2020 to July 2023 were included. According to the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) during the acute phase, they were divided into mild group (mRS ≤ 3 score, n = 25) and severe group (mRS > 3 score, n = 35), as well as good outcome group (mRS ≤ 3 score, n = 32) and poor outcome group (mRS > 3 score, n = 28) based on the mRS score after one month of treatment at our hospital. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to determine the risk factors of anti-NMDAR encephalitis with severe condition during the acute phase and poor short-term prognosis. Results Logistic regression analysis showed consciousness disorder (OR = 8.975, 95%CI: 2.048-39.327; P = 0.004) and high level of neutrophil percentage-to-albumin ratio (NPAR; OR = 5.004, 95%CI: 1.138-22.011, P = 0.033) were the risk factors of anti-NMDAR encephalitis with severe condition during the acute phase, while high level of serum IgE was the protective factor (OR = 0.994, 95%CI: 0.989-0.999; P = 0.026). Female (OR = 4.380, 95%CI: 1.205-15.929; P = 0.025), consciousness disorder (OR = 5.493, 95%CI: 1.535-19.657; P = 0.009) and high level of NPAR (OR = 2.949, 95%CI: 1.010-8.612; P = 0.048) were the risk factors of anti-NMDAR encephalitis with poor short-term prognosis. Conclusions Consciousness disorder, low serum IgE level and high NPAR are risk factors of anti-NMDAR encephalitis with severe condition during the acute phase, while female, consciousness disorder and high NPAR are risk factors of anti-NMDAR encephalitis with poor short-term prognosis. Background and objective Cystic lung cancer, a special type of lung cancer, has been paid more and more attention. The most common pathological type of cystic lung cancer is adenocarcinoma. The invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma is vital for the selection of clinical treatment and prognosis. The aim of this study is to analyze the multiple clinical features of cystic lung adenocarcinoma, explore the independent risk factors of its invasiveness, and establish a risk prediction model. Methods A total of 129 cases of cystic lung adenocarcinoma admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into pre-invasive group [atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) and minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA)] and invasive group [invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC)] according to pathological findings. There were 47 cases in the pre-invasive group, including 19 males and 28 females, with an average age of (51.23±14.96) years. There were 82 cases in the invasive group, including 60 males and 22 females, with an average age of (61.27±11.74) years. Multiple clinical features of the two groups were collected, including baseline data, imaging data and tumor markers. Univariate analysis, LASSO regression and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen out the independent risk factors of the invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma, and the risk prediction model was established. Results In univariate analysis, age, gender, smoking history, history of emphysema, neuron-specific enolase (NSE), number of cystic airspaces, lesion diameter, cystic cavity diameter, nodule diameter, solid components diameter, cyst wall nodule, smoothness of cyst wall, shape of cystic airspace, lobulation, short burr sign, pleural retraction, vascular penetration and bronchial penetration were statistically different between the pre-invasive group and invasive groups (P<0.05). The above variables were processed by LASSO regression dimensionality reduction and screened as follows: age, gender, smoking history, NSE, number of cystic airspaces, lesion diameter, cystic cavity diameter, cyst wall nodule, smoothness of cyst wall and lobulation. Then the above variables were included in multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Cyst wall nodule (P=0.035) and lobulation (P=0.001) were found to be independent risk factors for the invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). The prediction model was established as follows: P=e^x/(1+e^x), x=-7.927+1.476* cyst wall nodule+2.407* lobulation, and area under the curve (AUC) was 0.950. Conclusion Cyst wall nodule and lobulation are independent risk factors for the invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma, which have certain guiding significance for the prediction of the invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma. Objective To evaluate the reliability, validity and diagnostic accuracy of the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging Epilepsy Algorithm (CLSA-EA) questionnaire (Chinese version) in screening Chinese adult epilepsy. Methods From August to October 2022, a total of 384 subjects and patients were included, who were respectively screened from urban and rural communities in Chengdu, Sichuan, and Department of Neurology of West China Hospital, Sichuan University. The CLSA-EA questionnaire (Chinese version) was used for the survey. Epilepsy was diagnosed according to 2014 International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) criteria. Kappa coefficient and Cronbach's α coefficient were used to evaluate test-retest reliability and internal consistency, respectively. Construct validity was used to test validity. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnostic consistency κ value were calculated by confusion matrix method to evaluate the effect of screening. Results Finally, 348 questionnaires were obtained, including 190 epileptic cases (54.60%) and 158 non-epileptic cases (45.40%), of which 244 were retested subjects, including 123 epileptic cases (50.41%) and 121 non-epileptic cases (49.59%). Retest reliability analysis in epileptic cases showed that the consistency of items Q3a, Q3biii, Q3biv, Q4a and Q4b in CLSA-EA questionnaire (Chinese version) had moderate consistency (0.400 ≤ κ < 0.750; P = 0.000, for all). Items Q1, Q2, Q3bi, Q3bii, Q3bv, Q3bviand Q3bvii had poor consistency (0.000 ≤ κ < 0.400; P < 0.05, for all). In non-epileptic cases, the consistencies of items Q2, Q3a, Q3bi, Q4a and Q4b were moderate (P = 0.000, for all), Q3bv and Q3bviwere poor (P = 0.000, for all), and no consistencies of Q3bii, Q3biii and Q3biv were found (P > 0.05, for all). The internal consistency evaluation in epileptic cases showed that the internal consistency of all items and the sum of all items in the CLSA-EA questionnaire (Chinese version) were poor (Cronbach's α coefficient < 0.700). The internal consistency of items Q4a and Q4b for non-epileptic patients was also poor, but other items and the sum of all items were acceptable (Cronbach's α coefficient 0.700-0.800). The structural validity analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the four factors was only 43%, and items Q1 and Q3a were not incorporated into the factors. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and consistency of CLSA-EA2 epilepsy determination algorithm were higher (> 0.900, for all). Conclusions The CLSA-EA questionnaire (Chinese version) has high sensitivity and specificity, which can guide the preliminary screening of epilepsy in China. Objective To analyze the risk factors for dismal prognosis in patients with cryptococcal meningitis and construct a prediction scoring system Nomogram model. Methods A total of 100 patients with cryptococcal meningitis who treated with anticryptococcal therapy admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2010 to August 2022 were selected. The patients were divided into favorable prognosis group (n = 19) and dismal prognosis group (n = 81) according to the results of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cryptococcal culture during hospitalization and clinical symptoms and signs at the time of discharge. Risk factors were screened by using univariate and multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analyses. A Nomogram model was constructed based on the risk factors, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curves of the model were plotted, and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test was performed. Results The proportion of patients in the dismal prognosis group with Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) score (Z =-3.898, P = 0.000), CSF pressure > 250 mm H2O (χ² = 9.512, P = 0.002) and duration of antifungal treatment < 14 d (χ² = 17.847, P = 0.000) on admission were higher than those in the favorable prognosis group, and the blood routine red blood cell count (t =-2.802, P = 0.006) and lymphocyte count (Z =-2.878, P = 0.004), plasma albumin (t =-4.332, P = 0.000), and the proportion of amphotericin B application (χ² = 4.597, P = 0.032) were lower than those in the favorable prognosis group. Logistic regression analysis showed the admission high NRS 2002 score (OR = 3.258, 95%CI: 1.337-7.940; P = 0.009), CBF pressure > 250 mm H2O (OR = 0.108, 95%CI: 0.018-0.659; P = 0.016), and the duration of antifungal treatment < 14 d (OR = 0.092, 95%CI: 0.011-0.742; P = 0.025) were risk factors for dismal prognosis of cryptococcal meningitis. A Nomogram model was constructed based on the above 3 risk factors, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.927 (95%CI: 0.873-0.980, P = 0.000), which predicted a cut-off value of 53.50 points for dismal prognosis in cryptococcal meningitis; the calibration curve (with good consistency), and the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test (χ² = 2.694, P = 0.912) indicated that the model had good discrimination, calibration and stability. Conclusions Patients with cryptococcal meningitis with a high NRS 2002 score, CSF pressure > 250 mm H2O, and antifungal treatment < 14 d had a dismal prognosis, and the Nomogram model constructed accordingly has a high predictive value of dismal prognostic risk. Objective To analyze the clinical features and prognostic factors of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) encephalitis. Methods A total of 51 patients with HSV-1 encephalitis hospitalized in He'nan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to September 2023 were selected, and their clinical data, laboratory and imaging examination results were recorded. The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the prognosis of patients and the recovery of neurological function after brain injury. Univariate and multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analyses were screened for risk factors of adverse prognosis of HSV-1 encephalitis. Results The main symptoms of 51 cases were fever and headache. The serological examination results showed increased white blood cell count (14 cases), increased neutrophil count (14 cases), decreased lymphocyte count (8 cases), and decreased serum sodium level (17 cases). Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) examination by lumbar puncture showed increased CSF pressure (18 cases), increased white blood cell count (28 cases), increased protein (32 cases), and increased glucose (15 cases). There were 48 patients who underwent head MRI examination, and 43 patients (89.58%) showed obvious brain region involvement on head MRI, among which 35 patients (72.92%) with positive MRI showed typical unilateral or bilateral temporal and frontal lobe involvement, and 8 cases (16.67%) with increased cerebral pia mater enhancement. 66.67% (34/51) of the patients recovered completely within 6 months after discharge, 21.57% (11/51) of the patients had sequelae, and the fatality rate was 11.76% (6/51). There were 34 (66.67%) patients with good prognosis and 17 (33.33%) patients with adverse prognosis. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed age increased (OR = 1.090, 95%CI: 1.020-1.200; P = 0.023) and increased CSF glucose level (OR = 23.800, 95%CI: 23.800-1250.000; P = 0.030) were risk factors for adverse prognosis in HSV-1 encephalitis patients. Conclusions Increased aging and CSF glucose level are risk factors for the adverse prognosis in HSV-1 encephalitis patients. [Introduction] Since the initiation of China's "reform and opening up" policy in 1978, Guangdong Province has achieved significant progress in economic growth and energy sector development. The provincial economy has shifted from rapid growth to emphasizing high-quality development. In the face of profound changes unseen in a century around the world and the imminent need to achieve "carbon peak and neutrality" goals, as well as industrial transformation and upgrading, the underlying relationship between energy consumption and economic development has gradually evolved in Guangdong. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of this new relationship serves as a theoretical grounding for the allotment of resources and utilization of opportunities arising under the "carbon peak and neutrality" goals, which is indispensable to facilitating high-quality and coordinated development in the energy sector and economy development. [Method] A quantitative analysis of the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in different development stages of Guangzhou since 1987 was presented, using representative energy and economic indicators and through the Granger causality test. [Result] The results reveal that the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in Guangdong is not statistically consistent throughout the entire period from 1987 until now. However, economic development became a significant Granger cause for the surge in energy consumption after Guangdong entered its middle and later stage of industrialization in the mid-90s. [Conclusion] Guangdong has experienced a changing relationship between energy and economy in its different stages of development since 1987. The rapid growth of the manufacturing sector has stimulated the growth in energy consumption, exhibiting a distinct characteristic of demand-driven growth.

To meet the requirements for automated testing during equipment maintenance for odometers in urban rail transit, this paper first compares different measurement methods of odometers, and then proposes a quick measurement method of odometers that is suitable for field maintenance. It also makes the proposal that, to improve the accuracy of the test results of odometers, statistical analysis of their dynamic performance indicators should be performed, rather than testing and analysis of their static performance indicators. Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of serum 8-hydroxy deoxyguanosine (8 - OHdG) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and cognitive dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods From February 2021 to February 2022, 126 patients with PD in The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were divided into normal cognitive function group (PDN group, n = 41), mild cognitive impairment group (PD-MCI group, n = 47) and Parkinson's disease dementia group (PDD group, n = 38), and 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Hoehn-Yahr staging was used to evaluate the severity of patients with PD during the "close" period of anti-PD drugs, and the motor function of patients with PD was evaluated by the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale III (UPDRS III). Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) was used to evaluate the severity of cognitive dysfunction at rest and in the "on" period of anti-PD drugs, and the serum 8-OHdG and MDA of PD patients and controls were collected. Pearson and partial correlation analyses were used to analyze the correlation between the levels of serum 8-OHdG and MDA and MoCA score in PD patients. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in PD patients. The efficacy analysis of serum 8-OHdG and MDA levels in predicting the risk of cognitive dysfunction in PD patients was carried out by using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve). Results The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the MoCA score and the duration (r = - 0.241, P = 0.007), Hoehn-Yahr staging (r = - 0.333, P = 0.007), 8-OHdG (r = - 0.310, P = 0.000) and MDA (r = - 0.291, P = 0.004) in PD patients. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevated levels of 8-OHdG (OR = 1.335, 95%CI: 1.137-1.568; P = 0.000) and MDA (OR = 2.928, 95%CI: 1.676-5.115; P = 0.000) were risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in PD patients. The results of ROC curve showed the areas under the curve of 8-OHdG, MDA and their combination in predicting cognitive dysfunction in PD patients were 0.831 (95%CI: 0.761-0.902, P = 0.000), 0.846 (95%CI: 0.775-0.916, P = 0.000) and 0.922 (95%CI: 0.878-0.966, P = 0.000), respectively. Conclusions The detection of 8-OHdG and MDA in peripheral blood is expected to be a serum marker to evaluate the severity of cognitive dysfunction in patients with PD, and to predict cognitive dysfunction in patients with PD. Objective To analyze the relationship between biceps, triceps surface integrated electromyography (iEMG) recorded by surface electromyography (sEMG) and the degree of myotonia in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD), and to explore the feasibility of iEMG value as an objective quantitative index of the degree of myotonia in patients with PD. Methods A total of 51 patients with PD who were admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2022 to November 2023 were included, as well as 19 healthy controls matched by sex and age. The motor symptoms and myotonic degree of the subjects were evaluated by Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale III (UPDRS III). sEMG was used to collect the sEMG signals of the biceps and triceps of the subjects during passive upper limb movement, and the iEMG value was calculated. A total of 32 patients with PD were randomly selected for Levodopa Shock Test. iEMG values and UPDRSIII myotonic scores of upper limbs were collected before and after the test. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between iEMG values and UPDRSIII myotonic scores of upper limbs. Results In PD group, the iEMG values of biceps muscle (Z = - 4.874, P = 0.000) and triceps muscle (Z = - 4.880, P = 0.000) of more severe symptoms side were higher than those of less severe symptoms side. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that myotonic scores of upper limbs (0-3 points) in PD group was positively correlated with biceps (rs = 0.735, P = 0.000) and triceps (rs = 0.545, P = 0.000) iEMG values. The iEMG values of muscles with myotonia score of 1 (biceps Z = 5.344, P = 0.000; triceps Z = 5.146, P = 0.000), 2 (biceps Z = 7.421, P = 0.000; triceps Z = 6.891, P = 0.000), 3 (biceps Z = 5.340, P = 0.000; triceps Z = 5.145, P = 0.000) in PD group were higher than those in control group. In addition, before levodopa impact (biceps rs = 0.664, P = 0.000; triceps rs = 0.386, P = 0.029) and after impact (biceps rs = 0.620, P = 0.000; triceps rs = 0.588, P = 0.000) in PD group, there was a positive correlation between myotonic scores of upper limbs and iEMG values. Conclusions The iEMG values of biceps and triceps can reflect the severity of myotonia in PD patients, and can be used as a quantitative evaluation index of myotonia in PD patients. Background and objective Invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma (IMA) was a rare and specific type of lung adenocarcinoma, which was often characterized by fewer lymphatic metastases. Therefore, it was difficult to evaluate the prognosis of these tumors based on the existing tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) staging. So, this study aimed to develop Nomograms to predict outcomes of patients with pathologic N0 in resected IMA. Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, IMA patients with pathologic N0 in The Affiliated Lihuili Hospital of Ningbo University (training cohort, n=78) and Ningbo No.2 Hospital (validation cohort, n=66) were reviewed between July 2012 and May 2017. The prognostic value of the clinicopathological features in the training cohort was analyzed and prognostic prediction models were established, and the performances of models were evaluated. Finally, the validation cohort data was put in for external validation. Results Univariate analysis showed that pneumonic type, larger tumor size, mixed mucinous/non-mucinous component, and higher overall stage were significant influence factors of 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Multivariate analysis further indicated that type of imaging, tumor size, mucinous component were the independent prognostic factors for poor 5-year PFS and OS. Moreover, the 5-year PFS and OS rates were 62.82% and 75.64%, respectively. In subgroups, the survival analysis also showed that the pneumonic type and mixed mucinous/non-mucinous patients had significantly poorer 5-year PFS and OS compared with solitary type and pure mucinous patients, respectively. The C-index of Nomograms with 5-year PFS and OS were 0.815 (95%CI: 0.741-0.889) and 0.767 (95%CI: 0.669-0.865). The calibration curve and decision curve analysis (DCA) of both models showed good predictive performances in both cohorts. Conclusion The Nomograms based on clinicopathological characteristics in a certain extent, can be used as an effective prognostic tool for patients with pathologic N0 after IMA resection. Background and objective Chronic cough after pulmonary resection is one of the most common complications, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients after surgery. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore the risk factors of chronic cough after pulmonary resection and construct a prediction model. Methods The clinical data and postoperative cough of 499 patients who underwent pneumonectomy or pulmonary resection in The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into training set (n=348) and validation set (n=151) according to the principle of 7:3 randomization. According to whether the patients in the training set had chronic cough after surgery, they were divided into cough group and non-cough group. The Mandarin Chinese version of Leicester cough questionnare (LCQ-MC) was used to assess the severity of cough and its impact on patients' quality of life before and after surgery. The visual analog scale (VAS) and the self-designed numerical rating scale (NRS) were used to evaluate the postoperative chronic cough. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the independent risk factors and construct a model. Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the discrimination of the model, and calibration curve was used to evaluate the consistency of the model. The clinical application value of the model was evaluated by decision curve analysis (DCA). Results Multivariate Logistic analysis screened out that preoperative forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), surgical procedure, upper mediastinal lymph node dissection, subcarinal lymph node dissection, and postoperative closed thoracic drainage time were independent risk factors for postoperative chronic cough. Based on the results of multivariate analysis, a Nomogram prediction model was constructed. The area under the ROC curve was 0.954 (95%CI: 0.930-0.978), and the cutoff value corresponding to the maximum Youden index was 0.171, with a sensitivity of 94.7% and a specificity of 86.6%. With a Bootstrap sample of 1000 times, the predicted risk of chronic cough after pulmonary resection by the calibration curve was highly consistent with the actual risk. DCA showed that when the preprobability of the prediction model probability was between 0.1 and 0.9, patients showed a positive net benefit. Conclusion Chronic cough after pulmonary resection seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In order to detect the common ground waste, an improved Faster R-CNN ground waste detection algorithm was proposed. In the backbone network, Resnet-50 was selected as the feature extraction network, and the Squeeze-and-Excitation Network was added to strengthen the extraction of useful information in different channels. The shallow information in the network was extracted pertinently to improve the detection accuracy of small targets in ground garbage. The feature pyramid network was used to strengthen the feature fusion between multiple outputs of the feature extraction network. In the part of regional proposals network, through the statistical analysis of the data such as the scale and width height ratio of the data set, an anchor generation mechanism more suitable for the ground garbage data set was proposed. In the part of detection and prediction, the RoI Align structure was used to reduce the error. At the same time, through the cascade structure, the threshold of intersection over union (IoU) was increased in two stages, so as to improved the accuracy of candidate boxes. The experimental results show that by using the proposed algorithm, the model mean average percision increases by 9.6%, and the missed detection and false detection reduce. In view of the problems that the extracted feature points of the traditional ORB algorithm tend to accumulate in the texture-rich area and the high false matching rate, which cannot meet the requirements of high-precision positioning, and that the ORB-SLAM3 system cannot build a dense map, this paper proposed an improved ORB-GMS feature matching method based on ORB-SLAM3, and added dense-mapping thread to realize the construction of dense maps. Firstly, the feature points extraction process adopted the quadtree strategy to divide the image frame into several meshes, and extracted the best feature points in each mesh. Then, it replaced the motion smoothing constraint with a statistic that rejected incorrect matches during feature matching, and used a comparison of the number of matching pairs and thresholds within the neighborhood of matching pairs to quickly filter correct matches. Finally, it completed the positional estimation and constructed a dense point cloud map by keyframes and corresponding poses. Testing by RGB-D dataset from TUM, the improved algorithm can extract uniform feature points, the number of matches increases by 64.5% than ORB-SLAM3, increases by 4.7% than the GMS algorithm, and the matching elapsed time decreases by 20.4% than ORB-SLAM3, and decreases by 94.6% than the GMS algorithm, which proves that the improved algorithm is superior in feature point extraction and matching. And compared to the ORB-SLAM3, the accuracy of the improved algorithm increases by 3.75%, thus, demonstrating its feasibility and effectiveness in improving the localization accuracy and building dense maps. The development of China's superhard industry in the first half of 2023 is analyzed according to statistical data, as well as the import & export data of customs and the national macroeconomic indicators. It is found that the industry falls short of development expectations due to the structural adjustment of the manufacturing industry. The main indicators, including the total industrial output value, the sales revenue, the total profit and the export delivery, all in a negative growth, especially the total profit who decreases 39.5% year-on-year. Against the backdrop of relative weak global markets, the export destinations are increasingly concentrated due to the rapid development of emerging economies. For example, the markets in the Middle East and Russia hava shown higher vitality. Objective To explore the clinical application of quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) in predicting the early prognosis of acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy. Methods A total of 71 patients who underwent acute ischemic stroke mechanical thrombectomy from April 2021 to September 2022 were enrolled in He'nan Provincial People's Hospital, all of them performed qEEG after surgery. Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the prognosis on the 90 d after the surgery. Univariate and multivariate backward Logistic regression analyses were used to screen risk factors for prognosis in acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to predict the value of qEEG for the prognosis of neural function. Results Patients in dismal prognosis group (mRS score 3-5, n = 28) had higher NIHSS score at admission (t = 2.686, P = 0.009), higher proportion of thrombectomy performed more than 3 times (χ² = 4.201, P = 0.040), higher values of DTABR on the affected side (t = 2.183, P = 0.032), higher ratio of DTABR on affected side/ unaffected side (t = 6.230, P = 0.000), and higher proportion of immediately Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction (TICI) < 2b after surgery (χ² = 5.420, P = 0.020) compared to favorable prognosis group (mRS score 0-2, n = 43). Logistic regression analysis showed higher NIHSS score at admission (OR = 1.542, 95%CI: 1.368-1.725; P = 0.012), DTABR on affected side/unaffected side (OR = 3.428, 95%CI: 2.673-7.314; P = 0.008), percent alpha variability (PAV) grade II (OR = 2.983, 95%CI: 2.625-4.682; P = 0.003) and grade III (OR = 4.088, 95%CI: 3.825-5.349; P = 0.002), amplitude electroencephalography (aEEG) grade II (OR = 2.536, 95%CI: 1.942-5.287; P = 0.005) and grade III (OR = 3.924, 95%CI: 2.012-6.378; P = 0.003) were risk factors of dismal prognosis in acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy. ROC curve showed the area under the curve (AUC) of NIHSS score was 0.676 (95%CI: 0.554-0.782, P = 0.000), DTABR on affected side/unaffected side was 0.887 (95%CI: 0.789-0.950, P = 0.000), the PAV was 0.760 (95%CI: 0.643-0.853, P = 0.000), aEEG was 0.778 (95%CI: 0.664-0.868, P = 0.000), and the combined indicators classification was 0.943 (95%CI: 0.861-0.984, P = 0.000). Among them, the predictive power of the combined indicators is higher than that of the NIHSS score at admission (Z = 4.150, P = 0.000), PAV (Z = 4.006, P = 0.000) and aEEG (Z = 3.462, P = 0.001). To analyze the effect of asymptomatic carotid atherosclerosis on the progression of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) in Shunyi cohort community population. Methods A total of 658 residents aged ≥ 35 years old from Shunyi cohort population (from June 2013 to April 2016) were selected as study subjects. Carotid ultrasound was used to assess the presence of baseline carotid plaque, and CSVD progression was assessed by baseline and follow - up MRI, which included lacunes, cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) and white matter hyperintensity (WMH). Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the effect of carotid plaque on incident lacunes or CMBs, and linear regression was used to analyze the linear correlation between baseline carotid plaque and WMH progression. Results Among 658 people 250 people (37.99%) had carotid plaque at baseline. After (5.57 ± 0.49) years of follow - up, 70 people (10.64%) developed incident lacunes and 56 people (8.51%) had incident CMBs. The annual WMH progression was 0.28 (0.14, 0.55) cm³/year. Logistic regression analysis showed the presence of baseline carotid plaque significantly predicted incident CMBs (OR = 2.411, 95%CI: 1.240- 4.687; P = 0.009). Conclusions Prensence of carotid plaque increased CMBs progression during five-year follow-up, but the influence on lacunes and WMH progression requires a longer cumulative effect. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the basic situation of construction and implementation of clinical pathways of drug therapy in China. METHODS: Literature on construction and implementation of clinical pathways of drug therapy from the establishment of CNKI and Wanfang Data to Apr. 2022 were collected and analyzed statistically by Excel software. RESULTS: Totally 35 literature related to clinical pathways of drug therapy were retrieved. Clinical pathways of drug therapy was described for the first time in China in 2013. From 2020 to Apr. 2022, 20 papers (57. 14%) had been published. The main journals published were China Pharmaceuticals (5 articles, 14. 29%) and Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy (3 articles, 8. 57%). The main institutions of the first author were the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University ( 5 articles, 14. 29%). The geographical distribution was mainly in Shandong (9 articles, 25. 71%), Guangdong (7 articles, 20. 00%) and Beijing ( 4 articles, 11. 43%). The main types of drugs involved were antimicrobial clinical pathways of drug therapy (22 articles, 62. 86%). The major operations and diseases involved were orthopedic surgery in obstetrics and gynecology and respiratory and circulatory diseases ( 26 articles, 74. 29%). The main departments involved were obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics and respiratory department (19 articles, 54. 29%). CONCLUSIONS: Since 2013, great progress has been made in the research of clinical pathways of drug therapy in China, which can make clinical medication more suitable for indications, reduce the variety of drugs, be safer and more effective, reduce the number of outpatient and inpatient visits, reduce the medical insurance costs, improve the quality of life, the medication compliance of patients and the satisfaction of patients. However, there is a great lack of development and unbalanced development in the implementation of clinical pathways of drug therapy, which requires further quality evaluation of clinical pathways of drug therapy to lay a solid foundation for further effective promotion of clinical pathways of drug therapy. The multifractal theory only performs statistical analysis on the singular exponents observed at any point on the geometric support of the fractal body. Multifractal correlation studies the spatial correlation characteristics between two points with different singular exponents. It is a generalization of single point statistics in multifractals. The two characteristics have a certain degree of complementarity. This paper investigated a method that combined the multifractal and its correlation features in the electrocardiogram（ECG） signal classification. Firstly, the method analyzed the multifractal and correlation characteristics of four types of ECG signals and obtained their respective features. Then it combined the probability distribution to select appropriate features for combination. The combined features fed into a support vector machine（SVM） for classification. This method tested on the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database and achieved an average accuracy of 97.90% after 20 training tests.
