Using expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process, from four different levels of urban greenway route selection planning, greenway path design, greenway facility layout and greenway operation management, this paper selects 18 evaluation factors, such as functional positioning, regional environment and connectivity, to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of urban green¬way ,and to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the inner ring greenway in Nanjing. The results show that : (1) as a whole, the in¬ner ring greenway in Nanjing has a good score and a high evaluation level, but there is also a partial imbalance; (2) for each section of greenway itself, greenway route selection planning and greenway facility layout are superior to greenway path design and greenway op¬eration management, reminding planners to pay attention to greenway path design to provide more satisfactory and comfortable services for greenway participants. In this paper, the evaluation methods, selected evaluation indexes, evaluation factors and specific improve¬ment measures for greenways with low scores are used to provide theoretical basis and experience reference for the later greenway best path, node selection, which enriches the research content of Greenway and humanized facility design and operation management. 3. 南京地区盆栽百合引种适应性研究.

[Objectives] The paper aimed to comprehensively evaluate and compare the growth adaptability and ornamental characteristics of some potted lily varieties and select suitable varieties for promotion and breeding materials in Nanjing area. [Methods] The phenological period, botanical characteristics and comprehensive resistance of 18 new potted lily varieties(9 potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties, 9 potted Asiatic lily varieties) were comprehensively evaluated and compared by the percentile score method, and the lily varieties suitable for promotion and planting and potential excellent breeding parents were screened. [ Results] In spring, 13 potted lily varieties were planted in the plastic greenhouse, and 8 potted Asiatic lily varieties could grow and develop normally. The time from planting to flowering was 58-74 days. The plants were straight and strong, and the height of the plants was 25-45 cm. The flowers were rich and gorgeous, and the flower shape was complete. There were 7-11 flowers per plant. The flowers were mostly single petal, and the overall flowering period was 15-25 days. No diseases and insect pests occurred, and good adaptability and high ornamental value were evidenced. The ornamental value of potted Oriental hybrid lily was also very high, hut most varieties were seriously damaged by aphids. Thirteen potted lily varieties were planted in the plastic greenhouse in autumn. After low temperature treatment, the potted Asiatic lily varieties still showed high ornamental value and strong adaptability. The time from planting to flowering was 29-51 days, which was obviously shorter than that in spring. The flowering period was as long as 20-28 days, which was obviously longer than that in spring. Except for ' Sunny Martin' ' Releezei' and ' Sunny Robyn', other potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties had abnormal growth and serious pests and diseases. [Conclusions] The ornamental value and resistance of potted Asiatic lily varieties are better than those of potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties,,md potted Asiatic lily varieties arc suitable for introduction in both spring and autumn in Nanjing and nearby areas. [Objectives] The paper aimed assessing the risk of weediness of stacked transgenic rice T2A-1 with cry2A*/bar.[Methods] In this experiment,T2A-1,its receptor rice ‘Minghui 63’ (MH63),Nanjing local conventional rice ‘Zhonglianhui 510’ (LC) and Jiangsu Taizhou weedy rice (WRTZ) were used as experimental materials. The survival competitive ability of T2A-1,compared with MH63,LC and WRTZ,was evaluated by measuring the vegetative and reproductive variables,seed shattering and seed viability in pure planting or mixed planting with non-transgenic materials under field conditions.[Results] The emergence rate of T2A-1,MH63,LC and WRTZ ranged from 92.62% to 98.35%. The heading date of T2A-1 and MH63 was the same on September 12,which was 2 days later than LC,and 5 days later than WRTZ. Under the pure planting,the relative competitive ability of T2A-1 was similar to those of MH63 and LC,but significantly greater than that of WRTZ. Under the mixed planting,the relative competitive ability of T2A-1 was similar to that of MH63,but significantly greater than those of LC and WRTZ. The seed shattering of T2A-1 (4.17%) was similar to that of MH63 (3.69%),and both of them were significantly lower than those of LC (9.50%) and WRTZ (11.29%). The seed viability of T2A-1 was similar to that of MH63,significantly higher and lower than those of LC and WRTZ,respectively.[Conclusions] T2A-1 had strong competitive advantages under the experimental conditions,and the potential weediness risk of T2A-1 was very low according to comprehensive analysis of seed shattering,seed viability. Precision seeding technology is one of the important technologies to realize cost saving and efficiency increasing in large-scale production. Precision direct seeding of rice has gradually become the main research direction of rice light and simplified planting. The real-time sowing monitoring system has an important contribution to improve the sowing quality of direct seeding machine, and can provide important support for the research and development of sowing rate real-time adjustment, real-time reseeding and the seeding evaluation quality system of rice precision direct seeding machine. At present, the methods of seeding monitoring are photoelectric-based, image-based and capacitance-based. However, image processing technology requires special equipment with high cost, and cameras are easy to be interfered by external light. For the capacitance-based method, when multiple small seeds fall simultaneously, the monitoring performance is not accurate enough. In order to monitor the sowing rate of precision rice hill-drop drilling machine in real time, in this paper, the surface-type photoelectric sensor installed in the seeding tube is used as the main monitoring element to design the monitoring system of precision rice hill-drop drilling machine. According to the structure and working principle of seed metering device, the installation modes of photoelectric sensor and rotary encoder are determined. In this system, the seeds flow in the seeding tube is taken as the research object. When the rice seeds pass through the photoelectric sensor monitoring area, it will cause the change of infrared beam intensity, which will lead to the change of photoresist voltage. The pulse signal from the photoelectric sensor is used as the time sequence to capture the interruption source, and then the monitored time sequence of rice seeds flow is obtained. The time division node is obtained by the synchronous monitoring of the seed metering time series and the rotation speed of the seed metering device. Based on the two adjacent time dividing nodes, the detecting time window of the seeds number per hill is obtained, each time window corresponds to one hill. The pulse width time of the rice seeds output in the monitoring time window is analyzed to get the seeds number per hill. Compared and analyzed the manual statistical data with the monitoring system statistical data, the test results show that the rotation speed of the seed metering device has a great influence on the monitoring accuracy of the average seeds number per hill, the variation coefficient of the monitored value of the average seeds number per hill grows up with the increase of the rotation speed of the seed metering device. When the rotation speed of seed metering device is 25-65 r/min, the relative error of seeds number per hill is less than 7.99% for Nanjing 46 (short grain variety), the monitoring errors of the number of hills is less than 6.07%; the relative errors of seeds number per hill is less than 24.07% for Xiangyaxiangzhan (long grain variety), the monitoring errors of the number of hills is less than 5.66%. The test results show that sowing rate monitoring system is applicable to different varieties of seed and has good detection accuracy, which can provide reference for improving the operation quality of precision rice direct seeder. 6. 基于土地利用与景观格局的生态保护红线 生态系统健康评价方法--以南京市为例

Ecological conservation redline (eco-redline), the region with special and important ecological functions in the ecological space, must be strictly protected. According to the theory of ecology, only in a well- structured and healthy ecosystem, can the ecological function be brought into full play and the ecological security be guaranteed. Therefore, the ecosystem health of eco-redline is the basis of maintaining regional ecological security. Based on the data of land use/cover and remote sensing images in years of 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015, this paper evaluated the ecosystem health of the eco- redline in Nanjing from five aspects: vigor, organization, resilience, ecosystem service function and anthropogenic stress. The results show that: (1) The areas of forest land, farmland, water bodies, construction land, wetland and grassland in eco-redline in the study area were 511.74 km2, 456.96 km2, 432.58 km2, 118.0 km2, 32.79 km2 and 1.56 km2, respectively. The area of forest land continued to increase, while that of farmland decreased gradually. (2) From 2000 to 2015, the average ecosystem health index of eco-redline in Nanjing was 53.83, above the sub-health level, and showing a slow growth trend. (3) The ecosystem health index of terrestrial ecosystem was higher, especially in the areas with large forest vegetation coverage, compared with aquatic ecosystem. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

7. 乡村地域生态服务功能演化测度--以南京市为例.

Rural areas play an important hinterland role in social development, and the evolution of rural spatial structure has an important impact on the function of rural ecological services. Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper conducts the research on the evolution of rural regional ecological service functions based on the scope of physical rural areas. The remote sensing quantitative measurement and CASA model are used to calculate and analyze the evolution of rural regional ecological service functions in Nanjing from 1985 to 2016. The results show that: (1) From 1985 to 2000, the value of various functions of rural ecosystem services declined in varying degrees; from 2000 to 2016, the values of all kinds of functions, except that of water conservation function, still showed a downward trend. (2) In the first stage, the decline of rural ecological service function was mainly found in the south, west to south and east to south. In the second stage, except for the increase of ecosystem services in the north and northwest directions, the decline of ecosystem services in all directions decreased in varying degrees. (3) In the stage of industrialization of villages and towns, the change of land use structure within villages had a major impact on the ecological service function. In the urbanization of China, construction land is generally distributed as a continuous area, and its change shows distinct spatial aggregation leading to the strong spatial autocorrelation, which is more obvious in remote sensing imagery with a fine spatial resolution. Based on the TripleSat-2 multi-spectral remote sensing images covering Nanjing city in 2016 and 2017, the paper compares and analyzes the performance of remote sensing change detection of construction land after we introduced the spatial autocorrelation index of the change vector as the image feature. Firstly, the three typical spatial autocorrelation indices of local G, Moran's I and Geary's C are extracted, and then the optimal spatial range of Lag and the optimal autocorrelation index suitable for the change detection are determined. The results showed that: (1) The spectral change vector had significant positive correlation. (2) The optimal range of Lag can be determined by global Moran's I and semi-variance. (3) We used the local G and local Moran's I with the spectral change vectors to increase the F1 score of the change detection, and the local G showed the better performance. (4) Using the local G with the optimal range of Lag as additional image features, the F1 scores were 20% higher than that using only the spectral change vectors. Fusing local spatial autocorrelation information especially of the multi- scale local G as the additional image features can effectively improve the change detection accuracy of construction land in remfote sensing imagery. In order to improve energy efficiency and overcome the shortcomings of single refrigeration technology, a new type of composite refrigeration air-conditioning system driven by low grade energy is proposed:solar energy refrigeration and dew point evaporative cooling coupling air-conditioning system. Take a project in Nanjing as an example. The cooling capacity, power consumption and coefficient of performance of dew-point evaporative cooling subsystem and solar ejector refrigeration subsystem are calculated and analyzed respectively. By comparing the Pcop with indirect evaporative cooling-ejector refrigeration air conditioning system, it is concluded that the system performance of the proposed system increases by 6.38%, and the energy saving is about 6%. Compared with the traditional mechanical compression refrigeration system, the Pcop of the proposed system is increases by more than 70% and the power consumption is reduced by 44%. In the last part of this paper, the initial investment and operating cost of the composite system was analyzed, showing that the system can save 476.5 RMB annually, with a payback period of 6 years. In order to realize automatic, universal and accurate identification and guidance of unstructured roads for unmanned equipment in the field environment, this paper proposed a road guidance algorithm for field scenes based on graph reasoning mod el and intelligent optimization. Firstly, the method segmented the image into homogeneous superpixel blocks, and fused multi-features of the superpixel blocks to construct a training set. Improved the traditional Laplace support vector machine algorithm, combined th e location information of superpixel blocks, dynamically selected superpixel seed blocks in road areas, and trained multi-class classifier regressors of superpixel blocks and consistency regressors of adjacent superpixels. Combined the regression values of two kinds of regressors, constructed the energy function of Markov random field and then used the standard graph cutting algorithm to iteratively obtain the minimized energy function to realize the initial road reasoning segmentation. Combined the initial segmentation results of roads, the objective function was constructed according to the constraints set by people's intuitive perception of roads, and used the differential immune clonal evolution algorithm to intelligently optimize and extract the guide lines of roads. The data collected in Zhushan, Nanjing and DARPA grand challenge database were tested,and it compared the results qualitatively and quantitatively with those of classical algorithms. The results show that the extraction accuracy of the guide line of unstructured roads by this algorithm in the field environment is over 91. 79%,compared with classical algorithms, the detection accuracy is increased by 48. 1 % and 35. 5% respectively,and the processing efficiency of the algorithm is increased by 98. 6 % and 97 . 8 % respectively, which balances the real-time performance and accuracy of detection and has a strong application prospect.
