Adding the templet molecule of Matrine in post cross-linking reaction, a novel molecular imprinting hypercrosslinked polymeric(MIP) adsorbent was successfully prepared and modified by phenol group, and the non-imprinting hypercrosslinked polymeric(NIP) adsorbent was also prepared. The physics performance and the surface morphology were determined. The static equilibrium adsorptions of Matrine and Cytisine and the adsorption selectivity of Matrine onto MIP resin in aqueous solution were investigated. The adsorption behaviors of Matrine and Cytisine onto MIP resin were compared with those onto NIP resin. The results show that compared with NIP resin, the specific surface area is decreased, while the pore size and the pore volume are increased with more regular pore structure. The selective coefficients of Matrine onto MIP resin are high with the maximum value of 15.67, which illuminates that MIP resin has high recognition ability to Matrine. The static equilibrium adsorption isotherms can well fit Langmuir and Freundlich equations, and the fitting results show that MIP resin has much higher adsorption ability to Matrine than NIP resin.
