- Abstract
Population ageing has become a major social issue of concern worldwide in recent years, with significant implications for national economic and social development. Globally, Singapore is one of the first countries to address ageing as a population issue and has implemented relatively well-developed initiatives to promote healthy ageing. Similar to China, Singapore has a sharp decline in the total fertility rate, resulting in changes in the population structure. This paper briefly introduces Singapore's healthy ageing measures, summarizes Singapore's practical measures and coping concepts in scientific research on ageing, healthcare programs for the elderly, elderly -friendly environment construction, artificial intelligence big data application, and puts forward that China should pay attention to the effectiveness of population growth incentive measures, pay attention to the scientific and technological response, increase the development and application of artificial intelligence, improve primary health care and long-term health care, and update scientific concepts.

PETROLEUM products , *BELT & Road Initiative , *PETROLEUM , *CORE & periphery (Economic theory) , *TWENTY-first century - Abstract
Energy trade and cooperation is a key field in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road Initiative". Carrying out a study on the evolution of the petroleum products trade network of countries along the "Belt and Road" (hereafter called the BRI countries) will help the BRI countries to strengthen cooperation in petroleum products trade. Taking petroleum products as the research object, this paper used the complex network method to analyze the dynamic evolution of the petroleum products trade network of the BRI countries since the 21st century and revealed the similarities and differences between the petroleum products trade network and the crude oil trade network through comparison. The results show that: (1)The petroleum products trade network is a small world network with core-periphery structure, which presents the characteristics of scale expansion, tightness increase and increasingly complex, and these characteristics are more significant than the crude oil trade network; (2)The spatial imbalance of petroleum products trade is significant, the petroleum trade forms a spatial pattern of radiation from hub nodes such as Singapore, Russia and Saudi Arabia, and convergence to hub nodes such as Singapore, China and Malaysia, and the status of hub nodes is increasingly strengthened; (3)The communities of the products trade network gradually gather. The petroleum products trade network gradually forms three stable communities with Russia, Singapore and the Middle East countries as the cores. China gradually separates from Russia's community and join Singapore's community. Finally, corresponding policy implications are provided based on the research results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Urban complex is an achievement of enhancing the mixed function of buildings and the convenience of regions in the urbanization process. Since the independence of self-governance, Singapore has embarked on mixed-use development, first on community complexes, then launching numerous influential commercial complexes in the last fifty years, contributing to the city's economic and social benefits. This paper outlines the evolution of urban complexes in Singapore following an analytic discussion on the features of a gathered distribution in the CBD and green-aspects reorganization. The space features identified in multiexperiencing space are driven by economy from a sustainable life-cycle to experiential core consumption space, then to create an immersive themed scene and upward sky garden scenario. Considering Singapore's urban planning goals, which are to create a diverse and enjoyable city, this paper finally focuses on the interpretation of future-oriented complex space trends to provide a reference to meet the architecture and urban space problems of China's urbanization process.
