With the intensive development of animal husbandry, the demand for feed soybean meal increases. In order to promote the development of animal husbandry and ensure the supply and quality safety of feed in China, it is necessary to reduce the proportion of soybean meal and increase the development of protein feed resources and the supply of highquality feed. Cottonseed meal has high protein content, and the vitamin content is similar to that of soybean meal. Compared with soybean meal, cottonseed meal has a wide range of sources and is more affordable. However, cottonseed meal contains gossypol, which limits its application in animal production. Therefore, the dephenolization technology of cottonseed meal, the application of cottonseed meal instead of soybean meal in animal production and matters needing attention are summarized in the paper, which provides a reference for resource utilization of cottonseed meal, reducing livestock and poultry breeding cost and improving animal product quality. [Objectives] To estimate the risk of Monochamus saltuarius Gebler spreading in China. [Methods] Three species distribution models within the BIOMOD2 modeling platform were used to predict the future distribution of M. saltuarius. In addition, we analyzed five potential consequences of the spread of this pest: its future distribution, its potential economic impact, the economic importance of its host plants, the possibility of transmission and the difficulty of control and management. [Results] The synthetic risk index, R, is 2.05 indicating that M. saltuarius has the potential to become widely distributed. [Conclusion] M. saltuarius has the potential to become a widespread, economically significant, pest in China. Objective To describe the cognitive and olfactory function profiles of frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD). Methods A total of 52 FTLD patients admitted to Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from July 2014 to April 2017 were enrolled. Cognitive function was assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), and neuropsychiatric behavior was assessed by Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI). Quantitative olfactory function was assessed by T&T olfactory meter and olfactory fMRI, and changes in glucose metabolism in brain tissues were assessed by 18F-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (18F-PDG) PET. Results The cognitive dysfunction of 52 patients was mainly manifested as executive dysfunction (71.15%, 37/52), disinhibition (59.62%, 31/52), indifference (44.23%, 23/52), lack of empathy (40.38%, 21/52), memory loss (32.69%, 17/52), hyperstomia (25%, 13/52) and language disorder (3.85%, 2/52). MMSE score was 18 (4, 20), MoCA score was 11 (3, 15), and visuospatial and executive function, attention, language function, abstraction, delayed recall, and orientation were all lower than normal reference values. NPI score was 24 (7, 39), and the main manifestations were apathetic, irritable, excited, and high/euphoric. According to the T&T olfactory meter recognition domain, one case (3.45%) had normal sense of smell, 12 cases (41.38%) had mild hyposmia, 9 cases (31.03%) had moderate hyposmia, 5 cases (17.24%) had severe hyposmia, and 2 cases (6.90%) had anosmia. Olfactory fMRI showed that patients developed adaptation to odor when olfactory stimulation with gas concentration was successively from low to high (0.10%, 0.33%, 1.00%).p>18F-FDG PET showed symmetric (2 cases) or asymmetric (4 cases) predominance of the frontal and/or temporal lobes. Conclusions In FTLD patients, executive dysfunction and neuropsychiatric behavior abnormalities were more common, while memory impairment appeared later. Abnormal olfactory function may also occur, but olfactory adaptation still exists. Neuropsychological test combined with 18F-FDG PET is helpful for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica is one of the important tree species for afforestation in Three-North Regions of China. Investigating net ecosystem exchange (NEE) and its influencing factors is of significance in understanding carbon balance of P. sylvestris var. mongolica plantation . We used the eddy covariance system and its supporting instruments to measure NEE and environmental factors of P. sylvestris var. mongolica plantation in the western Liaoning Province in 2020. The results showed that, at the half-hour scale, plantation emitted carbon during nighttime and sequestrated carbon over daytime. Carbon sequestration was inhibited by drought stress in the afternoon from May to August. At the daily scale, seasonal dynamics of nighttime NEE were mainly controlled by soil temperature and moisture, while that of daytime NEE were mainly controlled by soil moisture and vapor pressure deficit due to drought stress. When soil was dry, precipitation promoted nighttime and daytime NEE and improved photosynthetic and respiration parameters. At the month scale, there was significant negative linear relationship of daytime NEE with ecosystem apparent quantum yield and ecosystem maximum photosynthetic capacity. When air temperature was lower than 5 ℃, ecosystem respiration rate at 10 ℃ and temperature sensitivity of ecosystem respiration increased linearly with decreasing air temperature. The cumulative NEE of P. sylvestris var. mongolica plantation was -145.17 g C·m -2 , indicating a weak carbon sink in 2020.

Rainfall runoff is one of the important sources of urban river pollution. In order to understand the pollution characteristics of rainfall runoff, the synchronous sampling and monitoring of rainfall runoff in the old urban area of Nanning were carried out; the pollution condition, initial scouring effect, and pollution contribution ratio of different underlying surfaces under different rainfall conditions were analyzed; and the calculation method and influence factor analysis of initial scouring of runoff pollution were discussed. According to the underlying surface of the vegetable market in the old urban area, the selection standard and necessity of the underlying surface of rainfall runoff were discussed. The results showed that the average concentration (EMC) of COD and TSS in roads and vegetable markets were greater than those in green spaces and roofs in the runoff pollution of the old urban area of Nanning, and the EMC values of nutrient pollutants in field rainfall runoff were ranked in decreasing order as vegetable markets, green spaces, roofs, and roads. Under the condition of heavy rain, each underlying surface had an obvious initial scouring effect, the average value of initial scouring coefficient ( b ) was 0.67, and there were many pollutants transported by roads and green spaces at the initial stage. Under light rain and moderate rain conditions, there was no obvious initial scouring effect, and the average b values were 0.83 and 0.94, respectively. The b value calculated by the whole process was preferred for evaluating the scouring effect. Based on multivariate statistical analysis, the EMC value of TSS in road runoff was significantly positively correlated with the total rainfall duration (RD), and the EMC value of TN in green land runoff was significantly negatively correlated with the average rainfall intensity (ARI). Whether the vegetable market was considered as the underlying surface had a great impact on the calculation results of nutrient pollution load but had little impact on the calculation results of COD and TSS load. The difference percentage of nutrient pollution load under heavy rain reached 80%. Under this condition, the difference percentage of pollutant EMC between the road and vegetable market reached 1012%.

In 1951, ZHU Lian set up Acupuncture Experimental Institute, the predecessor of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital (AMH) of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Being the founder of AMH, ZHU Lian had paved a road to ensure the correct academic growth and hospital development of AMH because of her outstanding clinical medical thinking and achievements in acupuncture-moxibustion. ZHU Lian 's medical practice mode is reviewed and analyzed from 5 aspects, i.e. emphasis on clinical practice, inheritance and development, medical capacity, research orientation and self-growth. Based on this medical practice mode, the development orientation of AMH has been explored.

Health risk analysis can predict and control the risks posed by heavy metals, especially in drinking water, which is a highly sensitive environmental receptors. In order to evaluate heavy metal pollution in drinking water, the monthly average concentrations of As, Cd, Cu, Hg, Ni, and Zn were used to assess the health risk between January 2015 and December 2018 in a drinking water source. Furthermore, Spearman rank correlation coefficient and the ARIMA model were used to analyze temporal variations. The results showed that the monthly average concentrations of heavy metals exceeded the class Ⅲ values as specified by Chinese environmental quality standard for surface water(GB 3838-2002), especially Hg with a minimum monthly average four times more than that set by the standard limits. Overall, the order of carcinogenic risk of As and Cd was decreased; the non-carcinogenic risk of Zn, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Hg was increased. Further, the comprehensive non-carcinogenic risk for adults was lower than 1 throughout the study period except February 2015, when the comprehensive non-carcinogenic risk for children was lower than or close to 1 after October 2017, and the comprehensive carcinogenic risk for children was more than 10 -4 . Meanwhile, the children's health risks are higher than that for adults, with the main health risk characteristic factors of As, Cd, and Hg. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient were -0.714069, -0.773122, and -0.62234, indicating the significant downward trend from 2015 to 2018. However, the children's comprehensive carcinogenic risk, whose average value was 0.000234 much more than 10 -4 , had significant upward trend in 2018 with Spearman rank correlation coefficient 0.902098. The ARIMA(3,1,3) model was able to predict the comprehensive carcinogenic risk for children from heavy metals in drinking water, and the result indicated the children comprehensive carcinogenic risk should be monitored to ensure levels between 0.000200 and 0.000302. The study has positive significance for risk warning and environmental management compared to the analysis and prediction of health risk from heavy metals in drinking water sources based on time series models.
