In order to accurately determine the level of fatigue of coal mine monitoring and dispatching operators and to reduce the error rate of coal mine monitoring and dispatching operations, a simulation experiment of coal mine monitoring and dispatching was carried out using eye tracking technology to collect the operator’s eye movement data and objective and subjective fatigue determination values. The K-means clustering algorithm was used to classify fatigue levels and train a neural network to build a fatigue prediction model for coal mine monitoring and dispatching operations. The results showed that the best fatigue level was classified into three categories and the fitting degree of the neural network prediction model was 90.58%. The prediction model was tested on a coal mine monitoring operation model in Shanxi Province, and the average error of the model field prediction was 6.26%, which was a good prediction effect.

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of olanzapine in the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by opioid analgesics in cancer patients. Methods We randomly divided 85 cancer patients with nausea and vomiting caused by opioid analgesics into two groups. Treatment group was treated with olanzapine tablets and control group received metoclopramide injection solution. The clinical effect and medical side effects were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, the treatment group was significantly better in inhibiting nausea, vomiting and reducing opioid discontinuation rate (P < 0.05). Two groups were similar in drowsiness, dizziness, edema and other adverse reactions rate (P > 0.05). The control group showed significantly higher possibility in extrapyramidal reaction (akathisia) than the treatment group (P=0.024), while only one case of tumble happened in treatment group. Conclusion Olanzapine is a good choice in the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by opioid analgesics and worth extending its clinical application.

To achieve the goals of carbon emission-peak and carbon neutrality, the energy conservation problem of subway air-conditioning system has become more and more prominent. Since the load of the subway equipment management room varies obviously with the start and stop of the equipment, the traditional air-conditioning system of constant air volume cannot change the air supply volume of the system, which would cause the waste of the cooling capacity. The air-conditioning system of variable air volume can be used to achieve the air supply on demand for different rooms at different times. This paper builds a simulation platform of the VAV air-conditioning system for a subway station in Zhengzhou and the platform is integrated with the load model of the subway equipment room to achieve on-demand air supply. The simulation platform is used to simulate the control characteristics and air volume characteristics of the VAV system. By adjusting the valve opening of the VAV-box terminal, the demanded air volume of the room is supplied on according to different load demands. The results show that the actual operating air volume basically matches the demand air volume and the deviation is less than 1%. The control effects of room temperature between the constant air volume system and the VAV system are compared. The room temperature with the constant air volume system is decreased to 34 °C, which is lower than the design temperature of 36 °. While, the room temperature with the VAV system can be precisely controlled at 36 °, and the waste of cooling capacity is avoided. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

FLIR One Pro thermal imager can directly observe the thermal movement and thermal phenomena of some physical and chemical processes such as crystallization, evaporation and smoldering of metal particles, etc. The experimental results have proved that the performance of this kind of instrument can meet the needs of chemical experiment teaching, and students can directly observe the naked eye phenomenon by a mobile phone. The quality of experimental teaching is closely related to the talent training. Supervision is one of great importance parts in the quality monitoring system of experimental teaching. This paper analyzed the necessity of establishment of experimental teaching supervision, introduced some experience of construction of supervision in Tongji University in recent years from these aspects-organization and implementation of experimental teaching supervision, management and monitoring of experimental teaching process, the experimental teaching evaluation. Showing some true cases, it also described the function of supervision in quality monitoring system of experimental teaching and summarized the effect of supervision, and gave specific views and perspectives of the development and future of the work. Objective: To investigate the association between-1304T/G polymorphism in the promoter of MKK4 gene and the susceptibility in sporadic nasopharyngeal carcinoma., Method: MKK4-1304T/G genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in 90 NPC cases and 30 healthy controls., Result: The number of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients carrying with TG+GG genotype was much higher than those of controls (82.2% vs 66.7%, χ² =10.076, P < 0.05). Analysis showed that compared with the-1304TT genotype, -1304TG heterozygous reduced risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 0.56 fold (95% CI = 0.164-1.178, P < 0.01) and-1304GG lower 0.58 fold (95% CI = 0.126-1.381, P < 0.01), TG+ GG genotype variation risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma decreased 0.72 fold (95% CI = 0.105-0.753, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: MKK4 gene-1304TG genotype can reduce risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it may be an independent protection factor in sporadic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Objective: To investigate the effect of gene silencing of Bmi-1 on proliferation regulation of CD44+ nasopharyngeal carcinoma cancer stem-like cells (CSC-LCs)., Method: The sequence-specific short hairpin RNA lentivirus targeting at human Bmi-1 gene (LV-Bmi-1shRNA) was constructed and was used to infect CD44+ nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells which were sorted by flow cytometry. A lentiviral which included a random sequence was also designed to serve as a negative control. We employed fluorescence microscope and flow cytometry to detect infection efficiency; real-time PCR was used to detect Bmi-1 and its downstream gene while each protein expression level was confirmed by western blotting protocol; CCK-8 proliferation assay was applied to measure proliferation capacity; tumor spheroid assay was used to evaluate the self-renewal capacity. Colony formation assay was used to measure cell colony formation capability; flow cytometry analyzed cell cycle distribution., Result: The constructed LV-Bmi-1shRNA successfully infected into the CD44+ nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. The infection efficiency could reach above 95%; LV-Bmi-lshRNA effectively inhibited Bmi-1 mRNA and protein expression, while the downstream gene p16INK4a and p14ARF mRNA as well as protein expression level were upregulated (P < 0.05). Notablely, the proliferation, colony formation, self-renewal capabilities of the experimental group decreased significantly (P < 0.05). In addition, the cell cycle arrested at the G0-G1 phase., Conclusion: Gene silencing of Bmi-1 inhibited the proliferation, colony formation and self-renewal capabilities of the CD44+ nasopharyngeal carcinoma CSC-LCs, inhibited the cell cycle processes, which may mediate through Bmi1-p16INK4a/p14ARF-p53 pathway. Our experimental results indicated that Bmi-1 gene may play an important role in the maintenance of the stem cell-like characteristics of CD44+ nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Bmi-1 gene may be a potential new target for the treatment of nasopharyng al carcinoma in the future.
