Based on the green development trend and requirements of China’s coal industry, this paper analyzed the factors that coal mines consider in choosing filling mining methods and the constraints that affect the promotion of filling mining technology. According to the geographical distribution characteristics of different mining areas and the differences in filling demands, four types of priority principles of “protecting the ecological environment, protecting surface buildings, addressing coal gangue and solid waste, and improving economic efficiency” for coal mine filling mining were defined. The ecological mining goal of “building the whole process holographic intelligent ecological mine by adopting filling mining as a regulation tool to protect the ecological environment in coal mines” was put forward. Based on the finite deformation mechanical model of the roof in filling mining, the factors affecting the subsidence of target rocks in filling mining were expounded, and the supporting strength calculation and overburden deformation control equations under three filling engineering modes such as ecological environment protection, ground building protection and gangue treatment were established. In addition, the paper introduced the development status and direction of universal filling technology in coal mines in China, including solid filling of raw gangue waste, modified solid filling, gangue concrete filling, integrated mining-filling-charging, large amount of gangue filling, filling method in thin coal seam, filling method for regional protection, filling method in continuous mining roadway and other filling technologies that meet various needs of coal mines. The material preparation and transportation of different filling technologies, the characteristics of filling process and the adaptive filling equipment were described in detail. In order to realize the intelligent filling of coal mines, a comprehensive data perception system was established, which realized the intelligent process from unit to whole filling working face through spatial planning and filling effect judgment. The sensor network and artificial intelligence algorithm were combined to monitor and control the solid filling process of coal mine in real time, and improve the filling quality and filling efficiency. Coal mine filling mining will play a more important role in the long-term planning of China’s green mine construction. Strengthening the scientific and technological research of the whole process of coal mine production based on active filling, the construction of universal filling technology and process system, the development of new solid filling materials, and the research of intelligent filling mining, will help the filling mining technologies in China’s coal mines have a very broad prospect.

In order to improve the coastal ecological environment of Lingao County, Hainan Province, enhance ecosystem service value of coastal zone and ensure ecological security of coastal zone, based on the field trips, literature review and data analysis, this paper summarized the typical ecological environment problems of Lingao coastal zone o, analyzed the main reasons of ecological degradation, and then some suggestions on protection and restoration of Lingao coastal zone were put forward. The results show that: the sandy coast, mangrove, coral reef and Pinctada maxima are faced with serious coastal erosion, ecological environment degradation and biological resource depletion in Lingao coastal zone. Sandy coastal erosion was mainly affected by natural factors such as sea level rise and storm surge, mangrove ecosystem was mainly affected by the sea aquaculture and environmental pollution, and coral reef and Pinctada maxima were mainly affected by human activities such as fishing and water pollution. Based on the analysis of the current situation of ecological degradation and their causes, this paper proposed beach feeding and ecological seawall construction in Wenlan Estuary and Baowu Harbor, mangrove restoration in Xinying Bay, Huanglong Bay and Jinpai Bay, and natural sealing for coral and Pinctada maxima conservation area.

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is an important space carrier for China to build a world-class city group and to participate in global competition. Since the 1980s, large-scale reclamation and cultivation activities have been carried out in order to accelerate the urbanization construction. Consequently, large area of natural shoreline, beach and muddy beach and other important coastal wetlands disappeared. Mangroves, coral reefs, seagrass beds and other important typical coastal wetland ecosystems have also been greatly damaged, and some specific areas even harder to play their normal ecological functions due to the serious damage of reclamation projects. In order to strictly control the reclamation projects, China has issued a series of relevant policies since 2016, which require to speed up the handling of the historical problems of reclamation projects and to gradually restore the degraded coastal wetlands by means of ecological protection and restoration strategies based on the concept of "natural restoration as the main and artificial restoration as the auxiliary". Based on several actual design cases in GBA, this paper discussed the ecological protection and restoration measures from three different perspectives of management, science and technology, aiming at the loss of coastline, degradation of coastal wetland function, damage of hydrodynamics and loss of biological resources caused by reclamation project. This paper can provide a reference for the overall planning and marine ecosystem management in GBA.

In view of the large-scale and efficient coal mining in ecologically fragile areas, which causes a large scope, long cycle and high intensity of ecological impacts, and the lack of a systematic technology that integrates the whole cycle of mining, source reduction and ecological elements, which leads to high costs, low efficiency and poor results in the ecological restoration of mining areas. This paper puts forward the concept of ecological protection coal mining, the damage conduction pathway of surface mining and the damage conduction model of shaft mining, the quantitative analysis method of ecological damage and the decision-making method of ecological restoration in mining areas. It has developed land-saving and loss-reducing mining for open pit mines, ecological stratigraphic reconstruction, distributed water resources collection, storage and use, and synergistic restoration technologies based on the "ecological restoration window period". It has researched and developed technologies for damage conduction control in well mining, ecological function restoration of aquifers, construction of assembled wedge-shaped groundwater reservoir dams, and ecological restoration of subsidence zones in time zones. An ecologically protected open pit mining demonstration project has been completed in the mengdong mining area, with the vegetation cover in the baorixile open pit mine demonstration area increasing from 30% to 59% of the pre-exploitation area, and that in the shengli open pit mine demonstration area from 5% to 39% of the pre-exploitation area. A demonstration project for ecologically protected coal mining in the shengdong wells has been completed, with vegetation cover increasing from less than 10% to 70 % of the pre-exploitation area. The research results provide scientific and technological support for eco-protective coal mining and have wide application and promotion value.

Recently, UAV aerial photography technology has been gradually applied to wildlife protection, which has greatly improved the investigation efficiency.Due to the great difference in characteristics between aerial images and ground images, and the complex background of wildlife living environment, there is no general method that can be directly applied to the detection and statistics of UAV aerial wildlife photography.In this paper, firstly, the development of intelligent detection and statistics technology in recent years is reviewed.Then, according to the characteristics of large scene, small target, multi scale and complex background of UAV aerial wildlife photography,the selection and establishment methods of UAV aerial wildlife dataset is introduced, and the detection and statistics methods based on deep learning as well.Finally, the advantages and applicable scenes of these methods are summarized, and the improvement direction is given.

In recent years, the central and local governments have committed large amount of money to ecological restoration projects, but the regulatory mechanism for ecological restoration projects is still incompleted. It is of great significance to explore the current mechanism of ecological restoration project supervision. Based on the evolution of relevant policies and implementation content, this paper summarized the development stage of marine ecological restoration projects in China. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for marine ecological restoration projects, such as the single source of funds and the use of funds, the low participation of stakeholders, the lack of targeted laws, regulations and standard guidance for project management, the lack of a reference project supervision model, and the imperfect technical requirements and mechanisms of completion management. It mainly included exploring the mechanism of mutual benefit of central and local ecological restoration, implementing "mosaic puzzle" restoration according to the regional overall ecological restoration plan, expanding the funding sources and management methods of ecological restoration projects, referring to existing regulatory requirements and standards in the implementation process of the project, refining the adjustment procedures, approval authority and responsibilities of central funds to support ecological restoration projects, strictly arranging the project schedule, leaving sufficient time to carry out post-evaluation and establishing a long-term effect evaluation index system, and delineating the "passing line" and "excellent Line" to improve stakeholder engagement.

In recent years, the ecological restoration of coastal wetland has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars at home and abroad. The ecological restoration of coastal wetland is an important means to improve the function of coastal wetland ecosystem and the sustainable development and utilization of coastal wetland. This paper reviewed the research status of coastal wetland preservation and management, including the construction of coastal wetland reserve, demarcation of red line, development and management of coastal wetland, and the main technical methods and means of coastal wetland habitat and bioremediation. Based on the current problems and shortcomings of coastal wetland protection, the following four management suggestions were proposed: to promote the establishment of coastal wetland protection areas and red line demarcation standards and technical guidelines; to strictly manage the development and utilization of natural shoreline and optimize the utilization of shoreline; to broaden the sources of funding for restoration; to strengthen the theoretical research on coastal wetland restoration.
