Objective To compare the effects of 10-methacryloyloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate (10-MDP)- and silane-based primers with those of MDP-based primers on zirconia-resin bonding via multiple levels of aging. Methods Zirconia blocks were divided into 4 groups (n = 21) according to the primer used: MDP-based Z-Prime Plus (ZP), silane-based Monobond-S (MS), MDP- and silane-based Clearfil Ceramic Primer (CCP) and no primer (Blank). After pretreatment with or without the primers followed by bonding with cement Duo-Link, each group was subdivided into 3 subgroups (n = 7) according to aging level: 24 hours of water storage at 37 ℃ (24 h), 30 days of water storage at 37 ℃(30 d), and 30 d plus 3 000 thermal cycles (30 d/TC). After aging, shear bond strength (SBS) tests and failure mode analyses were conducted. Results ZP, MS and CCP groups had greater SBSs than did the BLANK group (PPPvs. 24 h, PPP = 0.029) but lower than that of MS at 30 d/TC (P = 0.037). From 30 d to 30 d/TC, the percent decrease in the bonding strength of ZP was significantly greater than that of MS (82.43% vs. 64.90%). Conclusion MDP-based primers function better for zirconia-resin bonding when they contain silane coupling agents.

With the continuous innovation of genomics, proteomics and molecular biological detection technology, the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has changed from traditional chemotherapy to immunotherapy and targeted therapy. Among them, molecular tumor markers targeting tyrosine kinase pathways play more important roles in clinical practice. For advanced NSCLC patients with positive epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations, there are many first-line drugs on the market and they could bring significant efficacy, thus completely subverting the treatment pattern of advanced NSCLC. Common mutations of EGFR in Chinese patients are located on exons 19, 20 and 21, of which exons 19 and 21 mutations are the more common types. Besides, there is also a subtype of EGFR mutations, known as EGFR 20 exon insertion (EGFR 20ins) mutation. The authors summarized the treatment of a lung adenocarcinoma patient with EGFR 20ins mutation accepting Furmonertinib mesylate, in order to provide effective references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The process of extracting seleno-protein from the selenium enriched Lyophyllum decastes mycelia cultured in a 20 L fermentor was optimized, and the effects of selenium enrichment on both types and contents of amino acids in Lyophyllum decastes mycelia were analyzed. Single factor tests and Box-Benhnken central combined response surface test were used to optimize process of extracting seleno-protein from Lyophyllum decastes mycelia. The content of protein was determined by 3,3'-diaminobenzidine spectrophotometry. The types and contents of amino acids in mycelia protein before and after selenium enrichment were compared by means of amino acid analyzer. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extracting seleno-protein from mycelia of Lyophyllum decastes were extraction temperature of 64 ℃, extraction time of 60 min, liquid-solid ratio of 200:1 g/mL, and extraction times of 2. The protein extraction rate was 75.13%, and the content of selenium in mycelia was 63.87 μg/g. The amino acid composition were analyzed by means amino acid score (AAS) and chemical score (CS), and the nutritional value of the protein in the selenium-enriched Lyophyllum decastes mycelia was evaluated. The varieties of amino acids in the selenium-enriched Lyophyllum decastes mycelia were abundant and the content of essential amino acids for human body was 17.20 g/100 g, 19.75% higher than that in the non-selenium-ecriched Lyophyllum decastes mycelia. The ratio of EAA/NEAA was 0.51, close to the recommended value proposed by WHO, and the values of both AAS and CS were close to the those in the model protein. In summary, the protein extraction rate could be improved by optimizing the extraction process, and there was selenium in the protein from selenium-enriched mycelia, which promoted the increase of amino acid content. The nutritional value of protein in selenium-enriched mycelia was higher than that in non-selenium-riched mycelia, and selenium-enrichec mycelia had potential edible and application value.

Background Currently, there is a lack of clinical competence evaluation tools applicable of general practitioners (GPs) practicing in rural settings in China, resulting in the lack of researches on the clinical competence evaluation of GPs in rural. Objective To explore reliability and validity of an evaluation index system for consultation competency of rural GPs developed previously, and provide an evaluation tool with high reliability and validity for scientific and objective assessment of consultation competence of GPs in rural settings. Methods Based on the evaluation system for consultation competency of rural GPs, a corresponding questionnaire was designed, and points were assigned to each option on a 5-point Likert scale. From September to December 2022, GPs or assistant general practitioners (AGPs) who were working in rural township health centers in Guangxi Province were recruited as the research subjects by using the purposive sampling and stratified sampling methods, the questionnaire was distributed through a national web-based survey platform-"WJX" to them. Cronbach's α coefficient, split-half coefficient, critical ratio (CR) and correlation coefficients were calculated based on questionnaire data. Confirmative factor analysis was employed to fit questionnaire data and assumed model, and calculate three categories of indicators, including preliminary fit criteria (PFC), overall model fit (OMF), and fit of internal structural model (FISM), to verify the degree of fit and structural validity of the measured data. Results A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 366 were validly collected, with an effective recovery rate of 61.0%, 86.1% were registered as GPs and 13.9% as AGPs, who came from five cities, including Nanning, Guilin, Wuzhou, Baise, and Guigang, and 204 township health centers in Guangxi Province. Cronbach'α coefficient for the whole questionnaire or for every section was higher than 0.700, and Guttman Split-Half coefficient was 0.931. The initial first-order model met the PFC well; except for goodness of fit index (GFI), adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI), and normed fit index (NFI), other indicators related to the OMF reached for the best levels in the modified first-order model. Apart from R2 for 9 observable variables less than 0.5, the FISM for the modified first-order model showed good effects. The initial second-order model indicated as similar effects on the PFC as the initial first-order model; the modified second-order model shared similar OMF with the modified first-order model; the modified second-order model was inferior to the modified first-order model in terms of the FISM. Eventually, questionnaire data fitted the modified first-order model better. Conclusion The evaluation index system for consultation competency of rural GPs shows high reliability and validity, which can be used for research and practical work on the evaluation of consultation competence evaluation of GPs in rural settings.

Background Training general practitioners (GPs) and improving the practice competence of "GP-centered" primary health care personnel are important directions of the development of human resources for primary health care in China. At present, there is lack of an index system applicable to evaluate clinical competence of GPs in the circumstances of primary health care in China, which not only hampers accurate identification of gaps in clinical competence of GPs, but also impedes sustainable improvement of the education and training of GPs as well as primary health care personnel. Objective To develop an evaluation index system for consultation competency of GPs in the circumstances of primary health care in China based on the original version of Leicester Assessment Package (LAP), so as to provide an index model reference for the objective evaluation of consultation competency of GPs. Methods Between May to August in 2022, a total of 15 experts were invited by using the purposive sampling method to implement the Delphi method by correspondence, to evaluate the importance, feasibility, and textual representation of each index in the initial evaluation index system for consultation competency of GPs. Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to calculate weight and combined weight for the first-level and secondary-level indexes. Results A total of two rounds of Delphi were conducted. The positivity coefficient, familiarity level, judgment coefficient, and authority coefficient were 100%, 0.77, 0.91, and 0.84 in both rounds of consultation; the mean score of the importance and feasibility of each indicator was 3.5, and the variation coefficient was 0.3. The Kendall coefficients for the importance and feasibility of the indexes in the two rounds of consultation were statistically different (P

Single Side Band (SSB) direct detection system is considered as an attractive solution for 80 km Data Center Interconnects (DCI), due to its characteristics of low-cost, simple system architecture, and high robustness to chromatic dispersion. However, Signal to Signal Beating Interference (SSBI) is the major problem in SSB direct detection system. In order to address the SSBI in the SSB direct detection systems, the SSB modulation realized by IQ modulator and Dual Drive Mach Zehnder Modulator (DDMZM) is investigated. A SSB signal reconstruction algorithm based on time domain iteration and an SSBI-free direct detection scheme based on DDMZM are proposed respectively for these two SSB direct detection systems. The implementation principle and simulation or experimental setup are introduced in detail. According to the simulation and experimental results, the effectiveness and feasibility of the two schemes in SSBI elimination are discussed.

In order to investigate the mechanical properties of uncured rubber, uniaxial and cyclic tensile experiments are conducted on uncured rubber at different strain rates. From the experimental results, the rate-dependent nonlinear mechanical behaviors of uncured rubber can be clearly observed. With strain rate increasing, the stress level, hysteresis and Mullins effect get enhanced, and the residual strain decreases. To characterize the nonlinear visco-elastoplastic mechanical behaviors of uncured rubber, a three-network (TN) constitutive model that contains a hyperelastic network and two nonlinear viscoplastic networks is proposed. The eight-chain model is used to characterize the hyperelastic behavior while the Bergstr?m-Boyce flow model is applied in the viscoplastic networks to capture the nonlinear viscous flow. The proposed constitutive model is implanted into the finite element software Abaqus with which, the multistep tensile relaxation test is simulated. The simulation result is satisfactorily consistent with experimental results, which verifies the effectiveness of the TN model. Finally, the simplified molding process of a tire tread is simulated, which further verifies the stability of the TN model.

For the problem of inhomogeneity of the output optical power of multiple output ports, the paper designs a 1×4 Multimode Interference (MMI) coupler based on Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) and proposes a new method to optimize its homogeneity. A tapered waveguide is used at the input/output of the coupler. To improve the uniformity of the MMI coupler, an unequal-width design is used for the tapered waveguide at the output. After optimization, the uniformity of the four output ports is as high as 0.007 4 dB, while the total insertion loss is only 0.058 dB. According to this method, the transmission constant of the output, avoid crosstalk between waveguides, and achieve an improvement in the uniformity of the output port of the MMI coupler.

Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) is an autoimmune disease triggered by environmental factors on the basis of genetic susceptibility. Trace elements are an important part of environmental factors, among which iodine excess, selenium deficiency, magnesium deficiency and vitamin D deficiency are the risk factors inducing the incidence and progression of HT. The mechanism of HT induced by these nutritional factors is related to the activation of thyroid autoimmune response, oxidative stress response and inflammatory response. For HT susceptible population and HT patients, rational dietary guidance should be given, and corresponding nutritional supplements should be delivered when necessary, aiming to delay the incidence and progression of HT.

[Objective] The changes and differences in landscape structure and network connectivity of ecological land in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province under different development scenarios in the future in order to provide a reference for environmental protection planning and project construction in Nanchang City. [Methods] Based on the PLUS model, the future ecological land use pattern of Nanchang City was predicted for multiple scenarios. Differences in landscape structure and network connectivity of ecological land in different regions and the structures of the city under different development intensities were studied from the perspectives of quantity and structure through landscape pattern index, morphological spatial pattern analysis (MSPA), and network connectivity analysis. [Results] ① Under different development scenarios, the destruction of ecological land was mainly concentrated in Anyi County and Xinjian District; ② The fragmentation of grassland was very serious, and there was little difference in landscape structure under any development scenario. The difference in landscape index between forest land and water area was small under the ED and EP scenarios, showing strong resistance to medium and high intensity development; ③ Under different development scenarios, the difference in ecological core area was as high as 90.36 km2. Ecological land with multiple types of uniform mixed structure can effectively suppress the generation of isolated islands and maintain regional ecological security; ④ Compared with 2020, under various scenarios, the equivalent possible connectivity index EC (PC) of Nanchang City decreased by 18.76%~23.24%, and the network connectivity in Xinjian District and Anyi County decreased significantly. [Conclusion] The ecological protection scenario (EP) development plan can effectively protect the ecological landscape structure and network security of Nanchang City, thereby ensuring the sustainable development of the city. At the same time, when carrying out ecological protection planning and restoration projects, priority should be given to the construction of new areas, Anyi County, and other fragile ecological landscape areas so as to better maintain the ecological security of Nanchang.

Wind power generations are widely used in power system as a type of clean renewable energy. However, the random fluctuation of wind power output has a negative effect on the power quality of power system. The energy storage system has been applied to suppress the voltage and power fluctuation by wind power access to power system because of its flexible bidirectional regulation ability. In this paper, a multi-objective energy storage optimal allocation model is established based on system voltage deviation, daily active power loss and total energy storage access capacity as the objective function. A beetle antennae search-improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization (BAS-IMOPSO) algorithm which is formed by combining BAS and IMOPSO is used to solve the model, and the optimal energy storage allocation scheme is selected in Pareto solution set by using the technique of order preference by similarity to ideal solution based on information entropy. The proposed model has been applied to IEEE 33-node distribution system. The simulation results show that the energy storage system optimized by BAS-IMOPSO algorithm has significantly higher ability to reduce voltage deviation and active power loss of distribution network than MOPSO algorithm does, and it can effectively improve the power quality with the ability of peak load shifting. The model shows the effectiveness of the proposed BAS-IMOPSO algorithm.

Few studies have focused on the effects of injection time and hydrostatic pressure on the solute transport in porous geothermal reservoirs to date. The chloride displacement experiments were individually carried out at 35 °C at the injection time of 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h and 5 h individually through the simulated columns packed with the thermal reservoir fine sand. Column experiments were performed at 35 °C at hydrostatic pressure of 0, 6 and 9 MPa individually. By using the one-dimensional CDE model in the CXTFIT 2.1 software, the migration law of Cl− and its influencing factors in the studied matrix were examined. The results show that the Cl− breakthrough curves under different injection time and hydrostatic pressure are symmetrically distributed, and they can all be well described by the CDE model. Thus, the solute dispersion can conform to the Fick’s law in the simulated low-temperature pore geothermal water. The breakthrough curve and transport parameters of Cl− are highly correlated with the injection time due to the variations of the total amount of solute mass injected, concentration differences and molecular diffusion ability in the studied geothermal water. In addition, the value of D increases from 25.22 cm2/h at 0 MPa to 36.13 cm2/h at 9 MPa, combining with the increasing molecular diffusion coefficient, dispersion coefficient and dispersivity with hydrostatic pressure. Hence, the solute hydrodynamic dispersion in the simulated sandy column are enhanced with the increasing hydrostatic pressure. The results are of great significance to enrich the theory of solute transport in groundwater.

Therefore, it is urgent to speed up the training and ensure the training quality of general practice workforce. Objective To develop a comprehensive and systematic general practitioner (GP) competency model after analyzing the concept and structural domains of competencies (including inner competencies) required for GPs to deliver contracted healthcare services, providing insights into the realization of training eligible GPs in terms of quantity and quality, and the improvement of quality and efficiency of contracted services. Methods From December 2020 to September 2021, we conducted in-depth, semi-structured interviews with 38 GPs from 10 medical institutions in four cities (Zhenjiang, Taizhou and Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, and Foshan in Guangdong Province) , then treated the interview results applying the three-level coding and theoretical saturation used in the grounded theory. After that, we developed a General Practitioner Competency Model. Results The model consists of 10 items, which belong to four domains: general care capability, humanistic practice capability, team cooperation capability, learning and development capability. General care capability and learning and development capability belong to external competencies, which represent the external performance and driving force of competencies, and determine the level of competencies of GPs to provide contracted services. Humanistic practice capability and team cooperation capability reflect the internal traits and competencies, which belong to the inner competencies, and determine the potential of GPs to provide contracted services. Conclusion The model developed by us is complete and comprehensive, in which the inner competencies of GPs have been fully explored, which may be contributive to the training of GPs delivering contracted services, and to the development of a GP competency assessment system using quantitative empirical methods.

In order to investigate the feasibility of using sunflower seed oil body enrichment in ice cream, low fat ice cream was prepared with sunflower seed oil body enrichment as the fat under the condition of non-homogenization. The effect of the dosage of the oil body enrichment on the quality of low fat ice cream slurry and product was explored. The results showed that the viscosity, storage modulus and loss modulus of ice cream slurry increased with the increase of the oil body enrichment dosage. When the dosage of oil body enrichment was 3.5%- 4.0%, the viscosity was equivalent to that of the control group. The proportion of non-flowing water and bound water in the slurry increased gradually with the increase of the dosage of oil body enrichment, reaching the maximum at 4.0%. The expansion rate and anti-melting rate of ice cream products first increased and then decreased as the increase of the oil body enrichment dosage. The color of ice cream with sunflower seed oil body enrichment was poor. The hardness and chewability of ice cream showed the same change law, which first decreased and then increased with the increase of the oil body enrichment dosage, while the elasticity changed in the opposite direction. The adhesion of ice cream increased with the increase of the oil body enrichment dosage. The sensory score of ice cream was the highest when the dosage of oil body enrichment was 2.5%. The appropriate dosage of sunflower seed oil body enrichment can produce a similar effect as palm oil, and sunflower seed oil body enrichment can be applied in ice cream.

Industrial security issues have always been an important and urgent issue globally.Industrial control protocols are widely used in the communication between industrial control system(ICS) components.Their security is related to the safe and stable operation of the entire system, and there is an urgent need to ensure the security of all industrial control protocols. The network protocol fuzzing plays an important role in ensuring the security and reliability of ICS.Traditional fuzzing methods can improve the security testing of industrial control protocols, and many of which have practical applications. However, most traditional fuzzing methods rely heavily on specifications of industrial control protocols, making the test process costly,time-consuming,cumbersome and boring. If the norm does not exist, the task is difficult to carry out. This paper proposes an intelligent and automatic protocol fuzzing method based on pointer-generation networks(PGN),and gives a series of performance indicators. On the basis of this method,an intelligent and automatic fuzzing framework based on PGNFuzz for application is designed, which can be used for various industrial control protocols.Several typical industrial control protocols such as Modbus and EtherCAT are used to test the validity and efficiency of our framework.Experiment results show that our method is superior to other general purpose fuzzers(GPF) and other deep learning based fuzzing methods in terms of convenience, effectiveness and efficiency.

Taste perception is an important factor in determining people's food intake. Understanding the relationship between taste sensitivity and food consumption behavior is one of the most innovative strategies for solving health problems caused by diet, and measuring the taste sensitivity of human subjects is the key to establish this relationship. In this paper, from the aspects of working principle, operation process and application of taste sensitivity determination, the methods of measuring human taste sensitivity at home and abroad are summarized, including psychophysical method, biopotential method, bacterial papilla counting method and genotyping method. Psychophysical measurement method is simple to operate and easy to implement, but subjective and error are large; biopotential measurement method reduces subjective errors, but the subjects need to remain relatively static during the measurement process, otherwise it will affect the stability of the electrode; fungal papilla counting method and genotyping method need to be carried out in conjunction with other methods. In addition, the genotyping method requires high technical content and cost. Through the analysis and evaluation of the above methods, it provides a theoretical basis and guidance for selecting different taste sensitivity determination methods.

Objective To analyze the expression of SIRT5 in pan-cancer and its relationship with prognosis and to explore the mechanism of SIRT5 regulating breast cancer proliferation through aldehyde dehydrogenase 5 family member A1(ALDH5A1). Methods cBioPortal,TNMplot,GEPIA and The Kaplan-Meier Plotter were used to analyze the differential expression of SIRT5 in a variety of tumors and its correlation with prognosis. The interacting proteins co-precipitated with the SIRT5 were analyzed by mass spectrometry. Pathway enrichment was performed for the interaction proteome, and for the combined analysis of the interaction proteome and the acylation proteome. Finally, the ALDH5A1 was focused. Then, the interaction between SIRT5 and ALDH5A1 was determined by an in vivo and in vitro immunoprecipitation(IP).SIRT5 was over-expressed or knocked down to detect acylation level and enzyme activity of ALDH5A1. Finally, the effects of SIRT5 and ALDH5A1 on breast cancer proliferation were determined by cell proliferation and cloning experiments. Results SIRT5 was highly expressed in a variety of tumors such as breast cancer and was positively correlated with poor prognosis (P<0.05). There were multiple overlaps between SIRT5 interacting proteins and acylomics and the overlapped proteins were mainly enriched in metabolic pathways such as amino acid metabolism. SIRT5 directly interacted with ALDH5A1. SIRT5 could enhance the enzyme activity of ALDH5A1 by inducing the desuccinylation of ALDH5A1, thus promoting the proliferation of breast cancer cells (P<0.05). Conclusions The function of SIRT5 in tumors may be specific to a heterogeneous environment and it can play a tumor-promoting role through ALDH5A1 in breast cancer. The results reported here may provide a theoretical basis for subsequent clinical targeted therapy.

Image-based 3D reconstruction is widely used in practice due to less hardware constraints, lower cost and higher flexibility.Especially for the problems of sparseness and uneven density of the three-dimensional point cloud data generated by the image due to the occlusion between various parts of the object,it has always been a difficulty and hot issue to deal with.In this paper,a mask-based sparse point cloud filtering algorithm is proposed.Firstly, the bounding box of the point cloud is calculated and the grid is adaptively divided according to the sparseness of the point cloud.Secondly,Depth-first search is used to recursively find all customized connected domains composed of grids generated at the first step. Then adaptively calculating the threshold based on the quantized importance index, selecting the connected domains that should be retained based on the adaptive threshold, and defining the set of all retained connected domains as a mask, which is used to describe the global spatial topology information of the sparse point cloud. Finally, points covered by the mask are retained while points of the uncovered area are removed,so as to filter the outliers. This method can handle the point cloud data generated by occlusion and with great differences in spatial density. It can effectively remove outliers in the original three-dimensional point cloud data, while maintaining the detailed information of the point cloud.

This paper performed a retrospective analysis of 19 patients diagnosed with pathologically-verified WHO Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade glioma with T2/FLAIR mismatch sign. We extracted the overall characteristics of the tumor area and the image parameters of the mismatch regions from the patients' imaging data for quantitative analysis. Afterward, we investigated how T2/FLAIR mismatch sign affected the diagnostic efficacy for isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH)-mutant and 1p/19q non-codeleted (IDHMUT/1p/19q+) lower-grade gliomas (LGG). This study showed that the overall and partial T2/FLAIR mismatch sign can be used as an imaging marker to predict IDHMUT/1p/19q+ LGG. The overall imaging characteristics of the tumor area combined with the quantitative parameters of the mismatch regions can improve the diagnostic efficacy for IDHMUT/1p/19q+ LGG.

In the scenarios of traffic diagnostic analysis and prediction in optical network based on deep learning, the work of traffic data collection and storage for optical link is limited due to security and other reasons. Aiming at the problem that the amount of traffic data is too small to support deep learning training, this paper proposes an optical network traffic data synthesis algorithm based on topology link recognition. The core idea is to combine the conditional generation model based on optical network topology and the data synthesis model based on optical network traffic in the framework of generative adversarial networks. The traffic data of the given optical link is synthesized in a self-supervised way. The simulation results show that the auto-correlation coefficients of the traffic data synthesized by the proposed algorithm is close to the real data, and the accuracy of the traffic prediction model based on fully connected neural network is more than 95%.

Query-by-Example is a popular keyword detection method in the absence of speech resources. It can build a keyword query system with excellent performance when there are few labeled voice resources and a lack of pronunciation dictionaries. In recent years, neural acoustic word embeddings has become a commonly used Query-by-Example method. In this paper,we propose to use wav2vec pre-training to optimize the neural acoustic word embeddings system, which is using bidirectional long short-term memory. On the data set extracted in SwitchBoard, the features extracted by the wav2vec model are directly used to replace the Mel frequency cepstral coefficient features, which relatively increases the system's average precision rate by 11.1% and precision recall break-even point by 10.0%.Subsequently,we tried some methods to fuse the wav2vec feature and Mel frequency cepstral coefficient feature to extract the embedding vector. The average precision rate and precision recall break-even point of the fusion method is a relative increase of 5.3% and 2.5% compared to the method using only wav2vec.

With the vigorous development of network technology, optical networks are developing in the direction of ultra-highspeed and large-capacity. Since the structure of the optical network is becoming more complex.the optical signal will inevitably suffer various impairments in the optical network. In optical communication equipment, the most important parameter of the physical layer is the Optical Signal-to-Noise Ratio (OSNR). Its value directly determines whether the service can operate normally. Once the requirements are not met, it will cause transmission errors or failures, reducing service quality, and transmission consumption. This paper proposes an accurate and efficient OSNR prediction method for optical communication nodes. By combining analytic prior knowledge methods and deep learning-based posterior knowledge methods, an optical communication node OSNR based on hybrid machine learning algorithms are proposed. The prediction method uses prior knowledge to reduce the training cost of neural networks and provides high-accuracy OSNR predictions. The result shows that the method proposed in this paper can provide high-accuracy machine learning models under more demanding conditions.

Cardiac-specific miRNAs, such as miR-1, miR-133, miR499 and miR208, are widely involved in cardiogenesis, physiology and pathology of heart. Cardiac-specific miRNAs are not only involved in cardiomyocyte differentiation in early cardiogenic stages and cardiomyocyte proliferation in the late cardiogenic stages, but also in cell damage or protection, fibrosis, and ventricular remodeling in myocardial infarction (MI) after birth. Meanwhile, cardiac-specific miRNAs can mobilize bone marrow stem cells into the peripheral blood, and promote heart repair and regeneration. In addition, circulating level of cardiac-specific miRNAs are significantly elevated after MI, which makes them to be a promising diagnostic marker for early diagnosis of acute MI.

As the optical network structure becomes larger and more complex, optical network faults are more likely to occur. After a network fault occurs, due to the derivative characteristics of network alarms, the root cause alarms will generate multiple derivative alarms. Therefore, after network faults occur, the network management system will receive alarm storms. Due to the complex relationship between faults and alarms, the difficulty of locating network faults, especially multiple faults, has also risen sharply. In response to this problem, the knowledge graph technology that is good at managing massive amounts of information and revealing the characteristics of data is introduced into optical networks. The alarm knowledge graph contains rich relationships between alarms, which can be completed by combining Graph Neural Network (GNN) technology. The knowledge-guided automatic reasoning of the root cause of network faults is in line with the fault location ideas of the operation and maintenance personnel in the operation and maintenance process. Further, the network topology information is added in the fault location process, and the knowledge dimension of the knowledge graph is improved. The limitation of the single-fault scenario is lifted, and a high accuracy rate is obtained in the multi-fault location scenario.

The microstructures and mechanical properties of Inconel 718 alloy were analyzed by using 982 ℃ water cooled solid solution bar after repeated solution and re-aging treatment, and compared with direct aging treatment. The effects of repeated solution treatment temperatures ranging from 941 to 1010 ℃ on microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloy were systematically studied. The results show that with the increase of repeated solution temperature, the content of γ′′ phase / δ phase gradually increases / decreases with no obvious change in grain size, leading to an evident improvement on room-temperature hardness, high-temperature tensile strength and stress-rupture life of the alloy. The maximum values of the tensile elongation and the stress rupture ductility are reached at the repeated solution temperature of 982 ℃. As compared to the direct aging treatment condition, there is no apparent change in microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy aged after the repeated solution treatment at 982℃. On the contrary to the higher repeated solution temperature, the lower repeated temperature produces unfavorable effect on the mechanical properties.

The central-northern segment of the Longmen Mountains is located in the transfer zone, for which the structural characteristics are little studied. Based on the reprocessed two-dimensional seismic data, this work used methods such as field geological investigation, drilling analysis and structural interpretation to comprehensively study the structural characteristics in the central-northern segment of the Longmen Mountains. The thick belt is characterized by deep and ductile deformation and shows the combination styles of a series of tight anticlines and synclines. The transition belt I developed many imbricate faults which cut to the ground surface. The main faults in the transition belt I derived many secondary gently dipping faults in the footwall, which controlled the development of the relative fault-propagation folds. The transition belt Ⅱ is a buried structure that includes the No.1 fault. The intense imbricate thrust structures occurred in its hanging wall and the autochthonous structure with weak fold deformation developed in its footwall. This study provides new insight that the high-angle thrust faults commonly derive secondary gently dipping faults in the footwall, and both of them formed the falling-γ type of the structure style. According to the analysis of the structure characteristics and mechanism origin, it is suggested that the composite structure styles combining the imbricate and falling-γ type are the basic structure styles in the study area, which is controlled by the multiple-decollement deformation from the deep layer to the shallow layer as well as from the trailing edge to the leading edge.

Objective To investigate the effect of nicotinate-curcumin(NC) on the LPS-induced secretion of cytokines by human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVECs) and its mechanism. Methods HUVECs were incubated with different concentrations of NC for 24 h. Western blot was used to detect the phosphorylation of AMPK. After silencing the expression of AMPK with siRNA, the potential outcomes on the phosphorylation of NF-kappa B p65, the expression of adhesion molecules, the secretion of TNF-alpha and MCP-1 in the supernatant of LPS-induced cells, and the expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress markers IRE-1, eIF2α and CHOP were observed. Results The phosphorylation of AMPK was significantly increased and p65 phosphorylation was alleviated after HUVECs treatment with the concentration of 10~20 mmol/L NC for 24 h (P<0.05). After silencing of AMPK, the inhibition effect of NC on NF-κB was significantly reduced(P<0.05). At the same time, the expressions of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and E-selectin, and the adhesion of THP-1 cells to HUVECs, content of TNF-α and MCP-1 in supernatants were significantly reduced after NC treatment (P<0.05). After siRNA silenced AMPK, the above effects were all inhibited(P<0.05). NC down-regulated the expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress markers IRE-1, eIF2α and CHOP induced by LPS. The inhibitory effect of curcumin on these molecules was significantly reduced by interfering with the expression of AMPK (P<0.05). Conclusions NC inhibits LPS-induced expression, secretion of adhesion molecules and cytokines in HUVECs, and also inhibits endoplasmic reticulum stress. The mechanism is potentially related to the activation of AMPK.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin is hard and brittle. Adding fly ash (FA) will increase the hardness of PVC composites and deteriorate the processing plasticity, thus limiting the application range of PVC/FA composites. Dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) and tris(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanuric acid (THEIC) were used to improve the mechanical properties of PVC/FA composites. The effects of the ratio of DOTP and THEIC on the thermal stability, mechanical properties and electrical properties of PVC/FA cable composites were investigated. The results show that the combination of DOTP and THEIC can improve the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PVC/FA cable composites. When adding 29 phr DOTP and 1 phr THEIC at the same time, the elongation at break of PVC/FA2 composite is 107.98%. Compared with the composite without plasticizer, the elongation at break of PVC/FA2 is increased by 105.31%. The thermal decomposition temperature in the first stage and the second stage of PVC/FA2 is increased by 11.1 °C and 6.0 °C respectively, and the processability of the composite is significantly improved. The enhanced electrochemical performance of the lithium-rich solid solution Li1.2[Co0.13Ni0.13Mn0.54]O2 (LMNCO) cathode was enhanced by phosphorus incorporation. The various phosphorus contents were introduced by adding NH4H2PO4 into the raw materials. The pristine sample and the sulfur incorporated samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). Electrochemical performance was assessed by measuring parameters such as charge and discharge capacity, rate capability in lithium ion cells. The results show that the LMNCOP-03 material has the best initial discharge capacity of 280 mAh·g-1. Moreover, it has about 212.2 mAh·g-1 and 170.6 mAh·g-1 at 1.0 C and 3.0 C rate, respectively. The LMNCOP-03 material shows an improved rate performance attributed to the enhanced electrical conductivity and lithium ion diffusion, which is proved by EIS tests.

Interpreting magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data by radiologists is time consuming and demands special expertise. Diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa) with deep learning can also be time consuming and data storage consuming. This work presents an automated method for PCa detection based on cascaded convolutional neural network (CNN), including pre-network and post-network. The pre-network is based on a Faster-RCNN and trained with prostate images in order to separate the prostate from nearby tissues; the ResNet-based post-network is for PCa diagnosis, which is connected by bottlenecks and improved by applying batch normalization (BN) and global average pooling (GAP). The experimental results demonstrated that the cascaded CNN proposed had a good classification results on the in-house datasets, with less training time and computation resources.

Objective To investigate the metastasis of non-sentinel lymph node (NSLN) in breast cancer patients with 1~2 positive axillary sentinel lymph nodes (SLN) and the related risk factors. Methods Clinicopathologic parameters of 383 breast cancer patients with 1~2 positive SLNs admitted in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were collected and retrospectively studied. Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to explore the related predictors of NSLN metastasis. Results In the enrolled 383 patients, only 149 (38.9%) were observed with NSLN metastasis. Univariate analysis showed ultrasound axillary lymph node (ALN) status (P < 0.001), number of positive SLN (P=0.007), number of negative SLN (P < 0.001), number of SLN dissected (P < 0.001), metastatic rate of SLN (P < 0.001) and lymph-vascular invasion (LVI, P=0.003) were related with NSLN metastasis. Multivariate logistic regressive analysis indicated that ultrasound ALN status (P=0.001), number of negative SLN (P=0.019), metastatic rate of SLN (P=0.037), LVI (P=0.039) and HER2 over-expression (P=0.026) were the independent predictive factors of NSLN metastasis. Conclusion Ultrasound ALN status, number of negative SLN, metastatic rate of SLN, LVI and HER2 over-expression can be used as the independent predictive factors of NSLN metastasis. Attention should be paid to the clinicopathological characteristics when decision of avoiding axillary lymph node dissection in breast cancer patients with 1~2 positive SLNs.

In this paper, through the secondary development of ProCAST&CAFE software, the dynamic boundary conditions of solidification process were established, the temperature field and solid fraction in the directional solidification process of low nickel austenitic stainless steel were simulated, and the effect of the pull rate on solidification microstructure was discussed. The results shows that the withdrawal rate is in the range of 15~200 μm/s, as the solidification speed increases, the isotherm becomes dense, gummy zone narrowing. And as the solidification rate increases, the primary dendrite arm gradually refines and the secondary dendrite arm becomes dense and coarse. In addition, as the withdrawal rate increases in the range of 15 to 200 μm/s, the lateral heat dissipation of the edge of the casting is gradually smaller than that of the central longitudinal heat dissipation, and the axial deviation of the dendrites is reduced from 27.66 ° to 25.964 °. At the same time, the comparative analysis simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the simulation calculation process is more reasonable.

Taking GH4169 alloy large-size bar as research object, combined with the manufacturing process of the bar, the stress rupture properties of the specimens with different grain sizes were analyzed by means of OM, FE-SEM, EBSD and TEM. The results show that under the high temperature and stress of the long-lasting test, various grain size samples exhibit different stress rupture properties and grain orientation evolution. When the grain size is small, some orientation of〈101〉obviously rotates to 〈001〉or 〈111〉orientation where deformation and fracture occur. Besides, the coordination of macroscopic deformation of fine grain is better. These promote the effective release of stress concentration and then better plasticity. But the diffusion creep caused by more grain boundaries in the fine grain sample is unfavorable to the high temperature strength and cracks are prone to nucleate and expand at the grain boundary adjacent to the hard orientation of 〈111〉, thus the rupture life is reduced. In addition, the deformation of the fine grain sample is larger, mainly concentrated at grain boundaries, and the number fraction of large angle misorientation is more, which is easy to crack and reduce the life.

In order to balance the linear output of the exoskeleton power and the safety in the wearing process, a wearable flexible knee joint exoskeleton with two working modes of power assist and buffering is designed. Firstly, the parameter calculation and structural design of the knee bumper and whole machine model of the exoskeleton are carried out. Then, the dynamics analysis of the joint is carried out and the theoretical moment of the joint is calculated by Matlab. Finally, the calculated parameters and theoretical moments are substituted into Adams to simulate the exoskeleton under the two working modes. By comparing the simulation results with the human motion standard data, it is proved that the exoskeleton assist mode can basically meet the wearer's normal walking needs, and the buffer mode can buffer the rigid impact under sudden conditions. An important theoretical basis for the subsequent system control and prototype manufacturing is provided.

In order to investigate the influence of Linglong cementitious material on the consolidation of tailings under different conditions,a series of backfill blocks at different ratios, different densities and different curing ages are designed with ordinary Portland cement control and their uniaxial compressive strength is measured through strength test. Then the phase composition and the micro-morphology of the tailings backfill are discussed by such measuring and testing techniques as XRD and SEM.The results show that the hydration reaction of the cementitious material produces ettringite and C-S-H gel,and promotes the consolidation of the tailings backfill;the age and the ratio of cementitious material to tailings will affect the development of the content and morphology of ettringite and C-S-H gel in the hydration products, and the content of hydration products will increase with the increase of age and the ratio of cementitious material to tailings. The content of the products increases and overlaps to form a dense network structure, which is macroscopically expressed as an increase in strength;the mass concentration affects the pores in the test block, thereby affecting the strength.

Under the background of vigorously developing smart grids, the scale of power optical communication networks supporting power grid operation is becoming larger and larger, and the services carried are more diversified. However, the service routing planning of the power communication network is mainly based on the shortest path algorithm, which leads to the imbalance of the business importance distribution of the power communication networks. Therefore, the local risk of the network can be high and the overall health of the network is low. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional routing algorithms, this paper proposes a route algorithm that uses deep reinforcement learning technology to balance the risk of network traffic, which also comprehensively considers the traditional constraints such as optical transmission constraints and link residual capacity. The algorithm considers the distribution of service importance, link capacity, and link optical signal-to-noise ratio to achieve risk equalization of power communication networks. We have carried out an experiment in a provincial power communication subnet. The result shows that the method can effectively reduce the risk balance of the power optical communication networks and provide a strong guarantee for the safe operation.
