Aiming at the deficiency that K2 algorithm depends on the maximum number of parent nodes and node of order, this paper proposed an improved Bayesian network structure learning algorithm (MWST-CS-K2). The algorithm firstly obtained the maximum number of parent nodes by constructing the maximum support tree (MWST). Then it used the correlation degree and updated coefficient between variables to set rules for adding, subtracting and reversing edges. The paper used improved cuckoo algorithm to optimize the nest location, and applied the breadth first search strategy to search and traverse to get the node order. Finally, the paper used maximum number of parent nodes and the order of nodes as the input of K2 algorithm to get the final network. Experiments show that in the standard ASIA,SACHS and CHILD network data tests, the average correct edge ratio of MWST-CS-K2 algorithm reaches 97.3%, 87.7 % and 95.6% respectively. The learning effect is better than other corresponding comparison algorithms, and the network structure obtains the most similar to the standard network structure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aiming at the order dependency problem of the K2 algorithm, this paper proposed a heuristic algorithm (H-vnK2) to learn the node order effectively from a given data set. Specifically, based on the v-structure knowledge learned by the PC algorithm, it corrected the order of some parent-child nodes in the form of node blocks quickly and accurately, and then obtained the optimal order of some nodes. Based on the neighbor set knowledge learned by the PC algorithm, with the distance threshold heuristic strategy, it further modified the order of the parent-child nodes from the global optimal point of view, and then obtained the best order of all nodes. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm is significantly better than the comparison algorithm on the Asia and Alarm standard data set. Among them, compared with the best-performing method based on causal effects, the proposed algorithm improves the accuracy rate by 7% on average, and the increment can reach up to 33 .3 %. In order to solve the problem that there are many restrictions on the source domain and the target domain in the process of Bayesian network parameter transfer， a unified framework based on Bayesian network parameter transfer learning was proposed under the condition of considering multiple information forms of source domain and target domain. The method considers the role of source domain structure and data volume in the migration. On the basis of structural similarity， the influence of alternative source domain data volume on parameter migration was discussed. The balance coefficient related to the target domain data was introduced in the migration process. According to the balance coefficient， the target domain data was linked with the migration process to realize the automatic adjustment of the balance coefficient. The satellite Fengyun 3C(FY3C) launched in 2013 and carried a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) occultation sounder, which is the first BDS/GPS compatible radio occultation sounder in the world and records both GPS and BDS measurements. It provides an opportunity for investigating the precision realtime orbit determination based on space‐borne GPS/BDS measurements. In order to realize the real‐time orbit determination based on space‐borne GPS/BDS measurements with decimeter‐level accuracy, this paper carries out in‐depth research in the following aspects. Firstly, the real‐time orbit determination mathematical model based on the space‐borne GPS/BDS carrier phase observations is introduced. Then the properties of the errors in the signal’s propagation path that originates from GPS/BDS broadcast ephemeris are analyzed, and the signal‐in ‐propagation path error(SIPPE) statistics of different kinds of GPS/BDS satellites are also presented. Based on the analysis, a pseudo‐ambiguity is modeled as a stochastic process and estimated in the real‐time orbit determmination(RTOD) filter to absorb the SIPPE error, and then the decimeter‐ level accuracy can be realized. The space‐borne GPS/BDS data from China’ s FY3C satellite are em ‐ ployed for the simulative RTOD test using the SATODS software. Results have demonstrated that the position and velocity accuracy of 30 cm and 0.3 mm/s, respectively, are achieved when using GPS/BDS carrierphase data and broadcast ephemeris. Although the accuracy of BDS broadcast ephemeris is obviously worse than that of GPS, orbit results of the GPS/BDS fusion solution with reasonable stochastic models for pseudo‐ambiguities will be slightly superior to that using single GPS data. For example, when the FY3C satellite flew over Asia/Pacific region where more BDS satellites can be tracked, the orbit accuracy can be improved by 10% with the GPS/BDS fusion solution. Since Harry. M. Markowitz published "Portfolio Selection" 1952, financial academicians have proposed many methods to measure risk such as variant, downside-variant, average absolute deviation, maximum deviation, VaR and so on. However, these methods have a. common limitation. It is that they only consider the price moment. Because they don't consider the influence of exchange quantity, they can't effectively keep away the risk caused by unexpected event such as Southeast Asia financial crisis 1997 and recent global financial tsunami. In this paper, a new method of measuring risk which called time-varying risk has proposed. The goal of this method is to respond the usual risk as well as the risk caused by unexpected event. To many contemporary western scholars who study the history of early Christianity or the Christianity history in Asia, ―Nestorian Church‖ is a wrong and misinterpreting title for the church developing in Persia for so long time. However, most Chinese scholars who pay attention to the topic of Christianity in Tang dynasty, one of the focal points of the field of medieval Sino-western cultural relationship, still base their studies on the inaccurate or completely wrong conceptions of the so-called ―Nestorian Church‖ which were formed almost one hundred years ago. It‘s so pity that they seem to have no interest on the new advancement of ―other‖ disciplines. I think it is quite necessary for the researchers of Christianity in Tang dynasty to learn and absorb the achievement of the study on history of western Christianity and probably some other discipline, because in contemporary context, the study of ―Nestorian Church‖ is no longer a pure philology study based merely on the excavated literature, it is some kind of synthetic culture study and religion study combining variety of knowledge. In this paper, I try to present and arouse the attention of the above mentioned problem according to analyse four wrong or misty statements being used to be followed by Chinese scholars, which could have been revised many years ago if referring to the achievement of other disciplines. Lee, is an interpretative approach which tries to understand the biblical text in relation to the cultural-religious texts of Asian and seeks to achieve inter-penetration and integration of the two texts. In this paper, we will review Archie Lee‘s approach from three aspects: first, Background of culture and history which aroused this approach; Second, the characters of the approach which being different from the compare method and the approach of reader response.
