Objective To construct a perioperative and postoperative home nutritional intervention regimen for children with hepatoblastoma, and to evaluate its clinical application effect. Methods Semi-structured interviews, literature research, and Delphi methods were used to construct a perioperative and postoperative nutritional intervention regimen for children with he-patoblastoma. A total of 31 children with hepatoblastoma who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were enrolled as control group, and 31 children with hepatoblastoma who underwent surgery from September 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled as experimental group. The children in the control group received routine diagnosis, treatment, and nursing, and those in the experimental group received the nutritional intervention regimen in addition to the intervention in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of nutritional status, blood biochemical parameters (serum albumin, serum prealbumin, and blood hemoglobin), body height, body weight, and body mass index at 1 week before surgery and at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after surgery, and the clinical guiding significance and practical effect of the nutritional intervention regimen was assessed. Results At 1 and 3 months after surgery, compared with the control group, the experimental group had a significant reduction in the numbers of children with mild-to-moderate malnutrition and severe malnutrition (Z=-2.799,-3.697,P

Grain boundary optimization of Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy was carried out by multi-directional forging and annealing treatment, and the effects of mixed grain boundary structures on the anisotropic behavior of mechanical properties of alloy sheets were investigated. The results show that the homogenized alloy which mainly possesses high angle grain boundaries tends to form rolled shear bands and high intensity Brass, Copper and S textures after rolling deformation, resulting in obvious mechanical properties anisotropy of rolled sheet. The IPAYS of yield strength and IPAUTS of ultimate tensile strength are 6.68% and 5.85%, respectively. After multi-directional forging and annealing treatment, the matrix of the alloy is a mixed crystal structure with high/low angle grain boundary structures. After rolling deformation, the shear band density and texture intensity decrease obviously, resulting in the obvious improvement of the anisotropy of the alloy rolled sheet.

Objective To investigate the methylation status of the NOX5 gene in peripheral blood of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and its association with GDM. Methods A total of 67 pregnant women who were diagnosed with GDM at the outpatient service of Department of Obstetrics in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were enrolled as case group, and 87 healthy pregnant women with normal oral glucose tolerance test results during the same period of time were enrolled as control group. Methylation-specific PCR was used to determine the methylation status of the NOX5 gene, and according to the methylation status of the NOX5 gene, the pregnant women in the case group were further divided into positive subgroup with 44 women and negative subgroup with 23 women. According to the presence or absence of fetal distress or fetal macrosomia, 154 neonates were divided into distress group with 6 neonates and non-distress group with 148 neonates, as well as fetal macrosomia group with 11 neonates and non-fetal macrosomia group with 143 neonates. The methylation status of the NOX5 gene was analyzed in terms of its association with the general information and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with GDM. Results There was a significant difference in the constituent ratio of positive NOX5 gene methylation between the case group and the control group (65.67% vs 40.23%,χ2=9.807,P0.05). There was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of positive NOX5 gene methylation between the distress group and the non-distress group and between the fetal macrosomia group and the non-fetal macrosomia group (P>0.05). Conclusion NOX5 gene methylation is often observed in pregnant women with GDM, but the methylation status of the NOX5 gene is not associated with the age, pre-pregnancy BMI, blood pressure, and fasting blood glucose of pregnant women with GDM, and it is also not associated with fetal distress and fetal macrosomia.

ObjectiveTo establish a detection method for thiourea in wheat flour and flour treatment agents（FTA） by pass-through solid phase extraction purification and high performance liquid chromatography.MethodsThe samples were extracted by acetonitrile aqueous solution（8：2， V/V）， and purified by PRiME HLB pass-through SPE column. The extract was separated on a XBridge Amide column （4.6 mm×250 mm， 5 μm） with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase in gradient elution， and detected by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector （HPLC-DAD）.ResultsThe linear correlation coefficient （R2） was higher than 0. 9999 in the range of 0.05-20 μg/mL. The limit of detection （LOD） and the limit of quantification （LOQ） were 0.15 and 0.5 mg/kg， respectively. The average recoveries ranged from 95.5% to 103.7% with the relative standard deviation （RSD） less than 5.7% at three spiked levels of LOQ， 2LOQ and 10LOQ.ConclusionThe problem of easy gelation and poor dispersion effect of FTA had been solved by the method established in this experiment， while matrix interference in wheat flour and FTA reduced effectively， which protected the chromatographic column. This simple， sensitive， accurate method is suitable for the confirmation and quantification of thiourea in wheat flour and FTA.
