Objective： A method for simple and rapid determination of potassium content in cigarette paper will be built for workshops of cigarette factory. Methods: An ion-selective electrode method was used by comparing with the pretreatment methods for cigarette paper samples and potential response behaviors of potassium ion-selective electrodes in different buffer solutions. Results: The potassium ion selective electrode possessed excellent response performance for K+ in lithium acetate buffer solution （0.1 mol/L, pH 7.0） with a linear response range of 1.0×10-5 ~1.0×10-2 mol/L, a slope of 55.79 mV/dec （25 ℃）, and a lower limit of detection of 2.14×10-6 mol/L. The average relative standard deviations of the K+ selective electrode on cigarette paper samples were 0.55% for intra-day test and 2.8% for inter-day test, both less than 5%. The test results of the electrode method were in well agreement with that of ion chromatography, with an average relative deviation of 4.1% （n=10） and recoveries between 95.0% and 101.9%. It was demonstrated effectively through a consecutive test over one week. Conclusion: Among the pretreatment methods for cigarette paper samples, the ultrasonic extraction of potassium ions with 1% diluted acetic acid for 30 min has been found to be fast, simple and environmentally friendly. The ion-selective electrode method is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the rapid detection of potassium in cigarette paper.

Traditional paper dyes are easy to fade under photothermal conditions, in contrast. waterborne organic pigments have excellent tinctorial strength and high light and weather resistance, which can meet the requirements of highend paper yarn to coloring efficacy and light fastness of the colorants. However, the lack of chemical and hydrogen bonds between organic pigment particles and plant fibers, and the pigments are difficult to fix in the structure of the paper. In this study, cellulose nanofibers (CNF/TOCNF) were used as the primary skeleton network and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) macromolecules were used as the secondorder reinforcement network, together construct a multilevel gradient network to enclose and fix organic pigment particles. The dispersion and fixation of the pigment particles are realized by double coating. The results show that the coloring efficacy and colorfastness of the paper yarn base paper can be improved significantly by using the gradient network to fix the pigment particles, and has a positive effect on improving the strength and roughness of the paper. In Older to promote the innovation of knitted fabric structure and surface effect, the semi-three-dimensional geometric origami force was taken as the research object, jlid its internal structure was deduced into plane form by analyzing the foliation principle of semi-three-dimensional form and using planarization design thinking. With the help of Ml Plus paein design software of STOLL company and CMS 502 computer flat knitting machine, the one-side and two-side pseupro-semi-three-dimensional geonfetric origami fabric was realized. The machine parameters, yarn selection, structure design and plate making were discussed in detail, and the influence of different structure and yarn material on the smart effect of the fabric was evaluated. The results show that using the double-sided structure design and yarn with high elasticity and hardness can better shape the semi-three-dimensional geometric origami. In addition, the flexible use of needle arrangement, yarn material and parameter changes in the design can form different geometric origami patterns of knitted fabrics, which provides a useful reference for the innovative design of fabric structure. [Purpose/Significance] Since the outbreak of COVID-19, there has been a rapid increase in the number of studies related to COVID-19 at home and abroad. Review of relevant literature on COVID-19 provides data resources for related research on the emergence and transmission mechanism of SARS-CoV-2. However, the current COVID-19 related dataset is a collection of the literature, without classifying the data for each subfield, and the coarse-grained information such as the title and author fails to provide an in-depth understanding of the progress of COVID-19 research. Therefore, this paper created a dataset for the COVID-19 sub-domain and a fine-grained entity dataset. [Method/Process] Firstly, this paper proposed a literature screening method based on active learning model, which can obtain more valuable marker samples with less labor cost, so that the classifier has better generalization performance. We considered three base classifiers: Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), and Random Forest (RF), while considering four query strategies: uncertainty sampling, expected error reduction, committee-based query, and random sampling. Taking the origin of SARS-CoV-2, one of the sub-fields related to SARS-CoV-2, as an example, articles related to the origin of SARS-CoV-2 were efficiently and accurately located from the literature. At the same time, this paper designed a labeling scheme covering 18 types of entities, including not only genes, proteins, compounds and other entities that are universal in the biological field, but also corona viruses and wild animals that are unique to the field of SARS-CoV-2. In this paper, visual annotation tool BRAT was used for entity annotation. The tagging team consisted of an administrator and six annotators, and the entity tagging consisted of two rounds. What's more, multi-k consistency index was used to calculate the consistency score of annotation results. [Results/Conclusions] The results of the active learning model show that the uncertain sampling query strategy has the best performance. SVM, LR and RF based on uncertain sampling can correctly screen 425, 465 and 489 articles, respectively. After the removal of overlapping articles, a dataset related to the origin of SARS-CoV-2 was constructed, containing a total of 885 articles. Secondly, based on the proposed entity labeling scheme, 6 annotators completed 99 papers. Based on the results of fine marking, this paper constructed an entity dataset containing 39,118 entities, which is the largest and most comprehensive entity corpus in the field of COVID-19.

Random statistics samples of 605 papers in 50 issues including 18 core journals and 15 provincial journals of atmospheric science show that there are about 38% of the key words or abstract writing is not standardized. In order to improve writing quality of academic papers, the problems and solutions of key words and abstracts in atmospheric science papers were discussed. The main conclusions are as following. The key words mainly have shortcomings in such aspects as selecting common words, omitting subject words, the inappropriate depth of indexing, key word in permutation being in disorder, etc. The abstract has the following shortcomings: the basic elements are incomplete, the improper information is embedded, and the results are general and vague. This study points out that: the selection of key words should be mainly based on the order words in the Chinese Thesaurus, which can be appropriately matched with the scientific and technological terms and proper nouns in the new interdisciplinary, new theory and new technology, and general words should be avoided; The key words should follow the principle of "accurate selection and complete selection". Key words should be extracted from the title, abstract, level title and even the text, which can fully express the theme of the paper and have retrieval value, the number of keywords should be 4-5 and their order should follow certain logical rules. The abstract should contain four elements: purpose, method, result and conclusion; avoid using the first person, embedding background knowledge, self-opinion and subjective evaluation; the result (conclusion) part should be logical, meaningful and quantitative, so that readers can see the core value of the paper through the research results. The article also gives four steps to extract the four elements of the abstract and three common writing formats of atmospheric science academic papers.

[Purpose/Significance] "The Belt and Road" is an initiative proposed by China in recent years to cooperate and develop a community with a shared future for mankind, which has been continuously highly concerned by all circles at home and abroad. From the perspective of the citation of highly cited papers, the academic exchange of countries along the Belt and Road initiative can provide a quantitative reference for future international academic and technological exchanges, collaborative innovation and development. [Method/Process] Based on the highly cited papers among the countries along the “The Belt and Road” in the WoS database from 2013 to 2018, this paper constructed a reference matrix and analyzed the network structure, and drew a national citation network map for cluster division. Furthermore, it explored the current state of academic exchange along the “The Belt and Road” and the direction of Chinese academic output, and further analyzed the correlation between Chinese academic exchanges and trade cooperation with other 64 countries along the route. [Results/Conclusions] The research results show that the countries along "The Belt and Road" have close academic exchange and obvious "small world" characteristics. China is the core of academic exchange and the highly cited papers in many research directions in China are cited by many countries along "The Belt and Road". Besides, academic exchange and trade cooperation between China and countries along “The Belt and Road” are strongly related.

[Purpose/Significance] Science funding provides financial support for academic institutions, researchers and research projects, and at the same time plays a guiding role in the development of scientific innovation. The research of funded papers contributes to the development of the discipline and is of great significance to the encouragement and support of researchers. [Method/Process] Based on the funded papers published in Chinese journals and foreign journals in the field of library and information science (LIS) during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, this paper analyzes from the perspectives of the time distribution of papers issued, research output of different types foundations and the research topics. [Results/Conclusions] The number of funded papers published in Chinese journals in LIS from 2016 to 2020 has decreased year by year, but the number of funded papers published in foreign journals has slowly increased year by year; for funded papers published in Chinese journal during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, provincial (municipal) foundations funded papers are more outstanding, and National Natural Science Foundation funded papers are more notable for the number and effects of the funded papers in foreign journals; the funded papers in Chinese journals show a great impact on library services, changes and data, digital resource construction and university libraries; while funded papers in foreign journals pay more attention to social media, theme models, scientometrics and library construction.

This study used bibliometrics to analyze the characteristics of funded papers in the social sciences in Taiwan from 2015 to 2019, including the number of funded papers, funded paper ratio, document types, fields, type of publishing organizations, journal impact, and paper citation impact. The results indicate that the number of funded papers and the funded paper ratio of SSCI papers from Taiwan have both increased. In addition to articles and reviews, conference papers are a major type of funded paper for local SSCI papers. In terms of fields, the nontraditional social sciences, such as environmental sciences, psychiatry, and public/environmental & occupational health, have a particularly high funded paper ratio. However, the number of funded papers and funded paper ratio is the highest in the field of education & educational research. The fields of economics, management, and business have a large number of funded papers but a low funded paper ratio. Universities are the main funded institutions, but hospitals have the highest funded paper ratio. Funded papers tend to have higher paper citation impacts. Therefore, funding positively affects the productivity and impact of SSCI papers from Taiwan. (Article content in Chinese with English extended abstract)

Carbon paper is one of the most commonly used materials for the gas diffusion layer of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and its performance is the premise to ensure the stable operation of the cell. In order to improve the structure and properties of carbon paper and make it better meet the performance requirements of fuel cell, this study was conducted to press different amounts of graphite plates in the carbonization process to control the applied pressure and analyze the microstructure evolution and mechanism of carbon paper under different pressure. In addition, the effects of applied pressure on the in-plane resistivity, pore size distribution, surface roughness and mechanical properties of carbon paper were also studied. The results show that applying pressure helps to restrain the cracking of resin carbon, reduce the generation of cracks and improve graphitization degree of carbon paper to a certain extent. Furthermore, with the increase of applied pressure, the surface roughness of carbon paper is reduced gradually, while the average and maximum apertures also decrease. When the applied pressure reaches 3600 Pa, compared with the samples without pressure, the in-plane resistivity of carbon paper decreases from 17.15 mΩ·cm to 12.79 mΩ·cm, the tensile strength and flexural strength are improved by 150% and 82.9% respectively.

Writing an analysis paper on the rainstorm event (APRE) is of great significance for the professional and technical personnel engaged in weather forecast research, operations and services to fully understand the multi-scale characteristics and causes of rainstorm events. At present, APRE papers have a large amount of submissions, low writing quality and low acceptance rate, and it is more and more difficult to publish them in the core periodicals of atmospheric science (meteorology). In view of the above situation and based on experiences of the APRE manuscript editing and publishing for Torrential Rain and Disasters in recent years, taking the several typical APREs in the core periodicals in the Chinese mainland as examples, we have conducted an analysis of some problems including the difficulties and key points for title, introduction, main body, and conclusion and discussion in the writing of an APRE article, and discuss the corresponding writing skills. We expect to provide reference for the forecasters in the basic meteorological stations and related researchers to grasp the APRE article writing methods and improve the APRE article writing quality and acceptance rate.

Objective: To analyze the characteristics of highly-cited papers in Chinese Journal of Epidemiology from 2020 to 2023, and provide a basis for subsequent paper solicitation and identify research hotspots. Methods: On December 9, 2023, the citation frequency of each paper in Chinese Journal of Epidemiology from 2020 to 2023 was obtained from China National Knowledge Infrastructure. The total citation frequency of each paper was sorted using Excel 2016 software, and papers with citation frequency ≥30 were extracted for analysis. The keywords of the papers and Contents in Brief were analyzed. Results: A total of 1 317 papers were included in the analysis, of which 389, 342, 308 and 278 papers were included from 2020 to 2023. The total citation frequency was 11 873, and all papers were cited with an average citation frequency of 9. The keywords with high citation frequency in the papers included 2019-nCoV, hypertension, colorectal tumor, hand-foot-mouth disease, hepatitis B. and the average frequency of citation were 162, 77, 62, 51 and 47, respectively. There were 15 highly cited Contents in Brief in total, 11 of which are vital Contents in Brief or unique Contents in Brief, including Response to COVID-19 Epidemic, China Kadoorie Biobank, Epidemiological Research on Infectious Diseases, Healthy Ageing, Colorectal Cancer Prevention and Control, Prevention and Control of Hepatitis B, Quality Assessment of Cancer Screening Guidelines and Consensus, The 40 th Anniversary of Chinese Journal of Epidemiology , Expert Forum, Review, Standard-Protocol-Guide. The total citation frequency was 3 951, accounting for 72.6% (3 951/5 438) of highly cited papers. Conclusions: In the past four years, the highly cited papers of this journal mainly focused on the research field of emerging infectious diseases and chronic diseases. The response to the 2019-nCoV epidemic highlights the academic leading role. The effect of selecting and planning a topic, commissioning authors to write on given topics and making an arrangement in advance with a subject for contribution to vital Contents in Brief or unique Contents in Brief of this journal is pronounced, and the academic influence of the journal continues to improve.

The content of 7 metal elements in 49 kinds of cigarettes composed of 5 kinds of tobacco and 10 kinds of cigarette paper was determined by flame atomic absorption method, the effects of the combination of tobacco and cigarette paper on cigarette tar content were analyzed from four aspects: composition of tobacco, conventional chemical composition, metal element content and parameters of cigarette paper. By constructing a cigarette sample system with co-variation of cigarette tobacco and cigarette paper, the joint effect and relative importance of the two on the tar content were studied. The results show that: The combination of tobacco and cigarette paper was an important factor affecting the tar content, which together explained 81.9% of the variation of tar content, and the effect of tobacco was greater than that of cigarette paper, which explained 48.6% of the variation of tar content. The sodium content in the cut tobacco was positively correlated with the tar content, while the magnesium, manganese and potassium were negatively correlated with the tar content. The influence of cigarette paper parameters on the amount of tar content is interactive, but the trend and degree of its influence are affected by the parameters in the tobacco. In the covariant system of tobacco and cigarette paper, tobacco is the main factor affecting the amount of tar content, and cigarette paper is the secondary factor. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A total of 479 government procurement contract announcement and 402 original contract texts for paper resources were collected and sorted from the "Government Procurement Contract Announcement System" of the China government procurement network in Double First-Class university libraries. Through statistical and textual analysis, this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of government procurement contracts for paper resources in double-class university libraries. It examines the overall situation and key terms of these contracts, identifies existing problems, and incorporates the latest laws, regulations, and business practices. It presents several optimization suggestions for the standardized management of government procurement contracts for paper resources in university libraries in China. These suggestions include: standardizing the process of signing and announcing contract information, avoiding the indiscriminate application of contract model text, strengthening the compliance review of contract amount/ price terms, refining product quality service standards and breach of contract liability terms, clearly stipulating settlement and payment terms, and refining the performance acceptance terms. BackgroundThe COVID-19 pandemic hints at the importance of modernizing disease control system. To understand the scientific research strength of our country's disease control system in recent years is conducive to formulating more targeted policies or measures to promote the modernization of the disease control system.ObjectiveTo understand the scientific research strength and research hotspots of China's provincial-level centers for disease control and prevention (CDCs) from 2011 to 2020, and provide evidence for the development of scientific research work, discipline construction, and talent team construction in CDCs in the future.MethodsThe Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) of the Web of Science Core Collection were used to retrieve SCI-indexed English papers published by 31 provincial CDCs (excluding Taiwan Province, Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions) in our country from 2011 to 2020, and to screen literature with provincial CDCs as the first affiliation for bibliometric analysis and visual analysis. Bibliometric analysis included the SCI-indexed publications of different provincial CDCs (as co-affiliation and the first affiliation), the number of SCI-indexed papers published by provincial CDCs (as the first affiliation) and funding rates by years, the high-frequency authors of SCI-indexed papers published by provincial CDCs (as the first affiliation) and their distribution, and the characteristics of the journals. Visual analysis software Citespace 5.8.R1 was used to draw keyword co-occurrence maps, cluster information tables, and emergence maps to provide information on research hotspots and their evolution.ResultsFrom 2011 to 2020, the number of SCI-indexed papers from 31 provincial CDCs was 8420 (including co-affiliation), of which 2060 papers listed provincial CDCs as the first affiliation. The provincial CDCs of Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong, and Guangdong were the leading six institutes in terms of the total number of SCI-indexed papers contributed as co-affiliation or the first affiliation. There was a large gap in the total number of SCI-indexed papers among the provincial CDCs. The highest total number of SCI-indexed papers contributed by provincial CDCs as the first affiliation was Zhejiang CDC (448 papers), while the lowest number was Xinjiang CDC (only 1 paper). From 2011 to 2020, the total number of SCI-indexed papers contributed by the 31 provincial CDCs as the first affiliation showed an overall increasing trend. Except for 2011, which was 63.1%, the funding rates in other years exceeded 70%. In terms of high-frequency authors, 13 first authors published ≥10 SCI-indexed papers: Zhang Yingxiu from Shandong CDC had the highest number of SCI-indexed papers (47), followed by Hu Yu from Zhejiang CDC. Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, and Shandong still ranked the top six of ≥4 first authored-SCI papers. In terms of journal characteristics, the top 20 journals with the highest number of SCI papers published a total of 862 papers, accounting for 41.8% (862/2060), and PLOS ONE ranked the first (188 papers). The research hotspots were mainly concentrated in the fields of infection, child health, and epidemiology. The main keywords of the first three cluster categories were related to the research fields of adolescent overweight and obesity, HIV, and vaccine immunity. The results of keyword emergence showed that research hotspots shifted from overweight, obesity, and body mass index to antibodies, vaccines/vaccination, and cohorts.ConclusionThe past ten years have witnessed increasing numbers of SCI-indexed papers published by provincial CDCs in our country and a stubbornly high funding rate. However, the gap among the provincial CDCs is still large seeing that economically developed eastern provincial CDCs published more SCI-indexed papers. Research hotspots have gradually shifted from overweight, obesity, and body mass index to antibodies, vaccines/vaccination, and cohorts.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper investigates the research on author name disambiguation published in recent years, and reviews the development context of relevant research from the perspective of the impact of data on author name disambiguation methods, so as to provide reference for further research. [Method/Process] The papers related to author name disambiguation were collected from English research databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, Google Academic, ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Scopus and Springer Link, and Chinese research databases such as CNKI, CQVIP and WANFANG. The search results cover the relevant papers published from 1998 to 2021. On the premise of giving consideration to authority, influence and novelty, 46 publicationswere selected for review. There are many types and structures of author name disambiguation data. For example, literature feature information is generally presented in unstructured text, and the extracted features can be stored and represented in two-dimensional tables; Citation information and interpersonal relationship are network relational data, which can be stored and represented by graphs, key value pairs or two-dimensional tables. The fundamental reason for different data structures lies in their semantic differences, but the data structure itself determines its applicable algorithm. According to the structure of characteristic data used in the author name disambiguation task and the different corresponding data processing algorithms, the relevant research is divided into three categories: 1) disambiguation method based on literature characteristics, 2) disambiguation method based on social network and 3) disambiguation method by integrating external knowledge. The impact of data on the author name disambiguation method is examined from the data level. [Results/Conclusions] The analysis found that with the progress of technology, deep learning methods have been widely used. Compared with the improvement of the model, the feature learning and representation based on deep learning can significantly improve the effect of the author name disambiguation algorithm. In addition, in order to overcome the problem of insufficient data utilization by a single method and improve the utilization efficiency of data, the three methods show the trend of mutual combination and complementary gain. From the literature research results, there are few related studies on incremental author name disambiguation and multi-language author name disambiguation, which could be one of the directions for further research.

Naturally-occurring precipitate of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is generally considered to be a common phenomenon. The formation of naturally-occurring precipitate originates from the interactions among different chemical components during the decoction process. Previous literature has reported the existence of naturally-occurring precipitate in Sini decoction. In this study, seven pairs of acid-base non-covalent complexes in Sini decoction were characterized using cold spray ionization-mass spectrometry (CSI-MS). The CSI device was built in house, where a stream of nitrogen gas was cooled by liquid nitrogen and used as the sheath gas, providing low-temperature ionization conditions for the MS analysis of the acid-base non-covalent complexes. The gas pipeline was equipped with a valve to regulate the nitrogen flow rate. Data acquisition was carried out using a quadrupole/Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometer operated in both full-scan MS and collision-induced dissociation MS/MS modes. Experimental results showed that the seven pairs of acid-base non-covalent complexes were unequivocally observed in positive and negative ionization modes. Mass spectrometric responses for each acid-base non-covalent complex varied with different chemical structures, binding abilities and ionization efficiencies. A representative pair of acid-base non-covalent complex (enoxolone/benzoylmesaconine) was selected to investigate the influence of the acid-base concentration ratio (3∶1, 2∶1, 3∶2, 1∶1, 2∶3, 1∶2, 1∶3) on the binding stoichiometry. The enoxolone/benzoylmesaconine complexes with the binding ratios of 1∶1, 1∶2, 2∶1 were observed, among which the mass spectrometric peak of the 1∶1 binding ratio was the most intensive. The non-covalent interactions of the representative enoxolone/benzoylmesaconine complex were analyzed using isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and computational chemistry. The thermodynamic parameters were obtained in the ITC experiment. In comparison with entropy change, the contribution of enthalpy change to Gibbs free energy was more significant, indicating that Van der Waals force and hydrogen bonding might be the main driving force in the formation of acid-base non-covalent complexes. This result was further confirmed by the docking model and simulation results of computational chemistry. Multiple hydrogen bonds derived from the interactions between specific atoms locating in the acid and base compounds promoted the self-assembly process. Moreover, Van der Waals attraction or repulsion force was generated between the C and H atoms at different positions, which in conjunction with hydrogen bonding interaction drove the formation of the acid-base non-covalent complexes. This study provides theoretical foundation and technical instruction for exploring the formation mechanism of naturally-occurring precipitate in Sini decoction.

Collect screen paperboard of mine power transformer and ordinary power transformer in practical lifetime cycle to make insulation test samples, and according to the standard of power, use test means such as viscosity tester, scanning electron microscopy to compare and analyze microstructures of insulation paper such as polymerization degree, surface morphology of mine power transformer and ordinary power transformer, as well as electrical properties such as partial discharge and electrical strength; at the same time, effect of microstructure changes on electrical performances during aging was discussed. The analysis results show that the insulation defects gradually form and expand in the insulation paper during the aging process; compared with the insulation paper of ordinary power transformers, the surface morphology changes of the insulation paper of mine power transformers are more obvious, and the formed defects are more significant.In the aging process, the polymerization degree of insulation paper of ordinary power transformer and mine power transformer presents a gradual decline trend, but the decline speed of polymerization degree of mine power transformer insulation paper is faster.The operating environment of mining area is the main reason that the aging of insulation paper of mine power transformer is more serious than that of ordinary power transformer.In the process of operation, the insulation paper of mine power transformer will produce more discharge quantity, more discharge times and wider discharge phase than ordinary power transformer.In the aging process, the electrical strength of insulation paper of both ordinary power transformer and mine power transformer decreases gradually, but the electrical strength of insulation paper of mine power transformer is lower than that of ordinary power transformer.The microstructural defects of insulation paper of mine power transformers are the direct causes of the more significant changes in their electrical properties.In the process of state monitoring and maintenance of power equipment, it is suggested that the insulation state monitoring of mine power transformers should be carried out strictly according to the power standards,electrical property parameters are more suitable for insulation status monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine power transformer.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper clarifies the concept of novelty, reviews different novelty measurements, and summarizes different types and research progress of novelty detection at home and abroad. It is of great significance to the development of science and scientific technological planning. [Method/Process] By summarizing existing relevant Chinese and English literature, this paper reviews the definitions of novelty, different novelty measurements such as content analysis and citation analysis, as well as their evaluation methods. [Result/Conclusion] Most of the existing methods measure the novelty from a single perspective, and few used combined methods. Therefore, both qualitative and quantitative methods should be taken into consideration to form a comprehensive analysis in the future.

In order to fully consider the random variation of sieving process parameters,this paper constructs the reliability-based optimization model for reconstituted tobacco process parameters,which taking the percentage of fibers below 12 mesh as the optimization objective,water flow rate and pulp concentration as the design parameters, and the percentage of fibers over 50 mesh as the probabilistic constraint. Firstly, the current process parameters are used as inheritance points for Latin hypercube sampling and screening experiments. Based on this, an initial Kriging model is constructed to fit the implicit relationship between water flow velocity, smoke slurry solid content, and the proportion of fiber mass below 12 mesh and above 50 mesh. And local adaptive sampling (LAS) was carried out to update the Kriging model to ensure the approximate accuracy of key positions at optimization iteration. Finally,Monte Carlo simulation (MCS)-Sequential quadratic programming (SQP) was used to solve the optimization model of screening process parameters. The results indicated that the optimized water flow rate and pulp concentration were 6.31 L/ min and 0.53%, respectively. Under this process parameter, the proportion of fiber below 12 mesh was 13.72%, which was 7.19% higher than before optimization. The proportion of fibers over 50 mesh was 17.65%, which was a decrease of 4.13% compared to before optimization. Point-of-care testing (POCT) is a test method performed on the sampling site or patient bedside. Accurate results can be achieved rapidly by the application of portable analytical instruments and compatible reagents. It has been widely used in the field of in vitro diagnosis (IVD). Paper-based microfluidics technology has great potential in developing POCT due to its advantages in low cost, simple operation, rapid detection, portable equipment, and unrestricted application conditions. In recent years, the development of paper-based microfluidic technology and its integration with various new technologies and methods have promoted the substantial development of POCT technology and methods. The classification and characteristic of the paper are summarized in this review. Paper-based microfluidic sample pretreatment methods, the flow control in the process of reaction and the signal detecting and analyzing methods for the testing results are introduced. The research progress of various kinds of microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs) toward POCT in recent years is reviewed. Finally, remaining problems and the future prospects in POCT application of paper-based microfluidics are discussed.

Although the shock has long and routinely been treated, right heart and pulmonary circulation used to be the forgotten corners in clinical management. Twenty years ago, my colleagues and I published the paper Right Ventricular Function of Patients with Septic Shock: Clinical Significance and proposed the strategy of 'right heart priority', in which we took right heart as a starting point, completed whole circulation pathway of blood flow clinically with hemodynamic indicators, and performed treatment based on the hemodynamic changes at real locations, degrees and responses to therapeutic interventions. Over the past 20 years, this strategy has been confirmed by many others and practiced in many hospitals worldwide. The current treatment of shock is a continuous, dynamic, target directed quantitative hemodynamic therapy and is moving from individualized treatment towards organ targeted treatment.

Objective: To improve the accuracy and validity of the measurement data of solvent residues in food packaging paper. Methods: Taking the HS GC-MS measurement system as the research object, variation sources in the measurement process was separated by using the measurement system analysis, and the traditional control chart and EWMA control chart of repeatability and reproducibility were established respectively to effectively monitor the detection error of the measurement system. Results: ① HS GC/MS had high measurement accuracy, with GRR of about 9.76%, and the gauging ability of the measurement system was relatively good. ② Through the combination of periodic measurement system analysis and control chart method, the effective separation and monitoring of repeatability and reproducibility variance components can be realized. ③ The repeatability can be monitored in real time through the daily gauging data, which was helpful to find the fault of measurement equipment in time and ensure the reliability of gauging results. ④ EWMA chart of repeatability can give early warning of measuring equipment fault faster than traditional control chart. Conclusion: Separating and monitoring variation sources of the measurement system by using variance analysis method can effectively ensure the stability of HS GC-MS equipment and improve the effectiveness of solvent residue detection.

[Purpose / Signficance] The current competition of comprehensive national strength relies more on fundamental research, and highly cited papers have important significance in the evaluation and analysis of fundamental research. Revealing the differences between China and USA in leading basic research from the perspective of highly cited papers, we provide basic data support for national scientific research management decision-making and institution building. [Method / Process] Based on ESI highly cited papers of China and USA, this article uses bibliometric methods and Y index to analyze the specific features and differences of China and USA among three dimensions—trends of publication, country cooperation and institutional output.[Results / Conclusions] The study shows that: (1) Overall, the highly cited papers of China is 2.99 times that of the American highly cited papers, but the gap is narrowing yearly. At the same time, the low citation frequency and the low proportion of highly cited papers are still the shortcomings that limit Chinese international influence. (2) China and USA are closely cooperating with each other. USA dominates scientific research cooperation, as the proportion of first authors and corresponding authors and leading papers is significantly higher than that in China. (3) Chinese high-output institutions have obvious advantages of corresponding authors, but the output gap between institutions is large. And the American high-output institutions are evenly distributed, and they are characterized by deeper and broader international cooperation and inter-agency cooperation.

Different phenolic resins have a direct impact on the properties of aramid paper honeycombs. It is important to study the relationship between phenolic resin and honeycomb properties. Two different phenolic resins are used to prepare aramid paper honeycomb core materials, and the compression properties, shear properties, flame retardancy and dielectric properties of the prepared honeycomb core material are tested. Combining the observation of resin end face resin distribution and contact angle measurement, the reasons for the difference in performance of honeycomb core materials prepared by two kinds of resins are analyzed. The results show that the temperature resistance of the resin itself directly affects the temperature resistance of the honeycomb and the volatilization rate of solvent water in the resin and the surface tension between the resin and the aramid paper affect the resin distribution of the resin on the honeycomb wall. When the content of the honeycomb core resin is the same, the resin rubber column at the end of the joint is beneficial to increase the compressive strength of the honeycomb core material, but the accumulation of the resin at the end of the node reduces the wall thickness of the honeycomb, resulting in a decrease in the shear strength and modulus of the honeycomb.

Taking the ultra-high-speed cigarette making and tipping machine as object， the offset adjustment and rigid-flexible coupling analysis method of the ultra-thin paper tape is studied. By using the spatial flattening projection method， the effects of the spacing of the inclined rollers or the angle of the inclined pads on the paper tape offset is investigated. The kinematics and dynamical models of the ultra-thin paper tape are built， and the elastic modulus of the paper tape is measured. Herein， a rigid-flexible coupling model of offset adjustment mechanism is developed by dispersing the paper tape into flexible body units and the roller into rigid body units. The results show that the numerical and measured lateral offsets at the output tape are consistent. These findings can be available for the offset parameters optimization and smooth conveying of the ultra-thin paper tape.

In order to fully reveal the characteristics of university library service innovation and provide enlightenment for the development of library science theories and based on analysis on CSSCI papers of case studies on university library services from 2020 to 2023, the article analyzes the characteristics of innovative service from the dimensions of types, themes and ideas, sorts out the innovation path, and discusses the essence of innovative service of university library. The results show that innovation is most active in basic services and comprehensive services, while the ten “Double First-Class” university libraries holding a higher number of innovative service cases. Among the popular innovation themes, popularity of topics such as reading promotion and information literacy education continued, while topics such as emergency services had a clear trend of concentration and significant characteristics of the times. The highly cited innovation case papers cover multiple topics but tend to be consistent in nature in terms of collaboration, multi-resource structure, and new media application. Banana fusarium wilt has a significant adverse effect on the banana industry. It is worth noting that fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense 4(Foc4) is one of the most devastating and widespread pathogens of banana fusarium wilt in the world. It is a catastrophic threat to the global banana industry. At present, there is still no technology that can cure bananas infected with banana fusarium wilt. Therefore, it is extremely important for banana planting industry to detect banana fusarium wilt in time and do a good job in prevention and control. In order to realize the early accurate detection of banana fusarium wilt race 4, this study proposed a detection method of double probe paper-based sensor based on colloidal gold, which increased the use of signal enhancement probes to increase the binding amount of colloidal gold, thereby reducing the detection limit. Two kinds of colloidal gold particles with different particle sizes were combined with the corresponding detection probes and signal enhancement probes to form a double gold label probe system. The large particle size colloidal gold was used with the detection probe, while the small particle size colloidal gold was paired with the signal enhancement probe. The sample being tested was mixed with this double gold-labeled probe system. The Foc4 target sequence in the sample would be paired with the double gold-labeled probe to form a ' gold-labeled probe-target sequence-T-line probe ' complex, which continued to migrate to the water-absorbing pad. The complex was captured on the test area of the sensor. Within 10 minutes, the test paper would generate a visible target product that could be observed by the naked eye at both the test line and the quality control line areas, thus achieving qualitative detection. For quantitative detection of Foc4, the light intensity of the test strip would be further analyzed using software. The light intensity peak area was obtained and substituted into the standard curve to obtain the concentration of Foc4 detected and realize quantitative detection. Experimental results demonstrate that the detection limit of the dual-probe paper-based sensor is 0.001 nmol/L, which is 100 times of that of the traditional paper-based sensor, and the detection sensitivity is improved. The sensitivity test results demonstrated a strong linear relationship between the concentration of Foc4 and the peak area of the test line light intensity within the concentration range of 0.001-1 000.000 nmol/L. This finding suggests that the sensor can be effectively employed for quantitative detection. To assess specificity, a high concentration of non-complementary probe was utilized as the target sequence for detection and compared with the detection results of samples containing Foc4. The experiment revealed the absence of a red band at the test line when the test paper was detected by the noncomplementary sequence. Importantly, this observation indicated that the presence of the non-complementary sequence had minimal impact on the detection effect, thus affirming the sensor's excellent specificity. Finally, the paper-based sensor was used to detect Foc4 in banana leaves. The average recovery rate was 77.6%-102.3%, and the relative standard deviation was 7.4%-7.7%, indicating that it can be used for on-site detection of Foc4. The detection technology possesses the characteristics of being low-cost and easy to operate. In comparison to traditional detection methods, it enables timely, rapid and accurately determination of the presence of Foc4. Compared with the existing molecular detection technology, the detection can be completed without the need of expensive equipment or specialized personnel. This feature makes it highly suitable for widespread use. The dual-probe paper-based sensor realizes the combination of nucleic acid lateral chromatography detection technology and banana fusarium wilt detection. Its potential for widespread adoption in the early disease warning system of the banana industry is substantial. [Objective] The study aimed to investigate the effect of macular pollutants on the release of pyrolytic products from cigarette paper, and provide a method basis for the classification of macular pollutants. [Method] The pyrolytic particulate matter of different cigarette papers was captured by a self-built temperature-controlled pyrolytic device. The differences in pyrolytic components of different cigarette paper samples were analyzed by using GC-MS. And the classification of macular pollutants was achieved using principal component and cluster analysis based on the differences in pyrolytic products. [Result] The different pollutants changed the microscopic surface morphology of cigarette paper fibers. And the pyrolytic products chromatograms of all the contaminated cigarette papers exhibited a similarity of less than 0.417 when compared with that of blank cigarette papers. A total of 78 kinds of pyrolytic products were detected in the blank cigarette papers, including ketones, phenols, benzene derivatives, aldehydes, furans, alcohols, heterocycles and other chemicals, etc. Moreover, the pyrolytic products released from contaminated cigarette paper not only had common components with blank cigarette paper, but also had many unique pyrolysis components, and there were significant differences in the number and content distribution of various pyrolysis components. Specifically, after the contamination of Premalube red and Nordic grease, the phenolic compounds in the pyrolytic products significantly reduced from 36.07% to 5.58% and 8.32%, respectively. Meanwhile the release of hydrocarbons remarkably increased, but the composition and distribution of hydrocarbon substances exhibited significant differences. Flavor and sugar contaminants reduced the content of aldehydes, ketones, phenols, benzene rings and heterocyclic pyrolytic components in the pyrolytic products, but their own unique propylene glycol/glycerol solvents or esters could release to the particulate matter during the heating process through the evaporation. Principal component analysis based on pyrolytic products showed that cigarette papers contaminated with different pollutants could be effectively distinguished from the blank sample. Hierarchical clustering analysis also showed that samples contaminated with grease could be classified into one, and cigarette papers contaminated with flavor and sugar could be grouped into another one. [Conclusion] The results in the study would be beneficial for the classification and identification of macular pollutants source based on the differences in pyrolytic products that were captured by self-built temperature-controlled pyrolytic device and analyzed by multiple statistical methods. [Purpose/Significance] Combing the relevant influencing factors of the citation frequency of a single paper and the research status of the prediction of the citation frequency, this paper provides a comprehensive and systematic cognitive framework from the perspective of the involvement of scientific researchers and scientific research institutions in such research. [Method/Process] Using the literature research method, through the systematic combing of the existing literature, this paper summarized the relevant contents and characteristics of the influencing factors, research objects and research methods of citation prediction, compared and analyzed different methods by means of list, and summarized the common problems and some innovative solutions of the existing research. [Result/Conclusion] In the process of systematic combing and summarizing, it is found that the causal relationship between influencing factors and prediction results is not clear, the research sample data is lack of diversity, the relationship between the applicability of research results and prediction cycle is not clear, and the interpretability of model evaluation is weak. Therefore, we should improve the follow-up research quality from the aspects of solving the preconditions of the problem, selecting targeted samples, improving the extraction methods of influencing factors, and using mathematical thinking mode for modeling.

The microcrystalline cellulose/thermoplastic starch (MCC/TPS) film was prepared by melt extrusion method, and the MCC/TPS film was combined with paper by hot pressing method. The results show that the SEM images show that the interface layer of paper-plastic composite has good adhesion. When the addition a-mount of MCC is 5wt%, the mechanical properties of TPS film are improved, and the path of water vapor through TPS film is extended, resulting in the water vapor transmittability of MCC/TPS/paper composite is reduced, and the barrier properties of paper-plastic composite are improved. TPS/paper composites and MCC/ TPS/paper composites have better physical properties (i.e. smoothness, flexibility and folding resistance) than paper alone. Therefore, the addition of MCC can improve the barrier properties and mechanical properties of paper-plastic composite materials to meet the requirements of the food packaging industry for low water sensitive materials. A new method was proposed for point-of-care testing (POCT) of immunosuppressants in blood using thin-layer paper spray ionization and a miniature mass spectrometer. The aluminum thin-layer plate was used as paper spray substrate, and cut into an equilateral triangle. Aliquots of 10 μL blood sample were loaded on the aluminum thin-layer plate, and then 20 μL methanol was dropped as elution/spray solvent. The tip of the triangular plate was placed 1.0 cm in front of the discontinuous atmospheric pressure interface (DAPI) of the miniature mass spectrometer. When the spray voltage was applied, the sample was eluted from the triangular plate and formed paper spray ionization at the tip. Coupled with the miniature mass spectrometer, five immunosuppressants were detected under negative ion mode. The precursor ions ［M-H］- of tacrolimus, sirolimus, everolimus, ciclosporin A, and mycophenolic acid are m/z 802.6, 912.6, 957.1, 1 200.8, 319.1, and product ions are m/z 560.2 and 604.3, m/z 590.3 and 321.2, m/z 590.3 and 365.2, m/z 1 088.8, m/z 287.4 and 275.1, respectively. Based on the observed signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of the most intense tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) fragment peaks and using the S/N=3 and 10 as the criteria, the limits of detection (LODs) and quantitation (LOQs) are estimated to be 0.5-5 mg/L and 1-10 mg/L, respectively. The internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis, and indapamide was used as the internal standard compound. Sufficient linearity for each analyte is obtained with the correlation coefficients (r) greater than 0.99. The proposed method displays good recoveries in the range of 91.0%-114.3% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 8.4%. Moreover, the developed method was used for the analysis of blood samples, which spiked with tacrolimus, sirolimus, everolimus, cyclosporine A and mycophenolic acid at the concentration of 100 mg/L. The analytical results demonstrated the consistency between the proposed method and the traditional liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method. The entire analysis procedure can be completed within 1 min. The proposed method is simple, fast, accurate, efficient, and suitable for POCT of immunosuppressants in blood. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
