With the aggravation of population aging, the health of the elderly has become an important issue in the aging society. The Mediterranean diet (MD) contributes to healthy aging by changing dietary patterns to delay and prevent disease onset. This paper summarizes the concepts related to the MD pattern and its relationship with cardiovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, depression, chronic inflammation and other brain and heart comorbidity in the elderly, so as to provide thinking and reference for the optimization and upgrading of the elderly, and contribute to the development of healthy China. Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), as a kind of typical persistent organic pollutants, are widely distributed in environmental media and cause varying degrees of harm to ecosystems and human health. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to understand the distribution law of PFCs in the environment of a specific area, and formulate standard limits suitable for China. The Yangtze River Basin is an important part of China's Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is a key area of Chinese economic and social development. To protect the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Basin is considerable critical for the green development of the Yangtze River Basin. This paper focuses on the existence condition of PFCs in the Yangtze River Basin, and summarizes their distribution and change rule in the upper, middle and lower water environment and sediments. In this paper, the pollution status of PFCs in the Yangtze River Basin and the progress of environmental benchmark research were analyzed, then the research demands of the formulation of environmental benchmarks for PFCs in Chana were clarified. Finally, this article puts forward suggestions for the future systematic research of Chinese PFCs environmental benchmarks and provides decision-making basis and reference for the potential ecological risk assessment and control of PFCs. BACKGROUND: Currently, electrospun nanofibers, which are biomimetic materials of natural extracellular matrix and contain a three-dimensional network of interconnected pores, have been successfully used as scaffolds for various tissue regeneration, but are still faced with the challenge of extending the biomaterials into three-dimensional structures to reproduce the physiological, chemical as well as mechanical properties of the tissue microenvironment. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the process and principles of electrostatic spinning and to explore the applications of the resulting electrospun nanofibers in tissue regeneration of skin, blood vessels, nerves, bone, cartilage and tendons/ligaments. METHODS: With “electrospinning, electrospun nanofibers, electrospun nanofiber scaffolds, tissue regeneration” as the Chinese and English search terms, Google Academic Database, PubMed, and CNKI were searched, and finally 88 articles were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The electrospun nanofibers are a natural fibrous extracellular matrix mimetic material and contain a three-dimensional network of interconnected pores that have been successfully used as scaffolds for a variety of tissue regeneration applications. (2) Several papers have described the great potential of electrospun nanofiber scaffolds applied to the regeneration of skin, blood vessels, nerves, bones, cartilage and tendons/ ligaments, providing a solid theoretical basis for its final application in clinical disease treatment, or for its transformation into practical products to enter the market. (3) However, the current research results are mostly based on cell experimental research results in vitro, and whether it can be finally applied to human body still needs clinical verification. (4) At present, many kinds of electrospun products for various clinical needs have been commercialized in and outside China, indicating that the research field of electrospun nanofiber scaffolds for soft and hard tissue regeneration has great research value and application potential. Petrosal vein (PV) is an important drainage vein of posterior cranial fossa, needs to be properly preserved during cerebellopontine angle (CPA) surgery. Whether it is safe to sacrifice PV is a topic of intense debate and worth discussing. On one hand, some systematic studies concluded that the complications after obliteration of PV were negligible, and on the other hand, fatal complications caused by the sacrifice of PV were reported intermittently. This paper intends to review the anatomy of PV, the complications after sacrifice of PV, the evidence and opinions on the safety of PV sacrifice, and preoperative or intraoperative methods for evaluating the safety of PV sacrifice, so as to refine the surgical management of PV by neurosurgeons. The treatment of brain tumors, especially the malignant brain tumors, has entered in the bottleneck period at present. It is difficult for traditional molecular biology, cell and animal experiments to make a major breakthrough in the treatment of brain tumors, so researchers have turned their attention to the anatomy and pathology of human whole brain tissue. However, the human whole brain tissue which is available for research is extremely deficient. It is of great significance to encourage brain tumors patients to donate organs and establish a standard human brain tissue resource bank of brain tumors (shortened to brain bank) for the research of brain science and providing new treatment ideas for brain tumors, while the construction of brain bank in China started late, with a relatively small scale and relatively slow development. This paper intends to provide guidance for the construction and improvement of brain bank and specific brain tumors related brain bank in China by drawing on the relevant experience of the construction of brain bank in other countries. Bryophytes are important indicators of environmental pollution. At present, bryophytes are mainly used to monitor atmospheric pollution in China. In fact, bryophytes have been widely applied to monitor water quality abroad. In the present paper, we firstly analyzed the literature of applying bryophytes to monitor water environmental quality abroad, then summarized relevant contents of bryomonitoring, which included the types of water pollutants monitored by bryophytes, the species of bryophytes used for bryomonitoring, the influences of the survival status of bryophytes on monitoring effect, the environmental factors affecting the enrichment of heavy metal elements in water by bryophytes, the active and passive methods of applying bryophytes to monitor water pollutions, and the sample preparation, as well as some European cases of bryomonitoring for water environmental quality. Patent foramen ovale (PFO) is closely related to neurological diseases such as stroke, migraine, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and decompression sickness (DCS). It has been suggested that PFO closure could be effectively prevent and treat these neurological diseases. This article focus on exploration of the pathogenesis, epidemiology and clinical characteristics of neurological diseases related to PFO, and to discuss the potential complexity and future development of PFO closure for the treatment of these diseases.
