En aquest treball de final de grau, “Estudi i implementació d’un sistema ERP en una empresa dedicada al sector mèdic”, es detallarà tot el procés seguit a l’empresa AVINENT Implant System per canviar totalment la manera de treballar mitjançant un nou “software” de gestió en tots els àmbits departamentals. Tot i que a simple vista una implementació d’un nou programa pot semblar que és feina del departament d’informàtica, hi ha molta informació del procés productiu que desconeixen i és per això que el departament d’enginyeria hi està altament implicat. En aquest projecte s’intentarà definir des del punt de vista d’enginyeria tot el treball realitzat, no entrant tant en tota la part de programació d’informàtica. Bàsicament es veurà els motius pels quals l’empresa ha decidit engegar un projecte d’aquesta magnitud, de quina manera s’ha fet, com s’ha aprofitat la ocasió per intentar fer un punt zero i realitzar un gran manteniment de tota la base de dades existent. Com es lògic, no veurem això no havent fet abans una breu explicació de l’empresa i del mercat en el que es mou, així com quines eren les diferents opcions de “software” que teníem i perquè vam elegir una o altra. Com tot projecte de procés també mostrarem els pressupostos que ens van donar els nostres proveïdors per tal de mostrar transparentment la magnitud d’aquests projectes. In this final project, “Analysis and implementation of ERP software in a company dedicated to the medical sector”, we will define all the process followed in AVINENT Implant System to change all the way to work due to a new manage software in all the departments. Even though an implementation of a software seems an IT project, there is a lot of information of the productive process that they do not know how it works and this is why the engineering department are really involve in this project as well. We will try to define from the engineering viewpoint all the work that we have done, and we are not going to see all the IT work part. Basically, we will see the reasons to start a project with this magnitude, the way we have done it and how we have get profit from the occasion to begin from zero and do a great clean up of the data base. Before that, we will do an explanation of the company and its market, and before starting the project, which software options we had and why we choose the final decision. We will also show the cost that our suppliers gave us, to see the magnitude of these kind of projects.

Aquest projecte tracta de la implantació de protocols de laboratori d'assajos i validacions per als nous i actuals productes de l'empresa Avinent Implant System. Aquests protocols serviran per a les validacions dels nous productes i per les validacions dels productes actuals pel mercat nord-americà seguint la normativa de la FDA. A més a més, es desenvoluparan protocols per a la realització d'altres assajos científico-tècnics que poden ser d'utilitat per a l'empresa. Durant la realització d'aquest projecte, es gestionarà la compra d'una màquina pels assajos de fatiga, que serà instal·lada conjuntament amb altres accessoris en l'espai destinat al laboratori. Finalment, es realitzaran tres validacions (un nou producte, una validació per a FDA, un estudi científico-tècnic) per demostrar el funcionament del sistema que s'implantarà.
