EMOTIONAL state ,VALUE (Economics) ,MEDICAL schools ,AGGRESSION (Psychology) ,DATA analysis - Abstract
This article summarizes the results of a study of the aggressive attitudes and emotional state of the students of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and Medical College “Y. Filaretova”. The current environment and conditions of crisis – social, energy, economic, political, cultural, spiritual, value, etc. instills the feeling of fear – fear of disease, fear of war, etc. The lack of morals and stable values, as well as the lack of statehood, unquestionably unlocks in man his worst qualities. Aggression is one of those qualities. The studied students answered two questionnaires, one containing 75 questions and the other 28. The analysis of the data shows that most of the students do not feel respected enough and consider that their rights are violated, but they tend not to respect and/or circumvent the rules, to “maneuver” and tolerate irresponsible behavior. A large number of students have aggressive attitudes and tend to hide them, but in general they are tense, unbalanced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

German Morpheme Borrowings in Bosnian Sports Vocabulary. The paper examines adaptations of German morpheme borrowings in the Bosnian language in relation to sports vocabulary. The analysis presents the specifics of such an adaptation in the Bosnian language and indicates the characteristic affixes which enable the morpheme transfer. At the same time, the analysis confirms the implementation of the postulates of Bosnian standardologists regarding the openness of Bosnian to language borrowings and, perhaps above all, the openness to the coexistence of lexical doublets. In the material studied here, this variance refers to the use of different word-formative morphemes (suffixes) with the same root morpheme, consequently resulting in a possibility of a given signifier having two forms.

Obesity is the most common and typical foodborne illness and at the same time an important risk factor for other serious illnesses with a poor prognosis. According to the WHO, in most European countries between 30 and 80% of people are overweight. On average, 20% of children are overweight, 1/4 of whom are obese, which means that 3 million children are obese and 14 million are overweight. In Bulgaria, 2 million of the adult population is overweight, and 1 million of them are obese. Among children, 200,000 are overweight and 67,000 of them are obese. In Bulgaria, the European initiative unites nutritionists and medical professionals, patient communities and a number of organizations in efforts to reduce overweight and obesity, in support of people with this problem. The aim of the present study is to reveal the most common causes of weight gain above normal limits in medical students, to clarify their motivation for physical activity and to include sports and proper nutrition to correct the problem. Material and methods. The study included 120 students from the Medical Faculty at the Thracian University - Stara Zagora. An individual anonymous survey was conducted with a total of 21 closed questions, which were aimed at revealing some of the possible causes leading to overweight in this contingent. Methods used: research and analysis of information sources, sociological survey method, alternative analysis. Results and discussion. In this article we will analyze the answers to the questions related to the motivation of the studied students for physical activity and sports and their desire for weight correction given the habits and opportunities in sports. It turns out that among the most common reasons for sports is the desire to correct weight and maintain health - 45% of students surveyed, and 43% determine the stimulating psychological factor of exercise. Conclusions. Against the background of regular sports activities and the survey we can conclude that the students are motivated for regular physical activity and sports in combination with proper nutrition, and their main desire is to be healthy, harmonious and able to work. - Abstract
The main feature of modern life is the dynamic development of public relations, combined with the accelerated penetration of computer technology, which has a multifaceted impact on adolescents. In some cases, there is increased intellectual development, which is definitely due to the rich information provision. This, in turn, is a serious obstacle to the physical development of most children from an early age. Modern conditions and ways of learning and working in the XXI century impose the need to find adequate tools and interactive methods to maintain a balanced balance between mental and physical activity. The modern conditions for improvement and modernization of the process of education and upbringing in the initial stage of education determine the need to update the methodology and organization of educational work with young students. In primary school age, young students are involved in a variety of activities such as: educational, practical, play, labor, fiction, art, music. All of them interact in a pedagogical system with complex interactions, in which they do not oppose, but complement each other. Play activities have an impact on adolescents, so turning your gaze to the game for the purpose of motivation in learning is not accidental. Emotions and satisfaction are leading in the game, but in learning the performances are significantly different - leading are cognitive acts, a new type of action is formed with unique complexity and characteristics - concentration, attention, thinking, memory and perception. The direct inclusion of the game in the educational process significantly helps in the personal manifestations of the child. Play and learning are not mutually exclusive, but complement and enrich each other and so we can look for the essence of motivated learning. The connection of the game with the development of the personality is another of its essential characteristics. With the growth and development of the child-student, his cognitive sphere changes, and the game performs a system of meaningful and motivated game actions. It can be concluded that the game activity plays a significant role in the organized educational process in primary school age as a pedagogical tool for training and education. The pedagogy and technology of the game consider the game as a special type of activity in which the child's development takes place. It is a science aimed at building effective ways to develop the varieties of the game, to enrich children's play skills and experience. In order to be able to fulfill its purpose, it is built on the basis of broader understandings of the game, its essence, purpose, stages of development and role in the life of the child. The aim of the present study is the influence of mobile games on the motor qualities of first grade students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PHYSICAL education teachers ,OLYMPIC Games ,COVID-19 ,RESPONSIBILITY ,PHYSICAL activity ,SPORTS instruction - Abstract
The Olympic values are the sports' spiritual power, which is incomprehensible and secret to many people, but can make sense of time, restore dignity and change the athlete's personality. “The important thing in the Olympic Games is not the triumph but the struggle, the essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well”, says the French educator and historian known as the father of the modern Olympic Games, Charles Pierre de Frédy, Baron de Coubertin. The noble spirit of this idea hides power and can become an ideal for anyone who wants to change himself/herself and the world around him/her. The time of technology, that we live in, represents a challenge of a healthy, educational and socio-cultural nature. The COVID-19 surprise blocked many activities and completely changed the world of sports and the physical activity of modern people. New issues and difficulties emerged, the great need for personal and family responsibility was felt, and spiritual, purely human values appeared. This article describes how teachers in physical education and sports found a landmark, solution and support in the idea of the Olympic movement and implemented it as an alternative in sports activities with young people and sports classes. - Abstract
Physical education and sports have always been a part of the school learning process. Athletics is the most popular and accessible sport, guaranteeing a comprehensive physical and functional development of a person. System athletics activities are an indispensable tool for developing basic physical skills, for developing coordination skills and skills, as well as for overall personality formation. Athletics aims to maximize the physical and mental capacity of trainees. The trainee performs motor actions in accordance with the specific rules for each field of athletics. Compliance with rules and obligations strongly affects the social formation and realization of the individual. Athletics is an individual sport. This peculiarity implies the development of the capacity for selfdevelopment, self-control and self-esteem - for the development of strong personality traits. At the same time, the athlete is in constant contact with the community in which he exercises and exercises his training and racing activities. Thus the individual character of sport becomes conditional. Along with moral and will qualities, a number of others are formed, which are necessary for its social realization subsequently. Physical capacity is a complex indicator of the general functional state of a person and his motor abilities, closely related to the degree of development and manifestation of the basic motor qualities. It depends on physical development, gender, age and hereditary conditions. In the initial stage of the elementary degree, the students' physical capacity is realized in parallel with mastering the basic skills of running, jumping and throwing. Motor activity is ensured by the fundamental qualities characteristic of this age - balance, movement, grasping and throwing. Through fun games, game situations and natural exercises you can master the ability to run on different terrains, adapt different runs (fast, slow, long, short). To master basic jumping skills, exercises are used to link bounce, various jumps and jumps, rhythmic running and bouncing to form horizontal and vertical bounce skills. The basic throwing skills are learned and mastered through the use of games and natural exercises. In order to ensure the parallel development of the physical capacity of children and to master the skills of running, jumping and throwing, the teacher of physical education and sports is obliged to take into account the basic indicators of load such as dosage, volume, intensity, rest. Scoliosis is a common illness. It affects 3-5 on 1000 people. Most often the deformity occurs between the age of 10 and 15 years and typically girls are more affected. Spine curves play an important role in the upright position of the body. These curves of the spine give its typical form of double curved spring, which helps for the absorption of the vertical stress. The word scoliosis means „bending“, which is a medical condition in which the spine axis is laterally distorted. This curvature may be in the form of the letter „S“ (double curvature) or in the form of the letter „C“ (single curvature). Scoliosis is a serious medico-social problem as it affects adolescents, have continued treatment and lead to severe deformations. They have a negative impact on physical and mental development. It is assumed that the disease is polyethiological. Nowadays life and immobilization create favorable prerequisites for the spreading of scoliosis. The signs and symptoms of scoliosis may include: uneven shoulders, uneven waist, uneven musculature on one side of the spine, pain in the back, shoulders and neck. The successful prevention and treatment of vertebral distortion depends on early detection, establishing the causes, type, extent and severity. Scoliosis treatment should start on time, be strictly individual and age-appropriate with the degree of distortion, and if there is a tendency of getting worse over time. In all cases rehabilitation is carried out using different methods and means. The aim of rehabilitation is to restore or maximize the improvement of proper body posture, thus contributing to the psycho-physical development of children. This can be achieved through corrective gymnastics exercises to strengthen the paraspinal muscles; isometric exercises, analytical gymnastics; pull ups – by doing it properly, the muscles are tensioned symmetrically; push ups – depending on the position of the hands, different muscles are trained, as well as on the upright position of the whole body; soldier crawling; methods for relaxing the concave side; exercises for stretching the shortened muscles and manual techniques for restoring the mobility of the spine; “joint play”; massage; electrostimulation for hypotrophic muscles from the convex side; underwater gymnastics; tangentor; peloid therapy; balneotherapy; Different sports are also used - swimming, skiing, cycling, rowing and many other. To optimize the results of the treatment, an adequate and functional team is required that include orthopedists, kinesiologist and physical therapists. Only in this case the complex physiotherapeutic program will achieve optimal results in terms of functional recovery. Daily exercise leads to a reduction in the symptoms of the disease and straightening out the deformation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Compared with previous years, there are now many more diseases in children due to a sedentary lifestyle and the development of scientific and technical progress (mainly computers and related Internet and various games), which reduces their engine activity. Ones diseases that can receive are: overweight, spinal deformities, reduced capacity, eye damage, nervousness have very adverse consequences. Education and training are developed in pre-school, school and university, while education is seen as a lifelong process of man.To passes of education in self-education. - Abstract
By application of the two-component test PWC170, the changes in the heart rate (HR) and the difference in the duration of the minimal and maximal cardiac cycles (SAr), were studied. The indices (HR and SAr) were recorded by electrocardiography prior to the test (initial values), during the three-minute pause between the two loadings and in the three-minute recovery period following the second loading. It was found that SAr in the pause after the first loading with lower intensity of the test was more markedly expressed with respect to its initial values, while in the recovery period after the more intensive second loading of the test it was not only less expressed but in a number of cases did not reach the initial values. It was assumed that the relationship between the expressed in each moment influences of the vagal and sympathetic neuroregulatory mechanisms of the heart was significant for the expression of the observed rhythmic fluctuations.

- Abstract
The authors examined, by means of disc electrophoresis, urine, obtained from football players before and after a match of the championship of the "A" republican football group. Proteinuria after effort was manifested by a considerable excretion of albumin, but there were also serum proteins: postalbumin, transferin, gamma-globulins and fractions found at the place of alpha2-macroglobulins till a complete resemblence of serum electrophoresis. Electrophoresis of lactate-dehydrogenase revealed the presence only of two quick fractions, mainly LDH-1, which increased after effort as well. The fractions of nonspecific esterases were of predominantly tissue origin but after effort of serum origin. The results were discussed in connection with various mechanisms, which could cause proteinuria after physical effort.
