Мета. Метою дослідження є узагальнення сучасних підходів щодо безпекового управління земельно-ресурсним потенціалом аграрних підприємств при впровадженні інноваційних стратегій. Результати. Дослідження в цій статті зосереджуються на аналізі функціонування різних форм господарювання в аграрному секторі. Кожна із цих форм має свої переваги та недоліки, але виконує важливу роль у виробництві сільськогосподарської продукції. Визначено сучасний стан і тенденції використання земель аграрного призначення, які становлять 49 % усіх земель України. Більшість земель сільськогосподарського призначення становлять орні землі (рілля) – 79 % від загальної кількості сільськогосподарських земель, саме ці угіддя відіграють визначальну роль в економіці України, адже є базою для виробництва аграрної продукції. Доведено, що в інноваційному розвитку аграрного виробництва є значна необхідність, особливо в умовах зростання глобальної чисельності населення та зменшення доступних природних ресурсів. Одним із ключових чинників успіху є ефективне управління землекористуванням. Інноваційні стратегії управління землекористуванням базуються на принципах ресурсозбереження та відтворення родючості ґрунтів. Це означає застосування новітніх технологій і методів, які забезпечують оптимальне використання земельних ресурсів і збільшення врожайності за одночасному збереженні природної родючості. Наприклад, застосування систем зрошення з урахуванням погодних умов і потреб культур дозволяє ефективно використовувати водні ресурси та зменшити їхнє витрачання. Технології точного землеробства, такі як геоінформаційні системи та сільськогосподарські дрони, дозволяють оптимізувати просторове розміщення культур і використання добрив. Вирощування культур із високим рівнем стійкості до стресових факторів і застосування біологічних методів боротьби зі шкідниками та хворобами може допомогти знизити використання хімічних засобів захисту та зберегти родючість ґрунту. Наукова новизна. Новизна полягає в актуалізації впливу інноваційних стратегій на земельно-ресурсний потенціал аграрних підприємств у контексті сучасних викликів продовольчої безпеки та земельного реформування. Практична цінність. Цінність полягає в пріоритезації інноваційних стратегій при управлінні земельно-ресурсним потенціалом аграрних підприємств. Інноваційний розвиток сільського господарства та ефективне використання земельно-ресурсного потенціалу є важливим завданням, яке вимагає спільних зусиль. Посилена увага до інновацій допоможе створити стійке та результативне аграрне виробництво.

Purpose. This research aims to investigate how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can strategically leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance their performance and competitiveness in the dynamic business landscape. Through a multifaceted research methodology, including secondary data analysis, case studies, comparative analysis, and future trends analysis, the study seeks to address the specific challenges faced by SMEs and provide actionable insights for optimizing performance through KPI utilization. Results. The findings of this research reveal the intricacies of SME performance challenges, ranging from financial constraints to operational complexities. Through a comprehensive examination of theoretical foundations and real-world case studies, the study demonstrates successful strategies used by SMEs in effectively utilizing KPIs. The comparative analysis identifies patterns and distinctions in KPI deployment across industries, enriching the understanding of tailored approaches. The forward-looking future trends analysis anticipates advancements in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and technological tools that will shape the landscape of SME performance measurement. Scientific novelty. This research contributes to the field by offering a nuanced exploration of challenges faced by SMEs and the transformative potential of KPIs within their unique operational environments. The comparative analysis and future trends exploration add a novel dimension, providing a forward-looking perspective on the evolving landscape of KPI utilization in SMEs. The research pioneers an investigation into emerging technologies and methodologies, positioning itself at the forefront of anticipating future trends in SME performance measurement. Practical value. The practical value of this research lies in its provision of actionable insights for SME leaders, policymakers, and researchers seeking to enhance the resilience and competitiveness of SMEs. By synthesizing theoretical foundations with real-world examples, the study offers practical guidance on addressing challenges and optimizing performance through KPI utilization. The exploration of tools, technologies, and future trends equips SMEs with the knowledge needed to navigate the intricate business landscape effectively.

Purpose. The article summarizes the practical aspects of the policy of foreign states regarding the involvement of Ukrainian youth and the factors regulating their migration mobility with the aim of preserving the human capital of Ukraine in the conditions of russian aggression. Results. A significant increase in external migration flows among Ukrainian citizens as a result of hostilities and a deep socio-economic crisis in Ukraine had a significant impact on the demographic situation in the state and its regions, led to significant changes in the sex-age structure of the population, a rapid reduction in domestic demand and labor supply, changed the level of population concentration in many regions and caused a number of other significant challenges. However, the problem of migration of Ukrainian youth has become particularly important, since this category of the population is the most active and mobile, but also the least socially and psychologically protected, so it needs special support from the state and public institutions. High migratory mobility of young people to recipient countries can contribute to increasing financial income from tuition fees, integrating educational institutions into the international educational and scientific system, reducing costs for training and education of qualified specialists, increasing the concentration of labor potential, developing the industrial complex, stimulating economic growth, reduction of labor shortage, growth of GDP, increase of revenues to the state budget. But at the same time, it also has the opposite negative effect, which, in particular, is manifested in the growth of competition in the educational services and labor markets, the decrease in the number of jobs, the spread of unemployment, especially among young people without work experience, etc. The article is devoted to the study of effective ways of regulating the migration mobility of Ukrainian youth. The impact of the migration of Ukrainian youth caused by russian aggression on the human capital of Ukraine and the formation of opportunities for its preservation is evaluated. The authors outlines ways to form a rational migration and social policy, which will allow implementing an effective scenario of managing Ukraine’s youth potential at both at the national and regional levels. Scientific novelty. For the first time, the policy of many foreign countries regarding attracting the potential of Ukrainian youth is analyzed. The article outlines the initiatives of foreign scientific and educational institutions to support Ukrainian youth and their adaptation to the educational and social processes of recipient countries. Practical value. Based on the assessment of the migration mobility of the Ukrainian youth and the analysis of the main initiatives of foreign countries regarding the attraction of its potential in the environment of the recipient countries, recommendations were developed to regulate the migration mobility of the Ukrainian youth in order to preserve the human capital of Ukraine and provide opportunities for its reproduction and further development.

Purpose. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of financial technology on the performance of banks in Algeria. Results. We found that the expansion of the scope of application of financial technology allows banks to gain a prominent position in the banking market, reduce costs, manage risks, predict crises, achieve customer satisfaction, promote and diversify services, which positively affects the development of financial and commercial performance of commercial banks in Algeria. Through the applied study, the authors reached the following results: (1) rejection of the first hypothesis, which states that there is no significant impact of credit card balances on the rate of return on assets; (2) accept the second hypothesis that there is no significant impact of the value of technological assets on the rate of return on assets; (3) rejection of the third hypothesis, which states that there is no significant impact of credit card balances on the rate of return on equity; (4) accept the fourth hypothesis, which states that there is no significant impact of the value of technological assets on the rate of return on equity. In light of the findings, the authors recommend the following: (1) the need to pay attention to financial technology because of its positive impact on the banking sector, perhaps the most important of which is improving the quality of financial services provided to customers in terms of speed and cost; (2) the need for banks to pay attention to financial innovations because of their importance and impact on their financial and competitive position; (3) the need for banks to cooperate with startups in the field of financial technology in order to benefit from these companies in developing their various banking services; (4) the need to improve the ICT infrastructure; (5) the need to develop effective models to reduce the risks associated with financial technology innovations; (6) the need to conduct awareness campaigns for customers about the importance of financial technology and its benefits; (7) the need to spread the culture of using financial technology among customers, especially in light of the Covid-19 crisis. Scientific novelty. The study identified the factors that influenced the change in the performance of banks in Algeria during the popularization of the use of financial technology: credit cards, return on assets, return on equity, technological assets, growth rate, inflation rate and value at risk. The authors proposed two sets of measures (short-term and long-term) that would promote the use of fintech in order to positively impact the performance of banks in Algeria. Practical value. The practical significance of this study lies in its potential as a valuable resource and tool to promote the use of financial technology as a powerful catalyst to improve and promote the bank performance, particularly in the area of credit card proliferation and the exploration of financial innovations.

This work presents a review of the actual monograph “Economic bases of management of innovative projects of enterprises of agrarian sector: theory and practice” prepared by Professor, DrS, PhD Lesia Kucher. The main provisions of the monograph and its contribution to the development of the modern system of scientific knowledge on the theory, methodology and practice of managing innovative projects of enterprises in the agricultural sector are revealed.

Purpose. This study aimed to demonstrate, using studio research approaches, how solid waste in Kumasi Metropolis, Ghana, can be innovatively recycled into aesthetically pleasing and functional furniture pieces as a waste management strategy to achieve environmental sustainability. Results. Environmental sustainability and the economic profitability of solid waste generated during furniture production go hand in hand. By using recycled or reclaimed materials, implementing sustainable production practices and responding to the demand for environmentally friendly products, furniture manufacturers can contribute to a more sustainable future while receiving financial benefits. The study showed that upcycling is an excellent waste management strategy that creative persons and other innovators could use to help in the management of solid waste that have become an environmental nuisance. Also, the study revealed that creative persons could potentially train others in their locality to be more creative-centered so as to innovatively transform solid waste materials into more aesthetically relevant and functional items for environmental sustainability. Scientific novelty. The discarded solid wastes were repurposed to create new, functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture. The process of upcycling not only reduces solid waste but also minimizes the need for raw materials and energy consumption in furniture production. This is a new and an innovative concept in the field of furniture in Ghana. Practical value. Upcycling of solid waste for furniture production in the Kumasi Metropolis offers usable relevance by reducing waste, conserving physical resources, and creating economic opportunities which is mutually beneficial for both the environment and the community. Applying sustainable practices in furniture production can improve the brand image and attract public or consumer attention to environmentally conscious people.

Мета. Метою дослідження є оцінка сучасних тенденцій використання земельних ресурсів аграрних підприємств в Україні під час війни та розробка шляхів удосконалення землекористування на основі застосування інноваційних підходів до управління. Результати. Проведене дослідження дає змогу зробити висновки, що з початком повномаштабної війни в Україні, земельні площі переважно були втрачені саме агробізнесом, що суттєво вплинуло як на виробничий, так і експортний потенціал національної економіки. Дослідження в регіональному розрізі показують, що найбільші скорочення і втрати посівних площ аграрних підприємств відбулися в Херсонській, Запорізькій, Донецькій, Харківській, Миколаївській, Чернігівській і Луганській областях. З’ясовано, що у зв’язку з окупацією та високим ризиком ведення бізнесу в деяких регіонах, частина аграрних підприємств перемістилася у відносно спокійніші західні регіони, що зумовлює виникнення локального дефіциту ресурсів, а також нестачу потужностей для зберігання та переробки продукції. У 2022 р. порівняно з 2021 р. відбулося зменшення посівних площ практично всіх сільськогосподарських культур в аграрних підприємствах, однак найбільш різку абсолютну зміну демонструють посіви пшениці озимої, кукурудзи на зерно, соняшника, ячменю озимого, ячменю ярого, культур зернобобових. При цьому відбулося збільшення посівної площі чотирьох культур: гречки, сої, ріпаку озимого, пшениці ярої. Така зміна зумовлена тим, що олійні культури стають привабливішими для вирощування через розвинену внутрішню переробку, меншу фізичну врожайність порівняно із зерновими культурами, вищу ціну та відповідно меншу частку витрат на логістику при їх експорті. Ключовими сільськогосподарськими культурами для вирощування в аграрних підприємствах України у 2022 р. лишаються соняшник – 27,7 % посівної площі, пшениця озима – 24,2 %, кукурудза на зерно – 20,9 %, соя – 8,5 %, ріпак озимий – 7,1 % та ячмінь (озимий і ярий) – 5,3 %, що становлять 93,7 % посівної площі підприємств. Факторний аналіз валових зборів основних сільськогосподарських культур свідчить про те, що зменшення посівної площі є ключовим чинником скорочення обсягів виробництва продукції рослинництва у 2022 р. порівняно з 2021 р., тобто переважає вплив саме екстенсивного чинника виробництва. Наукова новизна. З’ясовано, що інноваційне управління землекористуванням аграрного підприємства представвляє собою систему взаємопов’язних динамічних складників та інноваційних процесів, що є взаємодоповнюючими, які під впливом суб’єктивних та об’єктивних умов мають забезпечувати підвищення віддачі земельних ресурсів і розширене відтворення ресурсу. Інноваційне управління землекористуванням містить такі складники: стратегічне планування та проактивна позиція на ринку; технологічне переоснащення виробництва; підвищення кваліфікації персоналу; мотивація інноваційної праці на всіх рівнях управління; інвестиції в збільшення родючості; екологічна свідомість. При цьому всі складники управління земельними ресурсами потребують постійного моніторингу для гнучкого й оперативного коригування управлінських дій і прийняття обґрунтованих рішень. Результатом інноваційного управління є системні інноваційні зміни на всіх етапах і рівнях господарювання аграрних підприємств. Практична цінність. На базі проведеного дослідження запропоновано аграрним підприємствам змінювати традиційну схему управління землекористуванням на інноваційне управління. При впровадженні інноваційного управління землекористуванням слід ураховувати тренди інноваційного розвитку сільського господарства, що забезпечують реалізацію земельного потенціалу та підвищення ефективності землекористування для аграрних підприємств України, а також сприяють підвищенню конкурентоспроможності сільського господарства.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to improve the methodology of the integration process of business model to ensure environmental, social and financial results of entrepreneurial activity taking into account the interests and needs of stakeholders and to study the possibilities of implementing sustainable practices in different segments of the business model and the sustainable value created by these transformations. Results. The study highlights a number of approaches to the methodology of creating sustainable business models, which are the Business Model Canvas, the Teece Business Model, the Ecosystem Pie Model, and the Sustainable Value Creation Model. Each of the methodologies has its advantages and disadvantages, but they all have common elements that can be combined and integrated when considering industry specifics. The author used the methodology of creating sustainable value, which is formed through the implementation of new approaches to the implementation of sustainability, in particular, the methods of ecodesign, climate-smart agriculture, organic farming, biodynamic agriculture, sustainable intensification and renewable agriculture. Sustainable value is created through activities in different segments of the business model, at the same time the Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a template for mapping the transformations in each segment. The integrative business modeling approach is able to provide a detailed qualitative overview of a specific business by combining social, environmental and economic components with stakeholder theory. Therefore, taking into account the needs of a wider range of stakeholders than is provided for in the "key partners" field of the Canvas model took place through the implementation of sustainable value in the complex Ecosystem Pie Model. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty consists in the adaptation of the methodology of transformation of traditional business models into sustainable ones for the agricultural sector, which, unlike the existing ones, allows taking into account sustainable value through new sustainable approaches that cause changes in the fields of Business Model Canvas with the subsequent transfer of their individual elements to the Ecosystem Pie Model for a systematic visual perception of both the current situation and prospects for further development for the enterprise. Practical value. The results of the research can be used by scientists, representatives of business and state institutions dealing with the issue of introducing sustainability principles into existing traditional business models, based on the needs and interests of stakeholders.

The purpose is to provide a comprehensive exploration of the startup ecosystem, venture investment dynamics, and the strategic responsibilities of management in fostering sustainable growth. Results. Our research unfolds across distinct sections, starting with an overview of the startup ecosystem and the definition of venture investments. Real case studies show successful startups, emphasizing the symbiotic relationship between strategic funding and adept management. The strategic role of management is dissected, encompassing leadership, decision-making, and the creation of high-performance teams. Investor-management collaboration is scrutinized through detailed case analyses and an advanced table outlining key elements. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in the the detailed study of the evolution of the role of management in the changing landscape of venture investments. New trends in startup development, combined with strategic recommendations, provide a forward-looking perspective. The article contributes to the scientific discourse by uncovering the intricate connections between investor relations, management strategies, and the success trajectory of startups. Practical value. The practical value of this research extends to startups, management teams, and investors. The recommendations offer actionable insights, to direct startups to the development of adaptive thinking, prioritization of sustainable development and the use of technological innovations. The advanced table on investor-management collaboration serves as a practical tool for fostering transparent communication and balancing stakeholder interests. Furthermore, the outlined future research avenues beckon scholars and industry stakeholders to explore novel dimensions, ensuring continuous adaptation to the evolving landscape of venture investments and startup development.

Purpose. The primary objective of the article is to explore the ethical challenges and limitations associated with the use of big data in business analytics. It aims to identify and analyze the key ethical issues, providing insights into the implications of using large datasets for business analysis. The article considers the multifaceted aspects of ethics in big data applications and emphasizes the need for comprehensive solutions. Results. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the ethical problems related to big data implementation in business analytics. It discusses the existing challenges, categorizes them into distinct types, and offers a subtle understanding of each. The results highlight the importance of addressing ethical concerns to ensure the responsible use of big data in the business sphere. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the article lies in its in-depth examination of the ethical issues surrounding big data in the context of business analytics. It contributes to the existing body of knowledge by categorizing ethical challenges and proposing a set of potential solutions. The article integrates perspectives from diverse fields, offering a holistic view of the ethical implications, thereby advancing the scientific understanding of this critical subject. Practical value. The article provides practical insights for businesses, regulatory bodies, and researchers involved in the implementation of big data analytics. By identifying ethical issues and proposing solutions, it offers actionable recommendations for developing ethical standards and norms. The practical value lies in guiding stakeholders to navigate the ethical landscape of big data, promoting responsible practices, and ensuring the protection of privacy and integrity in business analytics.

Purpose. The study aims to find sustainable solutions that support the performance of organizations, especially oil companies in Algeria, which have a significant impact on the country. In addition to identifying green behaviours that support a green culture within the organization, we also determined whether they have an impact on sustainable performance in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) district in Djelfa (Algeria). Results. The results of the study showed that there is an impact of the green organizational culture in the LPG district in Djelfa on sustainable performance and this is at the level of significance (0.05≥α) the greener the organizational culture, the more sustainable the performance. In addition, the variable of green organizational culture accounts for 57.8 % of the variation in the sustainable performance variable. The predictive suitability (Q²) of the pathway model was 30.8 % for the sustainable performance variable in the structural model which is above zero. Scientific novelty. The novelty of our research lies in the combination of the green culture variable and the sustainable efficiency variable. The study relied on the best-known indicators that measure each variable under the study, and both the (SPSS) and (Smart PLS) program were used to obtain more reliable results. The study also focuses on stopping the marginalization of the sustainability in Algeria, especially in oil companies because they extract oil natural resources and improve them. These two processes have risks to the environment and society. We have recommended that company spread, educate and deepen its green culture and provide all necessary means to achieve sustainable performance. Practical value. It is necessary to work on creating a green culture related to preserving and respecting the environment inside and outside the organization by clarifying the customs, traditions, values and others that affect behaviour. It is necessary to develop the performance of organizations to include the aspect – economic, social and environmental. It is necessary to identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses, which it should take more into account and develop in order to be able to increase its sustainable performance. The results and recommendations presented in the paper can be published and disseminated for the benefit of companies operating in the sector and elsewhere.

Purpose. The objective of this research is to find out and analyze the standards that farmers, policymakers, and other significant stakeholders in the agriculture sector use to make decisions under conditions of risk and uncertainty. Our objective is to contribute to the body of knowledge in agricultural economics by critically examining these standards and offering comprehensive analysis that can contribute to more adaptable and resilient decision-making. Results. The importance of decision-making in light of risk and uncertainty was clearly emphasized to predict and illustrate the understanding of the variables that affect decision-making in the agricultural industry. Important patterns, trends and variables that have a significant impact on decision outcomes were detected by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative assessments. With several alternatives, internal and external conditions and many possibilities, criteria that help make the right decision, maximize return or minimize the cost of risk and uncertainty were highlighted for stakeholders seeking to improve decision-making processes and adaptability to changing obstacles, while trying to abandon the scientific basis in modeling the reality of the agricultural sector. Scientific novelty. This study advances the subject by providing a wide and relatively new perspective on the criteria that used in agricultural decision-making in the face of uncertainty and risk. Although decision-making in agricultural situations has been studied in the literature before, our study is distinguished by its focus on the criteria that are used when there is uncertainty and risk. We hope to shed light on new ideas that can improve agricultural economics theory and methods by exploring this area. Practical value. The study has a wide range of practical applications. A more detailed understanding of the decision-making factors found in this study will be useful for farmers, legislators, and agribusiness experts. Given an ever-changing environment, simulate realistic obstacles and identify available alternatives under various conditions, the ultimate practical value of more resilient and sustainable agricultural practices is enhanced through risk management measures, resource allocation and policy formulation.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to assess the level of development of logistics and infrastructure in the pre-war economy of Ukraine, to identify problems and peculiarities of its functioning during the martial law, as well as to formulate measures for its restoration and improvement in the context of European integration. Results. The logistics system of Ukraine in the years before the russian-Ukrainian war had a tendency to progressive development. This is evidenced by the positive dynamics of the national Logistics Performance Index. The most developed component of the domestic logistics system was the timeliness of cargo deliveries, and the least developed – the quality of trade and transport infrastructure. The hypothesis that during military operations on the territory of Ukraine, its logistics infrastructure underwent fundamental changes was confirmed. The most painful thing for the country is the destruction and damage of infrastructure and infrastructure connections. Analysis and consideration of these factors will allow logistics companies to adapt to changing, critical conditions and operate more efficiently. The phenomena and processes affecting Ukrainian logistics during martial law have been identified. Scientific novelty. The study identified factors that influenced the change in logistics services in Ukraine during the war within four groups: people, infrastructure, security, legislation. The authors proposed two groups of measures (short-term and long-term) that will resume Ukraine’s foreign trade activities, as well as improve logistics within the country in the context of its European integration. Practical value. The practical value of this study is that it can be used as a source and tool in the development of specific measures and programs for the development of the logistics infrastructure of Ukraine, in particular, the construction of new logistics routes and logistics centers.

Purpose. The purpose of the research is to determine the content and the implementation peculiarities of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a direction of an enterprise development. Results. The article determines that the ensuring of the enterprise development is an important component of its activity management in view of the necessity to provide its stable functioning and competitiveness in modern conditions. It was determined that one of the key directions of enterprise development is the implementation of corporate social responsibility concept in the functioning of economic entity. CSR is proposed to be understood as the concept of the functioning and development of the enterprise, which provides an opportunity to balance economic, social, ecological, and ethical aspects, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the business entity. The types and key aspects of CSR were investigated as well as factors of impact on CSR implementation in the enterprise activity. A set of tools contributing to the implementation of CSR in the enterprise activities were analyzed, in particular: the formation of the enterprise internal regulatory framework, risk management, innovation and investment activities, fundraising, project approach, communication. The experience of implementing corporate social responsibility projects on the example of trade networks of Ukraine was studied. The key directions for improving CSR management in the enterprise activities were identified. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the further development of the theoretical and methodical principles of the enterprise corporate social responsibility management. In particular, the methodical principles of management in terms of tool support for the implementation of CSR measures have gained further development. Practical value. The practical value of the research is defined by the role of CSR in the activity of the enterprise. In particular, it was determined that the implementation of the CSR concept forms a positive impact on financial and reputational indicators of enterprise activity, which defines the feasibility of integrating CSR into the management system of the business entity. The directions of improvement defined in the article form the trajectory of development in the field of CSR implementation for modern enterprises.

Purpose. The goal of the study is to develop scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the economic mechanism of reproduction of the natural resource potential of agro-industrial production (AIP). Results. The article substantiates the priorities for improving the reproduction of the natural resource potential of agro-industrial production on the example of Ukraine. The conceptual foundations of forming an information system for ensuring the rational use and reproduction of natural resources in the agrarian sector are highlighted in detail. The conceptual foundations of forming a system of principles, goals and criteria for information support of the processes of reproduction of the natural resource potential of AIP, the environmental and economic mechanism for managing the features of environmental and innovative development of the state are considered in more detail. For optimal redistribution of the resource component of agro-industrial production, methodological recommendations for the economic assessment of natural resources in the agrarian sector are presented. In order to ensure the rational reproduction of natural resources of the agricultural sector, the features of the economic assessment of natural resources of agro-industrial production are analyzed. The essence and content of the concept of the natural resource potential of the agricultural sector is revealed, under which it is proposed to understand a complex system of natural objects, the users of which are enterprises of agro-industrial production with existing technology and socio-economic relations, a component of the environmental and economic potential of the state. This made it possible to develop a system of information support for the reproduction of the natural resource potential of AIP based on a systematic analysis of environmental and economic relations of nature management in the agrarian sector. Scientific novelty. The economic category of the natural resource potential of the AIP is developed in the direction of reflecting the structure and relationships between its elements; the definition of the economic assessment of natural resource elements is deepened, which is considered in the study as a criterion indicator of the comparative economic efficiency of the use and reproduction of the natural resource potential of the AIP; scientific and practical foundations of information support for economic processes of reproduction of natural resources in the agricultural sector are improved on the basis of development of an information system for expert assessment of their quality, monitoring, audit, and passport of the environmental management object. Practical value. The results of the study are used to improve the economic mechanism of reproduction of natural resources of the agrarian sector in the region. The scientific and practical recommendations are used to determine the indicators of economic assessment of the elements of natural resources of the agrarian sector; to calculate the economic efficiency of conservation and reproduction of the natural resource potential of the agro-industrial complex; to provide financial support for regional reproduction programmes and processes; to develop tools and methods of agro-ecological regulation.

Мета статті є висвітлення сучасного стану та шляхів розвитку міжнародних відносин Україна – НАТО на основі динаміки розвитку співробітництва за 1991–2023 рр. Результати. У статті детально досліджено динаміку відносин Україна – НАТО за період 1991–2023 рр. на основі вивчення основних договорів про співпрацю, стратегії та політики Альянсу щодо України та Стратегій національної безпеки, воєнної безпеки України 2021 р. Авторами виділено ключові ознаки та етапи відносин Україна – НАТО. Серед ключових ознак – розвиток інституційно-правових засад взаємодії держав з початку 1991 р. до 2010-х рр. для забезпечення співпраці у різних сферах: у сфері регіональної євроатлантичної безпеки, у врегулюванні конфліктів та виконанні операцій, у політичній, економічній, правовій та оборонній сферах. З початку ескалації конфлікту на сході України та анексії Криму у 2014 р. розпочався новий етап відносин, посилюється прагнення до членства в НАТО. Проте ключова перешкода набуття статусу члена – корупційні ризики в політичній сфері. Із початком повномасштабної війни у 2022 р. співпраця між Україною – НАТО посилюється, зокрема в інституційному вимірі. Аналіз ключових стратегічних документів доводить узгодженість стратегічних орієнтирів НАТО та України відповідно з політикою сприяння безпеці. Стратегічна концепція НАТО акцентує увагу на найбільш надійному, інтегрованому та узгодженому підході до створення національної, регіональної стійкості проти військових і невійськових загроз і викликів безпеці, зокрема РФ як ключовій загрозі міжнародної безпеки. У Стратегіях національної та воєнної безпеки України РФ також визнано ключовою загрозою національним інтересам, а головною метою визначено всебічну всеохоплюючу оборону України на засадах стійкості, інтеграцію України в євроатлантичний безпековий простір і набуття членства в НАТО. Стратегії передбачають, що майбутні відносини України та держав Альянсу будуть базуватися на узгодженні заходів у межах стратегії всеохоплюючої оборони, стійкості для сприяння регіональній безпеці та миру. Наукова новизна полягає в практичному аналізі стратегічного партнерства Україна – НАТО та політики держав-членів Альянсу щодо України. Авторами здійснено порівняльний аналіз стратегічних орієнтирів Організації Північноатлантичного договору та Стратегій національної та воєнної безпеки України для виділення перспектив розвитку відносин у контексті забезпечення регіональної стабільності. Практична цінність полягає в детальному аналізі основних договорів про співпрацю, стратегії та політики Альянсу відносно України у 2022 р. та Стратегій національної безпеки, воєнної безпеки України 2021 р.

Мета. Метою дослідження є оцінка особливостей формування ефективності використання землі в сільськогосподарських підприємствах Харківської області в умовах воєнного стану. Результати. За даними 2020 та 2022 рр. побудовано регресійні моделі залежності між величиною доходу, витрат та прибутку з розрахунку на 100 га сільськогосподарських угідь. Установлено, що у 2020 р. зростання величини чистого доходу на 1 млн грн сприяло в середньому збільшенню величини прибутку на 146,2 тис. грн, у 2022 р. – на 204,1 тис. грн. Визначено, що зростання загальної величини витрат на 1 млн грн на 100 га сільськогосподарських угідь приводило в середньому у 2020 р. до збільшення чистого доходу на 1301,8 тис. грн, у 2022 р. – на 698,1 тис. грн. Порівняння середніх значень величини прибутку з розрахунку на 100 га сільськогосподарських угідь за даними за 2020 р. та 2022 р. за допомогою методу t-Стьюдента дозволило встановити, що середня величина прибутку у 2020 р. дорівнювала 546,2 тис. грн, тоді як у 2022 р. вона дорівнювала 44,1 тис. грн. Подібна різниця робить надійність розбіжностей середніх майже 100 %. Доказом цього є як значення t-Стьюдента (5,067), так і рівень надійності розбіжності середніх (p = 0,000). Установлено суттєву різницю величини витрат на одиницю земельної площі у 2020 р. та 2022 р. Надійність цієї різниці підтверджено через використання критерію t-Стьюдента. Наукова новизна. Проведене дослідження дало можливість установити, що збройна агресія рф мала суттєвий вплив на економічну ефективність використання землі. Установлено, що в сільськогосподарських підприємствах Харківської області у 2022 р. істотно скоротилася величина прибутку та витрат на одиницю земельної площі. Величина чистого доходу в номінальному розмірі суттєво не змінилася. Практична цінність. На базі проведеного дослідження робиться висновок, що головним завданням підприємств аграрного сектора в умовах воєнного стану повинно залишатися збереження людського капіталу, системи землеробства з метою підтримання родючості ґрунтів, матеріальної бази для подальшого розвитку. Це дасть можливість у період після закінчення воєнних дій швидко відновити обсяги виробництва та запровадити нові технології.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is the formation of theoretical principles of accounting in forestry enterprises on the challenges of the concept of sustainable development, in terms of defining the directions of improving the information support system of rational forestry for the purpose of preservation, reproduction and use of forest resources at the micro and macro levels of the economy. Results. Based on the results of the study, it is established that to ensure the functioning of domestic forestry enterprises on the principles of sustainable development, a necessary condition is to take into account economic, environmental and social goals in management. For this purpose, the directions of economic operations on forest use (harvesting and processing of forest products, reproduction of forest resources) are identified, which can be used as a basis for clarifying the composition of accounting objects specific to forest enterprises for further development of their organizational and methodological support. It is proved that forest resources and losses caused to the environment due to irrational forest use should be reflected in accounting, which will allow forming information support for forest resources management at the microeconomic level. Scientific novelty. The lack of a developed management mechanism that would ensure the conservation, reproduction and rational use of forest resources leads to the loss of national wealth. The evolution of the modern world market economy necessitates the interaction of society and nature, which is based on the postulates of the theory of sustainable development. For forestry, it is the observance of the balance of economic interests of the subjects of forest relations and the protection of forest resources. The above necessitated the delineation of areas for improving the information system of rational forest use in order to preserve, reproduce and use forest resources at the micro and macro levels of the economy. Practical value. The main results of the study can be used: at the microeconomic level (forestry enterprises) – to develop a management mechanism that would ensure the conservation, reproduction and rational use of forest resources; improvement of the system of information support of rational forest use in terms of development of organizational and methodological support of accounting of objects specific to forestry; at the macroeconomic level – to prevent the loss of a component of the country’s national wealth – forest resources; control over the availability and condition of forest resources, which is a component of economic security of the state.

Мета. Метою дослідження, результати якого представлено в цій статті, є удосконалення методичних засад ведення бухгалтерського обліку та здійснення внутрішнього аудиту розрахунків із підзвітними особами в частині службових відряджень у державному секторі для підвищення ефективності подальшого контролю та ревізії. Результати. На основі здійсненого дослідження доповнено аналітику субрахунку 2116 «Дебіторська заборгованість за розрахунками з підзвітними особами», а саме до субрахунку 21161 «Дебіторська заборгованість за розрахунками з підзвітними особами за загальним фондом» пропонується відкрити додаткові субрахунки, що надасть змогу аналізувати витрати в розрізі працівників державного сектора за категоріями. Розроблено нові форми первинних документів, зокрема інформаційно-аналітичні відомості за КЕКВ 2250 «Видатки на відрядження»: відомість-розрахунку витрат; відомість фактичних витрат за напрямами відряджень; відомість фактичних витрат у розрізі відділів, секторів, самостійних працівників; інформаційно-аналітична відомість про заплановані та фактичні витрати. Удосконалено та адаптовано до установ державного сектора процес документування внутрішнього аудиту розрахунків із підзвітними особами в частині службових відряджень, що включає: анкету, загальний план внутрішнього аудиту, програму внутрішнього аудиту, робочі документи внутрішнього аудитора. Наукова новизна. Уперше представлено форми інформаційно-аналітичних відомостей щодо службових відряджень та адаптовану до установ державного сектора методику здійснення внутрішнього аудиту розрахунків із підзвітними особами. Практична цінність. Результати дослідження можна застосувати для покращення ведення бухгалтерського обліку та здійснення внутрішнього аудиту розрахунків із підзвітними особами в державному секторі, що, своєю чергою, істотно підвищить якість одержуваної інформації та рівень перевірок у цьому напрямі.

Мета. Метою роботи є визначення сучасного стану вітчизняного бізнесу в умовах повномасштабної російської збройної агресії проти України, звертаючи увагу на основні проблеми та труднощі, з якими стикаються суб’єкти господарювання, а також обґрунтування шляхів вирішення цих проблем з метою сприяння стійкому розвитку підприємництва. Результати. На основі аналізу статистичних даних визначено, що нині економічна ситуація в країні є надзвичайно складною, зокрема спад реального ВВП у 2022 р. був найбільшим за період незалежності України. Значна кількість підприємців призупинили свою діяльність на початку війни й більшість із них через півтора роки з дня запровадження воєнного стану в країні ще не відновили роботу повною мірою. Водночас результати останніх опитувань свідчать, що представники бізнесу продовжують пом’якшувати негативні очікування щодо власного розвитку та динаміки виробництва товарів і послуг. З’ясовано, з якими проблемами та перешкодами стикаються вітчизняні суб’єкти бізнесу від початку повномасштабного вторгнення, а саме: непрогнозованість розвитку ситуації в Україні та на внутрішньому ринку; відсутність достатньої кількості платоспроможних клієнтів на внутрішньому ринку; непередбачувані дії держави, що можуть погіршити стан бізнесу; відсутність достатнього капіталу; брак кваліфікованих кадрів та ін. Визначено, що одним із головних викликів сьогодення є розробка та подальше впровадження рішень для підтримки підприємницької діяльності в коротко- та довгостроковій перспективі з метою подальшого зростання та розширення бізнесу в Україні. Наукова новизна. У статті ґрунтовно проаналізовано наявні проблеми та перешкоди функціонування вітчизняного бізнесу. На основі цього розроблено перелік заходів, реалізація яких сприятиме покращенню бізнес-середовища та розвитку підприємництва в Україні. Обґрунтовано, що ефективність реалізації окреслених у статті заходів буде залежати від спільних зусиль підприємців, держави, громадськості та міжнародних партнерів. Практична цінність. Реалізація запропонованих у статті заходів щодо стимулювання бізнес-активності вітчизняних підприємців, зокрема комплексних програм фінансової підтримки, надання податкових стимулів, більш швидке відновлення інфраструктури, розробка спеціальних програм для малих і середніх підприємств, залучення інвестицій у нові галузі й інноваційні проєкти та інших – усе це є необхідною умовою для подальшого успішного та системного соціально-економічного розвитку України.

Purpose. This study aims to measure and assess the impact of foreign capital flows, including foreign direct investment, external loans, foreign aid, and remittances from migrants, as independent variables on real GDP as a dependent variable in Algeria during the period 1990–2021 using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) time series regression model. Results. The study found the existence of a long-term relationship between the selected economic variables and their impact on real GDP in Algeria, both in the short and long term. Additionally, there is a positive effect of both independent variables representing foreign direct investment and migrant remittances on real GDP. However, there is a negative impact of external loans on real GDP, which can be explained by the misallocation of these loans, with a significant portion directed towards non-productive sectors, negatively affecting the long-term economic growth in Algeria. Scientific novelty. The primary contribution of this study is its comprehensive elucidation of all major forms of foreign capital flows to Algeria and their impact on the Algerian economy, including FDI, foreign aid, external loans, and remittances. This is important because different types of foreign capital flows have different effects on the Algerian economy. In addition, the evolution of foreign capital flows to Algeria over a long period of time, from 1990 to 2021, is studied. This made it possible to identify trends and patterns in foreign capital flows that may not be apparent in short-term studies. Practical value. The results of this study can help policymakers to design policies that maximize the benefits of foreign capital flows while minimizing the risks. And Foreign capital flows can play an important role in helping Algeria to address these challenges and achieve its economic development goals.

Мета. Метою цієї роботи є розробка програми та обґрунтування ефективності тур-продукту з використанням технологій нейромаркетингу, зокрема через вплив на зорову, слухову, нюхову, смакову та дотикову сенсорні системи людини. Результати. Запропоновано програму туру та розроблено карти маршруту (для чоловіків і жінок) «Вікенд прикарпатських вражень» на основі сенсорних вподобань туристів із врахуванням відмінностей за гендерною ознакою та обґрунтовано його економічну ефективність реалізації у туристичному агентстві. Було розраховано собівартість, ринкову ціну тур-продукту та прогноз продажів поквартально на 2024 рік, вартість туру в розрахунку на одну особу становить 1990 грн. Розрахунок показників економічної ефективності, за трьома сценаріями зі ставкою дисконту 10%, показав позитивні значення. Чиста теперішня вартість для реалістичного варіанту дорівнює 72182,3 грн, оптимістичного – 114002,2 грн і песимістичного – 30362,5 грн, а індекс рентабельності у всіх варіантах більший одиниці, для реалістичного – 1,21, оптимістичного – 1,33 і песимістичного – 1,09. Тобто було підтверджено ефективність пропонованого тур-продукту, розробки та його впровадження у туристичній агенції. Наукова новизна. Наукова новизна полягає в розробці маршруту руху і програми туру «Вікенд прикарпатських вражень», який, на відміну від наявних на ринку, дозволяє врахувати комплексний вплив технологій нейромаркетингу на зорову, слухову, нюхову, смакову та дотикову сенсорні системи туриста із врахуванням відмінностей «нейро» вподобань чоловіків та жінок. Практична цінність. Результати статті можна застосовувати туристичним компаніям, зокрема, результати дослідження прикладних аспектів використання технологій нейромаркетингу можуть бути корисними при формуванні впливу на асоціативну пам’ять потенційних клієнтів і це надалі допоможе створити постійну клієнтську базу та залучати нових споживачів.

Purpose. The study aims to (i) discover the various trees and shrubs appropriate for building agroforestry systems in Bulgaria’s temperate climate and their possible use in various economic activities, (ii) identify the contribution of Bulgarians’ agroforestry systems to the three dimensions of sustainable development. Results. The contributions of Bulgarians’ agroforestry systems to three pillars of sustainability were pointed out. Regarding the social dimension of sustainability, the respondents highlighted the social benefits of agroforestry (e.g., raising the standard of living and the social status of the population; providing jobs and access to renewable energy; overcoming social inequality in individual regions; providing recreation opportunities for the population; give social, educational, scientific, landscape and recreational benefits to society; generate firewood for society). The contribution of agroforestry in the environmental dimension is unquestionable. Moreover, 46 trees and 15 shrubs have been presented. The use of their products in various economic activities and industries has been discussed. These trees and shrubs are appropriate for the construction of various agroforestry systems such as forest-farming, alley-cropping, and forest-pasture agroforestry systems. Scientific novelty. A few scientific researches focus on tree species suitable for agroforestry systems in particular counties with different climates. However, there is limited research on various trees and shrubs suitable for constructing agroforestry systems in a temperate climate, especially in Bulgaria. Moreover, the use of the products of these trees and shrubs in various economic sectors and activities, which can bring additional economic value for agroforestry farmers in temperate climates, is not discussed in one paper. Practical value. The current findings will provide farmers with additional knowledge about trees and shrubs suitable for the construction of agroforestry systems in temperate climates and the possible implementation of their products in various economic activities and industries. This will encourage them to create ecoefficient agroforestry systems using some of the 46 trees and 15 shrubs, based on their regional location and local conditions, to support sustainable development and the environment. What is more, if these tree species are promoted by decision-makers and professional/farmer associations, and adopted by the farmers can support and reinforce agroforestry in Bulgaria and regions with temperate climates.

Метою дослідження є використання та визначення ролі здобутків видатних науковців-природознавців (на прикладі праць Грегора Менделя) у формуванні компетентностей щодо академічної доброчесності та методології наукових досліджень у студентів природничих спеціальностей у контексті освіти для сталого розвитку. Результати. Освіта для сталого розвитку потребує виховання академічної доброчесності. Проаналізовано значення досліджень, проведених Грегором Менделем, розглянуто історію наукового пріоритету, визначено особливості методичних підходів до вивчення закономірностей спадковості. На прикладі роботи визначного чеського науковця сформульовано питання, які потрібно розкривати для формування загальних і професійних компетентностей при підготовці здобувачів вищої освіти у сфері екології та збалансованого природокористування. Основні знання щодо праць Грегора Менделя здобувачі вищої освіти отримують зі шкільного курсу, але вважають ці знання недостатніми. Це виявлено за результатами самооцінки студентів. Розуміння необхідності дотримання норм академічної етики є важливим складником формування загальних компетентностей. Здобувачі вищої освіти продемонстрували усвідомлення важливості академічної доброчесності. Але вони не виявили достатньої обізнаності щодо питання наукового пріоритету. Історичний досвід повторного відкриття законів спадковості демонструє правильне визначення пріоритетності в науці. Майбутні фахівці у сфері природоохоронних технологій та раціонального використання природних ресурсів мають бути компетентними щодо тих особливостей досліджень, які забезпечують їх достовірність. Досвід роботи Грегора Менделя дозволяє на чітких прикладах продемонструвати коректну організацію збору та аналізу даних. Анкетування здобувачів дозволило виявити часткове розуміння респондентами особливостей методології оцінки стану навколишнього середовища. Наукова новизна. Новизна отриманих результатів полягає в оцінці придатності наукового спадку Грегора Менделя для формування загальних і фахових компетентностей здобувачів вищої освіти екологічних спеціальностей. Уперше визначено обізнаність студентів із питаннями наукового пріоритету та академічної доброчесності. Проведено оцінку розуміння студентами методологічних основ організації вивчення стану довкілля. Лише коректні дослідження навколишнього середовища забезпечують досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. Практична цінність. Отримані результати будуть використані для формування програмних результатів навчання в межах освітніх компонентів освітніх програм природничих спеціальностей. Запропоновано включати у зміст освіти методологічні особливості досліджень Грегора Менделя як приклад правильної організації збору й аналізу даних. Використання спадку чеського дослідника забезпечить практичне наповнення змісту освіти для цілей сталого розвитку.

Purpose. This research aimed to determine the factors influencing the food consumption habits and satisfaction level of residential students of Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Results. Six residential halls of Dhaka University were selected among the 23 residential halls in this study. Among the six hostels, 2 are female, and 4 are male. A structured questionnaire was developed using the SERVQUAL framework with nine questions to measure tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and overall food consumption pattern and the satisfaction level of resident students of Dhaka University. SPSS 16 was used to analyze the data. From the studies and analysis, it is clear that the students’ evaluations of the service quality and service delivery process depend on such factors: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy and their immediate outcome seem to have the greatest impact on their overall perceptions of service quality. Improved perceptions of service delivery lead to satisfaction. Regression results confirm that overall food consumption patterns and satisfaction levels depend on at least one of the following variables: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Scientific novelty. The novelty of this research lies in several aspects: 1. Contextual relevance; 2. Use of SERVQUAL Framework; 3. Integration of multiple factors; 4. Regression analysis; 5. Specificity for residential students. Overall, the scientific novelty of this research lies in its focused context, use of the SERVQUAL framework, integration of multiple factors (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy), statistical analysis, and its specific relevance to residential students of Dhaka University. Practical value. The value of this research can be seen in several aspects: improving food services; enhancing student satisfaction; development of services for residential students; benchmarking and comparison; decision-making and resource allocation.

Purpose. This study aims to demonstrate the variables on which African nations depended to realise their desire to create an area of free trade. It also intends to investigate these countries’ constraints in establishing the area, which may stymie their efforts. Results. After thoroughly examining the Free Trade Area’s opportunities and limitations, the study came to the following findings: (1) the African countries’ long-term economic growth and social progress will be made possible by the African Continental Free Trade Area, whose very ambitious goals are based on Agenda 2063’s objectives; (2) African countries and the African Union aim to create a thriving free trade area based on several vital factors. One key factor is the potential to expand the African market, which could reach up to 1.2 billion people, providing abundant opportunities for intra-trade. Many African countries hope to boost neighbouring economies by reducing barriers and improving growth rates. Additionally, the continent's youthful population and wealth of natural resources can facilitate the development of various industries and the availability of diverse products for the continental market; (3) the countries in the continent have been facing long-standing issues that are not new to them. Firstly, trade constraints are seen as non-tariff barriers and high levels of informal trade, making it challenging to establish transparent, free trade zones. In addition, there are weaknesses in intra-regional trade structures and multiple regional agreements. Secondly, there are structural constraints that impede intra-African trade. A lack of manufacturing capabilities is one of these constraints, as most African countries generate income by exporting raw materials without converting them. Furthermore, the youth’s lack of education and skills makes structural transformation in African countries difficult. Furthermore, due to the size of the debt, the vast majority of revenues are directed towards debt repayment rather than investment. Thirdly, because of the social, political, and security constraints that poverty, food insecurity, and political and security instability represent in many African countries, solving these issues for those nations should take precedence over taking part in the free trade area implementation; (4) to sum up, even though there are several necessary components for creating a thriving trade area, they are not enough to overcome the multitude of obstacles and problems that many African nations face. These barriers will hinder the formation of a prosperous free trade zone that includes all African countries, which is essential for achieving overall continental growth that aligns with the region’s goals and Agenda 2063. Scientific novelty. The study explored the potential success of the African Continental Free Trade Area, examining the resources and strengths African countries possess to achieve their goals, as well as the challenges and risks they face. After weighing these factors, the study concluded that achieving the ambitious goals of the free trade zone will be difficult due to the many obstacles it faces. Practical value. The findings of this study hold immense value for African nations aspiring to forge lucrative commercial alliances under the Free Trade Area Agreement. Armed with the insights presented, these nations’ businesses are empowered to select politically and securely steadfast countries, economically and commercially varied nations, and those least burdened by social challenges, particularly poverty and food insecurity.

Purpose. The objective of the research is to evaluate the internal communications process within Ukrainian banks using a critical literature analysis methodology. This analysis aims to examine the structure and essential functions of internal communication, as well as strategies for enhancing communication while considering the nature of this process. Results. Communication is crucial for the survival of financial institutions, as it helps them gather, analyze, and organize information about the external environment and transfer processed messages to the external environment. By addressing the challenges faced by employees in the banking sector, banks can create a positive internal and external image, fostering employee motivation, engagement, and success. Communication is the process of signals interchanging between the sender and receiver through a coding-decoding system, aiming to influence the recipient’s knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. The SMCR model, which includes the components of Source (or Sender), Message, Channel, and Recipient, is fundamental in communication studies. Effective communication involves receiving information from the receiver and responding to the sender’s prognosis. To improve the overall efficacy of the communication system, it is necessary to eliminate obstacles such as individual-personal, social, and cultural filters. The SMCR model identifies critical conditions for effective communication, including communication objectives, application preparation, channel selection, and appeal effectiveness. In banks, communication is related to both interpersonal processes and the social-organizational framework, resulting in predictable and stable communication between subordinates and managers. The analysis of communication networks in banks allows for an examination of the system’s integrity, connection with the external environment, and susceptibility to innovation. Scientific novelty. The primary contribution of this work is its comprehensive elucidation of the concept and significance of external and internal communication within the context of financial institutions, along with the strategies employed to attain effective communication. The banking industry has a well-defined classification system for internal communication, which allows for the systematic analysis of the key advantages and disadvantages associated with such communication methods. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the strategies used to build efficient internal communications inside a banking institution. Practical value. The study provided has practical value, as it helps in evaluating internal communication inside Ukrainian banks, specifically in terms of communication quality and the efficacy of tools used for its implementation. The findings of this study have the potential to inform future advancements in the integration of internal communication practices inside banking institutions.

Мета. Метою цього дослідження є обґрунтування концептуальних і методичних підходів до управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності підприємства із урахуванням цінностей сталого розвитку. Результати. У статті досліджено підходи до управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності підприємств із урахуванням цінностей сталого розвитку; оцінено й проаналізовано рівень потенціалу інтелектуальної власності інноваційно-активних підприємств в Україні. Представлені в роботі методологічні та методичні розробки сприяють удосконаленню системи управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності. У результаті виконаного дослідження розвинуто поняття «потенціал інтелектуальної власності», удосконалено класифікацію і принципи управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності промислового підприємства, згруповано фактори впливу на його формування і використання. Запропоновано структурно-аналітичну модель удосконалення управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності, а також метод аналізування динаміки формування і використання управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності промислового підприємства. Наукова новизна. Уточнено сутність поняття «потенціал інтелектуальної власності промислового підприємства» – сукупність можливостей, які виникають у результаті створення, розвитку та використання об’єктів інтелектуальної власності (таких як винаходи, товарні знаки, авторські права, патенти тощо) з метою забезпечення конкурентоспроможності, інноваційного та сталого розвитку організації чи підприємства. Цей потенціал включає в себе не лише юридичні права на об’єкти інтелектуальної власності, але й можливості їхнього комерційного використання, обміну, ліцензування та інші стратегічні аспекти, спрямовані на максимізацію вартості цих об’єктів для підприємства). На системно-функціональній основі виокремлено підходи до управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності підприємства. Практична цінність. Виокремлені підходи до управління потенціалом інтелектуальної власності промислового підприємства можуть бути застосовані для встановлення цілей формування і розвитку потенціалу інтелектуальної власності промислового підприємства, організування заходів для практичного використання цього потенціалу, мотивування працівників підприємства до розвитку і реалізації потенціалу інтелектуальної власності, розроблення механізмів контролювання і регулювання цього потенціалу.

Мета. Метою дослідження є виокремлення та обґрунтування форм і методів формування фахової компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з агроінженерії у професійній підготовці. Результати. Результати дослідження показують, що належна організація, врахування педагогічних умов освітнього процесу та застосування інноваційних форм і методів навчання у професійній підготовці, ефективна взаємодія всіх його учасників, що сприятиме адаптації до прискореного розвитку технологій і модернізації сільськогосподарської техніки, а також активізації їхньої практичної підготовки, яка відповідатиме сучасним вимогам ринку праці, нині є важливими компонентами у формуванні фахової компетентності майбутніх агроінженерів та їх професійній підготовці. За оцінками роботодавців, до найбільш важливих навичок майбутніх агроінженерів належать: технічні здібності (27 %), здатність застосовувати сучасні засоби в інженерній діяльності (19 %), комунікативні навички (15 %), володіння цифровими технологіями (11 %), гнучкість (7 %), соціальна відповідальність (5 %), ініціативність (5 %), проектне мислення (4 %), креативність (4 %), знання іноземних мов (3 %). На основі опитування майбутніх бакалаврів з агроінженерії отримано такі результати: 83 % респондентів вважають, що систематичне використання запропонованих інноваційних форм і методів сприятиме ефективному формуванню фахової компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з агроінженерії та підвищить рівень їхньої вмотивованості, 17 % респондентів вважають, що традиційні лекційні та практичні заняття здатні до формування фахових компетентностей. Наукова новизна. Уперше виокремлено форми та методи формування фахової компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з агроінженерії у професійній підготовці, серед яких: форми – тренінги, дебати, круглий стіл, екскурсії; методи – мозковий штурм, ділова гра, дискусія, кейс-метод, брейнстромінг, метод проектів. Удосконалено діагностичний інструментарій щодо визначення факторів впливу на рівень вмотивованості та професійної підготовки майбутніх бакалаврів з агроінженерії. Практична цінність. Успішність професійної діяльності майбутніх бакалаврів з агроінженерії є одним із головним аспектом для ефективності функціонування аграрних підприємств та підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності на ринку праці в умовах трансформації та глобалізації суспільства. Запропоновані методи навчання допоможуть удосконалити професійну підготовку майбутніх агроінженерів, що сприятиме підвищенню в них рівня сформованості та фахової компетентності.

Purpose. This study aims to examine the water resource management and transfers in Setif province, Algeria, focusing on their impact on agriculture and economic development. The study aims to understand the effectiveness of implemented strategies such as water transfer, dam construction, seawater desalination and desert water use in optimizing water resources and improving water availability. Results. The study found that the implementation of water resource transfer in Setif province has led to increase in the supply of drinking water, establishment of industrial complexes, and increased food security. The expansion of irrigated land and significant growth in crop production demonstrate the positive outcomes of this water transfer. However, challenges remain, such as the need to promote modern irrigation techniques, preserve water quality, and address environmental concerns. Scientific novelty. This research contributes to the understanding of water management in Algeria by providing insights into the experiences and lessons learned from Setif province. The study highlights the importance of adopting contemporary irrigation techniques, raising farmers’ awareness regarding wise exploitation of water resources, and solving water quality problems. Practical value. The findings of this study offer valuable insights for effective water resource management in Algeria and beyond. The results of the study from Setif province can help to develop and implement water management strategies in other regions, ultimately contributing to improved agricultural production, economic development, and long-term sustainability in the sector.

Purpose. Land use within a watershed affects surface water quality by creating a process by which diffuse pollutants such as suspended solids, trace metals, and nutrients enter rivers and streams. The purpose of this study is to assess pollution-load for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and some trace metals in runoff samples collected during storm events in selected sub-catchment locations representing different land use areas in an urban watershed; and to determine the effects of land-use on the content of pollutants in stormwater using Event Mean Concentration (EMC). Results. There were high EMC and Site Mean Concentrations (SMC) of TSS in stormwater in the six land-use zones examined, with values ranging from 154.0 mg L−1 to 1464.0 mg L−1; and 216.5 mg L−1 to 1153.4 mg L−1 for EMC and SMC respectively. The total content of suspended solids was significantly high, above the acceptable threshold of 100.0 mg L−1 stipulated by the WHO. The researchers also found a statistically significant variation in TSS loading of stormwater from the commercial land-use areas compared with the other land-use zones. A strong correlation was also observed between the volume of stormwater discharged and the TSS load. However, the concentrations of trace metals in stormwater were low across the land use zones. The commercial districts of the studied cities were found to be major sources of suspended solids in stormwater, and pollution of the urban watersheds leading to the deterioration of the rivers. Scientific novelty. This study attempted to qauntify TSS load in stormwater and determine the contributions of the diffferent urban land-use areas to pollution yield.. It contributes to scientific efforts to directly quantify surface water pollution from nonpoint sources, since little attention has been paid to diffuse pollution, especially in sub-Saharan Africa; and provides baseline data for assessing urban stormwater in low-income countries. Practical value. This study offers guidelines for city authorities to develop land use policies to control surface water pollution and urban waste. The findings may also serve as emperical basis for greater advocacy by civil society organizations for the proper management and control of urban rivers and streams for public health benefits.

Мета. Мета статті – обґрунтування критеріїв оцінювання систем нефінансової звітності та обрання найбільш релевантних бенчмарків у сфері звітування зі сталого розвитку з урахуванням політичних та економічних особливостей України. Результати. Статтю присвячено обранню системи звітування про сталий розвиток. На першому етапі авторами визначено набір альтернативних систем звітування про сталий розвиток (ISSB, ESRS, SEC, GRI і IIRC). Далі авторами обґрунтовано систему критеріїв оцінювання альтернатив, а саме: релевантність політичної концепції; відповідність планам повоєнного відновлення України; комплексність урахування ESG-критеріїв; важливість інкорпорації цілей сталого розвитку (ЦСР) як основи повоєнного відновлення та сталого розвитку країни в подальшому. Визначення найбільш релевантної системи звітування про сталий розвиток проводили шляхом методу аналізу ієрархій. Найкращою альтернативою є стандарт ESRS, який суттєво випереджає інші стандарти звітності за інтегральною оцінкою глобальних пріоритетів альтернатив. Такий висновок узгоджується з результатами емпіричного аналізу вказаних стандартів та законодавчо закріпленим курсом на повну європейську інтеграцію України. Наукова новизна полягає в удосконаленні методичних заcад обрання релевантної системи звітування про сталий розвиток, які, на відміну від наявних, ураховують особливості національної економіки на політичної ситуації в Україні. Практична цінність. Застосування найбільш релевантної системи звітування про сталий розвиток має суттєво збільшити прозорість національної економіки, що, своєю чергою, істотно підвищить інвестиційну привабливість підприємств і скоротить період післявоєнного відновлення.

Мета. Метою дослідження є формування передумов підвищення ефективності інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності промислового підприємства засобами фінансового аналізу резервів прибутку. Результати. У ході проведеного фінансового аналізу встановлено, що саме дебіторська заборгованість є ключовим резервом прибутку, надходження якого створює передумови для формування додаткового приросту чистого прибутку й активізації інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності. Виявлено основні тенденції щорічної динаміки дебіторської заборгованості на прикладі великого підприємства фармацевтичної промисловості України АТ «Київський вітамінний завод» упродовж 2014–2022 рр. та її частки в плановому чистому доході, а також отримано обсяги щорічних резервів чистого прибутку і витрат податку на прибуток у випадку одночасного погашення покупцями товарного кредиту. Доведено, що активізація інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності АТ «Київський вітамінний завод» та зростання її ефективності можливі за одночасного повернення дебіторської заборгованості, у результаті якого відбудеться збільшення вартості активів насамперед у вигляді нематеріальних активів й основних засобів, а також підвищення рівня чистої рентабельності активів. Наукова новизна. У результаті проведеного дослідження розроблено статистично значущу й адекватну мультиваріативну модель лінійної залежності чистого прибутку від співвідношення поточної дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості за продукцію (товари, роботи, послуги) (прямий зв’язок) і частки дебіторської заборгованості за продукцію (товари, роботи, послуги) у плановому доході (обернений зв’язок), використання якої дозволило побудувати цільову функцію максимізації чистого прибутку АТ «Київський вітамінний завод». Практична цінність. Запропонована модель чистого прибутку і цільова функція його максимізації має потенціал практичного застосування в системі фінансового менеджменту АТ «Київський вітамінний завод», зокрема в управлінні дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю, контроль якої в кінцевому рахунку забезпечує передумови для активізації інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності.

Мета. Метою написання статті є визначення основних проблем пенсійної системи України, надзвичайно загострених через російсько-українську війну, та пошук шляхів їх вирішення. Результати. Статтю присвячено питанню функціонування пенсійної системи України в складних умовах воєнної агресії. Фінансова незахищеність у літньому віці може призвести до бідності, депривації та інших форм соціальної ізоляції. Надано визначення поняття “пенсійна система” та розглянуто її основні елементи. Наведено структуру пенсійної системи України, яка складається з трьох рівнів, хоча на теперішній час функціонують лише два. Виявлено недоліки солідарної системи та причини її неспроможності забезпечити соціальну справедливість. Серед головних проблем вітчизняного пенсійного забезпечення виділено неадекватність пенсій, що є однією з головних причин того, що рівень життя людей похилого віку значно знизився, та зростання дефіциту Пенсійного фонду України. Наукова новизна. Система пенсійного забезпечення в Україні протягом багатьох років перебувала в стані максимального фінансового напруження, не забезпечуючи повною мірою потреб пенсіонерів. А з моменту повномасштабного вторгнення російської федерації на територію України питання функціонування пенсійної системи не лише загострилось, а й набуло нових ознак. Окреслено, що головними причинами скорочення надходжень до Пенсійного фонду України є зменшення кількості працездатного населення внаслідок бойових дій і демографічного старіння населення, зменшення надходжень по єдиному соціальному внеску фізичними особами-підприємцями. Обґрунтовано, що критеріями ефективного функціонування пенсійних систем є їхня адекватність, доступність, стабільність, справедливість, передбачуваність і надійність. Здійснено кількісну оцінку ефективності вітчизняної пенсійної системи за допомогою сукупного коефіцієнта заміщення, який виявився катастрофічно низьким, що доводить неспроможність діючої вітчизняної системи пенсійного страхування забезпечити пенсіонерам не тільки гідне існування, а й ставить їх на межу виживання. Практична цінність. Визначено принципи реалізації процесу реформування пенсійної системи України. Можливим шляхом вирішення одразу всіх проблем пенсійного забезпечення в Україні є якомога швидше завершення пенсійної реформи, розпочатої ще у 2003 р., і введення в дію загальнообов’язкового накопичувального пенсійного страхування та всебічне сприяння розвитку недержавного пенсійного забезпечення, адже участь у всіх трьох рівнях пенсійної системи надасть можливість майбутнім пенсіонерам диверсифікувати та примножити свої пенсійні заощадження, а також сприятиме економічному зростанню, оскільки пенсійні активи будуть капіталізуватись на рахунках недержавних пенсійних фондів та інвестиційних установ.

Purpose. The objective of the study is to assess the sustainability of adaptation strategies promoted by farmers in agroforestry systems in Burkina Faso through the sustainable development analysis guide (SDAG). For this purpose, primary data were collected by the survey method. One hundred and four (104) people were interviewed using a questionnaire. Secondary data were also used. Descriptive statistics and the Excel logical test were used to analyse the collected data. Results. The results show that in a context of climate variability, farmers mobilize several strategies such as: proactive, reactive and combined strategies. The adaptation strategy index shows that proactive strategies are strongly used, followed by combined proactive strategies, reactive strategies and silvicultural techniques. However, the first three strategies are used more by farmers. Moreover, the evaluation of the strategies used by farmers was based on the first three strategies. It was found that proactive and combined strategies are more sustainable than reactive ones, as farmers have difficulties in assessing the climate risks they face. Thus, the environmental component of sustainable development is strongly impacted by reactive strategies, which is reflected in the low weighting of respondents and experts. Scientific novelty. The novelty is the use of the sustainable development analysis guide, which allows the sustainability of farmers’ adaptation strategies to be assessed. The tool made it possible to compare the results of field survey and the opinions of experts (through a literature review) with dimensions of sustainable development (social, economic, environmental). Thus, for each dimension, variables and indicators were associated. Thanks to the tool, the results were achieved. Practical value. The advantage of this approach is that sustainability assessment can be done through empirical data (from surveys). This is important for developing countries such as Burkina Faso where assessments based on economic techniques are difficult, as the rural population is mostly illiterate.

Мета. Метою дослідження, результати якого представлено в цій статті, є обґрунтування концептуальних і методичних положень управління підприємницькими ризиками під час переходу до циркулярної економіки в системі цінностей сталого розвитку. Результати. На основі здійсненого бібліометричного огляду бази знань з управління підприємницькими ризиками під час переходу до циркулярної економіки в системі цінностей сталого розвитку визначено ключові кластери досліджень. Установлено, що червоний кластер сфокусований на дослідженні ризик-менеджменту й циркулярної економіки, зелений – на оцінюванні ризиків і ресайклингу, блакитний – на управлінні відходами, жовтий – на сталості й сталому розвитку. Розроблено бібліометричні карти інтенсивності та хронології використання термінів у публікаціях щодо управління ризиками й циркулярної економіки у світі, а також щодо наукової співпраці вчених різних країн. Розвинуто методичні положення якісного аналізування й оцінювання ризиків під час переходу від лінійної до циркулярної економіки в системі цінностей сталого розвитку, зокрема в частині ідентифікування основних ризиків впровадження циркулярної економіки й експертного оцінювання зазначених ризиків. Запропоновано для оцінювання ризиків під час переходу до циркулярної економіки новий методичний інструментарій визначення й аналізу беззбитковості виробництва та реалізації аграрної продукції, згідно з яким не потрібно розподіляти витрати на умовно-постійні та умовно-змінні. Наукова новизна. Уперше здійснено бібліометричний аналіз бази знань з управління підприємницькими ризиками під час переходу до циркулярної економіки в системі цінностей сталого розвитку. Дістали дальшого розвитку методичні положення щодо якісного та кількісного оцінювання й аналізування ризиків під час переходу до циркулярної економіки в системі цінностей сталого розвитку аграрного сектора. Практична цінність. Результати дослідження можна застосувати для оцінювання та аналізування ризиків під час переходу від лінійної до циркулярної економіки в аграрному секторі, а також для розроблення цілісної концепції та технології управління підприємницькими ризиками циркулярних проєктів.

Purpose. This study aims to analyze the overlap of shareholding between banks and insurance companies in Algeria, whose commercial activities are not necessarily the same, but functional complementarities exist. The method used in this paper is an inventory of cases where a financial institution is a shareholder of another, following several reforms applied to this market since the 1990s. Results. Regarding the shareholding matrices between financial institutions in Algeria, it was found that the intervention of the public sector is the most dominant, unlike the private and foreign sector. The study also showed that the behavior of banks and insurance companies in terms of capital participation is mainly linked to the legal measures introduced in Algeria after the opening of the banking and insurance market to private and foreign operators, essentially aimed at the development of the country. As well as the economic interest of complementarity, since bank financing is usually provided by an insurance guarantee, in addition to the introduction of bancassurance, which allows marketing of insurance products through the cash desks of banks. Scientific novelty. The literature review has shown that the subject of shareholder relations between financial institutions refers to a new perspective of the market vision, the core of which is the bank. The analysis is carried out from the perspective of building an updated picture of the capital structure of these financial institutions in Algeria. Practical value. The development of shareholding matrices between banks and insurance companies in Algeria, helps to understand the nature of the functional complementarity between these financial institutions, and also explains their strategic behavior with respect to the market.

Purpose. The purpose of the paper is to study and describe some characteristics of the balanced economic growth of entrepreneurial entities (small, medium and large enterprises), draw valid conclusions and reveal future perspectives, which will allow us to balance their sustainable dynamic development and be able to mobilize and effectively manage our own resources. Results. In both developed and developing countries, the role of small and medium enterprises is important. Small and medium-sized businesses are the main driving force in business development. In many countries of the world (including EU countries), small and medium entrepreneurship is considered as the main strategic direction of inclusive growth, employment, and economic development. The problem of economic growth of enterprises in the market economy is an urgent issue. Despite many innovative offers, the activities of the country’s enterprises, the growth of their scale requires more efforts. One of the main guidelines for ensuring the sustainable economic growth of enterprises is to ensure the economic efficiency of the leading sectors of the country’s economy, the enterprises included in them. In the conditions of modern globalization, as a result of the strengthening of competition, the issue of the development of the innovative economy came to the fore. The role of the leading directions of the country as a whole, as well as their individual enterprises, is essentially increasing. They determine the country’s specialization in the world economic system. Such enterprises determine the national competitive advantage. Scientific novelty. While working on the research issues of the paper, as a result of theoretical and empirical research, the following were improved and complexly investigated: modern approaches to the study of ensuring the balanced economy, components of the balanced indicator system, balanced economic growth models, as a result of which the modern features and challenges of the economic growth of Georgian enterprises were revealed. Besides, in this study, the theoretical foundations of the balanced economic growth research are analyzed; the peculiarities of the balanced growth of enterprises in the conditions of globalization are defined; the ways of balanced economic growth of enterprises, its financial and economic indicators, models and perspectives are determined; the mechanism of sustainable development of enterprises is identified; as a result of studying the functions of a small and medium-sized enterprise, its strengths and weaknesses have been identified; the factors hindering the development and internationalization of the country’s small and medium-sized enterprises have been identified; the main recommendations for the development and internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises of the country have been developed. Practical value. The conclusions and recommendations formed as a result of the conducted research can be used as a starting point for the balanced economic growth of the country’s business entities, small and medium enterprises.

Purpose. The present paper aims to clarify the importance of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as one of the creative Islamic financial products that have attracted the attention of investors in recent years. Results. This research concluded that: (i) Islamic ETFs are a useful and convenient option for Sharia-compliant investors who prefer this type of Sharia-compliant investment, whether they are beginners or want to diversify their stock investments without the hassle of research, analysis, and selecting the right companies. The fund itself consists of several stocks selected based on the nature of the indicator that the box simulates. (ii) Islamic ETFs are distinguished by their transparency as they are affiliated with a specific market index and their investments match the components of this index, such as if the fund is linked and affected by the movement of the general index of the market or a sector index, and the fund manager may set an index for his fund in coordination with a specialized body in this field. For example, he places an index of legitimate shares, it makes it simpler for the fund's unit owners to understand how well the fund is performing by comparing it to the performance of the indicators they monitor or model. (iii) From the same perspective, the method of creating an Islamic ETF is not different from its traditional counterpart, and the main difference between them lies in the benchmark index that Islamic ETFs track. (iv) Islamic ETFs invest only in companies that comply with Sharia regulations, and in the event that any stock in the index portfolio is not compatible, it is disposed of even if the expectations of its returns are high, and thus the investment opportunities for the Islamic ETF are in a narrow space compared to the investment opportunities available for traditional ETFs, which may reduce the opportunities for the fund's investment and affect the potential return of the fund. (v) The Islamic ETF industry is weak compared to its traditional counterpart, it has been witnessing a remarkable and important growth in the recent period, especially in the Gulf region, specifically Saudi Arabia, which is one of the regions most qualified to achieve significant growth rates in the Islamic ETF sector. (vi) In general, exchange-traded funds have an important place in the financial markets, especially the Saudi stock market, as investing in these funds would expand the base of the financial markets and give investors greater flexibility in choosing how to allocate their investments across market channels and sectors. Scientific novelty. This study focuses on the general framework of ETFs, which aims to focus on Islamic ETFs by providing advantages and its most important dealers in addition to the mechanism of how Islamic ETFs work. Finally, the importance of Islamic ETFs in the financial markets was considered, specifically through a study of the case of the Saudi financial market, from which the study concluded that it is necessary to pay more attention to this important investment tool, although the industry of Islamic ETFs is weak compared to its counterpart; but, it has recently witnessed a remarkable and important growth, and it plays a major role in stimulating trading in the financial markets. Practical value. The results of this study can be used in several financial markets, taking into account everything related to compliance with Islamic law.

Мета цієї роботи полягає в розкритті питань ефективності сільськогосподарських проєктів щодо сталого управління земельними (ґрунтовими) ресурсами на основі вдосконалення проєктного менеджменту з необхідними елементами нормативної грошової оцінки (НГО). Результати. У статті розглянуто сільськогосподарські проєкти та механізм формування їх економічного оцінювання. Проблема сталого управління землями та ґрунтами (СУЗіҐ) є досить гострою в світі, але для України вона одна із визначальних. В умовах низької зацікавленості аграрного бізнесу до питання сталого відтворення земельного потенціалу та екологізації виробництва потреба в точності оцінок розроблених проєктів стає все більш істотною. У країні відкритий ринок земель сільськогосподарського призначення з липня 2021 р., що лише посилює потребу в провадженні дієвих іструментів, які б ураховували наслідки змін щодо капіталізації земельних ресурсів у результаті впровадження проєктів. Розкрито необхідність ураховувати в землекористуванні не лише економічні результати, а також екологічний, технологічний та інші види ефектів. Приведено низку робіт з урахуванням цих видів ефектів у напрямі відтворення родючості ґрунтів та їх охорони. Ці дослідження й розробки охоплюють проблеми агромеліорації солонцевих ґрунтів, переробки пташинного посліду на якісні компости меліоративної дії, забруднення земель (ґрунтів) важкими металами, оптимального вибору агротехнологій та машино-тракторних агрегатів. У цілому успішність аграрного бізнесу тісно пов’язана з активністю в проєктних розробках і нововеденнях. Інноваційність і точність обчислення ефектів є фундаментальними основами сталого управління землями та ґрунтами (СУЗіҐ). Для цього наочно розроблено основну схему протікання процесу щодо забезпечення сталого управління землями та ґрунтами (СУЗіҐ), де на чисельних підходах пов’язується вплив на них сільськогосподарських проєктів. При цьому для розробки сільськогосподарського проєкту з високою ефективністю впровадження запропоновано доповнення до попередньої схеми, яке поєднує комплексну оцінку (КО) з корегуванням цілей сталого розвитку, а саме встановлення мети та цілей (УМіЦ). Завдяки формалізації алгоритму прийняття рішення щодо управління проєктом визначено блок (елемент) економічної оцінки змін об’єкта (ЕОЗО), що базується на методиці нормативної грошової оцінки (НГО). Аналіз деяких методик з обчислення НГО показує, які з них мають переваги і є більш точними. Наукова новизна. У цьому дослідженні вперше приведено й розглянуто основну схему забезпечення сталого управління землями та ґрунтами (СУЗіҐ), у якій виокремлено вплив сільськогосподарських проєктів, а також важливість грошової оцінки щодо їхньої ефективності. У ній наочно показано взаємозв’язок між комплексною оцінкою (КО) сільськогосподарських проєктів та формуванням сталого управління землями та ґрунтами (СУЗіҐ). Вона сформована за правилами алгоритму і вказує на послідовність дій у виробленні управлінського рішення із цієї проблеми. Практична цінність. Визначено, що основою змін в економічній оцінці земель і ґрунтів може виступати їх нормативна грошова оцінка (НГО). Відтак, сільськогосподарські проєкти з традиційним підходом щодо економічної оцінки ефектів мають ураховувати й непряму (опосередковану) дію на об’єкт впливу – землю (ґрунт). Запропонована схема оцінювання сільськогосподарських проєктів дозволяє своєчасно вносити корективи в поставлені цілі (УМіЦ) та достатньо повно реалізувати їх у напрямі сталого управління землями та ґрунтами (СУЗіҐ).

Мета. Метою дослідження є ідентифікація інструментів маркетингового складника розвитку ринку органічних харчових продуктів та визначення його впливу на формування лояльності споживачів до органічного сектора економіки. Результати. У статті розглянуто тенденції та інструменти розвитку органічного виробництва. Визначено принципи, які включають маркетингові складові для забезпечення ефективної оцінки конкурентоспроможності логістичної системи органічної продукції. Узагальнено закордонну практику розвитку ринку органічної продукції, зокрема, на маркетингових засадах. Визначено стратегічні вектори розвитку вітчизняного ринку органічної продукції в Україні на господарському рівні. Проведено аналіз найуспішніших і найвідоміших органічних брендів вітчизняних товаровиробників, зокрема, представлено експортні ринки та продукцію, визначено основні маркетингові інструменти. Сформовано ефективне поєднання елементів комплексу маркетингу для досягнення стратегічних цілей організації через задоволення потреб споживачів. Визначено типи споживачів на органічному ринку, їх основну характеристику та основні методи впливу. Запропоновано маркетингові стратегії посилення ринкових позицій підприємств та підвищення їх економічної ефективності. Наукова новизна. Набуло подальшого розвитку узагальнення й удосконалення інструментів розвитку органічного виробництва, запропоновано елементи комплексу маркетингу за концепцією «7P» для забезпечення розвитку органічного ринку. Практична цінність. Запропоновано методи впливу при роздрібному продажі органічної продукції за типом споживачів для вирішення проблеми поінформованості споживачів та формування лояльності до органічного сектора. Використання запропонованих маркетингових стратегій сприятиме посиленню ринкових позицій суб’єктів ринку та підвищенню їх економічної ефективності.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the specifics of the activities of global financial institutions as legal entities under international public law, important components of the global financial architecture and agents of unshadowing of the world economy using the sample of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The postulate of the work defines the leading importance of the institutional mechanism of unshadowing of the global economy for the development and implementation by countries of the unshadowing toolkit in a combination of economic and legal components as a factor of sustainable development. Results. It was found that the continued expansion of the shadow segment of the global economy actualizes the expediency of researching patterns and features of the processes that cause and accompany it. The global financial architecture is undergoing transformations adapting to the challenges of the shadowing of the world economy, including 1) the implementation of shadow economic transactions by business entities, 2) the deformation of the competitive environment and capitalist market institutions, 3) the distortion of business activity models, 4) the degradation of people's economic behaviour, as consumers and employees, and 5) aggravation of the global environmental problem. The classification of subjects of the unshadowing of the world financial sphere, which play a key role in its architecture, including their division by types 1) international universal organizations, 2) international financial organizations and 3) international specialized institutions, has been carried out. The structure-forming role of normative documents, which determine both the goal-setting and general quantitative characteristics of the environment of financial institutions, as well as the peculiarities of the development and implementation of activities for the unshadowing of economic relations and systems, has been revealed. All countries are only on the way towards effective economic models and sound global financial ecosystem. Scientific novelty. A new model of the institutional matrix of the global financial ecosystem is proposed, including the green economy and sustainable development components. The peculiarities of FATF in the global financial architecture and processes of unshadowing of business activities are revealed. Practical value. The obtained results can be used in the improvement of the national policy of countering the shadowing of business activities, reducing the environmental problem, as well as increasing the effectiveness of international economic relations in this area.

Мета. Метою цього дослідження є порівняння підходів до складання і подання інтегрованої звітності європейських та українських компаній – лідерів з корпоративної соціальної відповідальності на основі методів кейс-стаді та бенчмарк-аналізу, а також розроблення напрямів гармонізації таких підходів. Результати. У статті систематизовано історичні аспекти подання інтегрованої та кліматично орієнтованої звітності у ЄС та Україні, існуючі стандарти та рекомендації й досвід її подання на основі методів компаративного аналізу. Доведено, що європейське законодавство у сфері обліку, сталого розвитку та розкриття нефінансової інформації виступає бенчмарком для зближення облікових систем України та ЄС. На основі методу кейс-стаді узагальнено практику розкриття інформації зі сталого розвитку глобальних корпорацій, таких як Microsoft, Apple, представлених на європейському ринку. Узагальнено досвід провідних українських компаній у сфері корпоративної соціальної відповідальності щодо розкриття нефінансової інформації та забезпечення прогресу за Цілями сталого розвитку. Розглянуто систему факторів, що стримують розвиток інтегрованої звітності та процесів розкриття інформації щодо змін клімату і сталого розвитку. Установлено, що відсутність запобіжних заходів щодо цих факторів може мати негативний накопичувальний ефект для гармонізації європейської та української облікових систем. Наукова новизна. Новизна отриманих результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні євроінтеграційних трендів у реформуванні національної системи обліку компаній, зорієнтованої на висвітлення кліматично орієнтованих аспектів, Цілей сталого розвитку в інтегрований спосіб. Практична цінність. Одержані практичні результати бенчмарк-аналізу можуть бути використані регуляторами під час формування напрямів гармонізації інтегрованої звітності українських компаній відповідно до європейських підходів, а також самими компаніями для удосконалення підходів щодо звітування за кліматичними таргетами та Цілями сталого розвитку.

Purpose. The purpose of this article is to investigate the current state of Open Educational Resources (OER) adoption in Ukraine, identifying the challenges, opportunities, and its potential impact on the nation’s educational landscape. Furthermore, the study aims to contribute to the broader understanding of OER implementation in transitioning countries and underscore the role of OER in promoting knowledge democratization, fostering innovation, and enhancing critical thinking and digital literacy skills among learners. Results. The investigation revealed that Ukraine has made significant strides in adopting OER, primarily driven by government initiatives, international partnerships, and growing awareness among educators and institutions. However, the implementation of OER is still uneven, with marked disparities in access and usage between urban and rural areas, as well as among various educational levels and disciplines. One notable finding is the positive impact of OER on students’ learning experiences, with improved engagement, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills reported across diverse settings. Additionally, the investigation highlighted the importance of ongoing professional development for educators to effectively integrate OER into their teaching practices and curricula. Despite these advancements, challenges persist, such as a lack of quality control mechanisms, limited digital infrastructure, and language barriers, which hinder the broader adoption of OER in Ukraine. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for continued investment in digital infrastructure, capacity building, and policy support to harness the full potential of OER in democratizing knowledge and fostering lifelong learning in the country. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of this investigation lies in its comprehensive analysis of OER adoption within the unique context of Ukraine, a transitioning country grappling with various political, social, and economic challenges. By examining the interplay of governmental policies, institutional involvement, educators’ perspectives, and students’ experiences, this study offers a holistic understanding of the OER ecosystem in the country. Additionally, the research contributes to the broader discourse on OER implementation in transitioning countries, highlighting the transformative potential of OER in democratizing knowledge and fostering skill development in such contexts. Practical value. The practical value of this investigation stems from its potential to inform policymakers, educators, and institutions in Ukraine about the current state of OER adoption and the existing challenges, enabling them to make informed decisions and develop targeted strategies for effective OER integration. By identifying opportunities and best practices, this study can serve as a roadmap for expanding access to quality education and bridging the gap between urban and rural learners. Furthermore, the insights gained from this research can be applied to other transitioning countries, encouraging the adoption of OER to enhance educational systems and promote lifelong learning on a global scale.

Purpose. This study investigated the effect of competency management (CM) on organizational learning (OL) for faculty members in two colleges in University of Djelfa-Algeria during the period 2021–2022. In particular, the effect of recruitment of competencies on the organizational learning, development of competencies, compensation of competencies, assessing of competencies was studied. Results. The findings of this study provide interesting data about the universities, we found a positive relationship between competencies management and organizational learning, and the study showed that all of the practices of competencies management (recruitment of competencies, development of competencies, compensation of competencies, assessing of competencies) had a direct positive effect on organizational learning for faculty members in two colleges in University of Djelfa-Algeria. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the study lies in the clarification of promising directions for the development of the practices of competencies management (recruitment of competencies, development of competencies, compensation of competencies, assessing of competencies) and their effect on organizational learning of faculty members. Practical value. This study will be of great importance to the faculty members of the two colleges in University of Djelfa-Algeria in terms of providing valuable information on the issues and possible factors that can influence organizational learning. This study suggests that in the context of development programs of raising the qualifications of teachers, there is a need for more support for professors (for example, salaries, grants), better working conditions in line with global standards in universities, and the competency assessment must be thorough as part of competency management processes.

This work presents a review of the actual monograph “Sustainable development of agricultural enterprises on the basis of circular economy” prepared by Associate Professor, PhD in economy Svitlana Strapchuk. It reveals the key provisions of the monograph and its contribution to the development of the modern system of scientific knowledge regarding the theory, methodology and practice of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises based on the circular economy.

Мета. Метою дослідження є виявлення особливостей впливу дистанційного викладання на фізичну складову здоров’я педагогічних працівників і розроблення рекомендацій щодо формування здоров’язбережувальної культури педагогів. Результати. Проблема збереження здоров’я населення різних вікових категорій була й залишається актуальною, адже здоров’я – це той складник у житті будь-якої особистості, що зумовлює її максимальну самореалізацію. На це звертає увагу світова спільнота, визначивши однією із цілей сталого розвитку забезпечення здорового способу життя та сприяння добробуту для всіх у будь-якому віці. Це комплексна ціль, що потребує комплексного осмислення та системних досліджень, має бути досягнута за допомогою заходів із різних сфер діяльності суспільства: медицина, охорона природи, економіка, освіта тощо. Крім інфекційних хвороб, проблем здоров’я матері й дитини, профілактики шкідливих звичок, впливу забруднення, наголошується і на неінфекційних хворобах, зокрема спричинених способом життя. Непереборні обставини в країні обумовили гостру потребу в переході на дистанційну форму навчання. Саме тому одним із головних завдань організації сучасного освітнього процесу стало збереження якості освіти без шкоди для здоров’я всіх учасників освітнього процесу, адже посередником у навчальній комунікації стали гаджети: комп’ютери, ноутбуки, планшети, телефони. Очевидним є той факт, що педагог, який має проблеми з фізичним самопочуттям, не зможе максимально реалізувати свої професійні комптентності під час викладання і навчання здобувачів освіти. Як результат – страждає якість освіти. На жаль, дослідження засвідчило, що більшість педагогічних працівників різного віку недостатньо піклуються про своє фізичне здоров’я, мають обмежену фізичну активність і багато часу проводять із гаджетами. За результатами анкетування педагогів визначено основні проблеми: втома очей і погіршення зору, хвороби опорно-рухової та кровоносної систем. Також виявлено бажання набути теоретичних знань і практичного досвіду щодо адекватної та ефективної рухової активності. У статті наголошено на важливості розроблення та впровадження навчальних матеріалів і рекомендацій щодо здорового способу життя, підготовки педагогів, обізнаних із цією проблематикою, адже здоровий спосіб життя є особливо актуальним у нинішніх умовах тривалого дистанційного навчання, спричиненого карантином і воєнним станом. Наукова новизна. Подальший розвиток отримало дослідження актуальності формуванні здоров’язбережувальної культури освітян в умовах дистанційного навчання. На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо поліпшення самопочуття педагогів і профілактики захворювань, викликаних гіподинамією та підвищеним навантаженням на органи зору. Практична цінність. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в можливості використання рекомендацій щодо формування здоров’язбережувальної звички освітянами в умовах дистанційного освітнього процесу.

Цел. Научната разработка има за цел да представи аргументирани доводи за значението и ползите от прилагането на „title insurance“ като специфичен вид застраховане и работещ инструмент – алтернативен подход за противодействие на риска измама при придобиване на недвижима собственост. Резултати. Въпреки липсата на конкретни статистически данни относно броят на имотните измами, разполагаемата статистическа информация затвърждава тезата, че броят на измамите в последните години в България следва тренд в посока редуциране. Независимо от този факт, техният брой (в това число и на имотните измами) остава сравнително висок, което поражда необходимостта от алтернативна допълнителна защита на лицата, придобиващи собственост. В тази връзка, българската застрахователна практика също би могла да гарантира финансово компенсиране при реализирането на рискове, свързани с имотните измами, каквато е практиката в развитите застрахователни пазари. Научна новост. Проведеното изследване в научната разработка се основава на официални статистически данни, публикувани от Националният статистически институт и предоставена от Прокуратурата на Р България информация относно измамите по чл. 209–213 от Наказателния кодекс на Република България за периода 2007–2020 година (получена по силата на достъп до обществена информация по Закон за достъп до обществена информация). Позовавайки се на световната теория и практика са анализирани същността и основните характеристики на „title insurance“. В настоящата разработка е направено предложение за въвеждане на нов, за българският застрахователен пазар, продукт и са очертани част от основните му параметри. Практическа стойност. Изхождайки от разбирането за имотните измами като противозаконна икономическа дейност и разглеждайки същите като реален риск за гражданите и бизнеса, инвестиращи в недвижима собственост, неизбежно се поражда идеята за възможността от прилагане на „title insurance”. Последното е доказано работещ инструмент, все още слабо познат и неприлаган в България, който има за цел имено да гарантира сигурността на застраховани лица – инвеститори, при придобиване на недвижими имот, като ги възмезди в случай на настъпили загуби.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities and substantiate the prospects for the development of the social sphere of the rural areas of the Western Polissia of Ukraine in the conditions of decentralization of management. Results. The peculiarities of the development of the social sphere of the rural areas of the studied region in the conditions of the decentralization reform in the country with the aim of forming effective local self-government and territorial organization of power in order to create and maintain a full-fledged living environment for villagers and provide high-quality and accessible public services are revealed. It was established that the priority tasks of social policy in the countryside in the conditions of decentralization should be: ensuring the solution of the basic problems of reproduction of people’s life activities (food, housing, health); infrastructure development (roads, transport, communications, public services); creation of conditions for development (education, science, culture, sports). Scientific novelty. It has been proven that in the conditions of decentralization transformations, in order to ensure the development of the social sphere, it is important to achieve balanced inter-budgetary relations, to combine the allocation of financial resources from the state budget and funds from local budgets, which will provide all the needs for the development of social infrastructure in the village. This will create ample opportunities to meet people’s needs in modern education, medicine, social, communal, administrative and other services. Practical value. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the conclusions and well-founded proposals will ensure the development of such a level of social infrastructure in the village, which would ensure the satisfaction of the needs of local residents in basic household needs, administrative services and become a motivational incentive for the economically active population to live in rural areas.
