The aim of the recent study was to examine the effect of neuromuscular training on performance layup and free throw shots performance among female basketball students. Study sample was female students of physical education and sport sciences department (Age 20.21±39.0) who volunteered to participate in this study. Thirty-seven female students participated in this study, where (21) female students were selected to be experimental group of neuromuscular exercises. A sample of (16) female students was used for the exploratory study from the original community. Results showed that neuromuscular exercises can improve the chosen basketball skills (free-throw and layup-shot shooting). The contribution of neuromuscular training in a positive way to the free-throw and layup-shooting skills.

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of external and internal attention on the shooting skills of novice and elite shooters among the staff of Malek Ashtar Educational Center in Arak. Methods: The research was quasi-experimental with an applied purpose. The statistical population of the study included all soldiers at the Malek Ashtar Educational Center. The statistical sample consisted of 30 individuals selected through convenience sampling. Participants were divided into two groups: 15 skilled shooters and 15 novice shooters. The tools used in the present study were a shooting simulator and a scorecard. To test the hypothesis, mixed-design ANOVA was administered using SPSS 26 software at a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that the main effects of the experimental groups and the attention conditions were significant. However, the interaction between the group and attention conditions was not significant. The shooting accuracy of novice and elite shooters in the external attention condition was significantly better than in the internal attention condition (P<0.001). Conclusion: It appears that the staff of Malek Ashtar Educational Center would likely benefit more from providing instructions and guidance focused on elements outside the body and its movements while performing shooting skills. The problem of the research is that the teaching methods are many and varied, and through the application through the experience of researchers in the field of work in middle schools, I found that many physical education teachers study motor skills in the imperative style because they find difficulty and lack of knowledge of the types of teaching methods that have appeared widely, especially any method that is consistent with With the skill to be taught correctly, and this topic was chosen because it combines individual thinking and discussion between groups, so the researchers decided to rely on the think-pair-share strategy to teach the skill of shooting in the free throw basketball to see the extent of the progress achieved by students in teaching This skill is compared to the commanding method currently used in schools. The current research aims to reveal: The effect of the strategy (think-pair-share) in teaching the skill of free-throw shooting in basketball for fourth-grade students. The difference between the strategy (think - pair - share) and the imperative method in teaching the skill of free-throw shooting for fourth-grade students. The researchers assumed the following: That there are significant differences between the pre and post tests of the two research groups in teaching the skill of free shooting in basketball. There are significant differences in the post-test between the two research groups in teaching the skill of free-throw shooting in basketball. The research community consisted of the students of a preparatory school in Bashiqa for girls in Bashiqa district, who numbered (589). The sample of the research consisted of students of the fourth scientific grade divided into two divisions (A - B) and their number was 65 students. This school was deliberately chosen, due to the presence of an arena and the cooperation of the administration. After the lottery was conducted in a random manner, Division A was chosen to be the experimental group to which the (think-pair-share strategy) is applied, and Division B to which the imperative method is applied. A group of female students were excluded due to absence from the training round, and some of them were excluded due to failing for the sake of stability, as the research sample consisted of 40 students, with 20 students per group. The researchers used the spss program. In light of the research objectives and hypotheses within the limits of the research method and the user approach, the researchers reached a conclusion. - Showing statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests in the two research groups. - The experimental group that implemented the strategy (think-pair-share) outperformed the control group that implemented the imperative method in the post test of the skill of shooting with a free throw basketball. Recommendations - The necessity of applying the strategy (think - pair - share) in middle schools, because it showed the positive quality of teaching the skill of shooting with a free throw with basketball. - Covering a qualifying study for schools to see the teaching methods for all academic levels and to test the actual method of the skill being taught.

The study aims at finding out the nature of the relationship between the postural balance and precision shooting among soccer players over 20 years old, and to achieve this objective. The tests were used as a measurement tool, as the flamingho test was applied to measure the level of postural balance, and test the «worner nelson» to measure the precision shooting at soccer. In light of the hypotheses and the methodology followed, able to validate the hypothesis of research and reach the following conclusion: There is a strong correlation between the postural balance and the precision shooting at soccer players over 20 years old. The purpose of this study was to construct norms for some handball skills for student’s faculty sports sciences in Mutah University، For the purpose of the present study subjects consist of 252 (120 male, 132 female). handball skills tested by Passing on a wall for 30 seconds Test, shooting on handball goal, 15-meter zigzag dribbling, in order to construct the norm, Percentile Scale was used. Further. the scores were classified into eight grades i.e., Elite, Superior, very good, good, average, fair, poor and very poor. It was recommended to utilize the norms obtained to assess some handball skills for student’s faculty sports sciences in Mutah University in the tests selected and to assess their achievement later. The study aimed at finding the relationship between the kinematical variables of the shooting skill from the jump of the handball starting from (6m.) and (9m.) for the flight phase in handball. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology as well as the technical scientific observation as a means for collecting data by using two video cameras with a speed of (25) fram per. second the research's samples has been consisted of (10) players. The kinematical analysis has been performed by applying (ACD, premier, If lima A pilot study experiment has been conducted followed by the main experiment on the research subjects, then the data were handled statistically by using the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, t-Test for dependent samples as being the statistical means of the research. The researcher has attained a set of conclusions as follows: 1. Existence of significant differences of the angle of left knee and the horizontal vertical distance center of gravity mass of the body for the benefit of (6)meters 2. Existence for significant differences of and the inclination of right shoulder for the of knee angle the hip for the benefit of (9)meters 3. No significant differences for the rest of kinematics variables The researcher has presented the following recommendations: 1. Confirming on the specification and training between the angles' movement and the movement of the body joints and parts during the practice of shooting in handball 2. ABSTRACT The Study aims at: Identifying the effect of using reciprocal style in: - Acquiring Shooting from stationery and Falling position in Handball - Utilizing Academic learning Time The researchers used the experimental method according to the nature of the research. The sample of the research consisted to of (42) sophomore students at the physical institute in Erbil. The sample was divided into two groups each group contains (14) students. The first experimental group has learned according to reciprocal style but the controlled group has learned according to command style. The equivalence for the groups was carried out in (age, length, and mass) and some aspects of the physical fitness related of the study. The researchers used Anderson system to observe and analyze the student's behaviore during class. The program lasted for (4) weeks specifying one educational unit for each style and the time specified for each unit were 90 minutes. It started from 26 3 2008 to 16 4 2008. After that tests were done. After analyzing the results by means of statistics, the researchers have presented the following conclusions: - The reciprocal and command styles have clear effect on learning students of sport institute shooting from stationary and falling postion in handball. - The two groups in acquiring shooting from spot was equivalent in post - tests. - The reciprocal style was better than command style in shooting from falling position. - The reciprocal style has achieved high Percentage in saving time for the Academic Learning of shooting from stability and falling in handball. - Increasing the percentage of practicing activity with reciprocal style as compared with command style.

The study aims at: Constructing capability test of shooting from jumping position by accuracy and tolerance performance in handball. The scope of the study includes the following: - Human scope: youth players of the Northern Area Handball Clubs. - Time: the period of time between 1/9/2008 to 29/11/2008. - Place: The stadiums of the above mentioned clubs. The researcher used the descriptive approach by surveying style for its appropriateness to the nature of the study. The sample of the study were the youth players of the Northern area in Iraq in Handball for the period of time between 2008 and 2009, (72) players. The sample of costruction consisted of (27) players in a percentage of (37.5%) out of the total samples of the study. The researcher used the questionnaire, test and analyzing references as means to collect the data of the study. The researcher used also the following statistical means: arithmetical mean، standard deviation, coefficient of correlation (Pearson), Z score, t .test Skwenss correlative and 6-σ score. capability test in shooting by accuracy and tolerance in performance in handball was construeted by the researcher. The researcher recommended to use the test that was reached at to help handball coaches in evaluating the level of their players in shooting skill by accuracy and tolerance in performance.

ABSTRACT This study is aimed at : 1. Obtaining some biokinmatic variables during the precise, distance instep shooting from various area and in front of the defensive wall. 2. Knowing the relationship between some biokinmatic variables and the precise, distant instep shooting from various areas. It is worth bearing in mind that that the researcher has used the descriptive method in this research The research sample is made up of (19) players (15) of whom have been used to design the test whereas the remaining (4) have been used within the research experiment where each of the four players has made (6) shooting attempts from each of the three directions and has been given (5)marks as a maximum and (zero)as a minimum and all the shooting attempts conducted have been filmed and the best one has been analyzed , furthermore, the camera position and its height have been pinpointed accurately in relation to the shooting point , then the surveying test has been conducted and followed by the main test of the research sample before processing the data statistically by using the Arithmetic means, standard deviation and simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) as research statistical methods. The researchers have reached to the following conclusions: 1- There has been a positive correlation between the following two variables (The ankle angle of the striking leg during the collision stage in the right direction and the angular velocity of the body in the middle ). 2- The absence of any significant correlation relationship of the absorption and striking stages of the research variables . Finally the researchers has made the following recommendations: The emphasis on the study of the biokinematic variables the researcher have obtained from their research work in order to utilize them in soccer teaching and training processes.

Abstract: The Research aims at knowing the following: - Knowing the accuracy of close-shooting from various area (angle) and different position. - Knowing which position or area is more accurate than other, when close-shooting in team-handball is used. The researcher used descriptive method with survey style which helped fulfill some standardized tests which were conducted on group of (12) team-handball’s players representing the team of Physical Education College 2004-2005 Those tests were the main tool of collecting data concerning the accuracy of close-shooting. Analysis of variance was used to get the final result. Then the researcher concluded that each of angle and position of shooting has great effect on the accuracy of close-shooting and the most accurate position was the stationary one from the front area of the goal.
