the research is under the title of : effect of the two Islamic principles (difficulty give rise to facilitation) and (no Damage and no hurt) " No harm, nor doing harm " in recently medical problems The research consists of an introduction ,two chapters and an epilogue. The introduction includes : the importance of the subject , the reason of choice the subject , and the meaning of terms The first chapter includes : the meaning of the two principles (difficulty give rise to facilitation) and (no Damage and no hurt) "No harm, nor doing harm " and their importance generally, and in medical field specially. The second chapter : research in the effect of the two principles in recently medical problems, such as Medicine , vaccines , types of surgeries , organs transferring, and which relate to genealogy . marriage, replication. hereditary print, DNA finger print, etc .,from the side of demonstration the regulations of that problems, explanation them , and showing the dependence of interpreters of Islamic law (muftis) on it. The epilogue : includes the results and Commendations.
