This article deals with critical and literary issues of importance in the field of modern literary criticism. In addition to its composition in the western universities, there is no doubt that his literary and critical encounters with some critics, intellectuals and creative poets such as Baland Al Haidari, Hussein Mardan, Jawad Salim, Shaker Hassan, Bader Shaker Al Sayyab, Abdul Malik Nuri, Najib Al Mana, Qahtan Awni and Rafa Al Jaderji were a strong motivation in opening the door wide for the renewal In modern Arabic poetry. On the other hand, we discussed those views that deny Jabra's role of renewal by providing a number of objective scientific arguments.
