Survey of eggplant fields showed that 93.33% of the fields were infected with root– knot nematodes , the mean of the infection was 33.33% in these fields reaching it’s maximum value (51.66% ) in the fields of Salamia area while it’s minimum value was 16.66% in the fields of Mosul area . The highest population density of nematode was found in the soil of one of the fields of Rabee’a area and the lowest in another field in the same area . Distribution of root–knot nematode species in eggplant fieids showed the presence of M.javanica and M. incognita .The former one was more widespread . Susceptibility of eggplant cultivars against M. javanica revealed that the cultivars differed among themselves.The cultivar Alton Kopri was the most susceptibile one, while Black beauty was with medium resistance. M.javanica completed its lifecycle in the roots of cultivars Al-Ton Kobri, Asil Zakholi (local) and Syrian in 27,30 and 32 days respectively, while nematode could not complete its life cycle in the roots of Tarhi and Black beauty cultivers.

المقدّمة: تعكس مشعرات الصفيحات الدمويّة وظيفة ونشاط الصفيحات. لا تزال نتائج الدراسات المتعلّقة بارتباط المشعرات الصفيحيّة بالاحتشاء الدماغي الحادّ متضاربةً إلى الآن. هدفت دراستنا لتحديد العلاقة بين مشعرات الصفيحات الدموية وشدة وإنذار الاحتشاء الدماغي الحاد. الطرق: شملت عيّنة البحث 156 مريضاً (85 ذكر و71 أنثى) من مرضى الاحتشاء الدّماغيّ الحادّ الذين تمّ قبولهم في قسم الأمراض العصبية في مشفى تشرين الجامعي في اللاذقية خلال الفترة الممتدّة من شهر آب عام 2019 إلى شهر تموز عام 2020. بلغ متوسط أعمار المرضى 65±11.7 سنة. ضمّت مجموعة الشواهد 113 شخصاً (62 ذكر و51 أنثى) بلغ متوسط أعمارهم 63.4±21.3 سنة. قمنا بتقييم شدّة الاحتشاء الدّماغي حسب سلّم NIHSS وإنذار المرضى حسب سلّم mRS. تمّ تحديد مشعرات الصفيحات الدموية لدى المرضى بناءً على التحاليل المجراة خلال أقلّ من 48 ساعة من بدء الأعراض. النتائج: تبيّن وجود علاقة هامة إحصائياً بين كلٍّ من انخفاض تعداد الصفيحات الدّموية (246.7±77.9×109\L عند المرضى مقابل 267.9±84.6×109\L عند الشواهد) (p-value=0.03)، وارتفاع حجم الصفيحات الوسطي 11.3±2.8 fL) عند المرضى مقابل 8.9±2.8 fL عند الشواهد) (p-value=0.02) مع حدوث الاحتشاء الدّماغي الحادّ. وجدنا علاقة هامة إحصائيّاً (p-value=0.03) بين حجم الصّفيحات الوسطي وشدّة الاحتشاء الدّماغيّ تبعاً لسلّم NIHSS حيث كان متوسط قيم حجم الصّفيحات الوسطي أعلى (11.1±1.4 fL) عند درجة الاحتشاء الشديدة. تم إثبات أيضاً وجود علاقة هامة إحصائيّاً (p-value=0.03) بين حجم الصّفيحات الوسطي وإنذار الاحتشاء الدّماغيّ تبعاً لسلّم mRS حيث كان متوسط حجم الصّفيحات الوسطي أعلى (11.2±1.1 fL) لدى مجموعة الإنذار السيء.

The results revealed that Smito cultivar of wheat recorded highest reduction percentage in growth and yield criteria as a result of nematode infection comparing to Sham4,Caroniya and Icsad cultivars in which the reduction percentage in plant and spike lengthes and hay weight reached it’s minimum value, in addition the minimum reduction percentage in biological yield,number and weight of grains were recorded in Tamoz2 cv. On the other hand the percentage infection was restricted between Tammoz2 and Sham 6 as minimum (22.3%) and maximum(62.5)Percentage respectively.Regarding to barley cvs. the reduction percentage reached it’s maximum in plants lengths,hay weight and biological yield in Acsad 14 cv.and in spike lengthes in Local white cv.and in number and weight of grains in Kahtan cv.while reduction percentage reduced to it’s minimum levels in plant and spike lengthes,hay and biological yield weight, number and weight of grains in the Local black, Rayhan,Kahtan,Reseaches1,Zanbaka and Tadmur cvs.respectively.results also indicated that all barley cultivars were severly susceptible to nematode in which infection percentage did not decline from 79%in Local white cv.and rechead it’s maximum percentage (100%) in each of Acasd14,Rayhan,Forat,Local black and Kahtan cvs.

The results revealed that the interaction between region of survey and period of taking samples was significant on the population density of root-knot nematode M.javanica,which reached it's maximum level (1264 nematode stage / 200gm soil) in soil of khabat field in september,then declined to it's minimum level (121 nematode stage / 200gm soil) in soil of koshtapa field in may.Three treatments were applied for controlling root –knot nematode M. javanica on cucumber plant cv. Babylon included vydate (24%) in its liguid formula and two biocotrol agents included Trichoderma harziaum and Bacillus thuringinesis as a single,two fold and triple treatments after joining with each other.The results indicated that all treatments improved some growth criteria of cucumber plants ( length and weight of shoots and roots ) and reduced some infection criteria (number of root –knots,root-knot index,nematode population density and its rate of reproduction ).It was also noted that treatment effects increased after joining them with each other,i.e the triple treatment which represented of applying two biocontrol agents after 15 days of vydate application was the best one.
